Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cover member that has a fixed plate mounted on a mounting cup of an aerosol container, a nozzle having a dispensing cylinder for discharging contents, and an operation unit that presses the nozzle, and is engaged and held by the fixed plate.
- the present invention relates to a discharge tool used for an aerosol container having a total of two stems for separately storing two types of contents and discharging each content.
- a container for storing a two-pack type hair dye or hairdressing agent it has a pair of aerosol containers on the left and right, and two connecting parts connected to the stems of each aerosol container, and is stored in each container.
- a double-type aerosol container is known that includes a nozzle that simultaneously discharges the discharged contents from one dispensing cylinder and a cap provided with an operation unit that presses the nozzle (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the contents remaining in the nozzle may be dried and clogged, so that the container described in Patent Document 1 can easily clean the passage of the contents.
- the passage member connected to the stem and the head having the nozzle are separately provided so as to be separable, and the passage plate is provided with a knob plate for removal from the head.
- the pick plate has a relatively large size so that it can be easily detached.
- two aerosol containers are used so as not to increase the size of the entire container.
- the knob plate is accommodated in a gap formed between them.
- An object of the present invention is to solve such a problem, and the object of the present invention is to easily attach an aerosol container having two stems, and to simplify the passage of contents. Therefore, a new aerosol container discharge tool that can be cleaned is proposed.
- the present invention has a stationary platen mounted on a mounting cup of an aerosol container having two stems, and two connecting portions connected to each stem, and through the passages provided with contents from each stem inside.
- a nozzle that discharges from one dispensing cylinder, and a cover member that includes an operation unit that presses the nozzle and covers and engages the fixed platen.
- the cover member includes a lower cover having a first engagement piece that is located immediately above the fixed plate and engages with a first engagement hole provided in the fixed plate, the operation member, and the lower cover.
- An upper cover having a second engagement piece that engages with the second engagement hole
- the lower cover is an aerosol container discharge tool that has a pressing portion that is supported via a hinge and presses against the second engagement piece to release the engagement with the second engagement hole.
- the nozzle has a split structure in which a lower member provided with the connecting portion and an upper member provided with the dispensing tube are connected to each other through a hinge so as to be opened and closed.
- an overcap is provided directly above the upper cover to cover the nozzle barrel and the operation portion.
- the over cap has a cap convex portion that is detachably engaged with a cover convex portion provided on the upper cover or the lower cover, and the cap convex portion is located on the left and right front and rear sides of the axis of the extraction cylinder. It is preferable to provide in four places.
- a fixed plate mounted on the aerosol container, a nozzle connected to the stem of the container, and a cover member that has an operation unit that presses the nozzle and covers and engages the fixed plate.
- the cover member is located immediately above the fixed plate and has a lower cover having a first engagement piece that engages with a first engagement hole provided in the fixed plate, and an operating portion that presses the nozzle and has a lower cover. Since it is composed of an upper cover having a second engagement piece that engages with a second engagement hole provided in the cover, the fixed plate, the lower cover, the nozzle, and the upper cover are all the same for the aerosol container. Can be mounted from the direction (above the aerosol container).
- the lower cover, the nozzle, and the upper cover may be attached to the fixed plate in this order, and this may be attached to the aerosol container. That is, as in the prior art, there is no need to attach components from above and below with the main cylinder member sandwiched therebetween, so that it can be easily mounted.
- the lower cover is provided with a pressing portion that is supported via a hinge and presses against the second engagement piece to release the engagement with the second engagement hole, the upper cover is attached by pressing the pressing portion. It can be removed and the nozzle can be removed from above. As a result, the nozzle can be easily cleaned.
- the nozzle When the nozzle has a split structure in which the lower member and the upper member are connected via a hinge so as to be openable and closable, it becomes easier to clean the contents passage.
- the over cap is provided with cap convex portions that are detachably engaged with the cover convex portions provided on the upper cover or the lower cover, and the cap convex portions are provided at four positions on the front and rear sides of the left and right sides of the axis of the extraction cylinder. In this case, the overcap can be held more stably.

Moreover, after assembling from the fixed platen 10 to the upper cover 30, this may be attached to the aerosol container 2, and then the overcap 50 may be attached.
- the overcap 50 is first removed. Thereafter, when the operation portion 34 of the upper cover 30 is pushed downward, the operation portion 34 presses against the semicircular rib 41 d of the nozzle 40 and pushes down the stem 6 connected to the nozzle 40. As a result, two types of contents are simultaneously ejected from the respective stems 6 and discharged from the outlet of the dispensing cylinder 42 through the passage R formed inside the nozzle 40.
- the partition wall 43 provided in the nozzle 40 has only two upstream sides of the passage R (the stem 6 side of the passage R is referred to as the upstream side, and the outlet side of the extraction tube is referred to as the downstream side).
- the partition wall 43 may be extended to the vicinity of the outlet of the pouring tube 42 so that the substantially entire area of the passage R is defined as a dividing region (that is, inside the one pouring tube 42). Two passage portions are formed), and the partition region may be narrower than the present embodiment by shortening it toward the upstream side, or the partition wall 43 may be removed to omit the partition region.
