Description
また、特許文献1では硬度の大きいミッドソールの外側部分が巻き上がっており、かかる巻上部は横振れを抑制するのに役立つ。
また、上層のミッドソールが硬いと、足裏に近い層が硬いため、着地の衝撃が足裏に生じやすい。
一方、前記巻上部の硬度を小さくすると、巻上部が倒れ易いだけでなく、巻上部が樹脂のスタビライザとの間で圧縮され易く、そのため、横振れが大きくなり易い。
膝のまわりのモーメントが大きいと、膝に加わる負荷が大きい。
樹脂の発泡体で形成された下層の下ミッドソール4と前記下ミッドソール4の上に配置された樹脂の発泡体で形成された上層の上ミッドソール3とを有し、
前記下ミッドソール4には足の外側を足の側方から支える外巻上部42が一体に形成され、
前記外巻上部42を含む前記下ミッドソール4の外側部40の硬度が第1の硬度であり、
前記下ミッドソール4の内側部41の硬度が前記第1の硬度よりも小さい第2の硬度であり、
前記上ミッドソール3の外側部30の硬度が第1の硬度よりも小さい第3の硬度であり、
前記足の外側が前記上ミッドソール3に足の側方から支えられることなく前記外巻上部42に足の側方から支えられるように、前記硬度の大きい外巻上部42の一部又は全部が前記上ミッドソール3の外側において前記上ミッドソール3よりも上方に突出している。
すなわち、下方に硬いアウトソールの層があってもソール単体を曲げたときの曲げの中立軸から離れた上層のミッドソールが硬くなく、そのため、ソール全体の曲げ剛性が大きくなりすぎないかもしれない。その結果、ソールの屈曲性が低下しにくく、運動機能が低下するおそれがないかもしれない。
また、上層のミッドソールが硬くなく、そのため、足裏に近い層が柔らかく、着地の際の衝撃が足裏に生じにくいだろう。
前記下ミッドソール4の前記硬度の大きい外巻上部42は前足において第5趾中足骨骨頭05の外側を支えるように前記骨頭05の外側面を覆う。
前記下ミッドソール4の前記硬度の小さい前記内側部41は第1趾の中足骨骨頭01から骨底011および基節骨B31の下面を覆う。
前記括れた上ミッドソール3の部位において、前記下ミッドソール4の外巻上部42が上方に向かって巻上がる。
前記上ミッドソール3の前記内側部31は第1趾の中足骨骨頭01から骨底011および基節骨B31の下面を覆う。
足の前足を支持し樹脂の発泡体で形成された下層の下ミッドソール4と、前記前足において前記下ミッドソール4の上に配置され樹脂の発泡体で形成された上層の上ミッドソール3とを有し、
前記上ミッドソール3の前足の内側部31の硬度が前記下ミッドソール4の前足の硬度よりも小さく、かつ、前記上ミッドソール3の前足の内側部31の硬度が前記上ミッドソール3の前足の外側部30の硬度よりも小さい。
したがって、前記先行技術は静的な変形によるO脚の矯正には役立つかもしれないが、テニス等での片足着地のような衝撃荷重に対する効果は期待しにくいだろう。
このように、両者に硬度差があることで、足の傾斜角が適切な値になるであろう。
前記上ミッドソール3又は下ミッドソール4の外側部30,40の硬度が前記上ミッドソール3又は下ミッドソール4の前記内外の中央部34,44の硬度よりも大きい。
第5趾の中足骨の骨頭から骨底の下面を覆う外側部30,40と、
第1趾の中足骨の骨頭から骨底および第1基節骨の下面を覆う内側部31,41と、
前記外側部30,40と前記内側部31,41との間の中央部34,44とを備え、
前記外側部30,40が第1の硬度の層を有し、
前記中央部34,44が前記第1の硬度よりも小さい第2の硬度の層を有し、
前記内側部31,41が前記第2の硬度よりも小さい第3の硬度の層を有する。
前記第1の硬度の層が外側部30,40のうちの上ミッドソール3又は下ミッドソール4のいずれか一方に設けられ、
前記第3の硬度の層が内側部31,41のうちの上ミッドソール3又は下ミッドソール4のいずれか一方に設けられていてもよい。
図1~図3Aに示すように、靴底は例えば女性用テニスシューズに適したもので、路面に接地する接地面を持つアウトソール2と、前記アウトソール2の上に配置されたミッドソール1とを備える。
