本发明涉及一种轻型代步车。
背景技术
公告号为CN200942835Y的专利公开了一种轻型代步车,其车架结构简单,具有重量较轻的优点,便于搬运,尤其适用于气力不足的老年人。为便于使用,会设置电机以驱动车轮转动,从而实现代步车的活动,为此会配备电池盒为电机和控制盒供电,通常会将电池盒设置在车架后侧及座椅下侧,代步车后部相比设有龙头架的前部而言较重,尤其代步车行驶时,使用者会做在代步车后部的座椅上,会使得代步车前后两部分重量差别过大,使得代步车具有倾翻风险,且不利于爬坡。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种能使前后重量平衡,便于爬坡的代步车。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种代步车,包括车架,所述车架前端设有龙头架,所述龙头架下侧设有前轮,所述车架后端设有后轮,所述车架后部上侧设有座椅,所述前轮为驱动轮并由电机提供动力,所述电机与电池盒电连接,所述电池盒固定于龙头架上。
本发明将电机部分、电池盒部分均设置于龙头架上,以使代步车前部更重,从而配合代步车前后两侧重量,以避免代步车使用时发生倾翻,同时便于代步车爬坡。
作为优选,所述电池盒包括盒体,所述龙头架包括左右相对设置的固定杆,两固定杆间连接有上下间隔的上定位板和下定位杆,所述盒体下端面处设有左右贯穿并向下开口的定位槽,所述上定位板设有若干向下开口的第一定位孔,所述盒体设有若干向上延伸至盒体外的定位柱,所述盒体内设有第一弹簧,定位柱在第一弹簧作用下具有向上移动的趋向力,所述盒体上转动固定有手柄,所述手柄内端伸入盒体内,当手柄外端偏转时,所述手柄内端转动并带动定位柱向下移动。
固定杆用于对电池盒进行左右方向的限位,上定位板和下定位杆用于对电池盒上下方向的限位,从而实现电池盒的稳定固定。其中,由于电池盒盒体下侧设有定位槽,可以先进行定位槽与下定位杆的配合,待下定位杆位于定位槽内后再进行电池盒盒体的翻动,以使电池盒的盒体大部分移动至两固定杆之间,最后对手柄施力,以克服第一弹簧的弹力并使定位柱向下移动,再次翻动电池盒以使盒体完全移动至两固定杆之间并使上定位板的第一定位孔与定位柱对准,随后松手以使定位柱伸入第一定位孔内,从而完成电池盒的装配;当需要取走电池盒时,带动手柄移动,以使定位柱从上定位板的第一定位孔内退出,再进行电池盒的翻转和提升,便可以将电池盒完全取出。本发明的电池盒的装配取出都十分方便,便于老年人的使用,且电池盒的固定效果较好。其中,手柄可与盒体任意部位铰接。
作为优选,所述盒体内设有固定板和活动板,所述活动板位于固定块上侧并与定位柱中部固定,所述第一弹簧位于固定块与活动板之间,所述活动板设有用于与手柄内端接触的联动部,所述手柄内端始终位于所述联动部上侧,所述手柄与固定块铰接固定,所述手柄内端用于与联动部接触的面为弧面。固定块处构成一个总成,便于本发明盒体内零部件的装配。手柄内端用于与联动部接触的面为弧面,能使定位柱的移动更为平缓。
作为优选,所述固定块具有向上延伸的延伸部,所述延伸部设有向上开口的导向缺口,所述活动板始终位于所述导向缺口内;所述固定块设有向上开口的导向孔,所述定位柱下端始终配合在所述导向孔内。上述设置用于活动板移动时的导向,以保证定位柱与第一定位孔的对准。

所述定位槽位于所述盒体下端面的前端或后端所述两固定杆对应于盒体高度方向的中部处弯曲并形成弯曲部,所述弯曲部的凸出方向偏离定位槽。上述方式以在龙头架结构更为简单情况提高对电池盒的定位固定效果。

当需要进行龙头架与车架的装配时,提升活动套,使转轴插入固定孔内,随后解除对活动套的施力,活动套在第三弹簧作用下复位并实现龙头架与车架的锁定。当需要将本分发明代步车拆为两部分以便于搬运时,使活动套上移,以解除龙头架与车架的锁定,然后抬起车架以使转轴从固定孔内脱出即可。
