Description

处理盒及其感光鼓安装方法和更换方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于成像设备中的处理盒,此外还涉及这种处理盒的感光鼓安装方法和感光鼓更换方法。本申请要求于2012年3月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为201210073781.8、名称为“处理盒及其感光鼓安装方法和更换方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
背景技术
电子照相式的成像设备如激光打印机,是一种利用电子照相原理,至少经过充电、暴光、显影、转印、定影、清洁的过程,在图像形成介质如纸张上形成图像的设备。成像设备中通常可拆卸地安装有包含粉仓和废粉仓的处理盒,以完成上述过程。
  在充电过程,通过充电装置,利用如电晕放电方式或者充电辊对光敏元件如感光鼓的表面均匀的充上预定的电荷;在暴光过程,对已充上均匀预定电荷的光敏元件表面进行选择性的暴光,由于光敏元件的光敏特性,被暴光的区域的电荷将被接地消去,这样,在暴光后光敏元件表面形成一对应于所欲形成图像的由电荷的分布所表征的静电潜像;在显影过程,通过显影装置如显影辊,把用于形成可视图像的显影剂如碳粉,配合作用力如电场力的作用送到光敏元件的表面的静电潜像区,使得上述的静电潜像获得可视化;在转印过程,通过转印装置,如转印辊把光敏元件表面的静电潜像上的显影剂转移到图像形成介质如纸张上;在定影过程,通过定影装置把转移到图像介质上的显影剂牢固于图像形成介质上。在清洁过程,通过清洁装置如清洁刮刀,将光敏元件表面残留的显影剂刮掉,以免进入下一个成像周期,造成打印缺陷。
  现有技术中,处理盒通常包括盒框架和可旋转地安装在该盒框架上的感光鼓和显影辊,感光鼓具有一驱动端和一接地端,该驱动端设有用于与成像设备内的驱动机构相配合的驱动齿轮,以接收旋转驱动力而使感光鼓旋转的,在接地端则设有导电片以及带中心孔的法兰。所述盒框架在靠近驱动端的一端设有驱动端盖,在靠近接地端的一端设有接地端盖。
技术问题
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种易于拆装的处理盒。
  本发明的第二目的在于提供一种更为简易的感光鼓安装方法。
  本发明的第三目的在于提供一种更为简易的感光鼓更换方法。
技术解决方案
为实现上述第一目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:设计一种处理盒,包括:盒框架和可旋转地安装在该盒框架上的感光鼓,所述感光鼓具有一驱动端和一接地端,在所述驱动端设有用于接收旋转驱动力而使感光鼓旋转的驱动齿轮,在所述接地端设有导电片以及带中心孔的法兰;所述盒框架在靠近所述驱动端的一端设有驱动端盖,在靠近所述接地端的一端设有接地端盖;所述驱动端支撑在所述盒框架靠近该驱动端的端壁上,所述接地端支撑在所述接地端盖上。
一个优选的方案是,所述盒框架包括粉仓框架和废粉仓框架。所述废粉仓框架在靠近所述驱动端的端壁上设有可供所述驱动齿轮穿过并将其定位的定位孔,该定位孔具有支承所述驱动齿轮的定位凸缘;所述驱动端盖上设有一位置与所述定位孔相对应的通孔,以露出所述驱动齿轮的驱动力接受部;所述接地端盖上形成有一位置与所述中心孔相对应的连接孔,一接地销钉穿过所述连接孔和中心孔并与所述导电片接触,所述接地端通过该接地销钉支撑在所述连接孔上。

本发明的实施方式
本发明提供的一种处理盒10如图1至图5所示,该处理盒10包括了盒框架1、驱动端盖3、接地端盖4以及可旋转地安装在该盒框架1上的感光鼓2和显影辊5等,盒框架1由粉仓框架6和废粉仓框架7组成。
感光鼓2具有一驱动端21和一接地端22,其中,在驱动端21设有驱动齿轮23,该驱动齿轮23可与成像设备内的驱动机构相配合,以接收该驱动机构的旋转驱动力而使感光鼓2旋转;该感光鼓2在其接地端22设有带中心孔241的法兰24,在法兰24的内侧设有与感光鼓2的表面形成电连接的导电片。

