技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸质载带, 尤其涉及一种压孔纸质载带的制作方法及其冲孔装置。
背景技术
载带 (Carrier Tape)是指在一种应用于电子包装领域的带状产品, 它具有特定的厚度, 在 其长度方向上等距分布着用于承放电子元器件的孔穴 (亦称口袋)和用于进行索引定位的定位 孔。 载带主要应用于电子元器件贴装工业。 它配合盖带 (上封带)使用, 将电阻, 电容, 晶体 管, 二极管等电子元器件承载收纳在载带的口袋中, 并通过在载带上方封合盖带形成闭合式 的包装, 用于保护电子元器件在运输途中不受污染和损坏。 电子元器件在贴装时, 盖带被剥 离, 自动贴装设备通过载带索引孔的精确定位, 将口袋中盛放的元器件依次取出, 并贴放安 装在集成电路板 (PCB板) 上。
按口袋的成型特点分:压纹载带(embossed carrier tape)和冲压载带(punched carrier tape) 0 压纹载带是指通过模具压印或者吸塑的方法使载带材料的局部产生拉伸, 形成凹陷形状的口 袋, 这种载带可以根据具体需要, 成型不同大小的口袋以适应所盛放的电子元器件的截面面 积; 冲压载带是指通过模具冲切形成穿透或半穿透口袋, 这种载带能够盛放的电子元器件的 厚度受载带本身厚度限制, 一般只能用于包装较小的元器件。
按载带材质分: 载带的材质主要包括两类: 塑料 (聚合物) 和纸质。 压纹载带主要是塑 料材料构成, 目前市场上的主流是 PC (Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)载带, PS (Polystyrene,聚苯 乙烯) 和 ABS (丙烯腈-丁二烯 -苯乙烯共聚树脂) 载带, 此外也有少量的 PET, APET等材料 制备的载带。 冲压载带主要是纸质材料或者 PE复合材料制备。
现有片式电感在生产过程中, 在前制程需要在电感两个侧面端头沾银形成电极。 而现有 的载带都是用于包装、 运输和使用工序中 (如中国实用新型专利申请号: 200920120349.3 申 请日: 2009-05-14), 而在生产过程中还未有应用。
中国实用新型专利 (申请号: 200920120349.3 申请日: 2009-05-14) 公开了一种用于电 子元器件的纸质载带,包括纸带,所述纸带一侧设有一排定位圆孔,所述纸带的另一侧设有一排 安放槽。 中国实用新型专利 (申请号: 200920191742.1 申请日: 2009-08-20) 公开了用于该 纸质载带的冲孔模具。 该产品的现有方法所产生的弊端为: 压孔机的吨位需求较高, 按 16孔 每冲程需要 5吨; 另外, 底部较厚、 有凸出, 影响产品总厚度。
发明内容
为了解决生产压孔纸质载带存在的技术问题, 本发明的第一个目的是提供一种压孔纸质 载带的制作方法, 该方法压孔机的吨位需求较低, 需要压孔的物质减少, 压的底部也比较平 整, 不影响产品总厚度。 本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的方法使用的冲孔装置, 该装置具 有结构简单, 改装方便的特点。
为了实现上述的第一个目的, 本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种压孔纸质载带的制作方法, 该纸质载带上设有定位孔和载物孔穴, 所述的载物孔穴 采用包括以下步骤的冲孔方法制得:
1 ) 冲孔: 通过第一压孔冲头冲一个截面面积为载物孔穴截面面积 0. 2 ~0. 8倍的通孔, 通孔形状与载物孔穴形状相同;
2)压孔: 通过第二压孔冲头在通孔的位置压出所述的载物孔穴, 并且封闭所述的通孔形 成载物孔穴的底部;
3)整形: 用压孔冲头截面面积略小于第二压孔冲头的第三压孔冲头压在载物孔穴内, 使 载物孔穴内表面平整。
作为优选, 所述的载物孔穴的截面为圆形、 长方形或正方形。
作为优选, 所述的载物孔穴的底部设有贯通孔, 贯通孔由第四压孔冲头紧接步骤 2 ) 在 载物孔穴的底部冲出。 或者在第三压孔冲头的端部中心位置设有冲孔凸台, 在步骤 3 ) 整形 的时候在载物孔穴的底部将贯通孔冲出。

本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案, 所述的方法和装置的压孔机的吨位需求较低, 按 16 孔每冲程需要 2吨; 另外需要压孔的物质减少, 压的底部也比较平整, 并且还不影响产品总 厚度。

如图 5所示, 上述的一种压孔纸质载带的载物孔穴 2采用冲孔装置冲孔制得, 该装置由 定位孔冲头、 第一压孔冲头 5、 第二压孔冲头 6和第三压孔冲头 7, 第一压孔冲头 5、 第二压 孔冲头 6和第三压孔冲头 7按前后顺序设置, 所述的第一压孔冲头 5的截面面积为第二压孔 冲头 6截面面积的 3/4, 第三压孔冲头 7截面面积略小于第二压孔冲头 6。 在第三压孔冲头 7 的端部中心位置设有冲孔凸台 8, 冲孔凸台 8的截面面积为第二压孔冲头 6截面面积的 1/4。

3)整形: 用压孔冲头截面面积略小于第二压孔冲头(6) 的第三压孔冲头(7)压在载物 孔穴 (2) 内, 使载物孔穴 (2) 内表面平整。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种压孔纸质载带的制作方法, 其特征在于: 载物孔穴 (2) 的截 面为圆形、 长方形或正方形。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种压孔纸质载带的制作方法, 其特征在于: 载物孔穴 (2) 的底部设有贯通孔(3), 贯通孔(3) 由第四压孔冲头紧接步骤 2)在载物孔穴(2) 的底 部冲出。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种压孔纸质载带的制作方法, 其特征在于: 载物孔穴 (2) 的底部设有贯通孔 (3), 并在第三压孔冲头 (7) 的端部中心位置设有冲孔凸台 (8 ), 在 步骤 3) 整形的时候在载物孔穴 (2) 的底部将贯通孔 (3) 冲出。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的一种压孔纸质载带的制作方法, 其特征在于: 贯通孔 (3) 为载物 孔穴 (2) 深度的 0. 2〜0. 5倍。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的一种压孔纸质载带的制作方法, 其特征在于: 贯通孔 (3) 为载物 孔穴 (2) 深度的 0. 2〜0. 5倍。
7. 一种用于压孔纸质载带的冲孔装置, 其特征在于: 该装置由定位孔 (1 ) 冲头、 第一压孔 冲头 (5)、 第二压孔冲头 (6) 和第三压孔冲头 (7), 第一压孔冲头 (5)、 第二压孔冲头
(6) 和第三压孔冲头 (7) 按前后顺序设置, 所述的第一压孔冲头 (5) 的截面面积为第 二压孔冲头 (6) 截面面积的 0. 2〜0. 8倍, 第三压孔冲头 (7) 截面面积略小于第二压孔 冲头 (6)。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的冲孔装置, 其特征在于: 第二压孔冲头 (6) 和第三压孔冲头 (7 ) 之间还设有第四压孔冲头 (9 ), 第四压孔冲头 (9) 的截面面积为第二压孔冲头 (6 ) 截 面面积的 0. 2^0. 8倍。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的冲孔装置, 其特征在于: 在第三压孔冲头 (7) 的端部中心位置设 有冲孔凸台 (8 ), 冲孔凸台 (8 ) 的截面面积为第二压孔冲头 (6 ) 截面面积的 0. 2〜0. 8 倍。
