Procédé de commande d'un véhicule hybride comprenant un moteur à combustion interne (4) et des moteurs électriques (7, 8) couplés chacun avec une roue (9, 10) du train arrière par l' intermédiaire d'un dispositif de couplage (12, 13), et une unité de commande électronique reliée à des capteurs, à des moyens de sélection d 'un mode de propulsion ainsi qu'au moteur à combustion interne (4) et aux moteurs électriques (7, 8). Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : selon les conditions de roulage du véhicule et selon le mode de propulsion choisi, -on commande les dispositifs de couplage (12, 13), -on commande le fonctionnement du moteur à combustion interne (4) et des moteurs électriques (7, 8), et -on commande le couple du moteur à combustion interne (4) et des moteurs électriques (7, 8).
Description
Procédé et système de commande d'un véhicule hybride à moteurs électriques arrière indépendants.
L 'invention a pour domaine technique les systèmes de commande de véhicules automobiles, et plus particulièrement les systèmes de commande de véhicules automobiles hybrides .
Les véhicules hybrides munis d'un moteur thermique sur le train avant et d'une boîte de vitesse robotisée permettent l ' avantage d' émissions réduites de C02 à forte charges . Ces véhicules peuvent être munis d'un groupe moto-propulsion électrique comprenant deux moteurs-roues électriques indépendants montés sur le train arrière. Ils bénéficient alors également d' émissions réduites de C02 à faible charge.
Le choix des moteurs roues sur le train arrière permet de réaliser des économies liées à l ' architecture du véhicule et à la mutualisation des châssis de plusieurs véhicules .
Un tel véhicule hybride peut se comporter comme un véhicule électrique ou comme un véhicule thermique (hybride) à la demande du conducteur. Pour des raisons de sécurité de fonctionnement et de réduction de la traînée en usage routier les moteurs électriques peuvent être découplés des roues lorsque la vitesse du véhicule est supérieure par exemp le à 90 km/h. Cette limitation présente l'avantage de limiter la vitesse de rotation de machines électriques et d' augmenter le rapport de démultip lication entre la roue et la machine.
De tels véhicules sont donc particuliers en ce que les roues arrières sont actionnées par des moteurs électriques de façon indépendante l'un de l ' autre. Il est nécessaire de disposer d'une commande appropriée à cette architecture particulière.
De l ' état de la technique antérieur, on connaît les documents suivants.
Le document KR201 10012573 divulgue un dispositif de co- pilotage alterné, comprenant un calculateur dédié au moteur électrique et un autre au moteur thermique.
Le document KR201 10010345 divulgue un dispositif de récupération d' énergie dans lequel un changement de mode de propulsion permet de recharger la batterie d'un véhicule hybride.
Le document US201 100213 1 0 décrit un procédé de contrôle de couple des moteurs thermique et électrique dans un véhicule hybride.
Le document WO2010 143278 décrit un dispositif de gestion d' énergie et d' état de charge d'une batterie haute tension.
Le document US20100276223 décrit un système de contrôle des émissions de gaz d'un véhicule hybride à partir d'une analyse des gaz d' échappement.
Le document JP2010083361 décrit une méthode pour augmenter l ' autonomie d'un véhicule électrique avec la gestion et le contrôle de deux moteurs électriques du véhicule.
Il existe un besoin pour une commande d'un véhicule hybride propulsé par des machines électriques arrière indépendantes.
Un obj et de l ' invention est un procédé de commande d 'un véhicule hybride comprenant un moteur à combustion interne couplé au train avant et des moteurs électriques couplés chacun avec une roue du train arrière par l 'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de couplage, le véhicule comprenant également un moyen de sélection, par le conducteur, d'un mode de fonctionnement du véhicule parmi : un mode électrique où seuls les moteurs électriques, couplés aux roues arrière par l ' intermédiaire du dispositif de couplage, assurent la propulsion du véhicule, un mode thermique, où seul le moteur à combustion interne, couplé au train avant, assure la traction du véhicule, et un mode hybride, pour lequel le déplacement du véhicule est dû au fonctionnement conjoint du moteur thermique et des moteurs électriques couplés respectivement au train avant et aux roues du train arrière.
