背景技术
近年来，出现了具备预先存储文档数据的文件箱功能和下载因特网上的外部服务器内的文档数据的网络通信功能的图像形成装置。这种图像形成装置中，下载的文档数据存储在文件箱内，需要时再实行印刷。这种情况下，由于下载并存储在文件箱的文档数据不能反映出外部服务器侧的文档数据的更新，不论外部服务器侧的文档数据是否更新，都是按照旧版本来进行印刷。于是，有人提出，间隔规定时间轮询确认表示链接信息的文档数据的更新日期和时间，在检测到新文档数据时，根据需要再次进行下载(例如参照专利文献1)。

发明内容
然而，在上述技术中，由于间隔规定时间进行更新日期和时间的确认，所以如果外部服务器侧的文档数据更新，但却在确认更新日期和时间的时间之前进行印刷，则存在这样的问题，即：仍然不能反映出外部服务器侧的文档数据的更新，依然按照旧版本来进行印刷。
本发明鉴于上述问题构思而成，其目的在于提供一种图像形成装置，使得下载并存储在文件箱的文档数据可靠地反映出外部服务器侧的文档数据的更新。

根据本发明，在选择操作的阶段，将旧版本文档数据更新为最新的版本。因此，下载并存储在文件箱的文档数据能够可靠地反映出外部服务器侧的文档数据的更新。于是，不会按照旧版本来进行印刷，始终基于最新的文档数据进行印刷。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图对本发明的实施的形态进行具体说明。
本发明的实施的形态的图像形成装置10是具有复印功能、扫描功能、网络通信功能等的复合机，参照图1，其具备操作部11、通信部12、原稿读取部13、存储部14、图像处理部15、印刷部16、控制部17。
操作部11是具备在液晶显示面板的表面上设置透明的压力敏感传感器的触摸面板、用于输入印刷张数等数值的数字键、用于输入初始化设定信息的指示的重设键、用于停止复印动作或删除输入数值的停止键、指示插入复印的插入键、用于输入开始印刷动作的输出指示的启动键等各种操作键的用户接口。
通信部12具有经由LAN等网络20与其他的图像形成装置10a之间收发各种数据的功能。另外，通信部17可以构成为经由网络20以及路由器30与因特网40连接。而且，通信部17具有与因特网40上的外部服务器50之间收发各种数据的功能。此外，本实施的形态的图像形成装置10与其他的图像形成装置10a可以具备相同的功能。
原稿读取部13是对通过未图示的原稿送纸装置送来的原稿、通过用户放置在压板玻璃上的原稿照射光并接收其反射光等以读取原稿图像的扫描器。
存储部14是半导体存储器或HDD(Hard Disk Drive)等，存储通过原稿读取部13读取的文档数据、通过通信部12接收的文档数据。此外，本实施的形态中，文档数据是由图像数据、文本数据、图形数据或这些的组合等构成的文档信息的总称。
另外，文件箱141设定在存储部14。文件箱141由存储文档数据的、被称为“箱”的分割的多个存储区域构成。箱分别通过不同的箱号管理。另外，箱可以通过用户任意设定(例如按用户分或按领域分等)。

图像处理部15对文档数据进行规定的图像处理。图像处理部15例如进行放大缩小处理、浓度调整、灰阶调整等图像改善处理。
印刷部16对作为文档图像存储在存储部14的文档数据进行印刷。印刷部16例如基于从存储部14读取的文档数据，在感光体鼓的表面形成潜像，通过调色剂将该潜像形成为调色剂图像，进行图像形成，再从该感光体鼓将调色剂图像转印在记录纸上，将该调色剂图像定影在记录纸上，并排出纸张。
控制部17与操作部11、通信部12、原稿读取部13、存储部14、图像处理部15以及印刷部16连接，依据从操作部11输入的规定的指示信息，实行图像形成装置10整体的动作控制。控制部17是具备ROM(Read OnlyMemory)、RAM(Random Access Memory)等微型计算机等信息处理部。ROM存储用于进行图像形成装置10的动作控制的控制程序。控制部17读取ROM存储控制程序，在控制程序RAM内展开，依据从操作部11输入的规定的指示信息进行装置整体的控制。
