Abstract

公开了一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置及其控制方法。该用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置包括与液晶显示器(1)连接设置的转轴(15,16)及驱动该转轴(15,16)上的液晶显示器(1)展开及收回的伺服机构,所述伺服机构包括齿轮电机(4),与该齿轮电机(4)依次动力连接的单向轴承(7)、电磁离合器(8)、减速器(9)、驱动所述转轴(15,16)上的液晶显示器(1)转动的平面四连杆机构(10),所述电磁离合器(7)还并行驱动连接有弹簧马达(8),该弹簧马达(8)与减速器(9)动力连接;并通过一控制器与在所述液晶显示器(1)的展开及收回方向上对应设置的用于监测液晶显示器(1)位置变化的展开位置传感器(11)和收回位置传感器(14)、用于监测液晶显示器(1)展开速度变化的角度传感器(11)分别电性连接,通过控制器对相应传感器上的信号采集处理,来分别控制液晶显示器(1)在失电、突发异常情形下的收回。

Description

一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置及其控制方法 技术领域
发明涉及一种通用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置及其控制方法,可应用于飞机客舱娱乐系统视频播放,高速铁路机车上视频播放,汽车上视频播放,轮船上视频播放,及公共建筑内的视频播放。
背景技术
在飞机 、铁路、汽车、轮船等交通设施上的视频播放装置一 般都是要求液晶显示器工作时可以按规定的角度展开,方便乘客观看视频节目; 而不使用时可以收回,节约空间,且保护液晶显示器,同时防止乘客不小心撞上液晶显示器而受伤,其中,飞机上的客舱娱乐系统对此更为严格,其要求视频播放装置展开及收回装置低能耗;在客舱失电的情况下,液晶显示器可以及时收回; 当液晶显示器在展开过程中受到外力阻挡,可以自动收回;当液晶显示器在播放过程中受到外力撞击,可以自动收回。
然而,现有的视频播放装置还不能完全满足上述功能,大部分装置都是通过简单的通电、断电实现视频播放装置的展开及收回, 或者通过简单的机械结构来实现视频播放装置的展开及收回,对于各种类似失电、突发异常等情形下视频播放装置的相应收回动作却不能实现,使得其在使用过程中存在一定的安全隐患; 同时现有的该类装置结构复杂,不利用日常维护。
技术问题
针对上述现有技术中的不足之处,本发明旨在提供一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置及该装置的控制方法,在视频播放过程中正常的展开及收回的前提下,可适应失电、突发异常等情形下的液晶显示器的自动收回,保证设备的安全使用。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案:一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置,包括与液晶显示器连接设置的转轴及驱动该转轴上的液晶显示器转动的伺服机构,其中,所述伺服机构包括齿轮电机,与该齿轮电机依次动力连接的单向轴承、电磁离合器、减速器、驱动所述转轴上的液晶显示器的平面四连杆机构,所述电磁离合器还并行驱动连接有弹簧马达,该弹簧马达与减速器动力连接;
在所述液晶显示器的展开及收回方向上对应设置有用于监测液晶显示器位置变化的展开位置传感器和收回位置传感器、用于监测液晶显示器展开速度变化的角度传感器;
所述展开位置传感器、收回位置传感器、角度传感器、齿轮电机、电磁离合器均与一控制器电性连接。
该用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置的控制方法在于,