Le véhicule comprend
une unité de commande électronique reliée en entrée à des capteurs des conditions de roulage et au moyen de sélection du mode de fonctionnement du véhicule et en sortie au moteur à combustion interne et aux moteurs électriques.
Le procédé comprend, après une étape de sélection d'un mode de fonctionnement du véhicule par l 'utilisateur, une étape de validation, par l 'unité de commande électronique, du mode de fonctionnement sélectionné selon les conditions de roulage du véhicule.
La validation ou non du mode de propulsion sélectionné peut être signalée au conducteur par retour visuel, haptique ou vocal .
Le procédé de commande peut comprendre les étapes suivantes :
- on commande l ' engagement ou le désengagement des dispositifs de couplage selon les conditions de roulage du véhicule et selon le mode de propulsion choisi,
- on commande le fonctionnement du moteur à combustion interne et des moteurs électriques selon les conditions de roulage du véhicule et selon le mode de propulsion choisi, et
- on commande le couple du moteur à combustion interne et des moteurs électriques selon les conditions de roulage du véhicule et selon le mode de propulsion choisi.
Lors d'une transition d'un mode électrique à un mode thermique,
- on peut valider la demande de changement de mode effectuée par le conducteur,
- on peut démarrer le moteur à combustion interne,
- on peut augmenter progressivement la vitesse de rotation du moteur à combustion interne à un point de fonctionnement correspondant à la requête du conducteur,
- on peut annuler progressivement la vitesse de rotation des moteurs électriques, puis
- on peut enclencher le rapport de boite de vitesses correspondant au couple et à la vitesse de rotation requis du moteur à combustion interne.
Les régimes du moteur à combustion interne et des moteurs électriques sont modifiés de sorte que la somme des couples aux roues fournis par le moteur à combustion interne et les moteurs électriques soit au moins égale à la requête de couple du conducteur. Cela peut se faire par exemple au moyen d 'une interface appropriée, par exemple la pédale d' accélération ou une interface de commande de type tactile avec ou sans retour d' effort haptique
On peut appliquer des couples moteurs ou résistants différents entre le moteur électrique gauche et le moteur électrique droit, en particulier selon les conditions de roulage normales ou aux limites, par exemple dans les virages sur route sèche ou mouillée, et on peut émettre en retour un message d' alerte indiquant une consigne de couple différent entre les moteurs électriques gauche et droit.
Lors d'une décélération ou d'un freinage de régénération, on peut réaliser un contrôle de couple moteur anti-glissement des roues arrière, en augmentant le couple demandé aux moteurs électriques pour éviter le glissement des roues du train arrière.
Les conditions de roulage du véhicule peuvent comprendre la vitesse du véhicule, la pente de la route, l ' angle de braquage des roues et l ' adhérence de la roue sur la chaussée.
Un autre objet de l 'invention est un système de commande d'un véhicule hybride comprenant un moteur à combustion interne couplé au train avant et un groupe motopropulseur électrique comprenant des moteurs électriques couplés chacun avec une roue arrière par l' intermédiaire d'un dispositif de couplage, caractérisé par le fait qu' il comprend une unité de commande électronique reliée par un premier réseau, à un dispositif de commande du groupe motopropulseur électrique et au groupe motopropulseur thermique par un deuxième réseau, le dispositif de commande du groupe motopropulseur électrique étant apte à commander indépendamment chacun des moteurs électriques et des dispositifs de couplage. Le premier réseau
peut notamment être un réseau de communication inter-calculateurs et inter-systèmes, dit réseau de communication embarqué, nommé réseau dans la suite.
L 'unité de commande électronique peut être connectée, par l' intermédiaire du deuxième réseau, à des capteurs aptes à mesurer des valeurs relatives aux conditions de roulage du véhicule.
Les conditions de roulage du véhicule peuvent comprendre la vitesse du véhicule, la pente, et l' adhérence de la roue sur la chaussée.
Le dispositif de commande du groupe motopropulseur électrique peut être relié aux moteurs électriques par un troisième réseau ainsi qu' aux dispositifs de couplage.
