- the distribution basket 12 has an upper opening and a lower opening that are substantially square in a plan view and a bottom view.
- the top tablet cassette 1 does not move with respect to the medicine packaging machine when tablets are supplied.
- this top tablet cassette 1 is provided with the shutter 13 which opens and closes the lower opening part of distribution basket 12 ... 12.
- the shutter 13 includes an upper shutter 131 and a lower shutter 132, and can be opened by sliding the shutters 131 and 132 in the horizontal direction.
- the shutter 13 When the shutter 13 is closed, as shown in FIG. 5A, the tablets M can be temporarily held in the distribution baskets 12.
- the shutter 13 is opened, as shown in FIG. 5B, the tablets M held in the distribution baskets 12 ... 12 can be dropped into the under tablet cassette 2.
- the under tablet cassette 2 includes a main body 21 in which a plurality of supply rods 22 ... 22 arranged in a matrix corresponding to the top tablet cassette 1 is formed.
- the supply basket 22 has an upper opening and a lower opening that are substantially square in plan view and bottom view, and a tablet storage space 22a is formed between the openings. That is, the tablet storage space 22a is a region above the virtual surface defined by the lower surface 22b (see FIG. 7A) at the periphery of the lower opening in the space inside the supply basket 22.
- the under tablet cassette 2 is configured to be horizontally movable in the longitudinal direction (the left-right direction in the drawing) with respect to the top tablet cassette 1. However, the under tablet cassette 2 only needs to be configured to move relative to the support plate 3, and a configuration in which the under tablet cassette 2 is fixed to the top tablet cassette 1 can also be adopted.
- the under tablet cassette 2 includes a plurality of bottom plates 23 that open and close the lower openings of the supply baskets 22... 22 (note that the closed state of the bottom plate 23 is virtually shown in FIG. 3). However, when there is no support from below by the support plate 3, the bottom plate 23 is actually open).
- the bottom plate 23 is provided to close the lower openings of the supply rods 22.
- the bottom plate 23 is supported by the main body 21 using a shaft and can be rotated in the vertical direction (around the horizontal axis), and closes the lower opening when the bottom plate 23 is at the upper end of the rotation range.
- the bottom plate 23 is supported at one end 23X in the horizontal direction (the left end in FIG. 3 (the right end is referred to as “the other end 23Y”)).
- the bottom plate 23 is rotatable with respect to the main body 21 around the one end 23 ⁇ / b> X that is the supported side.
- the bottom plate 23 is not biased by a spring or the like. For this reason, the bottom plate 23 is opened by its own weight.
- the bottom plate 23 is supported from below by a support plate 3 positioned below the under tablet cassette 2. Thereby, the rotation in the vertical direction (around the horizontal axis) is restricted, and the opening is prevented. In this state, the supply basket 22 and the bottom plate 23 are close to each other with a gap that prevents the tablet M from passing through. Then, by releasing the shutter 13 of the top tablet cassette 1, the tablets M dropped from the distribution baskets 12 ... 12 of the top tablet cassette 1 are temporarily stored in the tablet storage spaces 22a ... 22a in the supply baskets 22 ... 22. Can be accommodated.
- the bottom plate 23 has the shape shown in FIG. 4 and is integrally formed.
- the bottom plate 23 of the present embodiment is formed by pressing stainless steel, but can be formed by various materials (synthetic resin, etc.) and manufacturing methods.
- the bottom plate 23 includes a base portion 231, a shaft support portion 232, and a protruding portion 233.
- the base portion 231 has a flat plate shape, and the upper surface can contact the lower surface 22b of the peripheral edge of the lower opening of the supply rod 22 (see FIG. 7A).
- the shaft support portion 232 is a tubular portion that is provided at one end portion 23X of the bottom plate 23 and through which the shaft portion 24 (see FIGS. 7A to 7C) extending in the depth direction of the under tablet cassette 2 passes.