1 )、当视频播放时,控制器控制齿轮电机、电磁离合器通电,齿轮电机依次带动单向轴承、由电磁离合器通电结合连接的减速器、平面四连杆机构,进而带动液晶显示器展开,并由展开位置传感器实时监测,当液晶显示器展开至设定位置时,展开位置传感器传输信号至控制器, 控制器控制齿轮电机断电,结束展开动作,单向轴承将整个传动机构定位在液晶显示器展开状态;同时,液晶显示器展开过程中,由电磁离合器带动弹簧马达即后续的平面蜗卷弹簧储能;
2 )、在视频结束、或者失电、突发异常情形下,控制器控制电磁离合器断电或者电磁离合器自动断电,电磁离合器分离,弹簧马达内的平面蜗卷弹簧释能,反向依次带动减速器、平面四连杆机构,进而带动液晶显示器收回,当液晶显示器收回时, 当收回位置传感器检测到液晶显示器达到设定位置时,收回位置传感器传输信号至控制器,控制器控制电磁离合器通电,由单向轴承将整个传动机构定位在液晶显示器收回状态。
本发明通过齿轮电机、电磁离合器、减速器实现液晶显示器的展开,弹簧马达、减速器实现液晶显示器的收回,单向轴承定位液晶显示器的展开及收回状态,之中通过展开位置传感器、收回位置传感器、角度传感器实时监控液晶显示器的相应状态, 以形成不同的信号传输至控制器,再由控制器根据相应的信号控制齿轮电机、电磁离合器以实现液晶显示器的展开或各种失电、突发异常情形下的收回等的各种传动组合,结构紧凑,模块化设计,方便前期安装及后期维护,使用安全且能耗低。
此外进一步的,所述装置还包括具有一可水平置纳液晶显示器的型腔的共型安装面板及其反面固连的壳体,所述转轴设于该壳体上且位于共型安装面板上的型腔内一侧,所述伺服机构置于该壳体内。
所述共型安装面板上固连有一安装底板,其与共型安装面板围成置纳液晶显示器的型腔,所述齿轮电机、单向轴承、弹簧马达、减速器、角度传感器均固设在该安装底板上。
所述电磁离合器为可调接合保持力的电磁离合器。
所述弹簧马达端部还设置有一阻尼大小与转数成反比的阻尼齿轮。
所述弹簧马达包括固定板及与之固连的外壳,在该外壳与固定板组成的腔内同轴设置有芯轴及芯轴上卷绕的平面蜗卷弹簧,该平面蜗卷弹簧的首尾端分别固定在所述芯轴及外壳上;在所述芯轴两端设置有轴承。
所述弹簧马达为可调初始力矩的弹簧马达。
本装置的失电、突发异常情形具体控制方法如下:
当液晶显示器在播放过程中受到外力撞击时,撞击力大于电磁离合器自身的接合保持力,使得电磁离合器打滑,由展开位置传感器采集液晶显示器位置变化信号至控制器,控制器控制电磁离合器断电,电磁离合器分离,弹簧马达内的平面蜗卷弹簧释能,反向带动减速器、平面四连杆机构,进而使得液晶显示器收回。
当液晶显示器在展开过程中受到外力撞击或阻挡时,角度传感器监测出液晶显示器展开速度变化信号至控制器,控制器控制电磁离合器断电,电磁离合器分离,弹簧马达内的平面蜗卷弹簧释能,反向带动减速器、平面四连杆机构,进而使得液晶显示器收回。
通过弹簧马达起动力矩的可调,使得本装置可适用于小于等于15英寸不同规格的液晶显示器;而电磁离合器打滑力矩可设定,能适用于不同外力大小的要求。以保证液晶显示器在不同场合的安全使用。
有益效果
综上所述,本发明结构紧凑,模块化设计,方便前期安装及后期维护,能耗低,液晶显示器可实现无电回收,且可通过弹簧马达起动力矩不同调节来适应不同尺寸大小的液晶显示器, 通过电磁离合器打滑力矩的不同调节来适应不同外力碰撞下的液晶显示器的自动收回,以保证液晶显示器在不同场合中的安全使用。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合具体实施例及附图来进一步详细说明本发明。