  1. 一种处理盒,包括:盒框架和可旋转地安装在该盒框架上的感光鼓,所述感光鼓具有一驱动端和一接地端,在所述驱动端设有用于接收旋转驱动力而使感光鼓旋转的驱动齿轮,在所述接地端设有导电片以及带中心孔的法兰;所述盒框架在靠近所述驱动端的一端设有驱动端盖,在靠近所述接地端的一端设有接地端盖;其特征在于:所述驱动端支撑在所述盒框架靠近该驱动端的端壁上,所述接地端支撑在所述接地端盖上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的处理盒,其特征在于:所述盒框架包括粉仓框架和废粉仓框架。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的处理盒,其特征在于:
      所述废粉仓框架在靠近所述驱动端的端壁上设有可供所述驱动齿轮穿过并将其定位的定位孔,该定位孔具有支承所述驱动齿轮的定位凸缘;
      所述驱动端盖上设有一位置与所述定位孔相对应的通孔,以露出所述驱动齿轮的驱动力接受部;
      所述接地端盖上形成有一位置与所述中心孔相对应的连接孔,一接地销钉穿过所述连接孔和中心孔并与所述导电片接触,所述接地端通过该接地销钉支撑在所述连接孔上。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的处理盒,其特征在于:所述驱动端盖和所述接地端盖与所述盒框架之间形成为可分离的连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的处理盒,其特征在于:所述驱动端盖和所述接地端盖分别通过螺钉与所述盒框架连接。
  6. 一种处理盒的感光鼓安装方法,该处理盒包括盒框架和可旋转地安装在该盒框架上的感光鼓,所述感光鼓具有一驱动端和一接地端,在所述驱动端设有用于接收旋转驱动力而使感光鼓旋转的驱动齿轮,在所述接地端设有导电片以及带中心孔的法兰;所述盒框架在靠近所述驱动端的一端设有驱动端盖,在靠近所述接地端的一端设有接地端盖;其特征在于,所述感光鼓安装方法包括以下步骤:
      将所述驱动齿轮安装到所述定位孔中;
      将所述驱动端盖连接至所述盒框架,使所述驱动齿轮的驱动力接受部从所述驱动端盖上的通孔向外暴露;
      将所述接地端盖连接至所述盒框架;
      将一接地销钉由外到内通过设在所述接地端盖上的连接孔插入所述法兰的中心孔中,使所述接地销钉将所述接地端支撑在所述连接孔上,并使所述接地销钉与所述导电片接触。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的感光鼓安装方法,其特征在于:通过螺钉将所述驱动端盖和所述接地端盖连接至所述盒框架。
  8. 一种处理盒的感光鼓更换方法,该处理盒包括盒框架和可旋转地安装在该盒框架上的感光鼓,所述感光鼓具有一驱动端和一接地端,在所述驱动端设有用于接收旋转驱动力而使感光鼓旋转的驱动齿轮,在所述接地端设有导电片以及带中心孔的法兰;所述盒框架在靠近所述驱动端的一端设有驱动端盖,在靠近所述接地端的一端设有接地端盖,所述驱动端盖和接地端盖分别通过螺钉与所述盒框架相连接;所述接地端盖上形成有一位置与所述中心孔相对应的连接孔,所述接地端通过一接地销钉支撑在该连接孔上,该接地销钉穿过所述连接孔和中心孔并与所述导电片接触;其特征在于,所述感光鼓更换方法包括以下步骤:
    移除所述驱动端盖和接地端盖上的螺钉;
    移除安装在所述接地端盖和法兰之间的所述接地销钉,使之与所述法兰松开;
    拆除所述接地端盖;
    拆除所述驱动端盖;
    使所述驱动齿轮从支撑在所述定位孔中脱离,并将其取出;
    将新的感光鼓的驱动齿轮安装到所述定位孔中;
    将所述驱动端盖连接至所述盒框架,使所述驱动齿轮从所述通孔向外暴露;
    将所述接地端盖连接至所述盒框架;
    将一接地销钉由外到内通过设在所述接地端盖上的连接孔插入所述法兰的中心孔中,使所述接地销钉将所述接地端支撑在所述连接孔上,并使所述接地销钉与所述导电片接触。
