家具類や建築内装材等に用いられる化粧合板のような化粧材は、合板等の木材や鋼板等の下地材に、印刷・着色を施した化粧シートを貼り付けたものがよく知られており、この化粧シートの素材としては、紙、プラスチックフィルムが広く用いられている。
化粧シート用のプラスチックフィルムの素材としては、意匠性や接着性に優れる塩化ビニル系樹脂が使用される例が多い。しかしながら近年になって、用済後等の焼却処分の際に発生する塩化水素ガスの処理やこれに用いる焼却炉の炉材の選択等の問題から、ポリオレフィン系樹脂に基づく化粧シートが用いられるようになっている。中でも、ポリプロピレン系樹脂フィルムに基づく化粧シートは剛性と柔軟性のバランスが良好であるため、化粧シート用フィルムとして、ポリプロピレン系の素材を用いたものが多くなって来ている。
このようにプラスチックフィルム製の化粧シートは紙に比べて、エンボス加工が可能であり意匠性に優れた化粧シートになる等の利点を有するが、コストが紙よりも高いという問題がある。
フィルム製の化粧シートのコストを下げるため、フィルムの厚みを薄くすることが考えられるが、厚みを薄くすると、印刷時にフィルム搬送の不具合が発生しやすくなる。また、化粧シート用フィルムとしての隠蔽性を確保するため顔料の添加が必要となるが、フィルムの厚みを薄くするとフィルムに対する顔料の量が相対的に多くなり、そのためフィルムの製膜時にメヤニなどが発生して製膜性を損なうという問題がある。
本発明は、厚みが薄くても、フィルム搬送時の不具合が発生せず、高隠蔽性などの化粧シートとしての高い品質を保持し、製膜時にメヤニ等が発生しない製膜性の良好なポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムを提供することを目的とする。
本発明者らは鋭意検討したところ、厚みが60μm未満であっても十分な硬さ(高い10%モジュラス)を有し、特定の積層構成のフィルムであれば上記課題を解決し得ることを知見して本発明を完成するに至った。
即ち、本発明は、
(1)厚みが60μm未満であり、少なくとも表層、中間層、裏層を備え、中間層の顔料の含有量が表層、裏層での顔料の含有量よりも多い、あるいは中間層のみに顔料を含んでなり、JIS K 5600規定の隠蔽率試験紙の白部の上にフィルムを置いた場合と黒部の上にフィルムを置いた場合の色差が4.0以下であり、110℃×60分での熱処理後のフィルムの10%モジュラスが10.0N/cm以上であるポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム。
(2)110℃×60分での熱処理後のフィルムの降伏値が10.0N/cm以上である(1)に記載のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム。
(3)120℃での加熱収縮率が、MD、TD共に2.5%以下である、(1)又は(2)に記載のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム。
(4)フィルム全体の厚みに対する中間層の厚みの割合が、70%~99.9%である、(1)~(3)のいずれか1に記載のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム。
(5)厚みが50μm以下である、(1)~(4)のいずれか1に記載のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム。
(6)(1)~(5)のいずれか1に記載のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムを用いてなる化粧シート。

本発明により、フィルム搬送時の不具合が発生せず、高隠蔽性などの化粧シートとしての高い品質を保持し、製膜時にメヤニ等が発生しない製膜性の良好な厚みが薄い(60μm未満)ポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムを提供することができる。
本発明の一つの態様は、厚みが60μm未満であり、少なくとも表層、中間層、裏層を備え、中間層の顔料の含有量が表層、裏層での顔料の含有量よりも多い、あるいは中間層のみに顔料を含んでなり、JIS K 5600規定の隠蔽率試験紙の白部の上にフィルムを置いた場合と黒部の上にフィルムを置いた場合の色差が4.0以下であり、110℃×60分での熱処理後のフィルムの10%モジュラスが10.0N/cm以上であるポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムである。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムは、少なくとも表層、中間層、裏層を備えた三層以上の構成である。ここで、表層とは、化粧シートを製膜する際に印刷を施す側の層であり、裏層はその反対面側の層である。表層と中間層の間、裏層と中間層の間には、更にポリオレフィン系樹脂からなる層を有していてもよい。また、表層と中間層の間、裏層と中間層の間には、接着層を有していてもよい。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム全体の厚みに対する中間層の厚みの割合は、70%~99.9%であることが好ましく、更に好ましくは75%~95%である。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムは、少なくともポリプロピレン系樹脂またはポリエチレン系樹脂の一つを含むことが好ましく、ポリプロピレン系樹脂を含むことがより好ましい。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの表層、中間層、裏層は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂を含むことが好ましい。
