Abstract
Description
本発明者は、「背景技術」の欄において記載したシステムに関し、以下の問題が生じることを見出した。
図1Aには、実施の形態における情報提供システムの全体像が示されている。
[システムの全体構成]
図2Aは、実施の形態1に係る情報通知装置10を含むシステムの構成を示す図である。図示のシステムは、情報通知装置10、機器20、表示機器30およびネットワーク40を含んでいる。
図3は、実施の形態1に係る機器20の機能的構成を示すブロック図である。図示の機器20は、ユーザから入力等の操作を受け付けて動作し、電源部210、入力部220、制御部230、記憶部240、および、通信部250を備えている。
図4は、実施の形態1に係る表示機器30の機能的構成を示すブロック図である。図示の表示機器30は、通信部310、制御部320および表示部330を備えている。
図5は、実施の形態1に係る情報通知装置10の機能的構成を示すブロック図である。図6は、情報収集データベースに記憶された履歴情報の一例を示す図である。図7は、表示機器指定部に保持されている送信先情報の一例を示す図である。
次に、図8Aおよび図8Bを参照しながら、上述した機器20の制御方法について説明する。図8Aおよび図8Bは、実施の形態1に係る機器20における制御の流れを示すフローチャートである。
次に、図9Aおよび図9Bを参照しながら、上述した情報通知装置10の制御方法について説明する。図9Aおよび図9Bは、実施の形態1に係る情報通知装置10における制御の流れを示すフローチャートである。
図10を参照しながら、上述した表示機器30の制御方法について説明する。図10は、実施の形態1に係る表示機器30における制御の流れを示すフローチャートである。
図11、図12Aおよび図12Bは、機器、表示機器および情報通知装置の一連の動作の流れを示すシーケンス図である。図11は、図8A~図10で説明した機器、表示機器および情報通知装置それぞれの動作をまとめて示したものである。図8A~図10と同様の要素には同一の符号を付しており、要素内に表記されている言葉は簡略化しているものの、同様の処理であるため詳細な説明は省略する。
以上、本実施の形態によれば、通知情報を適切な表示場所かつ適切なタイミングで行なうことができる情報通知装置10を実現できる。
実施の形態1では、ユーザにとって適切な表示機器かつ適切なタイミングで通知情報を表示させることで、ユーザの通知情報の見落としを抑制する場合の例について説明した。
図14は、実施の形態1の変形例1に係る情報通知装置11の機能的構成を示すブロック図である。図5と同様の要素には同一の符号を付しており、説明を省略する。図14に示す情報通知装置11は、図5に示す情報通知装置10に対して、通信部111と判断部131の構成が異なり、位置情報特定部170が追加されている。
次に、図15~図17を参照しながら、上述した情報通知装置11の制御方法について説明する。図15~図17は、実施の形態1の変形例1に係る情報通知装置11における制御の流れを示すフローチャートである。なお、図9Aおよび図9Bと同一のステップには同一の符号を付しており、説明を省略する。
以上、本変形例によれば、通知情報を適切な表示場所かつ適切なタイミングで行なうことができる情報通知装置11を実現できる。
本変形例では、図18を参照しながら、変形例1とは異なる情報通知装置について説明する。
以上、本変形例によれば、通知情報を適切な表示場所かつ適切なタイミングで行なうことができる情報通知装置12を実現できる。
本変形例では、図19~図22を参照しながら、実施の形態1とは異なる情報通知装置、表記機器について説明する。
図19は、実施の形態1の変形例3に係る情報通知装置の機能的構成を示すブロック図である。なお、図5と同様の要素については、同一の符号を付しており、その説明を省略する。図19に示す情報通知装置13は、図5に示す情報通知装置10に対して、通信部112と生成部151との構成が異なる。
図20は、実施の形態1の変形例3に係る表示機器の機能的構成を示すブロック図である。図20に示す表示機器31は、図4に示す表示機器30に対して、通信部311と制御部321と、表示部331の構成が異なり、入力部340が追加されている。
次に、図21を参照しながら、上述した情報通知装置13の制御方法について説明する。
次に、図22を参照しながら、上述した表示機器31の制御方法について説明する。
以上、本変形例によれば、通知情報を適切な表示場所かつ適切なタイミングで行なうことができる情報通知装置13を実現できる。
実施の形態2では、機器20が洗濯機や照明であり、表示機器30がスマートフォンである場合を例に挙げて説明する。
図23は、実施の形態2に係る情報通知装置の機能的構成を示すブロック図である。なお、図5と同様の構成要素については、同一の符号を付しており、その説明を省略する。図23に示す情報通知装置14は、図5に示す情報通知装置10に対して、判断部132の構成が異なり、パターン抽出部180の構成が追加されている。
次に、図24~図26を参照しながら、上述した情報通知装置14の制御方法について説明する。図24~図26は、実施の形態2に係る情報通知装置14における制御の流れを示すフローチャートである。図9Aおよび図9Bと同一のステップには同一の符号を付しており、説明を省略する。
以上、本実施の形態によれば、通知情報を適切な表示場所かつ適切なタイミングで行なうことができる情報通知装置14を実現できる。

