Description
本発明は、光学的応用を目的とする透明樹脂において、光信号を低損失で通す高い透明性を有し、耐熱性等に優れ、光導波路材料や光学レンズ材料、光学部品間の接着材料などに好適な、光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物およびそれを用いた光学部品、並びに光学部品の製法に関するものである。
携帯電話やデジタルカメラ等で用いられる撮像装置では、撮像用の光学レンズが搭載されているが、この光学レンズの形成材料としては、一般的に光学用ガラスや透明プラスチック材料が使用されている。特に、近年の撮像機能付き携帯電話の普及率増加に伴い、より安価に光学レンズを製造する必要があることから、光学的に透明でかつレンズ設計上の簡便性に優れる、ポリオレフィン材料が、プラスチックレンズ材料の主流となっている。
一方で、撮像装置のプリント基板への搭載は、これまで、ソケットを用いたピン挿入方式、あるいは撮像素子をプリント基板上へハンダリフロー実装した後にレンズユニットを撮像素子にとりつける方式が一般的であったが、より安く大量に生産することを目的に、撮像装置そのものをプリント基板上へハンダリフロー実装することが強く要望されている。しかしながら、撮像装置そのものをハンダリフロー方式によりプリント基板上へ実装するに際し、上述したプラスチックレンズでは、その軟化点以上の高温環境下に曝されることから、レンズの軟化や寸法変形が生じる。そこで、このような課題を解決するため、光学レンズ等の材料として、耐熱性の高いエポキシ樹脂を主成分とした光硬化型樹脂を用いたインプリント方式による製造方法が検討され実用化されつつある。このインプリント方式は、所定の成形用加工型を樹脂材料に押し当て、上記加工型の転写成形により、特定の微細パターンあるいは凹凸形状を形成するという方法をとるが、寸法安定性の観点より二種類の方式に分けられる(例えば、特許文献1参照)。すなわち、熱可塑性材料を加熱溶融させ加工型をプレス圧着し冷却することにより特定の形状を有した成形物を得る方式と、光硬化型樹脂に成形加工型を押し当てた後、成形加工型あるいは基板を通して光照射によって特定の形状を有した成形物を得る方式の二種類である。このうち耐熱性が求められる場合には、前述したようにエポキシ樹脂を用い、光硬化により成形物を得る方法が用いられる。
また、最近では、光学レンズの薄型化や高解像度化に伴い、使用する光硬化型樹脂として、アッベ数(逆分散率)が50以下の、高屈折率な材料が求められている。樹脂組成物の屈折率を高めるには、高い屈折率を有する原材料を使用する必要がある。例えば、骨格にベンゼン環を有する材料などは一般的に屈折率が高く低アッベであることが知られており、屈折率を上げるためには有用である。しかしながら、それらの材料は、相反して元々の透明性が低いことや加熱変色性が悪い事が知られている。また同時に、それらの材料の粘度は高い場合が多いことから、その配合で得られる樹脂組成物は高粘度となることも容易に予測でき、ハンドリング性の悪化が懸念される。
上記透明性向上の観点では、従来から種々検討がなされているものの、その手法を高い屈折率の樹脂へ応用した場合、その屈折率の高さを維持しきれなくなるため、高屈折樹脂に対する透明性の向上は困難である(特許文献2参照)。また、添加剤等により高い屈折率を保持しながら加熱変色性を低減する検討もなされているが、例えば添加剤として水酸基化合物を添加した場合、その添加量によっては樹脂のガラス転移温度(Tg)が低下し脆くなる恐れや、所望の透明性向上効果が得られない場合がある(特許文献3参照)。
また、前記ハンドリング性の改善には、樹脂組成物を溶剤(アルコール性水酸基を有する化合物等)により希釈する方法が一般的であるが、樹脂組成物中に溶剤が含有されていると、その光硬化、成型時に、溶剤が揮発し、硬化物中にボイド(気泡)を発生させる懸念がある。
このように、従来技術では、樹脂の屈折率が高まるにつれて高い透明性が得られないというような問題があった。
本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、高い透明性を有しながら、高い屈折率を有し、アルコール性水酸基を有する化合物を添加しなくとも、耐熱性やハンドリング性に優れ、光学レンズ材料や光学部品間の接着材料等として適した、光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物およびそれを用いた光学部品、並びに光学部品の製法の提供をその目的とする。
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明は、下記(A)~(D)成分を含有する光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物であって、全樹脂成分に対する(A)成分の割合が20~75重量%の範囲であり、全樹脂成分100重量部に対する(D)成分の割合が0.5~2.5重量部の範囲であり、かつ上記樹脂組成物が、溶剤成分を含有せず、その25℃環境下での粘度が0.5~25Pa・sの範囲である光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物を第1の要旨とする。