接着，参照图4，从因特网40上的外部服务器50下载文档数据并存储在文件箱141的文档数据存储动作进行详细说明。
参照图4，控制部17接收到来自操作部11的由下载的「文档数据名」和「下载URL」构成的下载指示时(步骤A1)，经由通信部12给因特网40上的外部服务器50发送下载请求(步骤A2)。

接着，控制部17等待接收与发送的文档数据存储信息对应的响应(步骤A6)。然后，如果控制部17接收到与文档数据存储信息对应的响应，则判断从上述其他的图像形成装置接收的响应是否为数据发送请求(步骤A7)。在步骤A7中响应为数据发送请求的情况下，控制部17将步骤A3中接收的文档数据发送给发送数据发送请求的其他的图像形成装置10a(步骤A8)。
接着，控制部17判断是否从通过网络20连接的全部的其他的图像形成装置10a接收到响应(步骤A9)。在步骤A9中从全部的其他的图像形成装置10a接收到响应的情况下，控制部17结束确认响应发送动作。在步骤A9中没有从全部的其他的图像形成装置10a接收到响应的情况下，控制部17回到步骤A6，再次等待接收与发送的文档数据存储信息对应的响应。
另外，在步骤A7中响应不是数据发送请求，而仅是接收确认的情况下，控制部17进入步骤A9，判断是否从通过网络20连接的全部的其他的图像形成装置10a接收到响应。
接着，参照图5对数据存储信息接收时的确认响应发送动作进行详细说明。
参照图5，在从其他的图像形成装置10a接收到文档数据存储信息(步骤B1)时，控制部17基于接收的文档数据存储信息，将在其他的图像形成装置10a新下载的文档数据的「文档名」以及「下载URL」，存储在其他装置内文档表格142(步骤B2)。由此，可以通过其他装置内文档表格142，获取存储在其他的图像形成装置10a的文件箱141的文档数据。
接着，控制部17基于接收的文档数据存储信息的「文档名」以及「下载URL」，判断相同的文档数据是否存储在文件箱141(步骤B3)。在步骤B3中相同的文档数据存储在文件箱141的情况下，控制部17进一步基于接收的文档数据存储信息的「版本信息」，判断版本是否为最新版本(步骤B4)。
在步骤B4中版本不是最新版本的情况下，控制部17将发送在其他的图像形成装置10a上新下载的文档数据的请求的文档数据请求，发送给其他的图像形成装置10a(步骤B5)。然后，在接收到来自其他的图像形成装置10a的文档数据时，控制部17将存储在文件箱141的旧版本的文档数据更新为接收的文档数据(步骤B6)，结束确认响应发送动作。
另外，在步骤B3中相同的文档数据没有存储在文件箱141的情况下，步骤B4中版本为最新版本的情况下，控制部17仅将步骤B1中文档存储信息的接收确认发送给其他的图像形成装置10a(步骤B7)，结束确认响应发送动作。
接着，参照图6对印刷存储在文件箱141的文档数据的文档数据印刷动作进行详细说明。
在印刷文件箱141内的文档数据时，操作部11通常接收选择文件箱内的文档数据的选择操作和指示印刷选择的文档数据的印刷指示操作。参照图6，在通过操作部11上的用户的选择操作选择存储在文件箱141的文档数据(步骤C1)时，控制部17实行选择的文档数据的版本的确认(步骤C2)。步骤C2中，控制部17通过「下载URL」进入外部服务器50，确认由「文档数据名」指定的文档数据的「版本信息」。即，控制部17在通过操作部11接收到选择操作时，作为判断外部服务器50上选择的文档数据是否更新的版本确认控制部发挥作用。
