- FIG. 9 shows the incentive information 28 for the user replaced by the incentive information 23 for the power resale organization by the information replacement function 104.
- the replacement rules for incentive information by the information replacement function 104 depend on the charging form for the user's charging action.
- the charging form for the user's charging action is a one-time charging charge form
- privilege information useful for the user can be a charge charge discount per charge.
- the charging form for the user's charging action is a one-time charging charge form
- the privilege information useful for the user can be a charge charge discount per electric energy.
- the charging form for the user's charging action is a one-time charging charge form
- privilege information useful for the user can be extended charging time per charging charge.
- the billing form for the user's charging action is a monthly fixed amount form
- privilege information useful for the user can be given points.
- the incentive information replacement rule by the information replacement function 104 is devised as follows.
- the start time and / or end time of the time zone that gives the user incentives and the start time of the time zone that encourages power consumption suppression It is desirable to set a time difference between and / or the end time.
- a time zone that encourages the user to incentivize the start time and / or end time of the time zone and surplus power consumption It is desirable to set a time difference between the start time and / or the end time.
- the time difference may be set short in the case of a business form with time restrictions, such as time-based charge charging.
- the incentive information 21 and 23 for the power resale group is converted into the incentive information 26 and the incentive information 26 28 can be substituted.
- a time difference is set between the start time and / or end time of the time zone for giving incentives to the user and the start time and / or end time of the time zone for encouraging power consumption suppression, or the time zone for giving incentives to the user
- a time difference between the start time and / or end time and the start time and / or end time of the time zone for promoting surplus power consumption unintended power consumption induction can be suppressed.
- FIG. 1 The difference between the present embodiment and the first and second embodiments is in the incentive information replacement rule by the information replacement function 104, and the other points are the same.
- FIG. 2 shows the incentive information 21 for a power resale organization that promotes power consumption suppression when power shortage is presented by CEMS.
- FIG. 10 shows the incentive information 30 for the user replaced by the incentive information 21 for the power resale organization by the information replacement function 104.
- FIG. 5 shows incentive information 23 for a power resale organization that encourages surplus power consumption when surplus power is generated, which is presented by CEMS.
- FIG. 11 shows incentive information 32 for users replaced by the incentive information 23 for power resale organizations by the information replacement function 104.
- the replacement rule of incentive information by the information replacement function 104 depends on the facility environment of the charging station in each store. For example, when a certain power resale organization operates and manages a plurality of stores (for example, store A and store B), the power resale organization stores the incentive information of each store according to the facility environment of the charging station of each store. Differences can be made. Thereby, the user can select a store that suits his convenience from a plurality of stores. For example, the store B has a stationary storage battery that performs power assist when the number of chargers at the store B is larger than the number of chargers at the store A and the store B has a shortage in charging power to the electric vehicle.
- the charging service can be smoothly operated even if a charging action requiring a large amount of power is repeatedly performed. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, it is highly likely that many electric vehicles can be charged by, for example, extending the time period in which the B store is longer than the A store to give the user an incentive to promote power consumption. It is desirable to guide many users to the store.
- the privilege information of each store may be the same so that the user is not biased to the B store.
- the replacement rule of the second embodiment may be added to the replacement rule of the present embodiment.
- the incentive information 21 and 23 for the power resale organization is converted into the incentive information 30 and 32 for the user considering the difference in the equipment environment of the charging station of each store. Since it can be replaced, it is possible to appropriately guide the user in consideration of the difference in the facility environment of each store and perform efficient power supply and demand adjustment.
- FIGS. 5 and 12 to 14 The difference between the present embodiment and the first to third embodiments is the incentive information replacement rule by the information replacement function 104, and the other points are the same.
- FIG. 12 is an explanatory diagram showing the power resale price for each time zone for each member level.
- FIG. 5 shows incentive information 23 for a power resale organization that encourages surplus power consumption when surplus power is generated, which is presented by CEMS.
- FIG. 13 shows an example of the incentive information 34 for the user replaced from the incentive information 23 for the power resale organization by the information replacement function 104.
- FIG. 14 shows another example of the incentive information 35 for the user replaced by the incentive information 23 for the power resale organization by the information replacement function 104.
- the replacement rule of incentive information by the information replacement function 104 depends on the member level of the user.
- Membership level refers to the user's status or rating as defined by the terms of the contract between the store that provides the charging service and the user who enjoys the service. For example, platinum members and gold members in descending order of rating. , Silver members, Regular members, etc.
- the time period when the incentive is given to the platinum member with the highest member level is from 9:00 to 15:00, and the charge for that period is 10% OFF.
- the time period when the incentive is given to the gold member with the second highest member level is from 9:00 to 15:00, and the charge for that period is 5% OFF.
- the time period when incentives are granted to silver members with the third highest member level is from 11:00 to 13:00, and the charge for that period is 5% OFF. Incentives are not granted to regular members with the lowest membership level. In this way, a difference can be provided in incentives depending on the member level.
- a power resale organization manages users in the membership system, it knows the number of users at each member level, and therefore it is easy to estimate the time zone for providing incentives according to the member level and privilege information.
- incentive information 35 for users may be created in consideration of differences in facility environments of charging stations in each store in addition to differences in membership levels.
