Abstract
Description
以下、図面を参照して本発明の電子チケットシステムに係る第1の実施形態であるクーポン発行システム10を説明する。
図1は、クーポン発行システム10の構成を示す図である。クーポン発行システム10は、携帯端末20、スタンプ30、およびサーバ40を備える。携帯端末20およびサーバ40は、それぞれ本発明のクーポン発行システム10の構成要素として機能するためのアプリケーションを実行する。携帯端末20とサーバ40とは、インターネット等のネットワークを介して通信可能とされる。スタンプ30は、クーポン発行システム10により発行されるクーポンを利用可能な店舗に配置され、クーポンを発行するため、及び/または、使用済みとするために用いられる。
サーバ40は、クーポン情報記憶部45にクーポン情報を登録するための登録画面をクーポンの発行者等の管理者に提供する。管理者は例えばインターネットを介して登録画面にアクセスし、上述のクーポン情報をクーポン情報記憶部45に登録する。
次に、図6を参照して、クーポン発行システム10にクーポンを発行するときの動作を説明する。図6はクーポン発行システム10によりクーポンを発行する手順を示すフローチャートである。まず、ユーザが携帯端末20上でアプリケーションを起動させる(ステップS100)。そして、アプリケーションを操作し、図7に示したようなクーポン発行前の画面を携帯端末20上に表示させ(ステップS101)、アプリケーションを操作し、サーバにクーポン発行のリクエストを要求する。具体的には、スタンプを携帯端末20に接触させることによりリクエストを要求する(ステップS102)。そして、携帯端末20からサーバ40へ電極31の配列情報に紐付くクーポン発行のリクエストをする(ステップS104)。サーバ40では、クーポン情報提供部46により当該リクエストを受け取り、配列情報検索処理部42によって配列情報に対応するクーポン情報を検索して、要求されているクーポン情報がサーバ40に登録済みのものかを判定する(ステップS106)。登録済みのクーポン情報であれば、サーバ40はクーポン情報提供部46により携帯端末20へクーポン情報を送信し(ステップS108)、携帯端末20が当該情報を受け取る(ステップS110)。携帯端末20がクーポン情報を受け取ると、携帯端末20のタッチパネルディスプレイ25上に図8に示されるようなクーポン発行後の画面を表示させる(ステップS112)。
次に図9を参照してクーポン発行システム10により発行されたクーポンを利用するときの動作を説明する。
次に図11を参照して、本発明の第2の実施形態であるスタンプラリーシステムについて説明する。スタンプラリーシステムの構成は、第1の実施形態で説明したクーポン発行システム10と同様、携帯端末20、スタンプ30、及びサーバ40であり、動作・使用手順に差異はあるものの、それ以外についてはクーポン発行システム10と同様であるので共通部分についてここでの説明は省略する。
次に本発明の第3の実施形態であるチケット処理システムについて説明する。チケット処理システムは、音楽、映画、スポーツ等の各種イベントの入場券、交通機関の利用券などの各種チケットを発行し、使用済みとする消込を行うシステムである。チケット処理システムの構成は、第1の実施形態で説明したクーポン発行システム10と同様、携帯端末20、スタンプ30、及びサーバ40であり、動作・使用手順に差異はあるものの、それ以外についてはクーポン発行システム10と同様であるので共通部分についてここでの説明は省略する。

Claims (7)
- 情報を表示する表示手段、および前記表示手段に重ねて設けられ、同時に複数の位置に接触されたときに個々の接触位置を検出可能な入力手段を有するタッチパネルを有し、電子チケットを前記表示手段に表示するユーザ端末と、
前記入力手段に対する同時接触が検出可能な複数の按部を有するスタンプと、を備え、
前記ユーザ端末は、前記表示手段に前記電子チケットを表示している状態で、前記スタンプの按部により同時に接触されると、複数の接触位置を前記入力手段により検出し、検出した接触位置が所定の条件を満たす場合、前記電子チケットを使用済みである旨を示す描画を行うことを特徴とする電子チケットシステム。 - 前記ユーザ端末と通信可能なサーバ装置をさらに備え、
前記ユーザ端末は、検出した接触位置が所定の条件を満たす場合に、前記電子チケットが使用されたことを前記サーバ装置に通知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子チケットシステム。 - 前記ユーザ端末と通信可能なサーバ装置をさらに備え、前記サーバ装置は、前記スタンプの前記複数の按部の配置に関する情報と当該スタンプが対応する前記電子チケットとを対応付けて格納し、
前記ユーザ端末は、前記表示手段に前記電子チケットを表示している状態で、前記スタンプが有する全ての按部が同時に接触したことを前記入力手段により検出すると、検出した接触位置が表示している電子チケットに対応するかを前記サーバ装置に照会し、対応する旨の応答があった場合に、前記表示手段において前記電子チケットが使用済みである旨を示す描画を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子チケットシステム。 - 前記サーバ装置は、前記ユーザ端末からの照会に対し対応する旨の応答をする際に、当該ユーザ端末のユーザにより当該電子チケットが利用されたことを記録することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電子チケットシステム。
- 前記サーバ装置は、前記ユーザに宛てて電子チケットを提供する情報提供部をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の電子チケットシステム。
- 前記ユーザ端末は、前記表示手段に前記電子チケットを要求する旨の表示をしている状態で、前記スタンプの全ての按部により同時に接触されると、複数の接触位置を前記入力手段により検出し、検出した接触位置に対応する前記電子チケットの提供を前記サーバ装置に要求し、
前記サーバ装置は、前記ユーザ端末からの要求に応じて、接触位置に対応する電子チケットを、要求元の前記ユーザ端末に提供することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子チケットシステム。 - 情報を表示する表示手段、および前記表示手段に重ねて設けられ、同時に複数の位置に接触されたときに個々の接触位置を検出可能な入力手段を有するタッチパネルと、
電子チケットを前記タッチパネルの表示手段に表示するべく格納する情報記憶部とを備えるユーザ端末において実行されるプログラムであって、
前記ユーザ端末に、
前記電子チケットを前記表示手段に表示させる段階と、
前記表示手段に前記電子チケットが表示されている状態で、前記入力手段の複数の位置に同時になされた接触の接触位置を検出する段階と、
検出した接触位置が表示されている電子チケットに対応している場合に、前記表示手段において前記電子チケットが使用済みである旨を示す描画を行う段階と
を実行させるプログラム。