其中,可以先进行龙头架上所有零部件的安装,再进行车架与龙头架的安装,相比现有代步车先进行前轮与车架安装,再进行龙头架与前轮固定的安装方式而言,能节省安装步骤,便于生产制造。
其中,定位件可以是销状的,也可以是球状的。其中,活动套和固定套相互套设能构成导向结构,以使活动套移动时的移动轨迹呈直线型。
作为优选,所述固定套下端与固定座本体固定,所述固定套上端设有向周向外侧延伸的限位凸起,所述活动套和第三弹簧被限制在限位凸起与固定座本体之间;上述设置以实现对活动套和第三弹簧的限位固定,以避免活动套和第三弹簧脱离固定套。
所述活动套内壁偏离端部处具有向周向内侧延伸的延伸凸起,所述第三弹簧支撑于所述延伸凸起上侧,处于延伸凸起下侧的内壁构成有第一限位内壁和第二限位内壁,所述第二限位内壁位于所述第一限位内壁下侧,所述活动套的第一限位内壁处的内径小于活动套的第二限位内壁处的内径,以使所述第二限位内壁相对位于所述第一限位内壁周向外侧,所述第二限位内壁至固定套外壁间的距离小于定位件长度。
通过上述设置以避免第三弹簧直接压在活动套端面上,能使第三弹簧设置的更长,以提高对活动套的压紧力。其中,第三弹簧端部位于活动套与固定套之间,能对第三弹簧进行保护。其中,第二限位内壁用于避免定位件脱离固定套。
作为优选,所述龙头架下端与固定座铰接转动固定,所述龙头架下端固定有向后延伸的联动块,当龙头架上端向前翻转时,所述联动块后端向上移动并与活动套联动。
作为优选,所述活动套设有向外延伸的联动凸起,当龙头架上端向前翻转时,所述联动块后端向上移动并与联动凸起接触。
所述龙头架下端左右两侧各设有一联动块,所述活动套左右两侧各设有一联动凸起,所述活动套相对位于两联动块之间;所述联动块具有用于推动联动凸起移动的第一接触面及与第一接触面相接的第二接触面,所述第二接触面由前至后逐渐向下延伸并与所述第一接触面相接,所述第一接触面和第二接触面构成夹角。
设置左右两侧的联动块,能提高龙头架下端的结构强度,且两侧的联动块与活动套间都能设置用于提升活动套的结构,能使活动套的移动更为平稳。
如果活动套发生了偏转,在联动块转动时,由于第二接触面由前至后逐渐向下延伸,第二接触面会先与活动套上的联动凸起接触,随着联动块的继续转动,活动套的联动凸起会顺着第二接触面移动并带动活动套逐渐自转复位,直至联动凸起支撑在第一接触面或第一接触面与第二接触面的夹角处,直至完全活动套旋转复位。
作为优选,所述固定座本体具有向前延伸的锁定板,所述龙头架下端固定有向后延伸的联动板,所述联动板后端与固定座本体铰接,所述锁定板设有沿左右方向延伸的第三定位孔,所述联动板上固定有弹簧销,弹簧销的销轴伸入第三定位孔以实现龙头架与固定座的锁定;两联动板支架构成让位空间,便于本发明龙头架的向后折叠翻转。本发明的联动板和联动块可以是同一个部件。
所述弹簧销的销轴与拉绳下端连接,拉绳上端与滑动块固定,所述龙头架上端内部设有竖向设置的滑槽,滑动块滑配在滑槽内,所述滑块与提升件固定,龙头架设有使滑槽与外界连通并竖向延伸的导向槽,提升件穿过导向槽并伸至龙头架外。通过拉动拉绳以使弹簧销的销轴被拉动,以解除龙头架与固定座间的锁定,以便于龙头架向后翻转或前后小幅度翻转调整龙头的前后位置。
有益效果
本发明代步车具有便于老年人使用的优点。使用者可以坐在代步车座椅上或站立进行龙头的前后位置调节和龙头架的折叠,不需要使用者弯腰或下端进行上述操作。使用时可以将本发明代步车分为两部分,对两部分分开进行移动,以便于本发明代步车的搬运储存。当需要对电池盒充电时,使用者仅需要按下手柄再斜向上进行电池盒的提升便可以拆下电池盒。本发明代步车的电池盒设置于龙头架上部,能平衡代步车前后侧的重量,能提高代步车使用时的稳定性,便于代步车的爬坡。