D ' autres buts, caractéristiques et avantages apparaîtront à la lecture de la description suivante donnée uniquement en tant qu' exemple non limitatif et faite en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
- la figure 1 illustre un véhicule hybride selon l' invention,
- les figures 2a et 2b illustrent les positions engagées et désengagées d'un dispositif de couplage entre un moteur électrique et une roue correspondante, et
- la figure 3 illustre le système de commande du véhicule hybride.
La figure 1 illustre un véhicule hybride 1 muni d 'un groupe motopropulseur thermique 2 et un groupe motopropulseur électrique 3.
Le groupe motopropulseur thermique 2 comprend un moteur à combustion interne 4 relié au train avant 5 par l ' intermédiaire d 'une boite de vitesses robotisée (BVR) ou d'une boite de vitesse automatique (BVA) 6.
Le groupe motopropulseur électrique 3 , noté GMPE, comprend deux moteurs électriques référencés 7 et 8 , couplés chacun indépendamment à une des roues, référencées 9 et 10, du train arrière 1 1 . Chaque moteur électrique 7, 8 est relié à une roue 9 , 1 0 par l' intermédiaire d'un dispositif de couplage 12, 13. Les dispositifs de couplage 12, 13 permettent de coupler ou de découpler un moteur électrique 7, 8 de la roue correspondante 9, 10. Les moteurs électriques
7, 8 et le moteur à combustion interne 4 sont également reliés à une batterie 14 haute tension pour les moteurs électriques, mais qui peut disposer d 'une partie de ses éléments pour réaliser la fonction batterie basse tension destinée à lancer le démarreur du moteur à combustion interne.
Les roues du train arrière sont indépendantes. La vitesse de rotation et le couple de chaque moteur électrique 7, 8 peuvent être commandés indépendamment de ceux de l ' autre moteur électrique.
Le véhicule hybride décrit peut fonctionner comme un véhicule électrique, comme un véhicule hybride ou comme un véhicule thermique. Le passage d'un mode de fonctionnement à l'autre est possible en roulant, exclusivement suite à la requête du conducteur. En d' autres termes, le passage d'un mode de fonctionnement à l ' autre n' implique aucun automatisme quant à la décision d' activation d'un changement de mode.
Pour des raisons de sécurité de fonctionnement et de réduction de la traînée en usage routier, les moteurs électriques ne sont couplés aux roues que lorsque la vitesse du véhicule est inférieure à une vitesse de seuil, par exemple 90 km/h. Le choix de ce seuil permet de limiter la vitesse de rotation et le couple des moteurs électriques 7 , 8 ainsi que de limiter le vo lume des moteurs électriques.
Du point de vue du conducteur, le véhicule se comporte comme un véhicule à boite automatique (BVA) . L ' habitacle est muni d 'un sélecteur de sens de marche (S SM) 29 qui permet au conducteur de choisir un fonctionnement en marche avant, en marche arrière ou au point neutre. Le sélecteur de sens de marche de type tactile comprend donc au moins trois positions, D (de l ' anglais « Drive », pour marche avant), R (de l' anglais « Reverse », marche arrière), et N (de l ' anglais « Neutral », point neutre) . Le sélecteur du sens de marche (S SM) 29 peut être sous forme d'une interface à bouton solide ou semi-so lide, mais il peut être sous forme à écran tactile sensitif ou non avec ou sans retour d' effort haptique, ou une commande vocale.
L 'habitacle comprend également un sélecteur de mode (SM) qui permet au conducteur de choisir un mode électrique, un mo de hybride ou un mode thermique.
Ces sélecteurs transmettent les requêtes du conducteur de changement de mode souhaité à une unité de commande électronique qui les valide selon les paramètres de roulage, et qui transmet les consignes correspondantes aux différents organes du véhicule, notamment aux groupes motopropulseurs et dispositifs de couplage L 'unité de commande électronique fournit au conducteur une information en retour par le biais d'un écran à cristaux liquides spécifique SLCD 30 (acronyme anglais pour «Spécifie Liquid Cristal Device », dispositif spécifique à cristaux liquides) ou à technologie OLED (acronyme anglais pour « Organic Light-Emitting Diode ») de type tactile sensitif ou non, avec ou sans retour d' effort haptique intégré. Le conducteur est ainsi informé de la prise en compte de ses requêtes ainsi que du fonctionnement du système via des messages sur l ' écran 30 ou via le changement de couleur et/ou d' intensité du fond d' écran.
