Abstract
本发明涉及一种异型油封骨架的生产方法。采用碳钢材料注射压铸工艺成型，注射模具采用4CrW2Si材料，注射压力为150MPa～500MPa，注射压铸模具采用在注射完成后冷却开模进行卸料的同时自动拉断进料浇口的浇口结构。所述浇口结构包括定模型腔和动模型腔，在定模型腔与动模型腔的合模面上，设置六点浇口，六点浇口为环形均匀分布排列，浇口进料通道设置于定模型腔上。所述浇口位于异型油封骨架的内壁顶端处。模具在注射完成后冷却开模进行卸料时，浇口浇头扣留在定模型腔中，骨架产品扣留在动模型腔中，产品与浇口自动剪切分离，减少与避免熔接痕的产生，省去了骨架成型后的去除浇口工序。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种异型油封骨架的生产方法。
背景技术
油封本体需要与金属骨架粘合，依靠骨架支撑作用，避免油封在装配、工作过程发生变形，使产品密封性能失效；而目前骨架制作均采用五金模具冲压成形，且多为圆环形结构。该生产工艺的主要原理为：将预先裁切一定尺寸的冷轧钢板，借助一定吨位冲床压力，通过冲压模具对钢板进行裁切、拉升、整形，使钢板发生永久性变形，以达到预先设计结构及尺寸要求，完成金属骨架的结构定形。但此种工艺有两个局限性：1、该生产工艺，骨架的厚度由钢板的厚度决定，故具有各部位厚度基本一致的特点；而异型油封（例如双离合自动变速器油封，请见图2）有多种不同厚度，采用冲压工艺是无法生产的。2、该生产工艺，利用冷轧钢板的塑性变形，实现预期的设计结构和尺寸要求；然而，由于钢板的材质、以及冲压模具的老化因素，使骨架的精度和稳定性受到诸多限制，难以实现高精度的配合要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决以上技术问题，提供一种异型油封骨架的生产方法——采用注射压铸工艺成型，同时，在注射压铸模具的设计上，采用在注射完成后冷却开模进行卸料的同时自动拉断进料浇口的浇口结构，使得骨架注射成型后省去了去除浇口的工序。
本发明，采用碳钢材料注射压铸工艺成型，注射模具采用4CrW2Si材料，注射压力为150MPa～500MPa，注射压铸模具采用在注射完成后冷却开模进行卸料的同时自动拉断进料浇口的浇口结构。
本发明，所述浇口结构包括定模型腔和动模型腔，在定模型腔与动模型腔的合模面上，设置六点浇口，六点浇口为环形均匀分布排列，浇口进料通道设置于定模型腔上。所述浇口位于异型油封骨架的内壁顶端处。
本发明，不仅能实现异型油封骨架产品的成型生产，注射时腔体充分进料填满，保证产品的质量，压铸生产时又能在开模卸料时拉断六点浇口，使得成型后的骨架产品省去了在后续的去浇口工序，大大提高了生产效率和保证了骨架产品的外观质量。

具体实施方式
图2是双离合变速器组合式的油封中的K1活塞油封的骨架。因有多层壁厚，采用注射工艺成型，油封骨架采用碳钢材料，注射模具采用4CrW2Si材料，注射压力为150MPa～500MPa。
图3是生产双离合变速器组合式的油封中的K1活塞油封的骨架的注射压铸模具，注射压铸模具在设计上采用在注射完成后冷却开模进行卸料的同时自动拉断进料浇口的浇口结构。主要由定模固定板2、定模型腔3、导套4、导柱5、动模型腔6、顶杆7、支撑板8、动模固定板9和顶板10组成，与普通压铸模不同的是在定模型腔3与动模型腔6的合模面上，设置六点浇口12，六点浇口12为环形均匀分布排列，浇口进料通道13设置于定模型腔3上，所述浇口12位于异型油封骨架11的内壁顶端处。
本发明，在以往传统的注射浇口结构的基础上，在异形骨架的内壁顶端增设到六个进料浇口，因该骨架为圆体结构，根据模具的注射条件，其进料浇口较多，注射的时间周期就较短，填充模具型腔的熔体就更加充足，避免了腔体中的缺料现象。现根据骨架产品的形状增设为六点浇口的进料模具结构，可以保证在注射的过程中，时间更短，效率更高，同时也确保了骨架产品的外观质量要求。
同时，将浇口进料通道13设置于定模型腔3上，模具在注射完成后冷却开模进行卸料时，浇口浇头扣留在定模型腔中，骨架产品扣留在动模型腔中，两者处于分离状态，从而达到了自动拉断六点进料浇口的效果，从而省去了骨架成型后的去浇口工序，这样有利于减少与避免熔接痕的产生，不影响骨架的外观，达到更佳的工艺效果。
由于浇口浇头扣留在定模型腔中，在卸料后（即取下异型油封骨架产品），重新合模，将要进行下次注射压铸，由于模具中的加热装置对模具进行加热，使浇口浇头熔化，在压铸机的作用下，熔化的浇口浇头和压铸机中的新的压铸料一并被压铸到模腔中，完成新一轮的压铸作业。

1.一种异型油封骨架的生产方法，其特征在于：采用碳钢材料注射压铸工艺成型，注射模具采用4CrW2Si材料，注射压力为150MPa～500MPa，注射压铸模具采用在注射完成后冷却开模进行卸料的同时自动拉断进料浇口的浇口结构，所述浇口结构包括定模型腔（3）和动模型腔（6），在定模型腔（3）与动模型腔（6）的合模面上，设置六点浇口（12），六点浇口（12）为环形均匀分布排列，浇口进料通道（13）设置于定模型腔（3）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异型油封骨架的生产方法，其特征在于：所述浇口（12）位于异型油封骨架（11）的内壁顶端处。
