Claims (5)
- インターネット上の外部サーバーからダウンロードされた文書データを蓄積しておく文書ボックスを備えた画像形成装置であって、
前記文書ボックス内の前記文書データを選択する選択操作と、選択された前記文書データの印刷を指示する印刷指示操作とを受け付ける操作部と、
前記操作部が前記選択操作を受け付けると、選択された前記文書データが前記外部サーバーにおいて更新されているか否かを判断するバージョン確認制御部と、
選択された前記文書データが前記外部サーバーにおいて更新されていると前記バージョン確認制御部によって判断された場合に、前記外部サーバーから更新された前記文書データをダウンロードして前記文書ボックス内の前記文書データを更新する文書データ更新制御部と、
前記操作部が前記印刷指示操作を受け付けると、選択された前記文書データが前記外部サーバーにおいて更新されていない場合には、前記文書ボックス内に蓄積されていた前記文書データに基づく印刷を実行させ、選択された前記文書データが前記外部サーバーにおいて更新されている場合には、前記文書ボックス内の前記文書データ更新制御部によって更新された前記文書データに基づく印刷を実行させる印刷制御部とを具備する画像形成装置。 - ネットワークによって接続された他の前記画像形成装置の前記文書ボックスに、前記文書データ更新制御部によってダウンロードされた前記文書データとダウンロード元が同一で且つ文書データ名が同一の前記文書データが蓄積されている否かを判断する他装置内文書データ確認制御部と、
ダウンロード元が同一で且つ文書データ名が同一の前記文書データが前記文書ボックスに蓄積されている他の前記画像形成装置に、前記文書データ更新制御部によってダウンロードされた前記文書データを送信する通信制御部と、を具備する請求項1に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記他装置内文書データ確認制御部は、他の前記画像形成装置に対して、前記文書データ更新制御部によってダウンロードされた前記文書データのダウンロード元及び文書データ名を示す文書データ蓄積情報を送信し、
前記通信制御部は、前記他装置内文書データ確認制御部により前記文書データ蓄積情報を送信した他の前記画像形成装置から、当該文書データ蓄積情報が示す文書データについての送信依頼を受信した場合に、当該送信依頼を送信してきた他の画像形成装置に対して、当該文書データ蓄積情報が示す文書データを送信し、前記文書データ蓄積情報を送信した他の前記画像形成装置から、前記文書データ蓄積情報の送信に対する受信確認を受信した場合には、当該他の画像形成装置に対して、当該文書データ蓄積情報が示す文書データを送信しない請求項2に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記通信制御部は、前記文書データ蓄積情報を送信した他の全ての前記画像形成装置から、前記送信依頼又は受信確認のいずれかを受信した場合に、当該他の全ての画像形成装置に対する文書データ送信制御を終了する請求項3に記載の画像形成装置。
- 前記文書データ更新制御部は、ネットワークによって接続された他の前記画像形成装置から前記文書データを受信すると、受信した前記文書データによって前記文書ボックスに蓄積されているダウンロード元が同一で且つ文書データ名が同一の前記文書データを更新させる請求項2に記載の画像形成装置。
