Description
离型纸剥离装置 技术领域 本发明涉及一种剥离装置,尤其涉及一种剥离用于保护偏光板而贴附的保 护膜的装置。
随着多媒体的迅速发展, 许多平面显示器相继被开发出来, 如液晶显示器, 已逐渐成为现代显示器的主流。 在液晶显示器面板主要是由玻璃基板、 偏光板、 透明电极、 配向膜、 液晶 薄膜与彩色滤光片等构成, 其中偏光片贴附在玻璃基板上, 允许单一方向的偏 振光通过。 偏光板在完成前段的生产过程后, 需要在表面黏贴一层离型纸, 以 保护偏光板表面的完整, 减少在运输或堆栈过程中的碰伤刮伤等情况发生。 在 液晶显示器面板的组装过程中, 有一个工序是将偏光板贴附于玻璃基板上, 这 就需要先将偏光板上的离型纸剥离, 才能进行后续的相关作业。
现有的剥离偏光片的离型纸的方式是将离型纸的一端通过粘性胶带缠绕在 剥离装置的剥离辊上, 由剥离辊卷取剥离。 这种方式通过人工作业, 容易出现 初始时未包覆到位而导致剥离失败或者偏光板真空异常, 同时也降低了设备的 运行效率。 发明内容 鉴于现有技术存在的不足, 本发明提供了一种离型纸剥离装置, 实现机器 作业代替人工作业, 提高工作的效率; 并且该装置结构简单, 生产成本低, 适 于大批量工业化生产。 为了实现上述的目的, 本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种离型纸剥离装置,包括: 放料机构, 包括放料辊, 用于装载并放出剥离胶带; 收料机构, 包括收料辊, 用于回收剥离胶带, 并带动所述剥离胶带对离型 纸进行剥离; 剥离胶带, 所述剥离胶带从放料机构放出, 通过滚压机构, 再回收到收料 机构; 所述剥离胶带具有一粘附面, 所述粘附面朝向离型纸表面; 滚压机构, 用于向剥离胶带施加一作用力, 使剥离胶带粘附离型纸; 动力机构, 向所述剥离装置提供动力。 其中,所述收料机构为主动机构, 所述放料机构为从动机构; 所述收料机构 由动力机构控制主动旋转, 通过剥离胶带的传动, 实现放料机构从动旋转从而 放出剥离胶带。 其中, 在沿剥离胶带行进的方向上, 所述滚压机构与放料机构之间和 /或所 述滚压机构与收料机构之间还设置有至少一个导轮。 其中, 所述动力机构为伺服电机。 其中, 所述伺服电机设置有调频机构, 用于控制放料机构、 收料机构以及 滚压机构实现同歩传动。 其中, 所述滚压机构在所述动力机构的控制下可以在离型纸的表面滚动。 其中, 所述滚压机构还连接有一升降机构, 所述升降机构用于控制所述滚 压机构远离或抵近离型纸的表面。
本发明通过动力机构控制放料机构放出剥离胶带,再由收料机构回收剥离 胶带,实现了机器作业代替手工作业,节省了作业时间,提高了工作效率; 同时, 本发明采用滚压机构通过滚动的方式使剥离胶带粘附离型纸, 剥离胶带与离型 纸之间充分粘合, 提高了作业的成功率; 另外, 本发明提出的剥离装置结构简 单, 生产成本低, 操作简便, 适于大批量工业化生产。 附图说明 图 1为本发明一实施例中的剥离装置的结构示意图。

构, 105〜离型纸, 106〜导轮, 107〜偏光板。 具体实施方式 下面将结合附图用实施例对本发明做进一歩说明。 参阅图 1,本发明的目的是提供一种剥离偏光板 107上的离型纸 105的装置, 偏光板 107固定放置于工作台上 (图中未标示出)。 该剥离装置包括: 放料机构 101, 具有一放料辊, 用于装载并放出剥离胶带 103; 收料机构 102, 具有一收 料辊,用于回收剥离胶带 103,并带动所述剥离胶带 103对离型纸 105进行剥离; 剥离胶带 103, 所述剥离胶带 103从放料机构 101放出, 通过滚压机构 104, 再 回收到收料机构 102; 所述剥离胶带 103具有一粘附面, 所述粘附面朝向离型纸 105表面; 滚压机构 104, 用于向剥离胶带 103施加一作用力, 使剥离胶带 103 粘附离型纸 105 ; 以及向该剥离装置提供动力的动力机构 (图中未标示出)。 所述的动力机构优选为伺服电机, 所述伺服电机还设置有调频机构, 用于 控制放料机构 101、 收料机构 102以及滚压机构 104实现同歩传动。 本实施例中, 放料机构 101、 收料机构 102以及滚压机构 104均为通过电机 控制实现主动旋转; 当然, 放料机构 101 也可以选择从动旋转的方式, 由收料 机构主动旋转, 通过剥离胶带 103传动, 实现放料机构 101从动旋转从而放出 剥离胶带 103。 所述滚压机构 104还连接有一升降机构 (图中未标示出), 所述升降机构用 于在垂直离型纸 105的方向上控制所述滚压机构 104远离或抵近离型纸 105的 表面。 在一些优选的方案中, 在沿剥离胶带 103 行进的方向上, 在滚压机构 104 与放料机构 101之间和 /或在滚压机构 104与收料机构 102之间还可以设置有导 轮 106, 用于辅助剥离胶带 103的传动; 导轮 106的数量可以为一个, 也可以为