なお、前記上ミッドソール3の外側部30は小さく上方に巻き上がっていてもよい。
具体的には、前記上ミッドソール3の外側部30は第5趾のMP関節MP5の少なくとも一部を覆っておらず、一方、前記下ミッドソール4の外側部40は前記第5趾のMP関節MP5の少なくとも一部を覆っている。
すなわち、前記高硬度領域を定義する外側ラインLlは、前足部において、内側に向って凸となるように湾曲しており、かつ、第5趾のMP関節MP5よりも内側において延びている。
すなわち、前記低硬度領域を定義する内側ラインLmは、前足部において、外側に向って凸となるように湾曲しており、かつ、第1趾の中足骨の骨頭01よりも外側において延びている。
なお、前記外側ラインLlと前記内側ラインLmとは第3趾のMP関節MP3近傍において互いに最も接近してもよい。
なお、かかる貫通孔33および低反発のパーツ35は必ずしも設ける必要がない。
前記下ミッドソール4の凹部に前記上ミッドソール3が嵌められる。すなわち、前記上ミッドソール3は前記下ミッドソール4の前端4eまで延びておらず、前記下ミッドソール4の前端4eは前記上ミッドソール3の前端3eよりも前方に位置している。
図8Aに示すように、下ミッドソール4は外側部40のみが設けられ、靴の外側OUTにおいて下ミッドソール4と上ミッドソール3の2層でミッドソールが形成されていてもよい。靴の内側INにおいては前記2層と同じ厚さで1層の上ミッドソール3でミッドソールが形成されていてもよい。
女性用テニスシューズ以外の場合、たとえば、男性用テニスシューズやその他のコート競技の場合、図8Bに示すように、内外において硬度差が設けられていない上ミッドソール3が前記下ミッドソール4の上に配置されていてもよい。
図8Cに示すように、靴の外側OUTにおいて高硬度の層(前記第1の硬度の層)、中央部において中程度の硬度の層(前記第2の硬度の層)および内側INにおいて低硬度の層(前記第3の硬度の層)が設けられていてもよい。
また、男性用テニスシューズにおいては、上ミッドソール3の内側部31は外側部30や下ミッドソール4の内側部41と同程度の硬度に設定されてもよい。すなわち、たとえば、上ミッドソール3の内外の硬度が一定(同程度)に設定されていてもよい。
また、女性用テニスシューズにおいては、下ミッドソール4の外側部40は下ミッドソール4の内側部41や上ミッドソール3の外側部30と同程度の硬度に設定されてもよい。

Claims (17)
- 路面に接地する接地面を持つアウトソール2と、前記アウトソール2の上に配置されたミッドソール1とを備えた靴底において、前記ミッドソール1は:
樹脂の発泡体で形成された下層の下ミッドソール4と前記下ミッドソール4の上に配置された樹脂の発泡体で形成された上層の上ミッドソール3とを有し、
前記下ミッドソール4には足の外側を足の側方から支える外巻上部42が一体に形成され、
前記外巻上部42を含む前記下ミッドソール4の外側部40の硬度が第1の硬度であり、
前記下ミッドソール4の内側部41の硬度が前記第1の硬度よりも小さい第2の硬度であり、
前記上ミッドソール3の外側部30の硬度が前記第1の硬度よりも小さい第3の硬度であり、
前記足の外側が前記上ミッドソール3に前記足の側方から支えられることなく前記外巻上部42に前記足の側方から支えられるように、前記硬度の大きい外巻上部42の一部又は全部が前記上ミッドソール3の外側において前記上ミッドソール3よりも上方に突出している。 - 請求項1の靴底において、前記上ミッドソール3の外側部30は前記足の前足外側の下面を支持し、
前記下ミッドソール4の前記硬度の大きい外巻上部42は前足において第5趾の中足骨骨頭05の外側を支えるように前記骨頭05の外側面を覆う。 - 請求項2の靴底において、前記下ミッドソール4の前記硬度の大きい前記外側部40は前記第5趾の中足骨骨頭05から骨底051の下面を覆い、
前記下ミッドソール4の前記硬度の小さい前記内側部41は第1趾の中足骨骨頭01から骨底011および基節骨B31の下面を覆う。 - 請求項3の靴底において、前記上ミッドソール3の外側部30は前記第5趾の中足骨の部位において括れており、