En se référant encore à la figure 1 , on peut voir que chaque moteur électrique 7, 8 est couplé à une roue arrière par l 'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de couplage 12, 13 , notamment à crabots . Le dispositif de couplage 12, 13 à un étage avec un seul rapport de démultiplication est illustré par les figures 2a et 2b. Un dispositif à plusieurs étages de démultiplication peut également être envisagé dans le cadre de l' invention.
Sur les figures 2a et 2b, on peut voir une j ante 15 d' une roue reliée mécaniquement à un premier engrenage 16, disposé en vis-à-vis avec un deuxième engrenage 17 relié par l ' intermédiaire d ' autres engrenages à un des moteurs électriques 7, 8 , ici le moteur électrique référencé 7. Au niveau du premier engrenage 16 et du deuxième engrenage 17 se situe un baladeur 1 8 pouvant les coupler ou les découpler. Le baladeur 1 8 est translaté par un moteur à courant continu 19, par exemp le afin de coupler ou de découpler le premier engrenage 16 et le deuxième engrenage 17. La figure 2a illustre un état
du baladeur dans lequel le premier engrenage 16 et le deuxième engrenage 17 sont couplés . La figure 2b illustre un état du baladeur dans lequel ces deux mêmes engrenages sont découplés . Par ailleurs, un curseur permet de disposer d'une information de position du baladeur 1 8.
La figure 3 illustre le système de commande du véhicule hybride. Le système de commande comprend une unité de commande électronique 21 reliée par un premier réseau CAN (acronyme anglais pour Controller Area Network), référencé 22, au dispositif de commande 23 du groupe motopropulseur électrique. L 'unité de commande électronique 21 est également connectée par un deuxième réseau CAN référencé 24 au groupe motopropulseur thermique 2, et en particulier au moteur à combustion interne 4 et à la boite de vitesses robotisée au automatique 6. L 'unité de commande électronique 21 est également connectée à des capteurs 25 par l ' intermédiaire du deuxième réseau CAN 24. Les capteurs 25 communiquent des valeurs relatives aux conditions de roulage du véhicule, qui comprennent la vitesse du véhicule, la pente de la route, et l' adhérence de la roue sur la route . Les capteurs 25 peuvent être remplacés tout ou en partie par des moyens d' estimation.
Le dispositif de commande 23 du groupe motopropulseur électrique est relié par une première connexion 26 à un premier dispositif de couplage 12 relié mécaniquement à un premier moteur électrique 7. Le dispositif de commande 23 du groupe motopropulseur électrique est relié par une deuxième connexion 27 au deuxième dispositif de couplage 13 relié mécaniquement au deuxième moteur électrique 8. Enfin, le dispositif de commande 23 est relié aux moteurs électriques 7, 8 par un troisième réseau CAN référencé 28.
D ' autres réseaux peuvent être envisagés dans le cadre de l' invention, tels les réseaux de communication embarqués de type Flexray, LIN (acronyme anglais pour « Local Interconnect Network ») ou les réseaux de communication embarqués de type réseau IP (acronyme anglais pour « Internet Protocole ») ou les réseaux de
communication à courant porteur CPL ou sans fils de type Wifi, Bluetooth, ...
L 'unité de commande électronique 21 commande le changement de mode du véhicule entre les mo des thermique, électrique et hybride en fonction des conditions dynamiques du véhicule et des requêtes du conducteur.