また、本発明は、上記第1の要旨である光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物の硬化体からなる光学部品を第2の要旨とする。
また、本発明は、上記第1の要旨である光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物を、成形加工型内に充填し、上記加工型内の樹脂組成物に対して光照射を行い、上記樹脂組成物を硬化させた後、その硬化体に対し加熱処理を行う、光学部品の製法を第3の要旨とする。
すなわち、本発明者は、前記課題を解決するため鋭意研究を重ねた。その研究の過程で、単独での屈折率が1.57以上のエポキシ樹脂(A)と、1分子に1個以上のオキセタン環を有するオキセタン樹脂(C)と、光酸発生剤(D)とを含有する光硬化型樹脂組成物を、光学部品の材料として用いることを想起した。そして、溶剤成分を含有せずに所望の粘度にまで樹脂組成物の粘度を下げるため、脂環式エポキシ樹脂(B)を含有し、かつ上記特定のエポキシ樹脂(A)や光酸発生剤(D)の含有割合を特定することにより、高い透明性を有しながら、高い屈折率を維持することができ、所期の目的が達成できることを見いだし、本発明に到達した。
このように、本発明の光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物は、単独での屈折率が1.57以上のエポキシ樹脂(A)と、脂環式エポキシ樹脂(B)と、オキセタン樹脂(C)と、光酸発生剤(D)とを含有し、上記(A)および(D)の含有割合が特定の範囲を示すものであり、溶剤成分を含有せず、その25℃環境下での粘度が0.5~25Pa・sの範囲である。このため、高い透明性を有しながら、高い屈折率を有し、耐熱性やハンドリング性にも優れる。また、アルコール性水酸基を有する化合物などを添加する必要がないことから、その硬化物中にボイドが生じる問題も解消することができる。これらの特性により、本発明の光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物は、光導波路材料や光学レンズ材料、光学部品間の接着材料等として優れた機能を発揮することができる。さらに、本発明の光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物は、それ自身単独で硬化させることは勿論、他の部材、例えばガラス等の透明基板上でも硬化させることができ、上記透明基板と一体化させることにより、高品質なハイブリッドレンズとして製造することも可能である。
また、本発明の光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物を、成形加工型内に充填し、上記加工型内の樹脂組成物に対して光照射を行い、上記樹脂組成物を硬化させた後、その硬化体に対し加熱処理を行うと、透明性を維持したまま(熱変色なく)、熱ストレスに対し安定した機械特性の光学部品を製造することができる。
つぎに、本発明の実施の形態について詳しく説明する。ただし、本発明は、この実施の形態に限定されるものではない。
本発明の光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物(以下、「光硬化型樹脂組成物」と略す。)は、単独での屈折率が1.57以上のエポキシ樹脂(A)と、脂環式エポキシ樹脂(B)と、オキセタン樹脂(C)と、光酸発生剤(D)とを含有し、上記(A)および(D)の含有割合が特定の範囲を示すものであり、溶剤成分を含有せず、その25℃環境下での粘度が0.5~25Pa・sの範囲である。
以下、(A)~(D)成分をはじめとする各種成分について順に説明する。

上記(A)成分のエポキシ樹脂としては、例えば、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールS型エポキシ樹脂、フェノールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、フルオレン型エポキシ樹脂、ビフェニル型エポキシ樹脂、ナフタレン型エポキシ樹脂、アダマンタン型エポキシ樹脂等であり、その屈折率が1.57以上のものが用いられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。なかでも、屈折率、透明性、粘度の観点より、下記の一般式(1)で表される化合物を使用することが好ましく、その場合には、特にエポキシ当量が150~700g/eqのものが好ましい。さらに、より低アッベ数の硬化物を得るためには、透明性が阻害されないよう、フルオレン型エポキシ樹脂を併用することが好ましい。なお、上記屈折率の測定は、例えば、そのエポキシ樹脂単独の硬化物の表面をグラインダーにより研磨した後、屈折率計(アタゴ社製)を用いて測定することにより行われる。
本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物の全樹脂成分に対する上記エポキシ樹脂(A)の割合は20~75重量%の範囲であることを要し、好ましくは、20~70重量%の範囲である。すなわち、上記範囲未満では、所望のアッベ数の硬化物が得られない可能性があり、逆に、上記範囲を超えると、樹脂組成物の低粘度化に支障をきたすおそれがあるからである。