ポリプロピレン系樹脂としては、プロピレンの単独重合体、共重合体、あるいは前記単独重合体及び/または共重合体と他の重合体との混合物(ポリマーブレンド)等が例示できる。該共重合体としてはプロピレンとエチレンまたは他のα-オレフィンとの、ランダム共重合体またはブロック共重合体、あるいはポリオレフィン系の共重合体を幹ポリマーとしたプロピレンのグラフト共重合体等が例示できる。このプロピレンと共重合可能なα-オレフィンとしては、炭素原子数が4~12のものが好ましく、例えば、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテン、4-メチル-1-ペンテン、1-デセン等が挙げられ、その一種または二種以上の混合物が用いられる。α-オレフィンの混合割合はプロピレンに対して1~10重量%、特に2~6重量%とするのが好ましい。
ポリプロピレン系樹脂としては、プロピレンの単独重合体、共重合体、あるいは前記単独重合体及び/または共重合体と他の重合体との混合物(ポリマーブレンド)等が例示できる。該共重合体としてはプロピレンとエチレンまたは他のα-オレフィンとの、ランダム共重合体またはブロック共重合体、あるいはポリオレフィン系の共重合体を幹ポリマーとしたプロピレンのグラフト共重合体等が例示できる。このプロピレンと共重合可能なα-オレフィンとしては、炭素原子数が4~12のものが好ましく、例えば、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン、1-ヘプテン、1-オクテン、4-メチル-1-ペンテン、1-デセン等が挙げられ、その一種または二種以上の混合物が用いられる。α-オレフィンの混合割合はプロピレンに対して1~10重量%、特に2~6重量%とするのが好ましい。
また、上記のプロピレンのグラフト共重合体の幹ポリマー用のポリオレフィン系共重合体としては、エチレン-プロピレンゴム、エチレン-ブテンゴム、エチレン-プロピレン-ジエンゴム等が例示できる。
プロピレンの単独重合体及び/または共重合体と混合してポリマーブレンドを与えることのできる重合体としては、例えば、イソプレンゴム、ブタジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、プロピレン-ブタジエンゴム、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム、アクリロニトリル-イソプレンゴム等のジエン系ゴムや、エチレン-プロピレン共重合体ゴム、エチレン-プロピレン非共役ジエンゴム、エチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム等のポリオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー、及びスチレン-ブタジエン系やスチレン-イソプレン系等のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーが挙げられる。中でもスチレン-ブダジエン系熱可塑性エラストマーが好ましい。スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーは水素添加されたものが好ましい。混合する重合体の量は5~80重量%が好ましく、特に20~60重量%が好ましい。
プロピレンの単独重合体及び/または共重合体と混合してポリマーブレンドを与えることのできる重合体としては、例えば、イソプレンゴム、ブタジエンゴム、ブチルゴム、プロピレン-ブタジエンゴム、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム、アクリロニトリル-イソプレンゴム等のジエン系ゴムや、エチレン-プロピレン共重合体ゴム、エチレン-プロピレン非共役ジエンゴム、エチレン-ブタジエン共重合体ゴム等のポリオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー、及びスチレン-ブタジエン系やスチレン-イソプレン系等のスチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーが挙げられる。中でもスチレン-ブダジエン系熱可塑性エラストマーが好ましい。スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマーは水素添加されたものが好ましい。混合する重合体の量は5~80重量%が好ましく、特に20~60重量%が好ましい。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムにおいては、特に、プロピレンの単独重合体、またはプロピレンの単独重合体とランダム共重合体の混合物を用いるのが好ましい。プロピレンの単独重合体とランダム共重合体の混合物の混合比としては、100:0~30:70が好ましく、100:0~50:50がより好ましい。
プロピレンの単独重合体とランダム共重合体の混合比を上記の範囲とすることで、厚みを薄くした場合においても、十分な強度を得ることができ、フィルム搬送時の不具合の発生をより抑制することができる。