En fonction des conditions de roulage, l'unité de commande électronique 21 envoie des commandes, via les réseaux CAN aux différents organes. Il envoie notamment une commande de mode à destination du dispositif de commande 23 du groupe motopropulseur électrique afin de passer d'un mode de fonctionnement à un autre. Pour cela, le dispositif de commande 23 du groupe motopropulseur électrique commande le dispositif de couplage 12, 13 qui relie chaque moteur électrique 7, 8 à la roue arrière correspondante. Il est ainsi possible de désengager le couplage, le véhicule évoluant sous la seule propulsion du moteur à combustion interne 4 en positionnant le dispositif de couplage dans la configuration illustrée par la figure 2b . Il est possible d' engager le couplage en positionnant le dispositif de couplage dans la configuration illustrée par la figure 2a. Le véhicule évo lue alors sous la propulsion combinée du moteur à combustion interne 4 et des moteurs électriques arrières 7, 8.
En plus de la commande des dispositifs de couplage 12, 13 , il est nécessaire de commander le couple et la vitesse de rotation des moteurs à combustion interne 4 et des moteurs électriques 7, 8.
On décrit ci-dessous un exemple de commande des moteurs lors d'un changement de mode.
Lors d'une transition d'un mode électrique à un mode thermique, après la validation de la demande de changement de mode effectuée par le conducteur, l'unité de commande électronique 2 1 effectue les étapes de procédé suivantes :
- on démarre le moteur à combustion interne 4,
- on augmente progressivement la vitesse de rotation du moteur à combustion interne 4 jusqu' au point de fonctionnement déterminé en fonction de la requête de couple du conducteur,
- en parallèle, on réduit progressivement la vitesse de rotation des moteurs électriques 7, 8 ,
Les variations de vitesse de rotation des moteurs sont réalisées en gardant la vitesse du véhicule en accord avec la requête de couple du conducteur.
En parallèle de la commande du changement de mode, l'unité de commande électronique 21 commande la boite de vitesses robotisée (acronyme BVR) ou automatique (BVA) référencée 6.
Les autres changements de mode peuvent être réalisés sur la base de cet exemple en veillant notamment lors du passage à un mode électrique ou hybride, que l ' état de charge de la batterie, noté SOC (acronyme anglais pour « state of charge ») permet le fonctionnement des moteurs électriques .
Par ailleurs, lors d 'un déco llage en mode thermique en marche avant, avec assistance du mode électrique (mode hybride), le sélecteur du sens de marche étant en position D, l'unité de commande électronique 2 1 commande la BVR ou BVA 6 afin qu' elle se positionne en 2ème vitesse pour privilégier l ' agrément de conduite. Cette commande est effectuée, si l ' état de charge SOC de la batterie 14, permet d' alimenter les moteurs électriques 7, 8. La condition est notamment que la batterie ne soit pas vide, le SOC étant alors supérieur à un seuil de batterie vide.
Si le SOC de la batterie est inférieur ou égal à un seuil de batterie vide, un message conseillant au conducteur de passer en mode thermique et un message de batterie vide seront affichés sur l ' écran SLCD 30.
En cas d' anomalie des moteurs électriques 7, 8 , la BVR ou BVA 6 est positionnée en 1 er rapport.
Si le SOC de la batterie est faible, c ' est-à-dire que le SOC est inférieur à un seuil prédéterminé de batterie faible, supérieur au seuil de batterie vide, un message d' alerte « batterie faible » sera affiché sur l ' écran SLCD 30.
En marche arrière, au décollage en mode thermique en marche arrière, sans assistance du mode électrique (mode hybride), le
sélecteur du sens de marche 29 étant en position R, l'unité de commande électronique 21 commande la BVR ou BVA 6 afin qu ' elle se positionne en rapport de marche arrière .
Afin d' éviter l' apparition d'une différence de couple entre les trains avant et arrière au décollage, lorsque le sélecteur de sens de marche est en position R, on limite le couple du moteur à combustion interne 4 de sorte qu' il soit égal au couple maximum des moteurs électriques 7, 8 en marche arrière.
L 'unité de commande électronique 21 assure la cohérence dans l ' élaboration des consignes de couple des groupes motopropulseurs thermique 2 et/ou électrique 3 pour leur donner le même sens de marche. Il assure également leur cohérence afin de garder la stabilité du véhicule au déco llage et en utilisation.