接着，控制部17通过步骤C2中的版本的确认结果，判断选择的文档数据是否为最新(步骤C3)。步骤C3中文档数据为最新的情况下，控制部17等待接收操作部11的印刷指示(步骤C4)。然后，在步骤C4中接收到印刷指示时，控制部17基于步骤C1中选择的文档数据实行印刷(步骤C5)，结束文档数据印刷动作。
在步骤C3中文档数据不是最新的情况下，控制部17从外部服务器50下载最新的文档数据，将存储在文件箱141的文档数据更新为下载的最新的文档数据(步骤C6)。即，控制部17在通过选择操作选择的文档数据在外部服务器50上已更新的情况下，作为从外部服务器50下载更新的文档数据，并更新文件箱141内的旧版本的文档数据的文档数据更新控制部发挥作用。
接着，控制部17等待接收操作部11的印刷指示(步骤C7)。然后，在步骤C7中接收到印刷指示时，控制部17基于步骤C6中下载的更新文档数据实行印刷(步骤C8)。即，控制部17在通过操作部11接收到印刷指示操作时，作为在选择的文档数据在外部服务器50上没有更新的情况下基于存储在文件箱141内的文档数据实行印刷的印刷控制部发挥作用，且作为在选择的文档数据在外部服务器50上已更新的情况下基于文件箱141内的更新的文档数据实行印刷的印刷控制部发挥作用。由此，不会按照旧版本来进行印刷，始终基于最新的文档数据进行印刷。
接着，控制部17通过参照其他装置内文档表格142，判断步骤C6中下载和更新的文档数据是否存储在其他的图像形成装置10a的文件箱141内(步骤C9)。即，控制部17作为判断与下载的文档数据「下载URL」相同且「文档数据名」相同的文档数据是否存储在通过网络20连接的其他的图像形成装置10a的文件箱141内的其他装置内文档数据确认控制部发挥作用。
在步骤C9中没有存储在其他的图像形成装置10a的文件箱141内的情况下，控制部17结束文档数据印刷动作。在步骤C9中存储在其他的图像形成装置10a的文件箱141内的情况下，控制部17将步骤C6中下载的更新文档数据发送给其他的图像形成装置10a(步骤C10)，结束文档数据印刷动作。即，控制部17作为将下载的文档数据发送给文件箱内存储有下载源相同且文档数据名相同的文档数据的其他的图像形成装置10a的通信控制部发挥作用。
在其他的图像形成装置10a的文件箱141内进行与步骤C10中发送的文档数据相应的更新和存储。由此，在通过网络20连接的图像形成装置10、10a中任一个图像形成装置的文件箱141内的文档数据更新时，该更新可以在全部的图像形成装置10、10a上进行反映。因而，可以减少印刷前下载文档数据的频率，改善操作性。
此外，在印刷文件箱内的文档数据时，作为用户的操作，选择文件箱内的文档数据的选择操作和指示印刷选择的文档数据的印刷指示操作通常是必要的。步骤C2中的版本的确认在选择操作的阶段进行。因而，在印刷指示操作之前通常已完成版本的确认，在文档数据为最新的情况下，用户没有时间上的压力。
在以上说明的本实施的形态中，控制部17在通过操作部11接收到选择操作时，作为判断选择的文档数据在外部服务器50上是否更新版本的确认控制部发挥作用，在选择的文档数据在外部服务器50上没有更新的情况下，作为从外部服务器50下载更新的文档数据并更新文件箱内的文档数据的文档数据更新控制部发挥作用，在通过操作部11接收到印刷指示操作时，作为在选择的文档数据在外部服务器50上没有更新的情况下基于存储在文件箱141内的文档数据实行印刷的印刷控制部发挥作用，且在选择的文档数据在外部服务器50上已更新的情况下基于文件箱141内的更新的文档数据实行印刷的印刷控制部发挥作用。通过该构成，在选择操作的阶段，将旧版本文档数据更新为最新的版本，不会按照旧版本来进行印刷，始终基于最新的文档数据进行印刷。另外，由于版本的确认在选择操作的阶段进行，所以在印刷指示操作之前通常已完成版本的确认，在文档数据为最新的情况下，用户没有时间上的压力。