また、上記の混合比率は少なくとも中間層に用いればよく、たとえば、その他の層は要求される性能に応じて適宜、混合比を変更してもよい。
プロピレンの単独重合体とランダム共重合体の混合比を上記の範囲とすることで、厚みを薄くした場合においても、十分な強度を得ることができ、フィルム搬送時の不具合の発生をより抑制することができる。
また、上記の混合比率は少なくとも中間層に用いればよく、たとえば、その他の層は要求される性能に応じて適宜、混合比を変更してもよい。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムに用いられるポリプロピレン系樹脂のメルトフローレートは0.1~30(g/10分)であることが好ましい。メルトフローレートが0.1以上であれば成形し易く、平滑なフィルムが得られやすい。また、メルトフローレートが30以下であれば溶融粘度が低くなりすぎることがなく、フィルムへの成形が困難となることがない。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの表層、中間層、裏層は、ポリエチレン系樹脂などの他のポリオレフィン系樹脂を含むことができる。
ポリエチレン系樹脂としては、エチレンの単独重合体や、エチレンを主成分とする、エチレンとこれと共重合可能な他の単量体との共重合体(低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、メタロセン系触媒を用いて重合して得られたポリエチレン等)、あるいは前記単独重合体及び/または共重合体と他の重合体との混合物(ポリマーブレンド)等が例示できる。このポリエチレン系樹脂のメルトフローレートは190℃、2.16kgfの条件で0.1~30(g/10分)であることが好ましい。メルトフローレートが0.1以上であれば成形し易く、平滑なフィルムが得られやすい。また、メルトフローレートが30以下であれば溶融粘度が低くなりすぎることがなく、フィルムへの成形が困難となることがない。
ポリエチレン系樹脂としては、エチレンの単独重合体や、エチレンを主成分とする、エチレンとこれと共重合可能な他の単量体との共重合体(低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、メタロセン系触媒を用いて重合して得られたポリエチレン等)、あるいは前記単独重合体及び/または共重合体と他の重合体との混合物(ポリマーブレンド)等が例示できる。このポリエチレン系樹脂のメルトフローレートは190℃、2.16kgfの条件で0.1~30(g/10分)であることが好ましい。メルトフローレートが0.1以上であれば成形し易く、平滑なフィルムが得られやすい。また、メルトフローレートが30以下であれば溶融粘度が低くなりすぎることがなく、フィルムへの成形が困難となることがない。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの表層、中間層、裏層におけるポリオレフィン系樹脂の組成は同じであっても異なっていてもよい。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムは顔料を含み、中間層での顔料の含有量が表層、裏層での顔料の含有量よりも多いか、あるいは中間層のみに顔料を含んでなる。このようにフィルムの中間層に顔料を多く含み、表層、裏層の顔料の添加量をできるだけ少なくするか、または添加しないという積層構成をとることにより、顔料の量を多くしても製膜時にメヤニが発生したりすることを優位に防止することができる。従って、フィルムの厚みを薄くしても、高隠蔽で製膜性のよいフィルムを得ることが可能となる。
顔料としては、有機顔料、無機顔料のいずれも使用可能であり、例えば、酸化チタン、カーボンブラック、酸化鉄、アゾ系化合物、フタロシアニン系化合物、酸化チタン・酸化アンチモン・酸化ニッケル固溶体等が例示できる。顔料の含有量としては、化粧シートとして求められる隠蔽性にもよるが、ポリプロピレン系樹脂100重量部に対して1~60重量部の範囲で含むのが好ましく、5~60重量部の範囲で含むのがより好ましく、10~60重量部の範囲で含むのが更に好ましい。顔料を上記範囲で含むことにより、厚みを薄くした場合においても、隠蔽性が良好となる。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムには、紫外線吸収剤及び/またはヒンダードアミン系光安定剤を配合することが好ましい。
紫外線吸収剤の配合量は、それぞれの層におけるポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部当たり、0.01~10重量部が好ましく、特に0.05~5重量が好ましい。配合量が0.01重量部以上であれば、褐色・劣化の防止効果を得られやすく、10重量部以下であれば、配合量に見合った効果が得られ、またブリードを起こす恐れもない。
