実施の形態1.
この発明は、地図データと自車(移動体)の位置とに基づいて、移動経路の道案内およびディスプレイ(表示画面)に地図データの表示を行うナビゲーション装置において、ユーザ(搭乗者)の発話内容を常に認識して得られる認識結果から、評価情報を特定し、その位置情報と評価情報に基づいて自動的に地点に紐づく評価情報を蓄積し、その情報をユーザ(搭乗者)へ提示するものである。
発声区間検出部2は、音取得部1により取得された音信号から、同乗者などのユーザが発話した内容に該当する音声の発声区間を検出し、当該区間の音声データとして抽出する。
音声認識辞書4は、後述する評価情報取得部5での取得処理で使用されるキーワードを認識可能なように構成されており、音声認識部3は、当該キーワードを認識結果(以下、「認識キーワード」と呼ぶ)として出力する。
図2に示すように、評価“良”には「綺麗」「広い」「走りやすい」・・・というキーワードが対応しており、評価“悪”には「汚い」「狭い」「走りづらい」・・・というキーワードが対応している。例えば、ユーザの発話を認識し、その結果に「綺麗」というキーワードが含まれている場合、評価情報取得部5は、評価情報対応表6を参照し、対応する“良”という評価情報を取得する。これにより、当該発話は“良”という評価を行なったことに相当する。なお、ここでは、評価情報としては“良”と“悪”の2種類であるものとして説明する。
すなわち、位置付き評価情報記憶部9には、位置付き評価情報作成部8で作成されて送られてきた位置付き評価情報が記憶、蓄積されている。
ここでは、説明のため、図5(a)において登録された評価情報を、数日後に利用する状況(図5(b))を想定することとする。
なお、提示の際、前述の音声出力部(図示せず)により、音声、効果音で位置付き評価情報の内容や位置に応じて吹鳴することで、ユーザによりわかりやすく注意喚起を促すようにしてもよい。
これにより、評価が集中している地点(利用価値の高そうな地点)を、ユーザに着目しやすくさせることができる。
図8は、この発明の実施の形態2によるナビゲーション装置の一例を示すブロック図である。なお、実施の形態1で説明したものと同様の構成には、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。以下に示す実施の形態2のナビゲーション装置20は、実施の形態1のナビゲーション装置10と比べると、情報送信部21および情報受信部22をさらに備えている。そして、位置付き評価情報記憶部23をナビゲーション用サーバ24上に配置することにより、複数のナビゲーション装置から位置付き評価情報記憶部23への位置付き評価情報の登録および利用ができるようにした。
これにより、ナビゲーション用サーバ24が有する位置付き評価情報記憶部23に、位置付き評価情報が記憶される。
また、情報受信部22は、所定の位置付き評価情報を、通信ネットワークを介してネットワーク上のナビゲーション用サーバ24から受信する。
さらに、利用者の発話のタイミングが実際に評価した位置とずれる可能性も考えらえるが、利用者が多くなれば、位置付きで登録される評価情報の位置も適切な位置に収束していき、位置的な誤差も吸収した信頼性の高い情報を提供することができる。
図11は、この発明の実施の形態3によるナビゲーション装置の一例を示すブロック図である。なお、実施の形態1~2で説明したものと同様の構成には、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。以下に示す実施の形態3のナビゲーション装置30は、実施の形態1のナビゲーション装置10と比べると、移動軌跡取得部31をさらに備えている。そして、ユーザが発話中に移動した範囲の軌跡に対して位置付き評価情報を割り当てるようにした。
位置付き評価情報作成部8は、評価情報取得部5によって取得された評価情報を、移動軌跡取得部31によって取得された移動軌跡と組み合わせて、すなわち、発声中に移動した軌跡の全ての連続地点(以下、「移動範囲」と呼ぶ)に対する評価情報として登録されるよう、位置付き評価情報を作成する。
図14は、この発明の実施の形態4によるナビゲーション装置の一例を示すブロック図である。なお、実施の形態1~3で説明したものと同様の構成には、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。以下に示す実施の形態4のナビゲーション装置40は、実施の形態1のナビゲーション装置10と比べると、日時情報取得部41をさらに備えている。そして、位置付き評価情報に日時情報を付加して記憶することとし、利用日時に適した位置付き評価情報をユーザに提示するようにした。