En mode électrique ou en décollage en mode thermique assisté d' électrique, l'unité de commande électronique 21 peut émettre des consignes de couples différentes à destination des moteurs électriques 7, 8. Le dispositif de commande 23 du groupe motopropulseur électrique émet alors un message d ' alerte à destination de l'unité de commande électronique 2 1 indiquant une consigne de couple différente entre les moteurs électriques 7, 8. Un tel message est traité par l'unité de commande électronique 21 en fonction des consignes émises et des conditions de roulage du véhicule.
En mode électrique et en mode thermique assisté par les moteurs électriques, l'unité de commande électronique 21 réalise une détection des glissements asymétriques (acronyme anglais ASR) sur le train arrière, en accélération au déco llage et en phase d'accélération électrique, pour les transmettre au dispositif de commande 23 du groupe motopropulseur électrique.
La récupération d' énergie par les moteurs électriques 7 , 8 permet de recharger la batterie 14 du véhicule. Pour des vitesses inférieures à 90km/h, en lever de pied de l'accélérateur, on réalise une récupération d'énergie via les moteurs électriques . Cette récupération d'énergie est maintenue durant les phases de freinage en veillant à ce qu'il n'y ait pas d'interférence avec le système de freinage (AB S
acronyme de « Antiblockiersystem », ESP acronyme de « Electronic Stability Program », ...) .
En décélération (régénération électrique), sur lever de pied, l'unité de commande électronique 21 réalise un contrôle de couple moteur des roues arrière, en augmentant le couple demandé aux moteurs électriques 7, 8 pour éviter le glissement du train arrière. Le contrôle de couple moteur est de type MSR (acronyme allemand pour « Motor Schleppmoment Regelung »).
Outre les conditions de roulage que représente la vitesse du véhicule et la valeur de 90 km/h au-delà de laquelle le passage en mode électrique pur est interdit, la situation de roulage en virage est considérée de la façon suivante :
- si la vitesse est inférieure à 50 km/h et l ' angle de braquage au vo lant inférieur à 80°, le changement de mode est autorisé. Au-delà, le changement de mode est interdit.
- si la vitesse est inférieure à 70 km/h, et l ' angle de braquage au vo lant est inférieur à 45 °, le changement de mode est autorisé . Au- delà, le changement de mode est interdit
- si la vitesse est inférieure à 90 km/h, et l ' angle de braquage au vo lant est inférieur à 25 °, le changement de mode est autorisé . Au- delà, le changement de mode est interdit
L ' adhérence des pneumatiques avant sur la chaussée est également prise en compte. Ainsi, le calculateur ne valide pas la demande de changement de mode si le véhicule est en régulation antipatinage par le dispositif ASR sur le train avant.
L ' adhérence des pneumatiques arrière sur la chaussée est également prise en compte, notamment lorsque le superviseur augment le couple demandé aux machines électriques pour éviter le glissement du train arrière. Dans de telles situations et régulation, le calculateur ne validera pas un changement de mode du véhicule.
Il en va de même lors d'une régulation dissymétrique arrière, où une consigne de couple différente est générée entre les moteurs droit et gauche : toute demande de changement de mode pendant cette phase sera rej etée.
Claims
1 . Procédé de commande d'un véhicule hybride comprenant un moteur à combustion interne (4) couplé au train avant (5) et des moteurs électriques (7, 8) couplés chacun avec une roue (9, 10) du train arrière par l 'intermédiaire d 'un dispositif de couplage ( 12, 13),
le véhicule comprenant également un moyen de sélection, par le conducteur, d'un mode de fonctionnement du véhicule parmi :
- un mode électrique où seuls les moteurs électriques (7, 8) , couplés aux roues arrières (9, 10) par l ' intermédiaire du dispositif de couplage ( 12, 13), assurent la propulsion du véhicule,
- un mode thermique, où seul le moteur à combustion interne (4), couplé au train avant (5), assure la traction du véhicule,
- un mode hybride, pour lequel le déplacement du véhicule est dû au fonctionnement conjoint du moteur thermique (4) et des moteurs électriques (7, 8) couplés respectivement au train avant (5) et aux roues (9, 1 0) du train arrière,
ledit véhicule comprenant une unité de commande électronique (21 ) reliée en entrée à des capteurs (25) des conditions de roulage et au moyen de sélection du mo de de fonctionnement du véhicule, et en sortie au moteur à combustion interne (4) et aux moteurs électriques (7, 8), caractérisé par le fait qu' il comprend, après une étape de sélection d'un mode de fonctionnement du véhicule par l'utilisateur, une étape de validation, par l 'unité de commande électronique (21 ), du mode de fonctionnement sélectionné selon les conditions de roulage du véhicule.