一种如图1、2所示用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置,包括与液晶显示器1连接的转轴15、16及驱动该转轴15、16上的液晶显示器1转动的伺服机构,其中,所述伺服机构包括齿轮电机4,与该齿轮电机4依次动力连接的单向轴承6、电磁离合器7、减速器9、驱动所述转轴15、16上的液晶显示器1转动的平面四连杆机构10,所述电磁离合器7还并行驱动连接有弹簧马达8,该弹簧马达8与减速器9动力连接;该齿轮电机4与电磁离合器7通过联轴器5动力连接;
在所述液晶显示器1的展开及收回方向上对应设置有用于监测液晶显示器1位置变化的展开位置传感器14和收回位置传感器13、用于监测液晶显示器1展开速度变化的角度传感器11;
所述展开位置传感器14、收回位置传感器13、角度传感器11、齿轮电机4、电磁离合器7均与一控制器电性连接。
本发明中的控制器主要用于对展开位置传感器14、收回位置传感器13、角度传感器11中产生的信号采集并进行处理,再相应对齿轮电机4、电磁离合器7进行通电或断电控制。该控制器可采用现有技术中的微处理器,或者具有信号采集、处理及控制功能的可编程逻辑器件实现。
本装置可完全实现飞机客舱娱乐系统对视频播放装置的要求,将本装置安装在客舱行李箱下端,在视频播放装置不工作时,液晶显示器1定位在收回状态时,整体外型与行李长箱外型面一致,不突出行李箱外观面;当视频播放装置时,液晶显示器1展开到规定角度,进行娱乐节目的播放和客舱广播;当液晶显示器1在展开过程中受到外力阻挡,可自动收回;当液晶显示器1在播放过程中受到外力撞击,也可以自动收回;在客舱失电的情况下,液晶显示器1同样可以自动收回。
具体地,本装置还包括具有一可水平置纳液晶显示器1的型腔的共型安装面板2及其反面固连的壳体3,所述转轴15、16设于该壳体3上且位于共型安装面板2上的型腔内一侧,所述伺服机构置于该壳体3内。该共型安装面板2的形状可以依据飞机行李箱的形状要求进行改变,保证与行李箱的外型一致,以提高整个飞机的整洁外观;同时,共型安装面板2与液晶显示器1的外壳具有一致的形状,同样是为了当液晶显示器1定位在收回状态下保证行李箱的外型整洁美观。而转轴15、16并不限定于设于壳体3上,比如在共型安装面板2的型腔相对侧壁设孔,转轴15、16穿设定于该孔内即可实现转轴15、16的转动从而带动液晶显示器1的转动,在壳体3上的安装与在共型安装面板2上的安装方式相类似;另外,在液晶显示器1转动动作中,还可采用转轴15、16固定在共型安装面板2或者壳体3上,将液晶显示器1与转轴15、16转动连接,驱动液晶显示器1的平面四连杆机构直接作用在该液晶显示器1上也可。在转轴15、16的设置中应注意当安装在转轴15、16上的液晶显示器1在定位在收回状态时,液晶显示器1的外壳应与共型安装面板2具有一致的形状。所述共型安装面板2通过其上的安装柱24、25、26、27、28、29及螺孔固定在飞机的行李箱底部。
如图2所示,所述共型安装面板2上固连有一安装底板23,其与共型安装面板2围成置纳液晶显示器1的型腔,所述齿轮电机4、单向轴承6、弹簧马达8、减速器9、角度传感器11均固设在该安装底板23上。通过该设置,使得整个装置模块化设计,方便安装及维护,同时也方便本装置前期的加工生产。
本发明中的所述电磁离合器7为可调接合保持力的电磁离合器,也即是该电磁离合器7的打滑力矩可调节,具体可以通过调节电磁离合器7的通电电压值的设定,来调整该电磁离合器7上的离合片之间的结合保持力,用于适应不同外力撞击的要求。此外,所述弹簧马达8为可调初始力矩的弹簧马达,用于适应不同尺寸规格的液晶显示器1。
详见图3,所述弹簧马达8包括固定在安装底板23上的固定板21及与之通过螺钉22固连的外壳17,在该外壳17与固定板21组成的腔内同轴设置有芯轴19及芯轴19上卷绕的平面蜗卷弹簧20,该平面蜗卷弹簧20的首尾端分别固定在所述芯轴19及外壳17上;在所述芯轴19两端设置有轴承18。使用时,主要依靠平面蜗卷弹簧20的卷绕储能,然后再释能带动液晶显示器1的反转收回。设于芯轴19两端的轴承18一方面是方便与固定板21、外壳17的连接,另一方面是为了确保弹簧马达8的平稳工作。