- the example is not limited to this, and can also be applied to the case where the incentive information for the power resale organization that promotes the suppression of power consumption at the time of power shortage provided by the CEMS is replaced with the incentive information for the user.
- incentive information is differentiated according to the member level is shown, but the present invention is not limited to this.
- the incentive information is classified according to the charging characteristics of the electric vehicle owned by the user. A difference may be provided, or a difference may be provided in incentive information by combining information unique to the user with a member level or charging characteristics.
- the replacement rules of the second and third embodiments may be added to the replacement rule of the present embodiment.
- FIGS. 5 and 15 to 20 The difference between the present embodiment and the first to fourth embodiments is the incentive information replacement rule by the information replacement function 104 and the system configuration of the power supply and demand adjustment system 107, and the other points are the same.
- FIG. 15 is a functional block diagram showing the system configuration of the power supply and demand adjustment system 107.
- the power supply and demand adjustment system 107 manages the charging facilities of the A store and the B store.
- the store A has a power management server 108 for managing the power of the entire store, a smart meter 109 for acquiring power usage results in real time, a system power receiving unit 110 for receiving commercial power from the system, and charging an electric vehicle.
- a charger 111 to perform is installed.
- the store B is provided with a power management server 108, a smart meter 109, a system power receiving unit 110, and a charger 111, and performs power supply assist when there is a shortage in charging power to the electric vehicle.
- a stationary storage battery 112 is installed.
- the commercial power received by the system power receiving unit 110 is supplied to the charger 111 and the storage battery 112.
- the operation management server 103 is connected to the power management server 108 of each store, and can grasp the power consumption of each store and the operating status of the charging facility in real time.
- FIG. 5 shows incentive information 23 for a power resale organization that promotes surplus power consumption when surplus power is generated, which is presented by CEMS.
- FIG. 16 shows information 37 on the operation status acquired in real time by the operation management server 103 from each store.
- FIG. 17 shows the incentive information 38 for the user replaced by the incentive information 23 for the power resale organization by the information replacement function 104.
- the replacement rules for incentive information reflect the power consumption and operating status of each store in real time. As shown in FIG. 16, for example, when the operating status of each store is acquired at 8:30 on August 1, 2011, the store A is out of service due to the failure of the charger 1, and the charger 2 was normal and the user was using it. On the other hand, in the store B, the capacity of the storage battery 112 was charged 90% with both the charger 1 and the charger 2 being normal but not being used. Therefore, the store A does not provide incentive information for the user because one charger cannot provide a sufficient charging service due to a failure. On the other hand, the store B provides an incentive to the user in a time zone that is one hour longer than the time zone specified by the CEMS, as shown in FIG. 17, because the power supply assist from the storage battery 112 is obtained.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention can also be applied to the case where the incentive information for the power resale organization that promotes the suppression of power consumption at the time of power shortage presented by the CEMS is replaced with the incentive information for the user.
- FIG. 18 shows incentive information 39 for a power resale organization that notifies the purchase of power from CEMS.
- FIG. 19 shows information 40 regarding the operation status acquired in real time from each store by the operation management server 103.
- FIG. 20 shows the incentive information 41 for the user replaced by the incentive information 39 for the power resale organization by the information replacement function 104.
- the operation management server 103 receives the incentive information 39 for notifying the purchase of power from the CEMS during a time period from 9:00 to 15:00 when the power demand increases during summer weekdays
- the power usage of each store is used as a replacement rule for the incentive information. Reflect achievements. As shown in FIG. 19, when the actual power usage value of each store is acquired at 8:30 on August 1, 2011, the A store has a power utilization rate of 60%, while the B store uses power. The rate was 95%.
- the operation management server 103 estimates the power used in each store and the power sold to the CEMS from the acquired actual power consumption value, and replaces the incentive information 39 for the power resale group with the incentive information 41 for the user.
- the store B since the store B has the storage battery 112, electric power for charging the storage battery 112 is also required. Therefore, in the incentive information 41 for the user, by setting the power purchase price of the store B higher than the store A, a large number of users are guided to the store B that requires more power, and from the electric vehicle owned by the user Aim for reverse current.
- the power supply and demand adjustment system 107 includes means for acquiring information on the actual power use value of the power supply and demand adjustment system 107, means for accumulating the information on the actual power use value, and predicting power demand, and an information replacement function.
- 104 may convert the incentive information related to the power demand adjustment for the power resale organization on or after the next day into the incentive information related to the power consumption for the user in consideration of the power demand prediction.
- the power resale organization can reflect the operation status of the store and the power usage record in real time in the incentive information replacement rule. Therefore, the power supply and demand can be adjusted with higher accuracy.
- the storage battery 112 functions as a buffer for power supply, so the time zone for giving incentives to the user is the time zone specified by the CEMS. Can be shifted.
- incentive information 39 regarding power purchase is notified from an external organization, it is possible to create incentive information 41 for users by taking into account the amount of power used or stored in the store and the amount of power sold. .
- Examples 1 to 5 can be described as in the following supplementary notes, but is not limited to the following.
- Appendix 1 A power receiving unit that receives commercial power from an electric power company; A charger for charging commercial electric power received by the system power receiving unit to a user's electric vehicle equipped with a storage battery; An operation management server having information replacement means for converting incentive information related to power demand adjustment for power resale organizations presented by an external organization into incentive information related to power consumption for users; Electric power supply and demand adjustment system.