紫外線吸収剤の配合量は、それぞれの層におけるポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部当たり、0.01~10重量部が好ましく、特に0.05~5重量が好ましい。配合量が0.01重量部以上であれば、褐色・劣化の防止効果を得られやすく、10重量部以下であれば、配合量に見合った効果が得られ、またブリードを起こす恐れもない。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムに用いる紫外線吸収剤としては、2-[2’-ヒドロキシ-3’-(3”,4”,5”,6”-テトラヒドロフタルイミドメチル)-5’-メチルフェニル]ベンゾトリアゾール(分子量388)、2-[2-ヒドロキシ-3,5-ビス(α,α-ジメチルベンジル)フェニル]-2H-ベンゾトリアゾール(分子量448)、2,2-メチレンビス[4-(1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチル-6-(2H-ベンゾトリアゾール-2-イル)フェノール](分子量659)等のベンゾトリアゾール系紫外線吸収剤、及び、2,4-ジヒドロキシベンゾフェノン、2-ヒドロキシ-4-メトキシベンゾフェノン、2-ヒドロキシ-4-オクトキシベンゾフェノン、2,2’-ジヒドロキシ-4-ジメトキシベンゾフェノン、ビス(2-メトキシ-4-ヒドロキシ-5-ベンゾイルフェニル)メタン等のベンゾフェノン系紫外線吸収剤が例示できる。
上記紫外線吸収剤の中でもベンゾトリアゾール系の紫外線吸収剤を用いるのが、製品の着色を少なくする上で好適であり、更にその分子量が380~1000の範囲にあるもの、好ましくは400~800の範囲内にあるものがより好適である。分子量を上記の範囲にすることによって、ブルーム防止効果がより大きくなる。
ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤の配合量は、それぞれの層におけるポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部あたり0.01~10重量部であるのが好ましい。配合量が0.01重量部以上であれば、安定化効果が得られやすく、10重量部以下であれば、配合量に見合った効果が得られ、またブルームを起こす恐れもない。
ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤としては、ビス(2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-4-ピペリジル)セバケート、2-(3,5-ジ-t-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジル)-2-n-ブチルマロン酸ビス(1,2,2,6,6-ペンタメチル-4-ピペリジル)、コハク酸ジメチル-1-(2-ヒドロキシエチル)-4-ヒドロキシ-2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリジン重縮合物及びポリ[{6-(1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチル)アミノ-1,3,5-トリアジン-2,4-ジイル}{(2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-4-ピペリジル)イミノ}ヘキサメチレン{(2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-4-ピペリジル)イミノ}]等のヒンダードアミン系の光安定剤が例示できる。
更に本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムには、他の合成樹脂や必要に応じて酸化防止剤、スリップ剤、着色剤、充填剤、核剤等の添加剤を本発明の目的を損なわない範囲内で添加してもよい。また、これらの添加剤については、予め樹脂に高濃度で配合したもの(マスターバッチ)を用いるのが一般的である。
ポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムを製造するための方法としては、Tダイ押出し成形法、インフレーション成形法及びカレンダー成形法等の一般的なポリオレフィン系樹脂フィルムの成形方法を用いればよく、特に限定されない。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの厚みは、好ましくは60μm未満、より好ましくは50μm以下である。フィルムの厚みをこのように薄くすることにより、紙に対してコスト的にも有利になる。
また、厚さの下限値は特に限定することはないが、生産性を考慮すると20μm以上であることが好ましい。
なお、ポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの厚みは、JIS B 7503による目盛0.001mmのダイヤルゲージを使用してフィルムの厚さを測定した平均値のことであり、フィルムの厚さを測定する場合に一般的に考慮する箇所、サンプル数にて測定した算術平均値のことである。
また、厚さの下限値は特に限定することはないが、生産性を考慮すると20μm以上であることが好ましい。
なお、ポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの厚みは、JIS B 7503による目盛0.001mmのダイヤルゲージを使用してフィルムの厚さを測定した平均値のことであり、フィルムの厚さを測定する場合に一般的に考慮する箇所、サンプル数にて測定した算術平均値のことである。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの110℃×60分での熱処理後のフィルムの10%モジュラスが10.0N/cm以上、好ましくは10.5N/cm以上である。本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムは、このような高い10%モジュラスを有することにより、60μm未満という薄い厚みであっても十分な硬さを有するため、フィルム搬送時の不具合を抑えることができる。
