技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种模具,尤其是指一种将冲压膜和注塑模结合在一起的组合模具。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断进步,各种各样的电子产品越来越广泛的被人们所使用,已经成为人们工作和生活中的必需品。
电子产品的外壳通常由冲压零件与塑件构成,如个人电脑的机箱,其外壳包括由钢板冲压而成的框架,在框体的前侧通常安装了一塑料材料制成的前板,则在制造该机箱时,需要采用冲压模具冲压钢板而制造出框架,而且需要注塑模具注塑成型前板,而后将前板固定到框架上,上述制造及装配过程需要在不同的工位进行制造装配,过程繁琐,效率较低,且需要多套不同的模具,成本较高。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可将冲压模和注塑模结合在一起的组合模具。
一种组合模具,包括一上模和一下模,所述上模设有一上模腔,所述下模设有一与所述上模腔相配合的下模腔,所述上模腔和下模腔共同形成一封闭模腔,所述上模中安装了一伸入到所述上模腔中的冲头而冲压放置在所述封闭模腔中的工件,所述冲头活动地安装在所述上模中,所述上模中设有一注塑流道,所述注塑流道延伸到所述上模腔,所述冲头冲压所述工件后缩入到所述上模中,所述注塑流道引导熔融的塑料到所述封闭模腔中在所述工件上成型一塑件。
优选地,所述下模设有若干将加工好后的工件移出的顶针。
优选地,所述封闭模腔的大小与所述工件的大小相同。
优选地,所述上模腔开设在所述上模的下侧,所述下模腔开设在所述下模的上侧。
优选地,所述注塑流道的一端连通到所述上模的外侧,以接收一注塑机注入的熔融了的塑料。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型组合模具可在同一模具中成型冲压件和塑件,效率高。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,一组合模具包括一上模10和一下模20,用来加工一工件50。
该上模10的下侧设有一上模腔11,若干冲头15活动地设置在上模10中,这些冲头15的头部可从上模10伸入到上模腔11中,或收回到上模10中,一注塑流道13设置在上模10中,该注塑流道13的一端连通到上模10的外侧,用来接收一注塑机注入的熔融了的塑料,该注塑流道13的另一端连通到上模10的上模腔11处,用来向上模腔11中注入塑料。
该下模20的上侧设有一下模腔21,该下模腔21和上模腔11可共同形成一封闭模腔,该下模20设有若干顶针23,用来将加工好后的工件移出该组合模具。
该工件50为一金属件,如钢板、铜板或铝板等,该工件50的大小与该组合模具的封闭模腔的大小相同。
请一并参阅图1至图3,加工该工件50时,首先将工件50放入下模20的下模腔21中,而后上模10和下模20合模,上模10的冲头15冲入工件50中,将工件50冲压成预设的形状,而后冲头15回缩到上模10中,注塑机通过该上模10的注塑流道13向封闭模腔内注入熔融的塑料,从而在工件50上成型预设的塑件,待塑料和模具冷却后,开模,下模20的顶针将成型后的工件50从下模腔21中顶出。
上述组合模具可在同一工位将工件50冲压成型,并在成型后的工件50上设置塑件,避免了冲压件和塑件的分别成型,也省去了两者之间的装配过程,生产效率高。

Claims (5)

1.一种组合模具,包括一上模和一下模,所述上模设有一上模腔,所述下模设有一与所述上模腔相配合的下模腔,所述上模腔和下模腔共同形成一封闭模腔,所述上模中安装了一伸入到所述上模腔中的冲头而冲压放置在所述封闭模腔中的工件,其特征在于:所述冲头活动地安装在所述上模中,所述上模中设有一注塑流道,所述注塑流道延伸到所述上模腔,所述冲头冲压所述工件后缩入到所述上模中,所述注塑流道引导熔融的塑料到所述封闭模腔中在所述工件上成型一塑件。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合模具,其特征在于:所述下模设有若干将加工好后的工件移出的顶针。
3.如权利要求1所述的组合模具,其特征在于:所述封闭模腔的大小与所述工件的大小相同。
4.如权利要求1所述的组合模具,其特征在于:所述上模腔开设在所述上模的下侧,所述下模腔开设在所述下模的上侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的组合模具,其特征在于:所述注塑流道的一端连通到所述上模的外侧,以接收一注塑机注入的熔融了的塑料。
