Description

一种显影剂盒的改制方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种将回收显影剂盒改制成另一种显影剂盒的方法。本申请要求于2010年07月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为201010237528.2、名称为“一种显影剂盒的改制方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
背景技术
 打印机、复印机、传真机等图像形成设备是常用的办公设备,其内部采用可拆卸的显影剂盒作为成像用的耗材。考虑到降低成本以及保护环境的因素,对复印机、打印机、传真机等图像形成设备使用完的显影剂盒进行回收,使其再生以便再使用已越来越受到重视。
  常见的显影剂盒一般由显影框架和鼓框架两部分组成,其中显影框架部分设有搅拌架、送粉辊和显影辊等部件,而鼓框架部分设有感光鼓、充电辊等部件,通过充电辊对感光鼓充电,然后通过曝光组件在感光鼓上曝光形成静电潜像,然后通过显影辊传送显影剂到感光鼓上的静电潜像区域而形成显影剂图像,该显影剂图像被传送到纸上加热定型后最终形成打印文字图像。
目前存在A型号和B型号两种显影剂盒,由于这两种型号的显影剂盒在外部结构上存在着一定的差异,因此导致回收后的显影剂盒只能适用于对应型号的图像形成装置上。目前存在的问题是,耗材企业可能回收了大量使用完的A型号显影剂盒,但市场上对A型号显影剂盒的需求量不大,却对与A型号显影剂盒在内部结构上基本相同的B型号显影剂盒需求巨大。因A型号显影剂盒与B型号显影剂盒在外部结构上存在着一定的差异,无法替代B型号显影剂盒,因此被闲置或废弃,不但使企业资金被占用,而且造成资源的浪费。而回收B型号显影剂盒还需大量资金,将给企业的资金链造成压力,妨碍显影剂盒的再生及再利用。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种显影剂盒的改制方法,通过该方法可以将一种回收显影剂盒改制成另一种显影剂盒,使其能适用于另一种型号的图像形成装置。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:设计一种显影剂盒的改制方法,用于将一种回收显影剂盒改制成一种目标显影剂盒,该回收显影剂盒包括一个可旋转地支承感光鼓的鼓组件和一个可旋转地支承显影辊的显影组件,所述鼓组件与显影组件相互铰接;所述鼓组件具有废粉仓、感光鼓保护罩、设置在该废粉仓一端的感光鼓轴承板以及设置在该废粉仓另一端的触发开关、触发开关扭簧和充电辊导电片,所述显影组件具有粉仓,该粉仓的顶面在靠近两端的位置各具有一筋板,该粉仓的一端设有齿轮端盖;所述方法包括以下步骤:
  使所述鼓组件与显影组件彼此分离;
  将所述感光鼓轴承板更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的感光鼓轴承板;
  将所述废粉仓更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的废粉仓;
  将所述触发开关和触发开关扭簧拆除;
  将所述感光鼓保护罩更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的感光鼓保护罩;
  将所述粉仓的两块筋板切除;
  将所述充电辊导电片更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的充电辊导电片;
  将所述感光鼓更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的感光鼓;
  完成上述步骤后,将所述鼓组件与显影组件重新组接在一起,得到改制成的目标显影剂盒。
  进一步地,所述改制方法还包括以下步骤:将所述齿轮端盖更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的齿轮端盖。
  再进一步地,所述改制方法还包括以下步骤:将所述回收显影剂盒上的芯片更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的芯片。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:方便地将一种回收显影剂盒改制成另一种内部结构基本相同的显影剂盒,使市场需求少的适用于一种图像形成装置的显影剂盒被回收后经简单加工,即能适用于另一种型号的图像形成装置,提高了耗材再生企业的生产灵活性,降低了企业的生产成本,避免了资源的浪费。

本发明的实施方式
实施例一

  下面结合图1a至图7b描述将回收显影剂盒1改制成目标显影剂盒2的过程。
  首先取出鼓组件11与显影组件12之间的连接销轴,使鼓组件11与显影组件12彼此分离。
  参见图3a和图3b,将感光鼓轴承板113更换成适用于目标显影剂盒2的感光鼓轴承板213。
  参见图4a和图4b,将废粉仓111更换成适用于目标显影剂盒2的废粉仓211。
  将图2中的触发开关114和触发开关扭簧115拆除。
  参见图5a和图5b,将感光鼓保护罩112更换成适用于目标显影剂盒2的感光鼓保护罩212。
  将图2中所示的粉仓121的两块筋板122切除,得到适用于目标显影剂盒2的粉仓221,如图3所示。

