Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。図1に示されるように、本実施形態の車両用の異常判定装置は、熱流束センサ10と制御部20とを備えており、熱流束センサ10が車両に搭載されるバッテリや車両エンジンコントロールユニット(車両ECU:Electronic Control Unit)等の発熱体30に備えられて用いられる。
本発明は上記した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した範囲内において適宜変更が可能である。
上記のように、対象物(発熱体30)と外気との間の熱流束は、外気温(使用環境)に依存しない。このため、上記第1実施形態では、車両用の異常判定装置を説明したが、本発明の熱流束センサ10および制御部20を他の装置に適用することもできる。
そして、本参考例の熱流束センサ10および制御部20は、図9に示されるように、室内における壁面300に備え付けられる。なお、本参考例では、熱流束センサ10および制御部20を一体的にパッケージ化したものを図示しているが、熱流束センサ10および制御部20が別体とされていてもよい。
本参考例では、本発明の熱流束センサ10および制御部20を人体の異常判定検出装置に適用した例を説明する。

Claims (3)
- 熱可塑性樹脂からなる絶縁基材(100)に厚さ方向に貫通する複数の第1、第2ビアホール(101、102)が形成されていると共に、前記第1、第2ビアホールに互いに異なる金属で形成された第1、第2層間接続部材(130、140)が埋め込まれており、前記第1、第2層間接続部材が交互に直列接続された熱流束センサ(10)と、
車両に搭載された発熱体(30)の異常判定を行う制御部(20)と、を備え、
前記第1、第2層間接続部材を形成する前記金属の少なくとも一方は、複数の金属原子が当該金属原子の結晶構造を維持した状態で焼結された焼結合金であり、
前記熱流束センサは、前記発熱体に備えられて前記発熱体と外気との間の熱流束に応じたセンサ信号を出力し、
前記制御部は、前記センサ信号に基づき、前記発熱体と前記外気との間の熱流束が所定の範囲内から外れているとき、前記発熱体が異常であると判定することを特徴とする車両用の異常判定装置。 - 前記熱流束センサは、前記絶縁基材の表面(100a)に表面パターン(111)が形成された表面保護部材(110)が配置されていると共に前記表面と反対側の裏面(100b)に裏面パターン(121)が形成された裏面保護部材(120)が配置され、前記裏面保護部材、前記絶縁基材、前記表面保護部材が一体化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用の異常判定装置。
- 前記発熱体は、車両ECUであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用の異常判定装置。