另外,为了保证液晶显示器1能平稳收回,在所述弹簧马达8端部还设置有一阻尼大小与转数成反比的阻尼齿轮12,使得弹簧马达8在收回液晶显示器1时,开始段对弹簧马达8给予较大的阻力力矩,以避免弹簧马达8内的平面蜗卷弹簧20在释能时速度过快而导致液晶显示器1的快速收回最终致使液晶显示器1的损坏。
本发明的控制方法如下:
1 )、当视频正常播放时,控制器控制齿轮电机4、电磁离合器7通电,齿轮电机4依次带动单向轴承6、由电磁离合器7通电结合连接的减速器9、平面四连杆机构10,进而带动液晶显示器1展开,并由展开位置传感器14实时监测,当液晶显示器1展开至设定位置时,展开位置传感器14传输信号至控制器,控制器控制齿轮电机4断电,结束展开动作,单向轴承6将整个传动机构定位在液晶显示器1展开状态;同时,液晶显示器1展开过程中,由电磁离合器7带动弹簧马达8内的平面蜗卷弹簧20储能;
2 )、在视频结束、或者失电、突发异常情形下,控制器控制电磁离合器7断电或者电磁离合器7自动断电,电磁离合器7分离,弹簧马达8内的平面蜗卷弹簧20释能,反向依次带动减速器9、平面四连杆机构10,进而带动液晶显示器反转收回,当收回位置传感器13检测到液晶显示器1达到设定位置时,收回位置传感器13传输信号至控制器,控制器控制电磁离合器7通电,由单向轴承6将整个传动机构定位在液晶显示器1收回状态。
具体地,当液晶显示器1处于突发异常情形下,比如当液晶显示器1在播放过程中受到外力撞击时,撞击力大于电磁离合器7自身的接合保持力,使得电磁离合器7打滑,由展开位置传感器14采集液晶显示器1位置变化信号至控制器,控制器控制电磁离合器7断电,电磁离合器7分离,弹簧马达8内的平面蜗卷弹簧20释能,反向带动减速器9、平面四连杆机构10,进而带动液晶显示器1反转收回。
而当液晶显示器1在展开过程中受到外力撞击或阻挡时,角度传感器11监测出液晶显示器1展开速度发生异常变化将信号至控制器,控制器控制电磁离合器7断电,电磁离合器7分离,弹簧马达8内的平面蜗卷弹簧20释能,反向带动减速器9、平面四连杆机构10,进而带动液晶显示器1收回。

  1. 1 、一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置,包括与液晶显示器(1)连接设置的转轴(15、16)及驱动该转轴(15、16)上的液晶显示器(1)展开及收回的伺服机构,其特征在于:所述伺服机构包括齿轮电机(4),与该齿轮电机(4)依次动力连接的单向轴承(6)、电磁离合器(7)、减速器(9)、驱动所述转轴(15、16)上的液晶显示器(1)转动的平面四连杆机构(10),所述电磁离合器(7)还并行驱动连接有弹簧马达(8),该弹簧马达(8)与减速器(9)动力连接;
    在所述液晶显示器(1)的展开及收回方向上对应设置有用于监测液晶显示器(1)位置变化的展开位置传感器(14)和收回位置传感器(13)、用于监测液晶显示器(1)展开速度变化的角度传感器(11);
    所述展开位置传感器(14)、收回位置传感器(13)、角度传感器(11)、齿轮电机(4)、电磁离合器(7)均与一控制器电性连接。
    2 、如权利要求1所述的一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置,其特征在于:所述装置还包括具有一可水平置纳液晶显示器(1)的型腔的共型安装面板(2)及其反面固连的壳体(3),所述转轴(15、16)设于该壳体(3)上且位于共型安装面板(2)上的型腔内一侧,所述伺服机构置于该壳体(3)内。