而且，本实施的形态中，控制部17作为判断与下载的文档数据「下载URL」以及「文档数据名」相同的文档数据是否存储在通过网络20连接的其他的图像形成装置10a的文件箱141内的其他装置内文档数据确认控制部发挥作用，作为将下载的文档数据发送给文件箱141内存储有「下载URL」以及「文档数据名」相同的文档数据的其他的图像形成装置10a的通信控制部发挥作用。另外，控制部17在从通过网络20连接的其他的图像形成装置10接收文档数据时，作为通过接收的文档数据更新存储在文件箱内的「下载URL」以及「文档数据名」相同的文档数据的文档数据更新控制部发挥作用。通过该构成，在通过网络20连接的图像形成装置10、10a中任一个图像形成装置的文件箱141内的文档数据更新时，该更新在全部的图像形成装置10、10a上进行反映。
此外，本发明不限于上述各实施的形态，显然，在本发明的技术思想的范围内，可以对各实施的形态进行适当的变更。

Claims (5)

1.一种图像形成装置，具备存储从因特网上的外部服务器下载的文档数据的文件箱,
所述图像形成装置具备：
操作部，用于接收选择所述文件箱内的所述文档数据的选择操作和指示印刷选择的所述文档数据的印刷指示操作；
版本确认控制部，用于在所述操作部接收到所述选择操作时，判断选择的所述文档数据在所述外部服务器上是否更新；
文档数据更新控制部，用于在通过所述版本确认控制部判断出选择的所述文档数据在所述外部服务器上已更新的情况下，从所述外部服务器下载更新的所述文档数据，对所述文件箱内的所述文档数据进行更新；和
印刷控制部，用于在所述操作部接收到所述印刷指示操作时，在选择的所述文档数据在所述外部服务器上没有更新的情况下基于存储在所述文件箱内的所述文档数据实行印刷，且在选择的所述文档数据在所述外部服务器上已更新的情况下基于所述文件箱内的通过所述文档数据更新控制部更新的所述文档数据实行印刷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的图像形成装置，其特征在于，
所述图像形成装置还具备：
其他装置内文档数据确认控制部，用于判断通过网络连接的其他的所述图像形成装置的所述文件箱内是否存储有与通过所述文档数据更新控制部下载的所述文档数据下载源相同且文档数据名相同的所述文档数据；和
通信控制部，用于将通过所述文档数据更新控制部下载的所述文档数据发送给所述文件箱内存储有下载源相同且文档数据名相同的所述文档数据的其他的所述图像形成装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的图像形成装置，其特征在于，
所述其他装置内文档数据确认控制部将表示通过所述文档数据更新控制部下载的所述文档数据的下载源以及文档数据名的文档数据存储信息发送给其他的所述图像形成装置，
所述通信控制部，从通过所述其他装置内文档数据确认控制部发送所述文档数据存储信息的其他的所述图像形成装置接收到该文档数据存储信息表示的文档数据的发送请求的情况下，将该文档数据存储信息表示的文档数据发送给发送该发送请求的其他的图像形成装置，在从发送所述文档数据存储信息的其他的所述图像形成装置接收到所述文档数据存储信息的发送的接收确认的情况下，不将该文档数据存储信息表示的文档数据发送给该其他的图像形成装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的图像形成装置，其特征在于，
所述通信控制部从发送所述文档数据存储信息的全部的其他的所述图像形成装置接收到所述发送请求或接收确认的情况下，结束对该全部的其他的图像形成装置的文档数据发送控制。
5.根据权利要求2所述的图像形成装置，其特征在于，所述文档数据更新控制部从通过网络连接的其他的所述图像形成装置接收到所述文档数据时，通过接收的所述文档数据更新存储在所述文件箱内的下载源相同且文档数据名相同的所述文档数据。
