第1の発明は、ボディと、前記ボディに回動可能に設けられるラッチと、前記ボディに回動可能に設けられ前記ラッチに係合することにより前記ラッチの回動を阻止可能なポールと、を備え、前記ポールは、金属材により形成され、前記ポールの回転軸線方向へ延出する板状の基軸部、及び前記基軸部における一端部寄り側にあって前記基軸部とほぼ直交する方向を向き前記ラッチに係合可能な爪部を一体形成した芯材と、少なくとも前記基軸部の一端部及び当該一端部と反対側の他端部に第1軸部及び第2軸部を形成するように前記芯材をモールドする合成樹脂部とにより構成され、前記基軸部における他端部寄り側にあって前記基軸部とほぼ直交する方向を向き他の部材のリリース作動により前記ポールを前記ラッチから外れる方向へ回動させるように前記他の部材が当接可能なリリース作用部を、前記芯材または前記合成樹脂部に一体形成したことを特徴とする。
主に図5、7に示すように、ポール4は、金属製板材をプレス打抜き加工により形成される板状の芯材41と、芯材41の主要部分をモールドする硬質の合成樹脂部42とにより構成される。
図8、9に示すように、。他の実施例における金属製板材の芯材41は、基軸部411、爪部412及び被ストッパ部413を一体形成し、芯材41をモールドする合成樹脂部42は、前記実施例と同じく、カバープレート5の軸孔52に回動可能に挿入される第1軸部421、バックプレート6の支持部61に設けられる軸孔62に回動可能に挿入される第2軸部422及び中間部分423を一体成形し、さらにリリースレバー7がリリース方向へ作動した際、リリースレバー7の当接部71が当接可能なリリース作用部424も一体成形する。
(a)ポール4の第2軸部422をバックプレート6により回動可能に支持する構成に代えて、ボディ2の裏面側に各種レバーを収容するための合成樹脂製のハウジングを設け、第2軸部422をハウジングに設けた軸受部に回動可能に挿入する。
(b)芯材41の基軸部411における第1軸部421と第2軸部422間に、合成樹脂部42を円柱状にモールドする。
(c)第1軸部421及び/または第2軸部422の断面形状を、多角形状にする。
(d)ポール4の芯材41を、冷間厚造加工(ヘッダー加工)により成形する。
(e)リリースレバー7を、ハウジング側に配置する。

Claims (3)
- ボディと、前記ボディに回動可能に設けられるラッチと、前記ボディに回動可能に設けられ前記ラッチに係合することにより前記ラッチの回動を阻止可能なポールと、を備え、
前記ポールは、
金属材により形成され、前記ポールの回転軸線方向へ延出する板状の基軸部、及び前記基軸部における一端部寄り側にあって前記基軸部とほぼ直交する方向を向き前記ラッチに係合可能な爪部を一体形成した芯材と、
少なくとも前記基軸部の一端部及び当該一端部と反対側の他端部に第1軸部及び第2軸部を形成するように前記芯材をモールドする合成樹脂部とにより構成され、
前記基軸部における他端部寄り側にあって前記基軸部とほぼ直交する方向を向き他の部材のリリース作動により前記ポールを前記ラッチから外れる方向へ回動させるように前記他の部材が当接可能なリリース作用部を、前記芯材または前記合成樹脂部に一体形成したことを特徴とする自動車用ドアラッチ装置。 - 前記ポールは、前記第1軸部が前記ボディの表面側を閉塞するカバープレートに枢支され、前記第2軸部が前記ボディの裏面側に固定されるバックプレートに枢支され、
前記リリース作用部は、前記ボディの裏面と前記バックプレート間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動車用ドアラッチ装置。 - 前記ボディは、前記リリース作用部を前記ボディの表面側から裏面側へ向けて挿通可能とする挿通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1~2のいずれかに記載の自動車用ドアラッチ装置。