そして、位置付き評価情報作成部8は、日時情報取得部41により取得された現在の日時情報を付加して、位置付き評価情報を作成する。
また、地図表示部11は、日時情報取得部41により取得された現在の日時が、位置付き評価情報に付加された日時情報と一致する位置付き評価情報のみを付加した地図データをディスプレイに表示する。
図17は、この発明の実施の形態5によるナビゲーション装置の一例を示すブロック図である。なお、実施の形態1~4で説明したものと同様の構成には、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。以下に示す実施の形態5のナビゲーション装置50は、実施の形態1のナビゲーション装置10と比べると、気候情報取得部51をさらに備えている。そして、位置付き評価情報に気候情報を付加して記憶することとし、利用時の気候に適した位置付き評価情報をユーザに提示するようにした。
そして、位置付き評価情報作成部8は、気候情報取得部51により取得された現在の気候情報を付加して、位置付き評価情報を作成する。
また、地図表示部11は、気候情報取得部51により取得された現在の気候が、位置付き評価情報に付加された気候情報と一致する位置付き評価情報のみを付加した地図データをディスプレイに表示する。
図20は、この発明の実施の形態6によるナビゲーション装置の一例を示すブロック図である。なお、実施の形態1~5で説明したものと同様の構成には、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。以下に示す実施の形態6のナビゲーション装置60は、実施の形態1のナビゲーション装置10と比べると、利用形態取得部61をさらに備えている。そして、位置付き評価情報に利用形態情報を付加して記憶することとし、利用形態に適した位置付き評価情報をユーザに提示するようにした。
この実施の形態6では、利用形態種別としては、「自動車」と「徒歩」の2種類であるものとして説明する。なお、利用形態が「自動車」とは、このナビゲーション装置60を自動車に搭載して(または持ち込んで)利用している状態を示しており、利用形態が「徒歩」とは、歩いている人が手に携帯して利用している状態を示すものである。この場合、例えば、車速信号が入力されている場合は利用形態種別を「自動車」とし、車速信号が入力されていない場合は利用形態種別を「徒歩」とすることなどが考えられる。また、キーやタッチパネル操作等によりユーザが利用開始時に利用形態を設定するようにして判別してもよい。
また、地図表示部11は、利用形態取得部61により取得された移動体の利用形態が、位置付き評価情報に付加された利用形態と一致する位置付き評価情報のみを付加した地図データをディスプレイに表示する。
図23は、この発明の実施の形態7によるナビゲーション装置の一例を示すブロック図である。なお、実施の形態1~6で説明したものと同様の構成には、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。以下に示す実施の形態7のナビゲーション装置70は、実施の形態2のナビゲーション装置20と比べると、操作履歴記憶部71と、ユーザ情報記憶部72と、ユーザ属性分析部73とをさらに備えている。
ユーザ情報記憶部72は、ユーザが予め設定したユーザ情報を記憶するものであり、例えば、ユーザの性別や年齢、趣味等である。ここでは、少なくともユーザの性別および年齢を含むユーザ情報を記憶するものとする。
また、情報送信部21は、ユーザ属性が付加された位置付き評価情報をネットワーク上のナビゲーション用サーバ24に送信し、情報受信部22は、ユーザ属性分析部73によって分析されたユーザ属性が、位置付き評価情報に付加されたユーザ属性と一致する位置付き評価情報を、ネットワーク上のナビゲーション用サーバ24から受信する。
図26は、この発明の実施の形態8によるナビゲーション装置の一例を示すブロック図である。なお、実施の形態1~7で説明したものと同様の構成には、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。以下に示す実施の形態8のナビゲーション装置80は、実施の形態4~7のナビゲーション装置40~70と同様の、日時情報取得部41、気候情報取得部51、利用形態取得部61、ユーザ属性分析部73などに相当する、様々な情報を取得または判別する条件情報取得部81を備えるとともに、条件指定部82をさらに備えている。
