一种折叠自行车走线结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及自行车走线结构, 特别涉及一种折叠自行车走线结构。 背景技术
自行车是绿色、 环保的交通工具, 也适用于娱乐休闲。 自行车经过长时间的发展, 其 他辅助的功能越来越全, 因此需要各种控制线越来越多, 如刹车线、 变速线以及其它电气 控制线。 各种控制线走线的布局关系到自行车的行驶安全和对自行车整体外形的视觉感 受, 因此, 各种控制线走线的布局的合理性成了关键作用。 控制线的走线最常用的方式是 在车架的管体外部的相应位置焊接定位栓, 譬如在车架的侧边或者在车架的下方焊接定位 栓, 通过定位栓将各种控制线固定, 突出的定位栓可能埴碰伤到人的身体, 安全性不高, 另外突出的定位栓还影响人们对自行车整体外形的视觉感受, 因此在增加定位栓时, 也相 应的增加了车架的外观处理的难度, 加工成本较高; 考虑到自行车标准的规定对自行车上 的突出物高度有要求, 焊接符合自行车标准的定位栓时, 需要顾及车架表面由于高温引起 车架与定位栓连接的附近表面变形的掌控, 焊接的精度较高, 难度较大, 加工成本高。 另 一种布线方式是在车架管体内走线, 其布置控制线困难, 工序复杂, 控制线从一端进入从 另一端穿出时难以掌握。 实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种走线结构简单, 安全性高, 加工工序简单, 穿线快捷的折叠 自行车走线结构。
本实用新型是这样实现的: 一种折叠自行车走线结构, 包括车体和用于控制自行车行 史状态的线缆, 所述车体包括设于车体下部的前加强管; 所述前加强管设有第一走线孔, 所述第一走线孔穿设有所述线缆。
所述车体还包括前臂, 所述前臂设有第二走线孔, 所述第二走线孔穿设有所述线缆。 所述车体还包括后加强管, 所述后加强管设有所述第三走线孔, 所述第三走线孔穿设 有所述线缆。
所述车体还包括后叉, 所述后叉设有第四走线孔, 所述第四走线孔穿设有所述线缆。 所述各走线孔均套设有套管, 所述线缆穿设于所述套管。
所述各走线孔两侧出口均套设有保护套, 所述线缆穿设于所述保护套。
所述线缆包括刹车线和变速线, 所述刹车线和变速线穿设于所述各走线孔。 本实用新型的有益效果是: 线缆直接穿设于前加强管设有的第一走线孔且位于车体下 部, 无需在原有的车体上外加定位栓等其他装置来固定线缆, 不会造成因外加装置的突出 而易于埴碰伤到人体, 安全性高, 也不会影响人们对自行车原有整体外形的视觉感受; 无 需在原有的车体上的外部表面外加其他装置来固定线缆, 加工成本低; 直接穿设于第一走 线孔中, 穿线平滑, 简单快捷; 走线位于车体的下部, 具有稳固性和隐蔽性。 附图说明

下面结合附图对本实用新型一种儿童自行车做进一步详细说明。
第一实施例: 请参考图 1和图 2所示, 折叠自行车走线结构, 包括车体和用于控制自 行车行驶状态的线缆 1。 车体包括前加强管 2、 主梁管、 后加强管 4、 立管和后叉 5 ; 主梁 管包括前臂 3和中臂。 中臂的车体下部与前加强管 2—端固定连接, 即前加强管 1设于车 体的下部; 前加强管 2另一端与立管固定连接。 后加强管 4的一端与立管固定连接, 另一 端与后叉 5固定连接。 本实施例中线缆 1包括刹车线和变速线, 也可包括其他自行车控制 线, 如车灯控制线等。 前加强管 1设有第一走线孔 21 , 第一走线孔 21套设有套管 6或第 一走线孔 21两侧出口均套设有保护套 8 , 刹车线和变速线穿设于第一走线孔 21中, 即刹 车线和变速线穿设于套管 6或保护套 8中并与设于车把上的控制装置 7连接。 由于走线孔 设于车体下部的前加强管 2 , 无需在原有的车体上外加定位栓等其他装置来固定线缆, 不 会造成因外加装置的突出而易于埴碰伤到人体, 安全性高。
第二实施例: 请参考图 1和图 2所示, 前臂 3中设有第二走线孔 31 , 第二走线孔 31 套设有套管 6或第二走线孔 31两侧出口均套设有保护套 8 , 线缆 1穿设于第二走线孔 31 中, 即刹车线和变速线穿设于套管 6或保护套 8中并与设于车把上的控制装置 7连接。 第 二走线孔 31和第一实施例中的第一走线孔 21接合, 使得线缆 1更加稳固, 线缆 1穿设于 车体中更为隐蔽。
第三实施例: 请参考图 3所示, 后加强管 4中设有第三走线孔 41 , 第三走线孔 41套
设有套管 6 , 线缆 1穿设于第三走线孔 41中, 即刹车线和变速线穿设于套管 6中并与设于 车把上的控制装置 7连接。 第三走线孔 41也可在两侧出口处均套设有保护套 8。 第三走线 孔 41和第一实施例中的第一走线孔 21接合, 使得线缆 1更加稳固, 线缆 1穿设于车体中 更为隐蔽。
第四实施例: 请参考图 4所示, 后叉 5中设有第四走线孔 51 , 第四走线孔 51套设有 套管 6 , 线缆 1穿设于第四走线孔 51中, 即刹车线和变速线穿设于套管 6中并与设于车把 上的控制装置 7连接。 第四走线孔 51也可在两侧出口处均套设有保护套 8。 第四走线孔 51和第一实施例中的第一走线孔 21接合, 使得线缆 1更加稳固、 合理; 线缆 1穿设于车 体中更为隐蔽。
各走线孔中设有保护套或套管, 可保护刹车线和变速线, 不易磨损, 且保护套、 套管 具有使刹车线、 变速线张紧的作用, 在长时间使用后, 刹车线、 变速线不会松弛而干扰骑 行者骑行。

1、 一种折叠自行车走线结构, 包括车体和用于控制自行车行驶状态的线缆(1 ), 其 特征在于: 所述车体包括设于车体下部的前加强管 (2 ); 所述前加强管 (2 )设有第一走 线孔( ), 所述第一走线孔( ) 穿设有所述线缆( 1 )。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的折叠自行车走线结构, 其特征在于: 所述车体还包括前臂 ( 3 ), 所述前臂( 3 )设有第二走线孔( 31 ), 所述第二走线孔( 31 )穿设有所述线缆( 1 )。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述的折叠自行车走线结构, 其特征在于: 所述车体还包括后加 强管 (4 ), 所述后加强管 (4 )设有第三走线孔(41 ), 所述第三走线孔(41 ) 穿设有所述 线缆 ( 1 )。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的折叠自行车走线结构, 其特征在于: 所述车体还包括后叉 ( 5 ), 所述后叉( 5 )设有第四走线孔( 51 ), 所述第四走线孔( 51 )穿设有所述线缆( 1 )。