さらに、本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの110℃×60分での熱処理後のフィルムの降伏値が10.0N/cm以上、好ましくは10.5N/cm以上であることが好ましい。降伏値が10.0N/cm以上であれば、60μm未満という薄い厚みであっても十分な硬さを有し、フィルム搬送時の不具合を抑えることができる。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムは、JIS K 5600規定の隠蔽率試験紙の白部の上にフィルムを置いた場合と黒部の上にフィルムを置いた場合の色差が4.0以下、好ましくは3.5以下が好ましい。当該色差を4.0以下とすることにより、60μm未満という薄い厚みであっても高い隠蔽性を有し化粧シートとしての高い品質を保持することができる。
本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの120℃での加熱収縮率は、好ましくは、MD、TD共に2.5%以下、好ましくは2.0%以下が好ましい。加熱収縮率が2.5%以下であれば、印刷工程時に収縮して柄ズレを起こすことがなく、意匠性に優れた化粧シートを得ることができる。
本発明のもう一つの態様は、上記したポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムを用いてなる化粧シートである。
このような化粧シートとしては、例えば、上記のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム表層側に印刷層を形成し、その上に透明な表面層を積層したものが挙げられる。具体的には、本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの片面または両面にコロナ処理を施し、塩素化ポリオレフィン系樹脂などを主成分としたプライマーを塗布し、この処理済みシート上にグラビア印刷により木目調の印刷を行い、さらに透明シートを貼り合わせてエンボス処理を施すことにより、本発明にかかる化粧シートを製造することができる。
このような化粧シートとしては、例えば、上記のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム表層側に印刷層を形成し、その上に透明な表面層を積層したものが挙げられる。具体的には、本発明のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの片面または両面にコロナ処理を施し、塩素化ポリオレフィン系樹脂などを主成分としたプライマーを塗布し、この処理済みシート上にグラビア印刷により木目調の印刷を行い、さらに透明シートを貼り合わせてエンボス処理を施すことにより、本発明にかかる化粧シートを製造することができる。
一般に化粧シートの表面には、化粧材の耐候性、耐摩耗性、耐擦傷性等を向上させるため表面層を設けることが多いが、この層はポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂等を積層又はコーティングすることにより形成できる。この表面層にエンボスを施してもよい。
印刷層は、顔料等を分散させたインクを用いて、グラビア印刷、オフセット印刷、オフセットグラビア印刷、シルクスクリーン印刷等の印刷をして形成する方法の他に、転写法によっても形成することができる。この印刷層と化粧材用基材シートとの密着性を向上するため、印刷を施す化粧材用基材シート面にコロナ処理を行っておくことが望ましい。また、前記基材シートと印刷層との間にプライマー層を設けると両者の接着性が更に向上するので好ましい。このプライマー層としては、塩素化ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体等を主成分とし、これに必要に応じ充填剤を添加した溶液が挙げられる。
以下、本発明を実施例により詳細に説明するが、本発明はその要旨を越えない限り、以下の例によって限定されるものでない。
<実施例1~4、比較例1、参考例>
[ポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの作製]
表1に示す配合を用いて、50mmφの押出機1台と35mmφの押出機2台のTダイ押出機(Tダイ:650mm幅)を用い、ダイス温度230℃の条件で、厚さ50~60μmの化粧シート用フィルムを作成した。
<実施例1~4、比較例1、参考例>
[ポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムの作製]
表1に示す配合を用いて、50mmφの押出機1台と35mmφの押出機2台のTダイ押出機(Tダイ:650mm幅)を用い、ダイス温度230℃の条件で、厚さ50~60μmの化粧シート用フィルムを作成した。
得られたフィルムについて下記の評価を行った。結果は表1に示す。
[評価方法]
1)引張試験(10%モジュラス、降伏値)
110℃に設定したギアオーブンで60分熱処理を実施、その後23℃で24時間放置してフィルムが安定した後に、JIS K 7127規定の測定部分が1cm幅のダンベル状に打ち抜いた。そのサンプルを23℃でチャック間を4cmに設置して引張速度50mm/minにて測定を行った。
なお、フィルム硬さに起因するフィルム搬送性の評価は以下の基準で行った。
○:10%モジュラスが10.0N/cm以上
×:10%モジュラスが10.0N/cm未満
[評価方法]