Claims (11)
- ユーザからの入力を受け付けて動作する複数の機器のうちの第1機器から、前記第1機器を一意に識別する第1機器情報と、前記第1機器の制御情報および前記第1機器の状態を示す状態情報の少なくとも一方を含む前記第1機器の第1履歴情報とを受信する通信部と、
前記第1機器を所有する前記ユーザの情報と前記第1機器情報とを紐付けて保持しており、前記通信部で受信した前記第1機器情報に基づいて、保持している前記第1機器情報に、受信した前記第1履歴情報を紐付けて保持する情報収集データベースと、
前記情報収集データベースに保持された前記第1履歴情報に含まれる情報が予め定められた条件を満たす場合に、前記第1機器に関する通知情報の送信が必要と判断する判断部と、
前記複数の機器それぞれに関する通知情報を送信すべき1以上の表示機器を示す送信先情報を保持しており、前記送信先情報と受信した前記第1機器情報とに基づいて、複数の表示機器のうち前記第1機器に関する前記通知情報を表示すべき表示機器を指定する表示機器指定部と、
前記判断部により前記第1機器に関する前記通知情報の送信が必要と判断された場合に当該通知情報を生成する生成部と、を備え、
前記通信部は、さらに、前記表示機器指定部により指定された表示機器に、生成された前記通知情報を送信する、
情報通知装置。 - 前記通信部が受信した前記第1履歴情報は、前記少なくとも一方に関する時間を示す時間情報を含む、
請求項1に記載の情報通知装置。 - 前記情報通知装置は、時間情報を取得できる時計を有し、

前記表示機器指定部は、さらに、前記位置情報特定部により特定された前記第2機器が表示機構を有していた場合には、前記第2機器を、前記第1機器に関する前記通知情報を送信すべき表示機器として指定する、
請求項2または3に記載の情報通知装置。 - 前記情報通知装置は、さらに、前記ユーザの位置を特定する位置情報特定部を備え、
前記判断部は、
前記情報収集データベースに保持された前記第1履歴情報に含まれる情報が予め定められた条件を満たしている場合、かつ、特定された前記ユーザの位置が前記通知情報に対して前記ユーザが対応できる位置と予め定められた位置である場合に、前記第1機器に関する前記通知情報の送信が必要と判断する、
請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の情報通知装置。 - 前記情報通知装置は、さらに、
前記情報収集データベースに保持されている前記第1履歴情報を参照して、前記ユーザが前記第1機器を使用するときの使用パターンを抽出するパターン抽出部を備え、
前記判断部は、さらに、前記第1履歴情報から、前記パターン抽出部により抽出された前記使用パターンに示される前記第1機器の使用がなされていないと判断した場合に、前記使用パターンに示される前記第1機器の使用を促す旨を示す前記通知情報の送信が必要と判断し、
前記生成部は、前記第1機器の使用を促す旨を示す前記通知情報を生成し、
前記通信部は、前記表示機器指定部により指定された表示機器に、生成された前記通知情報を送信する、
請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の情報通知装置。 - 前記第1履歴情報に含まれる情報は、前記第1機器が電動自転車である場合、前記第1機器の電池残量の値であり、
前記予め定められた条件は、前記第1機器の充電が必要な前記電池残量の予め定められた値以下を満たすか否かである、
請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の情報通知装置。 - ユーザからの入力を受け付けて動作する複数の機器と、前記複数の機器それぞれから動作状態に関する情報を取得する情報通知装置と、前記情報通知装置から前記複数の機器のうち少なくとも第1機器の動作状態に関する情報を取得し表示する複数の表示機器と、を制御するシステムにおける情報表示方法であって、
前記第1機器の動作状態に関する情報が予め定められた条件を満たす場合に前記第1機器の動作状態に関する情報の通知が必要と判断し、
前記複数の表示機器のうち前記第1機器の動作状態に関する通知を表示すべき第1表示機器を指定して通知し、
通知された前記第1機器の動作状態に関する情報を、指定された前記第1表示機器に表示する、
情報表示方法。 - さらに、
前記複数の機器のうち前記第1機器と異なる第2機器の動作状態に関する情報が予め定められた条件を満たす場合に前記第2機器の動作状態に関する情報の通知が必要と判断し、
前記複数の表示機器のうち前記第2機器の動作状態に関する通知を表示すべき前記第1表示機器とは異なる第2表示機器を指定して通知し、
通知された前記第2機器の動作状態に関する情報を、指定された前記第2表示機器に表示する、

前記画面において、前記第1機器を示すアイコンを、前記第1表示機器を示すアイコンに対応付けるユーザの操作を受け付けることで、前記第1表示機器を前記複数の表示機器のうち前記第1機器の動作状態に関する通知を表示すべき表示機器と指定する、