由图1所示,本发明公开了一种适合老年人使用的代步车,包括车架1,车架1前端设有龙头架2,龙头架2下侧设有前轮101,车架2后端设有后轮102,车架2后部上侧设有折叠式的座椅103,前轮101为驱动轮并由电机提供动力,电机与电池盒3电连接,电池盒3固定于龙头架2上。其中,本实施例的用于驱动前轮101的转动的电机为轮毂电机并设置于前轮101内部。
由图1至图4所示,电池盒3包括盒体31,龙头架2包括左右相对设置的固定杆21,两固定杆21间连接有上下间隔的上定位板22和下定位杆23,盒体31下端面处设有左右贯穿并向下开口的定位槽32,上定位板22设有两个上下贯穿的第一定位孔,盒体31设有两个向上延伸至盒体外的定位柱33,盒体31内设有第一弹簧34,定位柱33在第一弹簧34作用下具有向上移动的趋向力。盒体31上转动固定有手柄35,盒体35还设有用于限制手柄35转动角度的限位槽352,手柄35内端伸入盒体31内,当手柄35外端偏转时,手柄35内端转动并带动定位柱33向下移动。其中,定位槽32位于盒体31下端面后端,两固定杆21对应于盒体31高度方向的中部处弯曲并形成弯曲部211,弯曲部211的凸出方向偏离定位槽32以向前延伸。
盒体31内设有固定块36和活动板37,活动板37位于固定块36上侧并与定位柱33中部固定,第一弹簧34位于固定块36与活动板37之间并套设在定位柱33外。活动板37左右两端向下并向外侧延伸以形成有用于与手柄35内端接触的联动部371,手柄35内端始终位于联动部371上侧,手柄35与固定块36铰接固定,手柄35内端用于与联动部371接触的面为弧面351。固定块36周向边缘具有向上延伸的延伸部361,左右两侧的延伸部设有向上开口的导向缺口362,活动板37左右两端始终位于导向缺口362内。固定块36设有上下贯穿的导向孔,定位柱33下端始终配合在导向孔内。
两固定杆21之间设有固定架24,固定架24前后两侧分别固定有所述电池盒3和控制盒30,电池盒3设有导电接头38,控制盒30设有用于与导电接头38电接触的导电片(图中未画出)并搭配有第二弹簧39,导电接头38在第二弹簧39作用下具有向后侧移动的趋向力。固定架24由固定板241和位于固定板241左右两侧并与固定杆21固定的连接部242,控制盒30通过螺栓固定于固定板241后侧。当电池盒3固定于两固定杆21之间时,盒体31位于两连接部242间,电池盒3的导电接头38与导电片接触并电连接。
由图1、图5至图7所示,龙头架2固定于固定座4上,固定座4与车架1可拆卸固定,固定座4通过支架104与前轮101固定,车架1前端设有向下延伸的转轴11,转轴11伸入固定孔43并使车架1前端支撑于固定座4上侧。其中,转轴11通过螺栓固定于车架1前端。其中,固定孔43上下两端均设有轴承49,当转轴11插入固定孔43内时,转轴11外壁与轴承49内壁间隙配合。
由图6和图7所示,固定座4包括固定座本体41和位于固定座本体41上侧的固定套42,固定套42中空以构成向上开口的固定孔43,固定套42侧壁上设有贯穿内外的若干第二定位孔44,若干第二定位孔44以固定孔43轴线为中心呈环形均匀间隔设置,第二定位孔44内均设有球状的定位件45,第二定位孔44沿自身轴向的长度小于定位件45直径。
转轴11外壁上设有环绕的固定槽12,固定套42外侧设有活动套46,活动套46搭配有第三弹簧47,活动套46在第三弹簧47作用下具有向下移动的驱动力并使活动套46内壁与定位件45外端接触,以使定位件45内端伸入固定槽12内。固定套42下端与固定座本体41固定,固定套42上端设有向周向外侧延伸的限位凸起48,活动套46和第三弹簧47被限制在限位凸起48与固定座本体41之间。
由图8所示,活动套46内壁偏离端部处具有向周向内侧延伸的延伸凸起460,第三弹簧47支撑于延伸凸起460上侧,处于延伸凸起460下侧的内壁构成有第一限位内壁461和第二限位内壁462,第二限位内壁462位于第一限位内壁461下侧,活动套46的第一限位内壁461处的内径小于活动套46的第二限位内壁462处的内径,以使第二限位内壁462相对位于第一限位内壁461周向外侧,第二限位内壁462至固定套42外壁间的距离小于定位件45直径。