条件指定部82は、位置付き評価情報の利用時において、ユーザによるキー入力部からの操作等により、評価情報の種類、認識キーワード、時刻、時間帯、日、月、年、期間、気候、利用形態種別、ユーザ属性、評価情報件数等を指定できるようにするものである。ここでは、現在の日時情報、気候情報、移動体の利用形態、ユーザ属性、または、評価情報の種類(“良”または“悪”)のうちの少なくとも1つの条件が指定されるものとして説明する。
また、地図表示部11は、条件指定部82により指定された条件に合致する位置付き評価情報に限定して、すなわち、条件指定部82により指定された条件が、前記位置付き評価情報に付加された条件と一致する位置付き評価情報のみを付加した地図データを、ディスプレイ等の表示画面に表示する。
図28は、この発明の実施の形態9によるナビゲーション装置の一例を示すブロック図である。なお、実施の形態1~8で説明したものと同様の構成には、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。以下に示す実施の形態9のナビゲーション装置90は、実施の形態1のナビゲーション装置10と比べると、移動速度取得部91をさらに備えている。
そして、地図表示部11は、移動速度取得部91によって取得された移動体の速度が所定値より大きい場合には、ユーザの運転状況が走行中であって、様々な情報が付加された地図を表示して本来の道案内のための地図をわかりにくくしてしまうことは危険であると判断し、位置付き評価情報を付加しない地図データを表示する。なお、移動体の速度が所定値以下の場合には、ユーザの運転状況が停車中であると判断し、位置付き評価情報を付加した地図データを表示する。
図30は、この発明の実施の形態10によるナビゲーション装置の一例を示すブロック図である。なお、実施の形態1~9で説明したものと同様の構成には、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。以下に示す実施の形態10のナビゲーション装置100は、実施の形態1のナビゲーション装置10と比べると、車両走行状態判別部101をさらに備えている。
評価情報対応表6は、例えば図31に示すように、あるキーワードについては、“良”という評価情報にも“悪”という評価情報にもなり得るものが含まれている。
例えば、「おおっ」という感動詞が発話された場合、これは図31に示す評価情報対応表6に含まれているキーワードであり、かつ、この対応表からは“良”なのか“悪”なのか判別できない場合に、車両走行状態が急ブレーキ状態であれば“悪”、急ブレーキ状態でなければ“良”という評価情報が対応するように定義しておき、評価情報取得部5が、評価情報対応表6を参照することにより、所定のキーワードに対応し、かつ、車両走行状態に基づいた評価情報を取得するようにした。
なお、突然の事態すぎて万一ユーザが直接評価に結び付くようなキーワードを発話できなかった場合であって、そのキーワードだけでは評価が“良”であるか“悪”であるか確定できないような場合であっても、車両走行状態に基づいて評価することが可能となる。
図34は、この発明の実施の形態11によるナビゲーション装置の一例を示すブロック図である。なお、実施の形態1~10で説明したものと同様の構成には、同一の符号を付して重複した説明を省略する。以下に示す実施の形態11のナビゲーション装置110は、実施の形態1のナビゲーション装置10と比べると、発話様態分析部111をさらに備えている。

- 地図データと移動体の位置とに基づいて、移動経路の道案内および表示画面に地図データの表示を行うナビゲーション装置において、
音信号を取得する音取得部と、
前記音取得部によって取得された音信号のうち、ユーザの発話した音声の発声区間を検出して音声データを抽出する発声区間検出部と、
前記ナビゲーション装置が起動されている場合は常時、前記発声区間検出部により抽出された音声データを認識して、所定のキーワードを抽出する音声認識部と、
予め複数のキーワードと当該各キーワードに対する評価とを対応付けた評価情報対応表を参照して、前記音声認識部によって抽出された所定のキーワードに対応する評価情報を取得する評価情報取得部と、
前記移動体の現在位置を取得する現在位置取得部と、
前記評価情報取得部によって取得された評価情報と、前記現在位置取得部によって取得された現在位置とを組み合わせて、位置付き評価情報を作成する位置付き評価情報作成部と、
前記位置付き評価情報作成部によって作成された位置付き評価情報を記憶する位置付き評価情報記憶部と、
