Abstract
一种五氧化二钒废水处理及资源循环利用的方法,在五氧化二钒废水中调节pH,加入还原剂后六价铬还原为三价铬;然后加入沉淀剂,反应后分离为上清液和污泥;上清液经过滤,将过滤得到的废水经吸附得到净化废水,再泵入低压反渗透系统脱盐得透析液1和浓缩液1;将浓缩液1泵入高压反渗透系统进行高压反渗透脱盐得透析液2和浓缩液2,透析液1与透析液2合并得到再生水,并作为生产中浸提工段的浸钒用水,浓缩液2进入电渗析系统浓缩,产生的渗析液3进入高压反渗透系统中,继续循环处理,产生的浓缩液3排入到五氧化二钒生产中的加盐制球工段盐水池中,作为盐水使用。