前記括れた上ミッドソール3の部位において、前記下ミッドソール4の外巻上部42が上方に向かって巻上がる。 - 請求項3の靴底において、前記上ミッドソール3の内側部31の硬度が前記第2および第3の硬度よりも小さい第4の硬度である。
- 請求項5の靴底において、前記上ミッドソール3の前記外側部30は前記第5趾の中足骨骨頭05から骨底051の下面を覆い、
前記上ミッドソール3の前記内側部31は前記第1趾の中足骨骨頭01から骨底011および基節骨B31の下面を覆う。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか1項において、前記外巻上部42の更に外側において前記外巻上部42の外側面に沿って配置されたスタビライザ5を更に備える。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項において、前記アウトソール2はゴムの発泡体または非発泡体で形成され、前記外巻上部42の更に外側において上方に向かって巻き上げられている。
- 着地時に接地する接地面を持つアウトソール2と、前記アウトソール2の上に配置されたミッドソール1とを備えた靴底において、前記ミッドソール1は:
足の前足を支持し樹脂の発泡体で形成された下層の下ミッドソール4と、前記前足において前記下ミッドソール4の上に配置され樹脂の発泡体で形成された上層の上ミッドソール3とを有し、
前記上ミッドソール3の前足の内側部31の硬度が前記下ミッドソール4の前足の硬度よりも小さく、かつ、前記上ミッドソール3の前足の内側部31の硬度が前記上ミッドソール3の前足の外側部30の硬度よりも小さい。 - 請求項9の靴底において、前記上ミッドソール3の硬度の小さい低硬度領域は、第1趾の中足骨の骨体から第1趾の基節骨の骨頭に至る領域に設けられている。
- 請求項10の靴底において、前記上ミッドソール3の内側部31がJISC硬度で40度~55度に設定され、前記上ミッドソール3の外側部30がJISC硬度で、50度~65度に設定されている。
- 請求項11の靴底において、前記上ミッドソール3の内側部31の硬度が前記上ミッドソール3又は前記下ミッドソール4の内外の中央部34,44の硬度よりも小さく、かつ、
前記上ミッドソール3又は下ミッドソール4の外側部30,40の硬度が前記上ミッドソール3又は下ミッドソール4の前記内外の中央部34,44の硬度よりも大きい。 - 着地時に接地する接地面を持つアウトソール2と、前記アウトソール2の上に配置され樹脂の発泡体で形成されたミッドソール1とを備えた靴底において、前記ミッドソール1は:
第5趾の中足骨の骨頭から骨底の下面を覆う外側部30,40と、
第1趾の中足骨の骨頭から骨底および第1基節骨の下面を覆う内側部31,41と、
前記外側部30,40と前記内側部31,41との間の中央部34,44とを備え、
前記外側部30,40が第1の硬度の層を有し、
前記中央部34,44が前記第1の硬度よりも小さい第2の硬度の層を有し、
前記内側部31,41が前記第2の硬度よりも小さい第3の硬度の層を有する。 - 請求項13の靴において、前記ミッドソール1は下ミッドソール4の層と前記下ミッドソール4の上に配置された上ミッドソール3の層とを有し、
前記第1の硬度の層が外側部30,40のうちの上ミッドソール3又は下ミッドソール4のいずれか一方に設けられ、
前記第3の硬度の層が内側部31,41のうちの上ミッドソール3又は下ミッドソール4のいずれか一方に設けられている。 - 請求項4の靴において、前記上ミッドソール3の外側部30は第5趾のMP関節MP5の少なくとも一部を覆っておらず、かつ、前記下ミッドソール4の外側部40は前記第5趾のMP関節MP5の少なくとも一部を覆っている。
- 請求項7の靴において、前記外巻上部42は前記スタビライザ5よりも上方に突出している。
- 請求項8の靴において、前記外巻上部42は前記アウトソール2の巻き上げられた部分よりも上方に突出している。