上記(B)成分の脂環式エポキシ樹脂としては、例えば、3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル-3,4-エポキシシクロヘキサンカルボキシレート、2,2-ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)-1-ブタノールの1,2-エポキシ-4-(2-オキシラニル)シクロヘキサン付加物等があげられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。
本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物の全樹脂成分に対する上記脂環式エポキシ樹脂(B)の割合は10~50重量%の範囲であることが好ましく、より好ましくは、10~40重量%の範囲である。すなわち、上記範囲未満では、溶剤成分を含有せずに低粘度化を達成することが困難であり、逆に、上記範囲を超えると、所望のアッベ数の硬化物が得られない可能性があるからである。
上記(A)および(B)成分のエポキシ樹脂とともに用いられるオキセタン樹脂(C)としては、1分子に1個以上のオキセタン環を有するオキセタン樹脂が用いられる。例えば、1,4-ビス{[(3-エチル-3-オキセタニル)メトキシ]メチル}ベンゼン、ジ[2-(3-オキセタニル)ブチル]エーテル、3-エチル-3-ヒドロキシメチルオキセタン、1,4-ビス[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メトキシ]ベンゼン、1,3-ビス[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メトキシ]ベンゼン、1,2-ビス[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メトキシ]ベンゼン、4,4’-ビス[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メトキシ]ビフェニル、2,2’-ビス[(3-エチル-3-オキセタニル)メトキシ]ビフェニル、3,3’,5,5’-テトラメチル[4,4’-ビス(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メトキシ]ビフェニル、2,7-ビス[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メトキシ]ナフタレン、1,6-ビス[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メトキシ]-2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-オクタフルオロヘキサン、3(4),8(9)-ビス[(1-エチル-3-オキセタニル)メトキシ]メチル-トリシクロ[5,2,1,2,6]デカン、1,2-ビス{[2-(1-エチル-3-オキセタニル)メトキシ]エチルチオ}エタン、4,4’-ビス[(1-エチル-3-オキセタニル)メチル]チオジベンゼンチオエーテル、2,3-ビス[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メトキシメチル]ノルボルナン、2-エチル-2-[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メトキシメチル]-1,3-o-ビス[(1-エチル-3-オキセタニル)メチル]-プロパン-1,3-ジオール、2,2-ジメチル-1,3-o-ビス[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メチル]-プロパン-1,3-ジオール、2-ブチル-2-エチル-1,3-o-ビス[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メチル]-プロパン-1,3-ジオール、1,4-o-ビス[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メチル]-ブタン-1,4-ジオール、2,4,6-o-トリス[(3-エチルオキセタン-3-イル)メチル]シアヌル酸等があげられる。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。
本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物の全樹脂成分に対する上記オキセタン樹脂(C)の割合は5~50重量%の範囲であることが好ましく、より好ましくは、8~50重量%の範囲である。すなわち、上記範囲未満では、その添加による硬化促進効果が小さく、さらには透明性を損ねる可能性もあるからであり、逆に、上記範囲を超えると、所望のアッベ数の硬化物が得られない可能性があるからである。