作业时, 将卷状的剥离胶带装载于放料机构 101上, 剥离胶带 103的一端 绕经滚压机构 104并缠绕在收料机构 102上, 剥离胶带 103的粘附面朝向离型 纸 105表面。 开始时, 动力机构将滚压机构 104移至待剥离的离型纸 105的一 端并紧压离型纸 105, 使剥离胶带 103与离型纸 105充分粘合; 随后, 滚压机构 104沿待剥离的离型纸 105 的表面滚动, 并且收料机构 102开始回收剥离胶带
103,并带动剥离胶带 103对离型纸 105进行剥离,实现离型纸 105与偏光板 107 的分离。 本发明通过动力机构控制放料机构放出剥离胶带,再由收料机构回收剥离 胶带,实现了机器作业代替手工作业,节省了作业时间,提高了工作效率; 同时, 本发明采用滚压机构通过滚动的方式使剥离胶带粘附离型纸, 剥离胶带与离型 纸之间充分粘合, 提高了作业的成功率; 另外, 本发明提出的剥离装置结构简 单, 生产成本低, 操作简便, 适于大批量工业化生产。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本申请原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims
1、 一种离型纸剥离装置,包括: 放料机构, 包括放料辊, 用于装载并放出剥离胶带; 收料机构, 包括收料辊, 用于回收剥离胶带, 并带动所述剥离胶带对离型 纸进行剥离; 剥离胶带, 所述剥离胶带从放料机构放出, 通过滚压机构, 再回收到收料 机构; 所述剥离胶带具有一粘附面, 所述粘附面朝向离型纸表面; 滚压机构, 用于向剥离胶带施加一作用力, 使剥离胶带粘附离型纸; 动力机构, 向所述剥离装置提供动力。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的离型纸剥离装置, 其中,所述收料机构为主动机 构, 所述放料机构为从动机构; 所述收料机构由动力机构控制主动旋转, 通过 剥离胶带的传动, 实现放料机构从动旋转从而放出剥离胶带。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的离型纸剥离装置, 其中, 在沿剥离胶带行进的方 向上, 所述滚压机构与放料机构之间和 /或所述滚压机构与收料机构之间还设 置有至少一个导轮。
4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的离型纸剥离装置, 其中,所述滚压机构还连接有 一升降机构, 所述升降机构用于控制所述滚压机构远离或抵近离型纸的表面。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的离型纸剥离装置, 其中,在沿剥离胶带行进的方 向上, 所述滚压机构与放料机构之间和 /或所述滚压机构与收料机构之间还设 置有至少一个导轮。
6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的离型纸剥离装置, 其中,所述动力机构为伺服电 机。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的离型纸剥离装置, 其中,所述伺服电机设置有调 频机构, 用于控制放料机构、 收料机构以及滚压机构实现同歩传动。
8、 根据权利要求 1 所述的离型纸剥离装置, 其中,所述滚压机构在所述动 力机构的控制下可以在离型纸的表面滚动。
9、 根据权利要求 1 所述的离型纸剥离装置, 其中,所述滚压机构还连接有 一升降机构, 所述升降机构用于控制所述滚压机构远离或抵近离型纸的表面。
