Even if they are disposed symmetrically, the flow velocity of the throttling portion 301 due to vacuum suction does not change. However, by reducing the inner diameter of the cleaning unit 205 shown in FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B, it is possible to suction the washing water directly attached to the reagent probe 7a from the vacuum nozzle on the side, so as shown in FIG.
- the arrangement can directly suction the washing water from the suction nozzle, the washing water removal effect is improved. - this vacuum suction operation it is possible to suction the washing water from the washing nozzle 201 which has played the role of the lid below the squeezing portion 301 and to dry the squeezing portion 301 within the above-mentioned predetermined time. After drying, by raising the probe 7a, the outer side of the probe can be more effectively dried.
- the cleaning water flows downward from the throttling portion 301 by gravity, but when vacuum suction is not performed, the opening is dried because the gap between the probe and the opening is narrow. It takes time to On the other hand, this time can be shortened by performing the vacuum suction operation before the squeezing portion 301 is dried. That is, the vacuum nozzles 212, 213, and 214 (drying mechanism) also have a role of rapidly drying the narrowed portion 301, in addition to the role of drying the outside of the probe.
- the throttling portion 301 forms a flow path in which the washing water discharged from the cleaning nozzle 201 flows in the horizontal direction, and this flow path has a flow path width downstream of the opening. Is smaller than the upstream channel width. As a result, the washing water is easily accumulated in the opening, and the opening can be effectively covered with the washing water. That is, the role as a lid for suppressing the scattering from the throttling portion 301 of the cleaning water for cleaning the inner surface of the probe can be played immediately, or the lid can be formed thick even with the same discharge amount.
- FIG. 11 is a view showing a modification of the cleaning tank 32.
- a portion of the throttling portion 301 is shown enlarged on the right side of FIG. 11, and by making the shape of the opening formed by the throttling portion 301 into a mortar shape, the wash water from the cleaning nozzle 201 becomes a mortar shape portion.
- the mortar shape means a shape in which the opening diameter of the opening formed by the throttling portion decreases from the top to the bottom.
- the flow path is narrowed by the flow path narrowing portion 304, and as shown in FIG. Because the cleaning water discharged from the nozzle is in the shape of a bowl of the throttling portion 301, it becomes a turbulent flow, and since the flow path is narrowed by the flow channel throttling portion 304, it becomes a further turbulent flow, so a further cleaning effect can be obtained It is.
- the cleaning water at the upper part of the throttling portion 301 does not flow to the overflow portion 222 by the rising of the water droplet removal of the reagent probe 7a, it can be suctioned by the vacuum nozzle 211 is there.
- the vacuum nozzle 211 is not provided, after washing the reagent probe 7a, the range wetted by the washing water from the washing nozzle 201 of the reagent probe 7a is lowered again from the narrowing portion 301 or vacuum suction is performed simultaneously. By removing the washing water near the narrowed portion 301, the washing water attached to the reagent probe 7a can be removed.
- the washing water in the range of the reagent probe 7a wet with the washing water in the washing nozzle 201 is removed, and the range washed again by the washing nozzle 201 of the reagent probe 7a It is also possible to remove the washing water attached to the reagent probe 7a by lowering the pressure from the narrowed portion 301 and vacuum suction.
- the cleaning nozzles 202, 203, 204 and the vacuum nozzles 212, 213 are arranged to be projections projecting into the inside of the cleaning tank 32, the cleaning discharged from the cleaning nozzle 202 at the upper position of the cleaning tank 32.
- the water falls as turbulent flow in which the distribution of the flow velocity occurs with the reagent probe 7a inserted in the cleaning tank 32 as a center. For this reason, the cleaning effect can be improved rather than dropping or spouting the washing water from the upper portion toward the reagent probe 7a without providing the projections.
- the cleaning water adhering to the sample probe 7a is not a problem because it is removed by vacuum suction by the vacuum nozzles 211 to 213 after stopping the discharge of the cleaning water from the cleaning nozzles 202 to 204 no matter how much water remains.
- the positions of the cleaning nozzles 202 to 204 and the vacuum nozzles 211 to 213 are arranged on the left and right, but even in the arrangement method, the cleaning nozzles 202 to 204 and the vacuum nozzles 211 to 213 and Even if they are alternately arranged, the cleaning effect of the reagent probe 7a can be obtained equally if the cleaning nozzle and the vacuum nozzle are combined vertically. Therefore, there is no restriction by the arrangement of the cleaning nozzle and the vacuum nozzle.
- the washing water attached to the side surface of the reagent probe 7a is removed. It is also possible to suction directly. Therefore, during the ascent of the reagent probe 7a, if vacuum suction is always performed, the washing water attached to the reagent probe 7a is directly suctioned, and further, the throttling portion 301 can obtain the effect of blowing off. The adhesion removal effect of the washing water by this is great, and it becomes possible to minimize the adhesion of the washing water.
- the cleaning water is supplied from the cleaning nozzle 201 to the throttling portion 301 of the cleaning tank 32, the throttling portion 301 is cleaned, and the throttling portion 301 and the reagent probe 7a after cleaning Since the droplets adhering to the nozzle are suctioned by the suction nozzle 211, the washing and drying of the probe are carried out by the same washing tank, and when the probe after washing is withdrawn from the opening of the washing tank 32, the liquid It is possible to realize an automatic analyzer having a cleaning device which can avoid the adhesion of
- the inner surface washing operation of the probe 7a is performed simultaneously with the outer washing of the probe 7a by the washing nozzles 201 to 203. Since the drying operation by the vacuum nozzles 211 and 212 is performed even while the reagent probe 7a is rising, the washing and drying operation of the reagent probe 7a can be speeded up and made in a short time.
- the mounting of the cleaning nozzle 203 and the vacuum nozzles 212 and 213 is not perpendicular to the side surface of the cleaning tank 32 but at an angle, but this mounting angle is an angle. Even if arranged horizontally, the required performance can be obtained.
- the arrangement of the vacuum suction nozzles 211, 212, and 213 it is also possible to arrange the numbers alternately and diagonally, or by increasing the number of vacuum suction nozzles, the entering speed of air from the throttling portion 301 can be obtained.
- the number of cleaning nozzles arranged at the lower part of the throttling portion 301 is two in the example shown in FIG. 2A and three in the example shown in FIG. 11, one cleaning nozzle from a high pressure pump or one from a low pressure pump The required cleaning effect can be obtained even if the number of cleaning nozzles is changed from two or three cleaning nozzles.
- the inner shape of the cleaning nozzle 32 in which the cleaning nozzle and the vacuum nozzle are disposed at the lower part of the narrowed portion 301 may be cylindrical or square.
- the cleaning tank 32 of the present invention has been described with respect to the reagent probe 7a, there is also a dispensing system in which the sample probe 11a is deeply pierced into the sample of the sample container 15 and the sample is aspirated from the bottom of the sample container 15. In this case, the washing range of the sample probe 11a is wide. Therefore, the cleaning tank of the present invention is not limited to the cleaning of the reagent probe, but is effective for the cleaning of a probe requiring a wide range of cleaning, such as a sample probe.
- the suction nozzle 211 and the washing nozzle 201 constitute a first washing and drying mechanism
- the vacuum nozzles (suction nozzles) 212 and 213 and the washing nozzles 202 and 203 constitute a second washing and drying mechanism.