本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物において、上記(A)~(C)の樹脂成分とともに用いられる光酸発生剤(D)としては、カチオン重合を開始させることができるものであればよく、例えば、アンチモン,リン等からなるアニオン成分と、スルホニウム,ヨードニウム,ホスホニウム等からなるカチオン成分とによるオニウム塩等があげられる。具体的には、芳香族スルホニウム塩、芳香族ヨードニウム塩、芳香族ホスホニウム塩、芳香族スルホキソニウム塩等である。これらは単独でもしくは二種以上併せて用いられる。なかでも、光硬化性と透明性の観点から、ヘキサフルオロリン酸あるいはヘキサフルオロアンチモン酸をアニオン成分とするオニウム塩が好ましい。
本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物において、その全樹脂成分100重量部に対する上記光酸発生剤(D)の割合は、0.5~2.5重量部の範囲にする必要があり、好ましくは、0.5~2.0重量部の範囲である。すなわち、上記範囲未満であると、硬化性が悪化したり耐熱性が低下する可能性があり、逆に上記範囲を超えると、硬化性は向上するが硬化物の透明性が損なわれる可能性があるからである。
なお、本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物には、上記(A)~(D)の各成分以外に、例えば、硬化性を高める目的で、アントラセンなどの光増感剤や酸増殖剤を配合することができる。また、ハンドリング性を高める観点から、1官能あるいは2官能のエポキシ樹脂などを配合することもできる。また、ガラスなどの基材上に硬化物を作製する用途においては、基材との接着性を高めるために、シラン系あるいはチタン系のカップリング剤を添加してもよい。また、その他の成分として、合成ゴムやシリコーン化合物等の可撓性付与剤、さらに酸化防止剤、消泡剤、各種顔料、染料、無機充填材等の添加剤も、必要に応じて適宜に配合することができる。
本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物は、例えば、前記(A)~(D)の各成分と、さらに必要に応じてその他の添加剤とを、所定の割合で配合し、加熱溶融混合することにより作製することができる。
そして、本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物は、その25℃環境下での粘度が0.5~25Pa・sの範囲(好ましくは0.5~20Pa・sの範囲)であることから、ハンドリング性等に優れ、さらに、溶剤成分を含有せずとも上記のような粘度を示すことから、その光硬化、成型時に、溶剤が揮発し、硬化物中にボイドを発生させる問題を解消することができる。上記光硬化型樹脂組成物の粘度測定は、例えば、25℃の温度条件下、東機産業社製のE80型粘度計(RE-80U)にて、標準ローター(1°34′×R24)を用いて測定することができる。なお、上記のようなボイドの発生は、特に、周囲を金型にふさがれた状態で成形する場合等にみられることから、その製造条件等によりボイドの発生するおそれがない程度であれば、本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物においても、溶剤を添加することを妨げるものではない。
本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物は、例えば、つぎのようにして使用される。すなわち、ガラス等の透明基板上に上記樹脂組成物をポッティングし、その上から所望の成型加工型を押し当て、上記成型加工型内へ上記樹脂組成物を充填させ、そこへ光照射を行う。そして、その後、上記成型加工型を取り外すことにより、透明基板上で一体化された上記樹脂組成物の硬化体(成型加工物)を得ることができる。本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物は、このような製法により、例えばハイブリッドレンズにすることができる。また、本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物は、成型加工型内でそれ自身単独で硬化させて光学レンズ等の光学部品にすることもできる。さらに、上記光照射後の硬化体に対し、必要に応じ、所定の温度で加熱処理を行ってもよい。このように上記光照射後の硬化体に対し加熱処理を行うと、ハンダリフロー時の熱によっても変色の小さい、熱ストレスに対し安定した機械特性が得られるといった効果が得られる。そのため、本発明の硬化物を搭載した部品等をハンダリフローにより一括搭載する際に有利に使用する事ができる。また、上記加熱処理により、硬化体と透明基板との密着力を高めることができるといった効果も得られる。
上記光照射には、例えば、装置としてUVランプ等を用いることができ、光源として、低圧水銀ランプ、高圧水銀ランプ、超高圧水銀ランプ、キセノンランプ等を用いることができる。照射量としては2000~200000mJ/cm2が好ましい。すなわち、照射量が上記範囲未満では、硬化不充分のために、基板上に所望の硬化物形状が得られない可能性があり、逆に上記範囲を超えると、過度の照射による光劣化が生じ、その後の加熱処理等により着色するおそれがあるからである。また、上記光照射後の加熱処理の条件としては、80~170℃で1時間程度が好ましい。