    3 、如权利要求2所述的一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置,其特征在于:所述共型安装面板(2)上固连有一安装底板(23),其与共型安装面板(2)围成置纳液晶显示器(1)的型腔,所述齿轮电机(4)、单向轴承(6)、弹簧马达(8)、减速器(9)、角度传感器(11)均固设在该安装底板(23)上。
    4 、如权利要求1所述的一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置,其特征在于:所述电磁离合器(7)为可调接合保持力的电磁离合器。
    5 、如权利要求1所述的一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置,其特征在于:所述弹簧马达(8)端部还设置有一阻尼大小与转数成反比的阻尼齿轮(12)。
    6 、如权利要求1所述的一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置,其特征在于:所述弹簧马达(8)包括固定板(21)及与之固连的外壳(17),在该外壳(17)与固定板(21)组成的腔内同轴设置有芯轴(19)及芯轴(19)上卷绕的平面蜗卷弹簧(20),该平面蜗卷弹簧(20)的首尾端分别固定在所述芯轴(19)及外壳(17)上;在所述芯轴(19)两端设置有轴承(18)。
    7 、如权利要求1所述的一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置,其特征在于:所述弹簧马达(8)为可调初始力矩的弹簧马达。
    8 、如权利要求1-7任一所述的一种液晶显示器展开及收回的装置的控制方法,其特征在于,
    1 )、当视频播放时,控制器控制齿轮电机(4)、电磁离合器(7)通电,齿轮电机(4)依次带动单向轴承(6)、由电磁离合器(7)通电结合连接的减速器(9)、平面四连杆机构(10),进而带动液晶显示器(1)展开,并由展开位置传感器(14)实时监测,当液晶显示器(1)展开至设定位置时,展开位置传感器(14)传输信号至控制器,控制器控制齿轮电机(4)断电,结束展开动作,单向轴承(6)将整个传动机构定位在液晶显示器(1)展开状态;同时,液晶显示器(1)展开过程中,由电磁离合器(7)带动弹簧马达(8)内的平面蜗卷弹簧(20)储能;
    2 )、在视频结束、或者失电、突发异常情形下,控制器控制电磁离合器(7)断电或者电磁离合器(7)自动断电,电磁离合器(7)分离,弹簧马达(8)内的平面蜗卷弹簧(20)释能,反向依次带动减速器(9)、平面四连杆机构(10),进而带动液晶显示器(1)收回,当收回位置传感器(13)检测到液晶显示器(1)达到设定位置时,收回位置传感器(13)传输信号至控制器,控制器控制电磁离合器(7)通电,由单向轴承(6)将整个传动机构定位在液晶显示器(1)收回状态。
    9 、如权利要求8所述的一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置的控制方法,其特征在于:当液晶显示器(1)在播放过程中受到外力撞击时,撞击力大于电磁离合器(7)自身的接合保持力,使得电磁离合器(7)打滑,由展开位置传感器(14)采集液晶显示器(1)位置变化信号至控制器,控制器控制电磁离合器(7)断电,电磁离合器(7)分离,弹簧马达(8)内的平面蜗卷弹簧(20)释能,反向带动减速器(9)、平面四连杆机构(10),进而使得液晶显示器(1)收回。
    10 、如权利要求8所述的一种用于液晶显示器展开及收回的装置的控制方法,其特征在于:当液晶显示器(1)在展开过程中受到外力撞击或阻挡时,角度传感器(11)监测出液晶显示器(1)展开速度变化信号至控制器,控制器控制电磁离合器(7)断电,电磁离合器(7)分离,弹簧马达(8)内的平面蜗卷弹簧(20)释能,反向带动减速器(9)、平面四连杆机构(10),进而使得液晶显示器(1)收回。
