Claims (10)
- 一种无卤阻燃聚酰胺组合物,其特征在于:是由以下质量百分比的成分制备得到:半芳香族聚酰胺:35-71.5%阻燃剂: 10-35%无机增强填料: 0-50%;所述半芳香族聚酰胺的端氨基含量为80-150mol/t。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃聚酰胺组合物,其特征在于:所述的无卤阻燃聚酰胺组合物是由以下质量百分比的成分制备得到:半芳香族聚酰胺:39.5-71.5%阻燃剂: 10-28%无机增强填料: 0-50%;所述半芳香族聚酰胺的端氨基含量为80-120mol/t,特性粘度大于1.00dl/g。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃聚酰胺组合物,其特征在于:所述的半芳香族聚酰胺由以下方法制备得到:(1)将二元羧酸和二元胺反应得到半芳香族聚酰胺盐;(2)以半芳香族聚酰胺盐为原料进行预聚合反应得到聚酰胺的预聚物,预聚合反应需要加入封端剂和催化剂;(3)预聚物通过固相增粘反应或熔融增粘反应即得到半芳香族聚酰胺;所述的二元羧酸由45-100%的芳香族二羧酸和0-55%的脂肪族二羧酸组成,所述百分比为摩尔百分比;所述的二元胺为脂肪族二胺或脂环族二胺。
- 根据权利要求3所述的无卤阻燃聚酰胺组合物,其特征在于:所述的芳香族二羧酸为对苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸、2-甲基对苯二甲酸、2,5-二氯对苯二甲酸、2,6-萘二甲酸、1,4-萘二甲酸、4,4’-联苯二甲酸或2,2’-联苯二甲酸中的一种以上;所述的脂肪族二羧酸为1,4-丁二酸、1,6-己二酸、1,8-辛二酸,1,9-壬二酸,1,10-癸二酸,1,11-十一烷二酸或1,12-十二烷二酸中的一种以上;所述脂肪族二胺为1,4-丁二胺、1,6-己二胺、1,8-辛二胺、1,9-壬二胺、1,10-癸二胺、1,11-十一碳二胺、1,12-十二碳二胺、2-甲基-1,5-戊二胺、3-甲基-1,5-戊二胺、2,4-二甲基-1,6-己二胺、2,2,4-三甲基-1,6-己二胺、2,4,4-三甲基-1,6-己二胺、2-甲基-1,8-辛二胺或5-甲基-1,9-壬二胺中的一种;所述脂环族二胺为环己烷二胺、甲基环己烷二胺或4,4’-二氨基二环己基甲烷中的一种以上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的无卤阻燃聚酰胺组合物,其特征在于:所述的芳香族二羧酸为对苯二甲酸和/和间苯二甲酸;所述的脂肪族二羧酸为1,4-丁二酸和/或1,6-己二酸;所述脂肪族二胺为1,4-丁二胺,1,6-己二胺、1,9-壬二胺或1,10-癸二胺中的一种。
- 根据权利要求3所述的无卤阻燃聚酰胺组合物,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为磷酸纳、亚磷酸钠、次磷酸钠或亚磷酸钾中的一种;催化剂的用量为步骤(2)半芳香族聚酰胺盐质量的0.01-2%;所述的封端剂为丁胺、正己胺、正癸胺、正十二烷胺、苯胺或环己胺中的一种;封端剂的用量为步骤(2)半芳香族聚酰胺盐质量的0.2-10%。
- 根据权利要求3所述的无卤阻燃聚酰胺组合物,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述的预聚合反应,是先将反应物在220℃下反应1小时,然后在230℃、2Mpa下反应2小时;步骤(3)所述的固相增粘反应,是将反应物在260℃氮气气氛下反应12小时。
- 根据权利要求1所述的无卤阻燃聚酰胺组合物,其特征在于:所述的阻燃剂为二乙基次膦酸铝和/或甲基乙基次膦酸铝;所述的无机增强填料为碳纤维、玻璃纤维、钛酸钾纤维、玻璃微珠、玻璃鳞片、滑石粉、云母、粘土、高岭土、二氧化硅、硅灰土、硅藻土或碳酸钙中的一种以上。
- 权利要求1-8任一项所述的无卤阻燃聚酰胺组合物在电子元器件中的应用。
- 一种模制品,其特征在于:是由权利要求1-8任一项所述的无卤阻燃聚酰胺组合物通过注塑、吹塑、挤出或热成型方法制成。