2. Procédé de commande d'un véhicule hybride selon la revendication 1 , dans lequel la validation ou non du mode de propulsion sélectionné est signalée au conducteur par retour visuel, haptique ou vocal.
3. Procédé de commande d'un véhicule hybride selon l 'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
- on commande l ' engagement ou le désengagement des dispositifs de couplage ( 12, 13) selon les conditions de roulage du véhicule et selon le mode de propulsion choisi,
- on commande le fonctionnement du moteur à combustion interne (4) et des moteurs électriques (7 , 8) selon les conditions de roulage du véhicule et selon le mo de de propulsion choisi, et
- on commande le couple du moteur à combustion interne (4) et des moteurs électriques (7, 8) selon les conditions de roulage du véhicule et selon le mode de propulsion choisi.
4. Procédé de commande selon l 'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, lors d'une transition d'un mode électrique à un mode thermique,
- on valide la demande de changement de mode effectuée par le conducteur,
- on démarre le moteur à combustion interne (4),
- on augmente progressivement la vitesse de rotation du moteur à combustion interne (4) à un point de fonctionnement correspondant à la requête du conducteur,
- on annule progressivement la vitesse de rotation des moteurs électriques (7, 8), puis
- on enclenche le rapport de boite de vitesses (6) correspondant au couple et à la vitesse de rotation requis du moteur à combustion interne,
les régimes du moteur à combustion interne (4) et des moteurs électriques (7, 8) étant modifiés de sorte que la somme des couples aux roues fournis par le moteur à combustion interne (4) et les moteurs électriques (7, 8) soit au moins égale à la requête de couple du conducteur.
5. Procédé de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
- on app lique des couples moteurs ou résistants différents entre le moteur électrique gauche et le moteur électrique droit, et
- on émet, en retour, un message d' alerte indiquant une consigne de couple différent entre les moteurs électriques gauche et droit.
6. Procédé de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, lors d'une décélération ou d'un freinage de régénération, on réalise un contrôle de couple moteur anti-glissement des roues arrière, en augmentant le couple demandé aux moteurs électriques (7, 8) pour éviter le glissement des roues du train arrière.
7. Procédé de commande selon l 'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les conditions de roulage du véhicule comprennent la vitesse du véhicule, la pente de la route, l ' angle de braquage des roues et l ' adhérence de la route.
8. Système de commande d'un véhicule hybride comprenant un moteur à combustion interne (4) couplé au train avant et un groupe motopropulseur électrique (3) comprenant des moteurs électriques (7, 8) couplés chacun avec une roue arrière (9, 10) par l ' intermédiaire d'un dispositif de couplage ( 12, 13), caractérisé par le fait qu' il comprend une unité de commande électronique (21 ) reliée par un premier réseau (22), à un dispositif de commande (23) du groupe motopropulseur électrique et au groupe motopropulseur thermique (2) par un deuxième réseau (24), le dispositif de commande (23) du groupe motopropulseur électrique étant apte à commander indépendamment chacun des moteurs électriques (7, 8) et des dispositifs de couplage ( 12, 13) .
9. Système de commande selon la revendication 8 , dans lequel l'unité de commande électronique (21 ) est connectée, par l' intermédiaire du deuxième réseau (24), à des capteurs (25) aptes à mesurer des valeurs relatives aux conditions de roulage du véhicule.
10. Système de commande selon l 'une quelconque des revendications 8 ou 9, dans lequel les conditions de roulage du véhicule comprennent la vitesse du véhicule, la pente, et l ' adhérence de la roue sur la chaussée.
11. Système de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, dans lequel le dispositif de commande (23) du groupe motopropulseur électrique est relié aux moteurs électriques (7,8) par un troisième réseau (28) ainsi qu'aux dispositifs de couplage (12,13).
