将三轮车折叠至拉杆箱状态, 就是将折叠车架 2以及所连带的控制车把 10、 电 动前轮 7等相关部分全部折叠至坐框基座 1的内侧, 并将靠背 14和后轮 17等部分 折叠靠拢于坐框基座 1的外侧, 此时, 两个后轮 17成为拉杆箱的轮子, 坐框基座 1 为拉杆箱体。
将折叠车架 2以及所连带的控制车把 10、电动前轮 7等相关部分全部折叠至坐 框基座 1的内侧是按下述步骤完成的:
请参阅图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5。
搬开连接钩锁件 4, 使其脱离钩锁卡件 11, 将控制车把 10和前轮叉架 5的部 分各自向折叠车架 2方向折叠。
此时车把扭矩传动凸件 12和前轮扭矩传动凹件 6相互分离,将两个折叠踏板 8 折并于前轮叉架 5; 将前轮叉架 5垂直轴向旋转约 90度 (如图 3所示)。
将前轮叉架 5向折叠车架 2方向折叠约 90度,并拢于折叠车架 2(如图 4所示); 将控制车把 10也折叠并拢于折叠车架 2。
将折叠车架 2连同前轮叉架 5、控制车把 10等向坐框基座 1下部的内侧折叠约 180度, 此时, 折叠车架 2连同前轮叉架 5、 控制车把 10等部分完全折叠进入到坐 框基座 1的内侧 (如图 4、 图 5所示)。
为了减少折叠操作环节, 靠背 14和后轮 17等部分设计为一组四杆机构连动装 说 明 书
置。 以下, 将靠背 14和后轮 17等部分的四杆连动关系以及折叠靠拢于坐框基座 1 外侧的过程, 简要叙述:
请参阅图 1、 图 3、 图 6所示。 靠背 14的下侧部分为左右两侧, 并分别与坐框 基座 1上部的左右两侧相铰接, 两侧完全对称, 以下所述的部分左右两侧也完全对 称, 这里仅表述一侧。
靠背 14下段的靠背固定折点 142与坐框基座 1的上侧相铰接, 靠背 14下侧端 头的靠背端头铰链点 143与连杆 15的上侧相铰接; 折叠后轮架 16上端的后轮架上 端头铰链点 161与坐框基座 1下侧相铰接, 折叠后轮架 16下端安装有后轮 17; 折 叠后轮架 16的下侧与连杆 15下侧的连杆下端头铰链点 151相铰接; 弹力推杆 18 的前端与靠背 14下部的靠背端头铰链点 143相铰接, 弹力推杆 18的推杆后端固定 点 181与坐框基座 1的后部相铰接。
靠背 14下部的靠背固定折点 142至靠背端头铰链点 143之间的靠背连杆段 141、 连杆 15、 折叠后轮架 16和坐框基座 1侧面的后轮架上端头铰链点 161至靠背固定 折点 142之间的虚线段 101等四个部分组成了一组四杆连动机构。 其中靠背 14下 部靠背固定折点 142和坐框基座 1侧面的后轮架上端头铰链点 161为固定铰接点。 当该车展开呈现三轮车状态或座椅状态时, 手搬动靠背 14折起至垂直状态, 由于 连杆 15的连动作用, 同时将折叠后轮架 16的下侧推离坐框基座 1, 从而也呈现展 开状态, 此刻, 在弹力推杆 18的推力作用下, 靠背 14和折叠后轮架 16均都稳定 地保持着这种展开状态; 当该车折叠至拉杆箱状态时, 徒手搬动靠背 14折叠至坐 框基座, 由于连杆 15的连动作用, 同时将折叠后轮架 16的下侧拉回至坐框基座 1, 此刻, 在弹力推杆 18的推力作用下, 靠背 14和折叠后轮架 16均稳定地保持着这 种与坐框基座 1的并拢状态。
折叠拉梁 13与坐框基座 1的前侧相铰接。 当折叠成拉杆箱状态时, 折叠拉梁 13折叠至坐框基座 1的前侧, 此时, 折叠拉梁 13起到拉杆箱拉梁的作用; 当折叠 成座椅状态时, 折叠拉梁 13折至坐框基座 1的下侧, 此时, 折叠拉梁 13又成为座 椅的前腿; 当折叠成运输或存放状态时, 折叠拉梁 13进一步折并于坐框基座 1, 此 时折叠拉梁 13几乎不占空间体积, 以便于运输和存放。 请参阅图 6、 图 7、 图 8。 说 明 书
当呈拉杆箱状态携带乘车时, 为了不对其他乘客造成影响, 坐框基座 1的所有 外角都进行倒角处理。 参阅图 1。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种有折椅功能的拉杆箱式便携折叠电动三轮车, 包括有控制车把 (10)、 电动前轮 (7)、 坐框基座 (1)、 后轮 (17) 和折叠车架 (2); 其特征在于: 所述的 折叠车架 (2) 的后端与坐框基座 (1) 的前侧相铰接, 折叠车架 (2) 的前端下侧 与折叠前轮基架 (3) 相铰接; 折叠前轮基架 (3) 前部安装有连接钩锁件 (4), 折 叠前轮基架 (3) 的下部安装有前轮叉架 (5), 前轮叉架 (5) 的上部置有前轮扭矩 传动凹件 (6), 前轮叉架 (5) 的下部安装有电动前轮 (7), 电动前轮 (7) 的中间 部分是驱动电机 (701), 折叠车架 (2) 前端的上侧与折叠车把基架 (9) 相铰接, 折叠车把基架 (9) 的上部安装有控制车把 (10), 控制车把 (10) 的下侧置有车把 扭矩传动凸件 (12), 折叠车把基架 (9) 的前侧置有钩锁卡件 (11);
当折叠成为三轮车状态时, 折叠车架 (2) 折至坐框基座 (1) 的前端, 控制车 把 (10) 折叠至垂直状态, 前轮叉架 (5) 折至垂直状态, 通过连接钩锁件 (4) 和 钩锁卡件 (11) 自动相互扣合, 将折叠车把基架 (9) 和折叠前轮基架 (3) 相互固 定, 同时也将上述两部分与折叠车架 (2) 固定为一体; 前轮叉架 (5) 上部的前轮 扭矩传动凹件 (6) 和控制车把 (10) 下侧的车把扭矩传动凸件 (12) 相互扣合; 靠背 (14) 下部的靠背固定折点 (142) 与坐框基座 (1) 的上侧相铰接, 靠 背端头铰链点 (143) 与连杆 (15) 的上侧相铰接; 折叠后轮架 (16) 的后轮架上 端头铰链点 (161) 与坐框基座 (1) 下侧相铰接, 折叠后轮架 (16) 下端安装有后 轮 (17); 折叠后轮架 (16) 的下侧与连杆 (15) 下侧的连杆下端头铰链点 (151) 相铰接; 弹力推杆 (18) 的前端与靠背 (14) 下部的靠背端头铰链点 (143) 相铰 接, 弹力推杆 (18) 的推杆后端固定点 (181) 与坐框基座 (1) 的后部相铰接; 所述的靠背 (14) 下部的靠背固定折点 (142) 至靠背端头铰链点 (143) 之间 的靠背连杆段 (141)、 连杆 (15)、 折叠后轮架 (16) 和坐框基座 (1) 侧面的后轮 架上端头铰链点 (161) 至靠背固定折点 (142) 之间的虚线段 (101) 部分组成了 一组四杆连动机构; 其中靠背 (14) 下部
为固定铰接点; 折叠拉梁 (13) 与坐框基座 (1) 的前侧相铰接。