由图5、图6、图9所示,龙头架2下端与固定座本体41铰接转动固定并形成铰接处40,龙头架2下端固定有两个向后延伸的联动块25,当龙头架2上端的龙头20向前翻转时,联动块25后端向上移动并带动活动套46向上提升。
由图6、图8、图9所示,活动套46设有向外延伸的联动凸起463,当龙头架2上端的龙头20向前翻转时,联动块25后端向上移动并与联动凸起463接触。两联动块25左右对称设置,活动套46左右两侧各设有一联动凸起463,联动凸起463截面呈圆形以使整个联动凸起463呈柱状,活动套46位于两联动块463之间。联动块25具有用于推动联动凸起463移动的第一接触面251及与第一接触面251相接的第二接触面252,第二接触252面由前至后逐渐向下延伸并与第一接触面251前端相接,第一接触面251和第二接触面252构成钝角。
由图5、图6、图10所示,固定座本体41具有向前延伸的锁定板411,龙头架2下端固定有两向后延伸的联动板26,联动板26后端与固定座本体41铰接并与联动块25固定,锁定板411前端设有沿左右方向延伸的第三定位孔412,联动板26上固定有弹簧销27,弹簧销27的销轴271伸入第三定位孔412以实现龙头架2与固定座4的锁定,弹簧销的壳体272与两个锁定板411的其中一个锁定板411固定,弹簧销的壳体272内侧设有压缩弹簧(图中画出),销轴271在压缩弹簧的作用下具有向壳体272外侧移动的趋向力。其中,未与壳体272固定的联动板26设有与销轴271同轴设置的配合孔,当销轴271端部在压缩弹簧的作用下穿过第三定位孔412以伸入配合孔内。
由图5、图6、图11所示,弹簧销27的销轴271与拉绳5下端连接,拉绳5上端与滑动块51固定,龙头架的固定杆21形成上下贯穿的通过槽210,通过槽210上端与竖向设置的滑槽212连通,滑动块51滑配在滑槽212内,滑块51与提升件52固定,龙头架的固定杆21相对两侧均设有使滑槽212与外界连通并竖向延伸的导向槽213,滑块51左右两侧的提升件52穿过导向槽213并伸至龙头架2外。其中,拉绳5暴露在外的部分通过保护管50进行保护,保护管50连接来联动板27和固定杆21。其中,滑块51设有上下贯穿供拉绳5通过的贯穿孔及与贯穿孔连通的径向孔,径向孔内螺纹配合锁紧螺栓53以将拉绳压紧在锁紧螺栓53端部与贯穿孔孔壁之间。
本发明代步车具有便于老年人使用的优点。使用者可以坐在代步车座椅上或站立进行龙头的前后位置调节和龙头架的折叠,不需要使用者弯腰或下端进行上述操作。使用时可以将本发明代步车分为两部分,对两部分分开进行移动,以便于本发明代步车的搬运储存。当需要对电池盒充电时,使用者仅需要按下手柄再斜向上进行电池盒的提升便可以拆下电池盒。本发明代步车的电池盒和控制盒均设置于龙头架上部,能平衡代步车前后侧的重量,能提高代步车使用时的稳定性,便于代步车的爬坡。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种代步车,其特征在于所述电池盒包括盒体,所述龙头架包括左右相对设置的固定杆,两固定杆间连接有上下间隔的上定位板和下定位杆,所述盒体下端面处设有左右贯穿并向下开口的定位槽,所述上定位板设有若干向下开口的第一定位孔,所述盒体设有若干向上延伸至盒体外的定位柱,所述盒体内设有第一弹簧,定位柱在第一弹簧作用下具有向上移动的趋向力,所述盒体上转动固定有手柄,所述手柄内端伸入盒体内,当手柄外端偏转时,所述手柄内端转动并带动定位柱向下移动。

  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种代步车,其特征在于所述两固定杆之间设有固定架,所述固定架前后两侧分别固定有所述电池盒和控制盒,所述电池盒设有导电接头,所述控制盒设有用于与导电接头电接触的导电片,当电池盒固定于两固定杆之间时,所述电池盒的导电接头与导电片接触并电连接;