1)引張試験(10%モジュラス、降伏値)
110℃に設定したギアオーブンで60分熱処理を実施、その後23℃で24時間放置してフィルムが安定した後に、JIS K 7127規定の測定部分が1cm幅のダンベル状に打ち抜いた。そのサンプルを23℃でチャック間を4cmに設置して引張速度50mm/minにて測定を行った。
なお、フィルム硬さに起因するフィルム搬送性の評価は以下の基準で行った。
○:10%モジュラスが10.0N/cm以上
×:10%モジュラスが10.0N/cm未満
2)隠蔽性
JIS K 5600規定の隠蔽率試験紙の白部の上にフィルムを置いた場合と黒部の上に置いた場合で、KONICA MINOLTA製 SPECTROPHOTOMETER CM-2500dを用いて光源D-65、入射角10°で測色を行い、その色差(ΔE)を得た。
なお、色差(ΔE)に起因する隠蔽性の評価は以下の基準で行った。
○:色差(ΔE)が4.0以下
×:色差(ΔE)が4.0を超える
JIS K 5600規定の隠蔽率試験紙の白部の上にフィルムを置いた場合と黒部の上に置いた場合で、KONICA MINOLTA製 SPECTROPHOTOMETER CM-2500dを用いて光源D-65、入射角10°で測色を行い、その色差(ΔE)を得た。
なお、色差(ΔE)に起因する隠蔽性の評価は以下の基準で行った。
○:色差(ΔE)が4.0以下
×:色差(ΔE)が4.0を超える
3)加熱収縮試験
JIS K 7133に規定の通り、10×10cmにカットしたサンプルを120℃に設定したギアオーブンで15分間熱処理を行い、その後23℃で30分間放置してフィルムを安定させた後のフィルムのサイズを測定し、熱処理前後での寸法変化を求め加熱収縮率を得た。
なお、加熱収縮率に起因する印刷性の評価は以下の基準で行った。
○:120℃での加熱収縮率がMD、TDともに2.5%以下
×:120℃での加熱収縮率がMD、TDのいずれか一方でも2.5%を超える

製造時における製膜性の評価は以下の基準で評価した。
○:メヤニの発生がほとんどなく安定して製膜可能

表中の、「ホモPP」は、MA3U(日本ポリプロ製)であり、「ランダムPP」は、FX3B(日本ポリプロ製)であり、「顔料MB」は、酸化チタンが65重量%、ランダムPP30重量%、その他分散剤が5重量%である。
なお、表中の顔料MBの添加量の数値は、中間層に含まれる樹脂の合計量を100重量部としたときの重量部である。

実施例1~4のフィルムはフィルム硬さ(10%モジュラス,降伏値)、色差(ΔE)、製膜性に優れており、従って、フィルム搬送性、隠蔽性、製膜性に優れた化粧シート用フィルムとして優位に使用できるものであった。また、加熱収縮性にも優れており、印刷性に優れた化粧シート用フィルムとして優位に使用できるものであった。
なお、参考例は厚みを60μmにした以外は比較例1と同様に作製したフィルムの評価結果を示すものである。厚みが60μmであればフィルム搬送性を確保できるもののコスト的には好ましい実施態様ではない。また逆に言えば、60μm以上の厚みにおいて十分に実用可能なフィルムであっても、これを単に厚みを薄くすれば化粧シート用フィルムとしての要求品質を満足できるというものではない。
本発明にかかる実施例1~4の態様は厚みを薄くしても化粧シート用フィルムに求められる要求品質をクリアできており、コスト的に有利となるため、商業的価値が高いものである。
なお、参考例は厚みを60μmにした以外は比較例1と同様に作製したフィルムの評価結果を示すものである。厚みが60μmであればフィルム搬送性を確保できるもののコスト的には好ましい実施態様ではない。また逆に言えば、60μm以上の厚みにおいて十分に実用可能なフィルムであっても、これを単に厚みを薄くすれば化粧シート用フィルムとしての要求品質を満足できるというものではない。
本発明にかかる実施例1~4の態様は厚みを薄くしても化粧シート用フィルムに求められる要求品質をクリアできており、コスト的に有利となるため、商業的価値が高いものである。
Claims (6)
- 厚みが60μm未満であり、少なくとも表層、中間層、裏層を備え、中間層の顔料の含有量が表層、裏層での顔料の含有量よりも多い、あるいは中間層のみに顔料を含んでなり、JIS K 5600規定の隠蔽率試験紙の白部の上にフィルムを置いた場合と黒部の上にフィルムを置いた場合の色差が4.0以下であり、110℃×60分での熱処理後のフィルムの10%モジュラスが10.0N/cm以上であるポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム。
- 110℃×60分での熱処理後のフィルムの降伏値が10.0N/cm以上である請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム。
- 120℃での加熱収縮率が、MD、TD共に2.5%以下である、請求項1又は2に記載のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム。
- フィルム全体の厚みに対する中間層の厚みの割合が、70%~99.9%である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム。
- 厚みが50μm以下である、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルム。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のポリオレフィン系化粧シート用フィルムを用いてなる化粧シート。
