Description
Claims (10)
- バルブボディ本体の間にセパレートプレートを挟み込んで構成された自動変速機のコントロールバルブボディの構造において、
前記セパレートプレートを挟んでその両側に位置するバルブボディ本体のうち前記セパレートプレートとの対向面にそれぞれに溝が形成されていて、
これらの溝は前記セパレートプレートにて隔離されることによりそれぞれに油路を形成しているとともに、
前記セパレートプレートを挟んで一方側の油路と他方側の油路とが前記セパレートプレートに設けたオリフィスを介して互いに連通していて、
前記双方の油路のうち下流側の油路となる溝が形成されたバルブボディ本体では、少なくとも前記オリフィスに対向する部分での前記溝の深さが上流側の油路となる溝の深さよりも浅く形成されていて、
前記オリフィスに対向する部分での前記溝の深さhと前記オリフィスの直径dとがh≦3dの関係を満たすように設定してある自動変速機のコントロールバルブボディ構造。 - 前記オリフィスに対向する部分に深さhの溝が形成されたバルブボディ本体には、前記オリフィスが形成されたセパレートプレート側に向けて突出部を形成してあり、
この突出部に、前記オリフィスと対向する対向面を形成してある請求項1に記載の自動変速機のコントロールバルブボディ構造。 - 前記突出部に形成された対向面は、前記オリフィスが形成されたセパレートプレートと平行なものである請求項2に記載の自動変速機のコントロールバルブボディ構造。
- 前記対向面の面積は前記直径dのオリフィスの面積よりも大きいものである請求項3に記載の自動変速機のコントロールバルブボディ構造。
- 前記オリフィスに対向する部分に深さhの溝が形成されたバルブボディ本体には、前記オリフィスと対向する部分に円錐台形状の突出部を形成してある請求項1に記載の自動変速機のコントロールバルブボディ構造。
- 前記突出部の頂部平面部は前記オリフィスが形成されたセパレートプレートと平行であって、且つ当該突出部の頂部平面部の面積は前記直径dのオリフィスの面積よりも小さいものである請求項5に記載の自動変速機のコントロールバルブボディ構造。
- 前記突出部に形成された対向面は、前記オリフィスが形成されたセパレートプレートと非平行なものである請求項2に記載の自動変速機のコントロールバルブボディ構造。
- 前記対向面の面積は前記直径dのオリフィスの面積よりも大きいものである請求項7に記載の自動変速機のコントロールバルブボディ構造。
- 前記対向面は、前記深さhの溝を含むかちで形成される下流側の油路の上流側から下流側に向かって下り勾配で傾斜する傾斜面として形成されているものである請求項8に記載の自動変速機のコントロールバルブボディ構造。
- 前記オリフィスはその平面形状が非円形の略内歯形状のものである請求項1~9のいずれか一つに記載の自動変速機のコントロールバルブボディ構造。