    所述电池盒内设有第二弹簧,导电接头在第二弹簧作用下具有向盒体外侧移动的趋向力;
    所述固定架由固定板和位于固定板左右两侧并与固定杆固定的连接部,所述控制盒与固定板固定,当电池盒与龙头架固定时,所述盒体位于两连接部间;
    所述定位槽位于所述盒体下端面的前端或后端所述两固定杆对应于盒体高度方向的中部处弯曲并形成弯曲部,所述弯曲部的凸出方向偏离定位槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种代步车,其特征在于所述龙头架固定于固定座上,所述固定座与车架可拆卸固定,所述电机和前轮均设置在固定座上,所述固定座设有向上开口的固定孔,所述车架前端设有向下延伸的转轴,所述转轴伸入固定孔并使车架前端支撑于固定座上侧;
    所述固定座包括固定座本体和位于固定座本体上侧的固定套,所述固定套中空以构成所述固定孔,所述固定套侧壁上设有贯穿内外的若干第二定位孔,若干第二定位孔以固定孔轴线为中心呈环形间隔设置,所述第二定位孔内均设有定位件,所述第二定位孔沿自身轴向的长度小于定位件长度,所述转轴外壁上设有环绕的固定槽,所述固定套外侧设有活动套,所述活动套搭配有第三弹簧,所述活动套在第三弹簧作用下具有向下移动的驱动力并使所述活动套内壁与定位件外端接触,以使定位件内端伸入固定槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种代步车,其特征在于所述固定套下端与固定座本体固定,所述固定套上端设有向周向外侧延伸的限位凸起,所述活动套和第三弹簧被限制在限位凸起与固定座本体之间;
    所述活动套内壁偏离端部处具有向周向内侧延伸的延伸凸起,所述第三弹簧支撑于所述延伸凸起上侧,处于延伸凸起下侧的内壁构成有第一限位内壁和第二限位内壁,所述第二限位内壁位于所述第一限位内壁下侧,所述活动套的第一限位内壁处的内径小于活动套的第二限位内壁处的内径,以使所述第二限位内壁相对位于所述第一限位内壁周向外侧,所述第二限位内壁至固定套外壁间的距离小于定位件长度。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种代步车,其特征在于所述龙头架下端与固定座铰接转动固定,所述龙头架下端固定有向后延伸的联动块,当龙头架上端向前翻转时,所述联动块后端向上移动并与活动套联动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种代步车,其特征在于所述活动套设有向外延伸的联动凸起,当龙头架上端向前翻转时,所述联动块后端向上移动并与联动凸起接触;
    所述龙头架下端左右两侧各设有一联动块,所述活动套左右两侧各设有一联动凸起,所述活动套相对位于两联动块之间;所述联动块具有用于推动联动凸起移动的第一接触面及与第一接触面相接的第二接触面,所述第二接触面由前至后逐渐向下延伸并与所述第一接触面相接,所述第一接触面和第二接触面构成夹角。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种代步车,其特征在于所述固定座本体具有向前延伸的锁定板,所述龙头架下端固定有向后延伸的联动板,所述联动板后端与固定座本体铰接,所述锁定板设有沿左右方向延伸的第三定位孔,所述联动板上固定有弹簧销,弹簧销的销轴伸入第三定位孔以实现龙头架与固定座的锁定;所述弹簧销的销轴与拉绳下端连接,拉绳上端与滑动块固定,所述龙头架上端内部设有竖向设置的滑槽,滑动块滑配在滑槽内,所述滑块与提升件固定,龙头架设有使滑槽与外界连通并竖向延伸的导向槽,提升件穿过导向槽并伸至龙头架外。
