Description

一种可回收废粉的处理盒 技术领域
本发明涉及一种可拆卸地安装在成像设备中的处理盒,具体地说是一种可回收废粉的处理盒。本申请要求于2012年2月1日提交中国专利局、申请号为201210022064.2、名称为“一种可回收废粉的处理盒”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
背景技术
电子照相式的成像设备如激光打印机,是一种利用电子照相原理,至少经过充电、暴光、显影、转印、定影、清洁的过程,在图像形成介质如纸张上形成图像的设备,成像设备中通常可拆卸地安装有处理盒以完成上述过程。
  在充电过程,通过充电装置,利用如电晕放电方式或者充电辊对光敏元件如感光鼓的表面均匀的充上预定的电荷;在暴光过程,对已充上均匀预定电荷的光敏元件表面进行选择性的暴光,由于光敏元件的光敏特性,被暴光的区域的电荷将被接地消去,这样,在暴光后光敏元件表面形成一对应于所欲形成图像的由电荷的分布所表征的静电潜像;在显影过程,通过显影装置如显影辊,把用于形成可视图像的显影剂如碳粉,配合作用力如电场力的作用送到光敏元件的表面的静电潜像区,使得上述的静电潜像获得可视化;在转印过程,通过转印装置,如转印辊把光敏元件表面的静电潜像上的显影剂转移到图像形成介质如纸张上;在定影过程,通过定影装置把转移到图像介质上的显影剂牢固于图像形成介质上。在清洁过程,通过清洁装置如清洁刮刀,将光敏元件表面残留的显影剂刮掉,以免进入下一个成像周期,造成打印缺陷。
  如图7和图8,在现有技术中,处理盒的粉仓单元1’和废粉仓单元2’通常被设置为相对独立的组件,然后通过销钉将两个组件联结为一体。粉仓单元1’包含有显影辊3’、出粉刀4’、和搅拌架6’等,废粉仓单元2’则包含有感光鼓7’、充电辊8’和清洁刮刀9’等。处理盒在工作时,经转印后残留在感光鼓表面的碳粉被清洁刮刀刮下后被存储在废粉仓单元中,当粉仓单元中的碳粉使用完后,存储在废粉仓单元中的这部分“废粉”与整个处理盒一起被废弃,这样就造成一定的浪费,不利于环保。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种可方便地回收并重复利用废粉的处理盒。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:设计一种可回收废粉的处理盒,包括粉仓单元和废粉仓单元,其特征在于:所述粉仓单元具有废粉回收口,所述废粉仓单元具有废粉排出口,所述废粉排出口与所述废粉回收口密封地对接;所述废粉仓单元内设有废粉传送件,用于将废粉仓单元内的废粉传送至所述废粉排出口。
  进一步地,所述废粉传送件的一端固定有接收驱动力的齿轮,以便与处理盒中其他齿轮啮合以获取动力来驱动废粉传送件。
  进一步地,所述废粉排出口与所述废粉回收口之间设有密封部件,以防止废粉从废粉仓单元到粉仓单元的传输过程中泄漏。
  较好地,所述密封部件可以粘贴在所述废粉排出口和/或所述废粉回收口的周围。
  较好地,所述密封部件可以为海绵、毛毡或发泡胶。
  较好地,所述废粉传送件可以为螺杆、螺旋形钢丝或者带有倾斜板的转轴。
  进一步地,所述废粉仓单元内还设有废粉搅拌架。废粉搅拌架的一端固定有接收驱动力的齿轮,以便与处理盒中其他齿轮啮合以获取动力来驱动废粉搅拌架。这种结构的处理盒通过废粉搅拌架使废粉往废粉传送件流动,可以增强废粉的传送效果。
  进一步地,所述废粉回收口由封口膜封闭,以保证未使用前处理盒的密封状态。优选地,所述封口膜焊接或粘贴在所述废粉回收口上。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:由于粉仓单元与废粉仓单元之间通过废粉回收口和废粉排出口实现对接,并利用废粉仓单元内的废粉传送件将废粉仓单元内的废粉传送至废粉排出口,整个废粉回收再利用的过程是在处理盒正常工作的过程中自动地进行,无须人工操作,从而实现了重复利用废粉,降低换粉和加粉的频率,最大限度地保护环境,达到节约资源、降低成本的目的。