なお、本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物は、上記のような成型加工型によらず、シート状に成形することもできる。
本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物は、先に述べたような製法により、光学レンズ等の光学部品用の成形材料(光学部品用材料)として用いられる他、光導波路や光学部品固定用光硬化型接着剤等に用いることができる。
そして、上記光学レンズをはじめとする本発明の光学部品(樹脂硬化体)は、そのアッベ数が29~45の範囲であることが好ましく、より好ましくはアッベ数が29~43の範囲である。すなわち、本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物の使用により、上記アッベ数を実現することが可能となる。また、本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物の硬化体は、上記のようにアッベ数が低く高屈折率であるが、透明性が高く、加熱変色も抑えられており、これらの特性のバランスが良い。なお、上記アッベ数の測定は、例えば、その光学部品の表面をグラインダーにより研磨した後、屈折率計(アタゴ社製)を用いて測定することにより行われる。
つぎに、本発明を実施例に基づいて比較例と併せて説明する。ただし、本発明は、これら実施例に限定されるものではない。
まず、実施例に先立ち、下記に示すエポキシ樹脂、オキセタン樹脂、光酸発生剤、その他の添加剤等を準備した。

上記各成分を、後記の表1および表2に示す割合で配合し、加熱溶融混合を行い、光硬化型樹脂組成物を作製した。

このようにして得られた実施例および比較例の光硬化型樹脂組成物に関し、下記の基準に従って各特性評価を行った。その結果を、後記の表1および表2に併せて示す。
≪屈折率・アッベ数≫
光硬化型樹脂組成物(液状樹脂)を、1×1.5×0.5cmの透明成型型に流し込み、UVを16,000mJ/cm2照射し硬化させた後、型から外し150℃×1時間の加熱処理を行った。このようにして得られた成形物の表面をグラインダーにより研磨した後、屈折率計(アタゴ社製)を用いて、25℃環境下での屈折率およびアッベ数を測定した。
光硬化型樹脂組成物(液状樹脂)を、1×1.5×0.5cmの透明成型型に流し込み、UVを16,000mJ/cm2照射し硬化させた後、型から外し150℃×1時間の加熱処理を行った。このようにして得られた成形物の表面をグラインダーにより研磨した後、屈折率計(アタゴ社製)を用いて、25℃環境下での屈折率およびアッベ数を測定した。
≪常温粘度・ハンドリング性≫
光硬化型樹脂組成物の25℃環境下の粘度(常温粘度)を、E型粘度計にて測定した。そして、ハンドリング性評価において、上記粘度が25Pa・sより高いものは、ハンドリング性が悪いため×と評価し、上記粘度が25Pa・s以下のものは、ハンドリング性が容易であるため〇と評価した。
光硬化型樹脂組成物の25℃環境下の粘度(常温粘度)を、E型粘度計にて測定した。そして、ハンドリング性評価において、上記粘度が25Pa・sより高いものは、ハンドリング性が悪いため×と評価し、上記粘度が25Pa・s以下のものは、ハンドリング性が容易であるため〇と評価した。
≪硬化性(ゲルタイム)≫
光硬化型樹脂組成物の硬化性を、光源に浜松ホトニクス社製水銀ランプ(LC-8、365nmでの照度が10mW/cm2になるよう設定)を用いたUVレオメーター(Rheologica社製、15mmΦのアルミ製パラレルプレート使用)によるゲルタイム測定により評価した。上記UVレオメーターによるゲルタイムは、光硬化型樹脂組成物の粘弾性を25℃で測定した際の弾性項(G’)がG’=1.0×106Paに到達する時間とした。そして、この評価では、ゲルタイムが早いほど硬化性が早いことを意味し、ゲルタイムが300秒未満のものを◎、300秒以上1000秒未満のものを〇、1000秒以上のものを×と評価した。

光硬化型樹脂組成物を用いて、シリコーン離型処理を施したPETフィルム(三菱化学ポリエステルフィルム社製、ダイアホイルMRF-50)上に、厚み500μmとなるよう製膜し、これに光照射(光量8000mJ/cm2)を行い一次硬化させた。その後、150℃×1時間の加熱処理をし、硬化体を得た。作製した硬化体については、巾5mm、長さ25mmの試験片に切り出し、動的粘弾性(レオメトリック社製、RSA-III)を用いて、周波数1Hz、RT~200℃の温度範囲で貯蔵弾性率および損失弾性率を測定し、そこから導かれるTanδ曲線を得た。そして得られたTanδ曲線のピーク温度をガラス転移温度(Tg)とし、Tgが120℃以上のものを◎、80℃以上120℃未満のものを○、80℃未満のものを×と評価した。

≪耐熱変色性(透明性)≫