  图8a和图8b所示为第二种用于改制的回收显影剂盒3(例如惠普公司的HP Q6511X显影剂盒),该回收显影剂盒3包括一个可旋转地支承感光鼓317的鼓组件31和一个可旋转地支承显影辊324的显影组件32,鼓组件31与显影组件32通过连接销轴铰接。所述鼓组件31具有废粉仓311、形成在该废粉仓311底部的感光鼓保护罩312、设置在该废粉仓311一端的感光鼓轴承板313以及设置在该废粉仓311另一端的触发开关314、触发开关扭簧315和充电辊导电片316,废粉仓311在靠近充电辊导电片316的一端形成有用于固定芯片的芯片固定位318。所述显影组件32具有粉仓321,该粉仓321的顶面在靠近两端的位置各具有一筋板322,该粉仓321的一端设有齿轮端盖323。该回收显影剂盒3除了粉仓321的体积比回收显影剂盒1的粉仓121稍大之外,其它部分的结构与回收显影剂盒1基本相同。
  图9a和图9b所示为利用本发明的方法将回收显影剂盒3改制成的另一种显影剂盒4(即“目标显影剂盒”,例如惠普公司的HP CE255X产品),该目标显影剂盒4与回收显影剂盒3的区别之处主要在于废粉仓、感光鼓轴承板、感光鼓保护罩、充电棍导电片、感光鼓和齿轮端盖的不同,另外该目标显影剂盒4的粉仓顶面上没有回收显影剂盒3所具有的两块筋板322。该目标显影剂盒4除了粉仓421的体积比目标显影剂盒2的粉仓221稍大之外,其它部分的结构与目标显影剂盒2基本相同。
  下面结合图8a至图10b描述将回收显影剂盒3改制成目标显影剂盒4的步骤。
  参见图8a,首先取出鼓组件31与显影组件32之间的连接销轴,使鼓组件31与显影组件32彼此分离。
  将图8b中的感光鼓轴承板313更换成适用于目标显影剂盒4的感光鼓轴承板413,如图9a所示。
  将图8b中的废粉仓311更换成适用于目标显影剂盒4的废粉仓411,如图9a所示。
  将图8b中的触发开关314和触发开关扭簧315拆除。
  将图8b中的感光鼓保护罩312更换成适用于目标显影剂盒4的感光鼓保护罩412,如图9a所示。
  将图8b中所示的粉仓321的两块筋板322切除,得到适用于目标显影剂盒4的粉仓421,如图9a所示。
  将图8b中的充电辊导电片316更换成适用于目标显影剂盒4的充电辊导电片416,如图9a所示。
  将图8b中的齿轮端盖323更换成适用于目标显影剂盒4的齿轮端盖423,如图10a和图10b所示。
  将图8b中的感光鼓317更换成适用于目标显影剂盒4的感光鼓417,如图9a所示。
  将回收显影剂盒3上的芯片更换成适用于目标显影剂盒4的芯片。
  完成以上各工序后,将改制得到的鼓组件41和显影组件42通过连接销轴重新组合成为目标显影剂盒4,从而完成了改制作业。
  以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明的改制方法能方便地将一种回收显影剂盒改制成另一种内部结构基本相同的显影剂盒,使市场需求少的适用于一种图像形成装置的显影剂盒被回收后经简单加工,即能适用于另一种型号的图像形成装置,提高了耗材再生企业的生产灵活性,降低了企业的生产成本,避免了资源的浪费。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种显影剂盒的改制方法,用于将一种回收显影剂盒改制成一种目标显影剂盒,该回收显影剂盒包括一个可旋转地支承感光鼓的鼓组件和一个可旋转地支承显影辊的显影组件,所述鼓组件与显影组件相互铰接;所述鼓组件具有废粉仓、感光鼓保护罩、设置在该废粉仓一端的感光鼓轴承板以及设置在该废粉仓另一端的触发开关、触发开关扭簧和充电辊导电片,所述显影组件具有粉仓,该粉仓的顶面在靠近两端的位置各具有一筋板,该粉仓的一端设有齿轮端盖;其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
      使所述鼓组件与显影组件彼此分离;
      将所述感光鼓轴承板更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的感光鼓轴承板;
      将所述废粉仓更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的废粉仓;
      将所述触发开关和触发开关扭簧拆除;
      将所述感光鼓保护罩更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的感光鼓保护罩;
      将所述粉仓的两块筋板切除;
      将所述充电辊导电片更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的充电辊导电片;
      将所述感光鼓更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的感光鼓;
      完成上述步骤后,将所述鼓组件与显影组件重新组接在一起,得到改制成的目标显影剂盒。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的改制方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:将所述齿轮端盖更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的齿轮端盖。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的改制方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:将所述回收显影剂盒上的芯片更换成适用于所述目标显影剂盒的芯片。