本发明的实施方式
图1至图6所示为一种可回收废粉的处理盒,该处理盒包括粉仓单元1和废粉仓单元2,粉仓单元1包含有显影辊3、出粉刀4、送粉辊5和搅拌架6等,废粉仓单元2则包含有感光鼓7、充电辊8和清洁刮刀9等,上述构造与传统的处理盒结构类似。除此之外,废粉仓单元2还具有废粉排出口10,粉仓单元1则具有废粉回收口11,废粉排出口10与废粉回收口11对接,从而使废粉仓单元2的废粉可以进入到粉仓单元1进行充分地回收利用。为了防止废粉从废粉仓单元2到粉仓单元1的传输过程中泄漏,在废粉排出口10的周围粘贴有海绵、毛毡或发泡胶等材料制成的密封部件12。另外,为了保证未使用前处理盒的密封状态,粉仓单元1上的废粉回收口11由一封口膜13封闭,该封口膜13焊接在废粉回收口11上。
  废粉仓单元2由废粉仓底14和废粉仓盖15焊接而成,废粉排出口10位于废粉仓盖15上,废粉仓单元2里设置有螺杆16,通过螺杆16的转动可将废粉仓单元2内的废粉传送至废粉排出口10,进而通过废粉排出口10和与其对接的废粉回收口11进入到粉仓单元1中。螺杆16的一端固定有接收驱动力的齿轮17,以便与处理盒中其他齿轮啮合以获取动力来驱动螺杆16。
  作为更优选的方案,废粉仓单元2里还可以增加一个废粉搅拌架,废粉搅拌架的一端固定有接收驱动力的齿轮,以便与处理盒中其他齿轮啮合以获取动力来驱动废粉搅拌架。这种结构的处理盒通过废粉搅拌架使废粉往螺杆16流动,可以增强废粉的传送效果。
  上述结构的处理盒的装配过程如下:首先在废粉仓底14中装配螺杆16及端部密封圈(如果需要的话,还包括装配废粉搅拌架的步骤),然后将带有废粉排出口10的废粉仓盖15焊接在废粉仓底14上。然后再按现有技术依次将海绵毛毡、刮片、弹簧、支架等零件以及齿轮17装配在废粉仓底14上,再装配清洁刮刀9、充电辊8、感光鼓7等易耗件,这样就完成了废粉仓单元2的装配。对于粉仓单元1,首先将封口膜13焊接在废粉回收口11上,然后再按现有技术依次将海绵毛毡、刮片、搅拌架6等装配到粉仓单元1上,再装配各齿轮及护盖、挡板等零件以完成粉仓单元1的装配。最后将废粉仓单元2和粉仓单元1用销钉联结起来成为处理盒成品。
  由于粉仓单元1与废粉仓单元2之间通过废粉回收口11和废粉排出口10实现对接,并利用废粉仓单元2内的螺杆16将废粉仓单元2内的废粉传送至废粉排出口10,整个废粉回收再利用的过程是在处理盒正常工作的过程中自动地进行,无须人工操作,从而实现了重复利用废粉,降低换粉和加粉的频率,最大限度地保护环境,达到节约资源、降低成本的目的。
  当然,在本领域技术人员的常识范围内还可以做出一些类似方案,比如螺杆用螺旋形钢丝来代替,又或者用带有倾斜板的转轴来代替;废粉排出口与废粉回收口之间的密封部件由海绵改为毛毡或发泡胶,粘贴位置由废粉排出口转移到废粉回收口,或者两个开口处都设置有密封部件,废粉回收口处的封口膜改为粘贴等,以上这些替代方案均在本发明保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明的处理盒可以在工业上制造或使用,具备工业实用性。

  1. 一种可回收废粉的处理盒,包括粉仓单元和废粉仓单元,其特征在于:所述粉仓单元具有废粉回收口,所述废粉仓单元具有废粉排出口,所述废粉排出口与所述废粉回收口密封地对接;所述废粉仓单元内设有废粉传送件,用于将废粉仓单元内的废粉传送至所述废粉排出口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可回收废粉的处理盒,其特征在于:所述废粉传送件的一端固定有接收驱动力的齿轮。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可回收废粉的处理盒,其特征在于:所述废粉排出口与所述废粉回收口之间设有密封部件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可回收废粉的处理盒,其特征在于:所述密封部件粘贴在所述废粉排出口和/或所述废粉回收口的周围。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可回收废粉的处理盒,其特征在于:所述密封部件为海绵、毛毡或发泡胶。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可回收废粉的处理盒,其特征在于:所述废粉传送件为螺杆。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可回收废粉的处理盒,其特征在于:所述废粉传送件为螺旋形钢丝或者为带有倾斜板的转轴。