光硬化型樹脂組成物を用いて、シリコーン離型処理を施したPETフィルム(三菱化学ポリエステルフィルム社製、ダイアホイルMRF-50)上に、厚み600μmとなるよう製膜し、これに光照射(光量8000mJ/cm2)を行い一次硬化させた。その後、150℃×1時間の加熱処理(ポストモールドキュア(PMC))を行い、硬化体を得た。これを3cm角の試験片に切り出し、260℃×10秒間リフロー炉を通した。そして、上記試験片に対するPMC後およびリフロー後の着色度を、カラーコンピューター(スガ試験機社製、SM-T)により透過モードでイエローインデックス値(Y.I.値)を測定することにより評価した。すなわち、上記Y.I.値は低い値ほど変色性が低く透明性が高いことを示しており、Y.I.値が5以下のものを◎、5より高く10以下のものを〇、10より高いものを×と評価した。

*1) 光酸発生剤は、50重量%プロピレンカーボネート溶液としての配合量である。
*2) 固形分濃度90%となるよう溶剤(エタノール)を添加した。
*3) 密閉キュアする際、気泡や筋が発生した。
*4) ハンドリング性が悪すぎ、成形できない。

上記表の結果より、実施例の光硬化型樹脂組成物は、いずれも、アッベ数が低く、高い屈折率を示すが、ポストモールドキュア後あるいはリフロー後においてY.I.値が低く抑えられており、耐熱変色性に優れる結果となった。また、実施例の光硬化型樹脂組成物は、溶剤が不含であるが、粘性が低くハンドリング性に優れ、硬化性やTg評価も良好であった。さらに溶剤が不含であるため、密閉キュアする際(光硬化時)に、ボイド(気泡)等の発生もみられなかった。したがって、実施例の光硬化型樹脂組成物の使用により、高い屈折率で、熱変色耐性に優れた光学レンズを提供することが可能となる。また、この樹脂組成物を用いてなる光学部品は、ハンダリフロー時の熱によっても変色をすることなく、熱ストレスに対し安定した機械特性を有するため、撮像装置をハンダリフローにより一括搭載する際に有利に使用することができる。
これに対し、比較例1は、単独での屈折率が1.57以上のエポキシ樹脂の配合割合が少なく、所望のアッベ数が得られなかった。比較例2は、光酸発生剤の配合割合が少な過ぎ、透明性は良好ながらもTgが低く、硬化性に劣る結果となった。比較例3は、光酸発生剤の配合割合が多過ぎ、硬化性やTg評価は良好ながらも、耐熱変色性に劣る結果となった。比較例4および6は、液状エポキシである脂環式エポキシ樹脂を配合しておらず、粘度が高いため、ハンドリング性に劣る結果となった。比較例5は、比較例4のハンドリング性を高める目的でエタノールによる希釈を行ったが、密閉キュアする際(光硬化時)に、成形物にボイド(気泡)等が発生してしまい、所望の成形物が得られなかった。
上記実施例においては、本発明における具体的な形態について示したが、上記実施例は単なる例示にすぎず、限定的に解釈されるものではない。当業者に明らかな様々な変形は、本発明の範囲内であることが企図されている。
本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物は、高い透明性を有しながら、高い屈折率を有する立体造形物(硬化物)となり得るため、光学レンズ等の光学部品用の成形材料(光学部品用材料)や、光学部品固定用光硬化型接着剤等の光学用途として有用である。また、本発明の光硬化型樹脂組成物を用いた光学部品は、信頼性が高いため、光学レンズ等の光学部品(光学製品)に用いることができる。
Claims (8)
- 下記(A)~(D)成分を含有する光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物であって、全樹脂成分に対する(A)成分の割合が20~75重量%の範囲であり、全樹脂成分100重量部に対する(D)成分の割合が0.5~2.5重量部の範囲であり、かつ上記樹脂組成物が、溶剤成分を含有せず、その25℃環境下での粘度が0.5~25Pa・sの範囲であることを特徴とする光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物。
(A)単独での屈折率が1.57以上のエポキシ樹脂。
(B)脂環式エポキシ樹脂。
(C)1分子に1個以上のオキセタン環を有するオキセタン樹脂。
(D)光酸発生剤。 - 上記(D)成分の光酸発生剤が、ヘキサフルオロリン酸あるいはヘキサフルオロアンチモン酸をアニオン成分とするオニウム塩である、請求項1または2記載の光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物。
- 上記(B)成分の脂環式エポキシ樹脂の含有割合が、樹脂組成物中の全樹脂成分に対し10~50重量%の範囲である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物。
- 上記(C)成分のオキセタン樹脂の含有割合が、樹脂組成物中の全樹脂成分に対し5~50重量%の範囲である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物。
- その硬化物のアッベ数が29~45の範囲である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物の硬化体からなる光学部品。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の光学部品用光硬化型樹脂組成物を、成形加工型内に充填し、上記加工型内の樹脂組成物に対して光照射を行い、上記樹脂組成物を硬化させた後、その硬化体に対し加熱処理を行うことを特徴とする、光学部品の製法。