- the protruding portion 233 is a portion at least partially protruding upward from the base 231 in a state where the bottom plate 23 closes the lower open portion of the supply rod 22. That is, in the same state, at least a part of the upper surface of the bottom plate 23 is located above. On the other hand, in the same state, the peripheral lower surface 22b in the lower opening is positioned below.
- the projecting portion 233 has a substantially square shape in plan view that is substantially the same (slightly smaller) as the shape of the lower opening of the supply rod 22. And this protrusion part 233 is provided ranging from the one end part 23X of the baseplate 23 to the other end part 23Y. For this reason, it can suppress that a clearance gap produces between the bottom plates 23 in the whole supply rod 22.
- the upper surface 233a of the protrusion 233 is an inclined surface. Specifically, since the protruding amount on the other end 23Y side of the protruding portion 233 is formed larger than the protruding amount on the one end portion 23X side, the upper surface 233a of the protruding portion 233 is a piece with respect to the flat base portion 231. It is inclined with a gradient.
- the bottom plate 23 includes the protruding portion 233.
- the base 231 comes into contact with the lower surface 22b of the peripheral edge of the lower opening to close the lower opening.
- the upper surface 233a of the protruding portion 233 is positioned above the lower surface 22b of the peripheral edge of the lower opening of the supply rod 22 by the height H1 shown in the drawing.
- the protruding portion 233 enters the tablet accommodating space 22a for the height H1.
- the protruding portion 233 enters the tablet accommodating space 22a. For this reason, even if the other end portion 23Y which is the rotating front end side is slightly suspended due to the vertical positional relationship between the bottom plate 23 and the support plate 3 (see FIG. 7C), the height dimension of the sagging Until the height reaches the height H1, a part of the protruding portion 233 is kept in the tablet accommodating space 22a. For this reason, it is difficult to create a gap between the supply basket 22 and the bottom plate 23 through which the tablet M unexpectedly passes.
- the distance from the one end portion 23X which is the side supported using the shaft is the largest. Therefore, when a gap is formed between the supply rod 22 and the bottom plate 23, the gap becomes the largest due to the sagging. For this reason, in the bottom plate 23, a protrusion 233 is provided particularly near the other end 23Y, or a protrusion 233 having a larger protrusion than other positions is provided near the other end 23Y. It is effective to prevent the tablet M from passing through.
- the upper surface 233a of the protrusion 233 is an inclined surface.
- the protrusion amount from the base part 231 of the protrusion part 233 near the one end 23X is smaller than the protrusion amount from the base part 231 of the other part.
- the bottom plate 23 is less likely to be caught on the periphery of the lower opening of the supply rod 22. For this reason, the bottom plate 23 rotates smoothly. Further, as shown in FIG. 7B, it is possible to suppress the tablet M from being caught and remaining on the protruding portion 233 when the bottom plate 23 is in the open state.
- the vertical positional relationship between the bottom plate 23 and the support plate 3 for the protrusion 233 to enter the tablet accommodating space 22a as described above is that the bottom plate 23 is the supply bowl 22 of the upper surface 233a of the protrusion 233.
- the distance in the vertical direction between the uppermost portion in the state where the lower opening portion is closed and the lower surface 22b of the peripheral edge in the lower opening portion is the vertical distance between the lower surface of the bottom plate 23 and the upper surface of the support plate 3
- the positional relationship is greater than the distance in the direction.
- the support plate 3 includes a moving plate 31 and a fixed plate 32 as shown in FIG.
- the fixed plate 32 is immovable.
- the moving plate 31 is movable in the longitudinal direction (horizontal direction).
- the moving plate 31 is configured to be movable with respect to the under tablet cassette 2.
- Each of the plates 31 and 32 is located at a position away from the lower surface of the bottom plate 23.
- the support plate 3 should just be comprised so that it may move relatively with respect to the under tablet cassette 2.
- FIG. therefore, for example, a configuration in which each of the plates 31 and 32 can be moved may be employed.
- the “separated position” at which each of the plates 31 and 32 is provided means a position at a distance so that the relative movement with respect to the under tablet cassette 2 is not hindered.
- the bottom plate 23 is not biased by a spring or the like and hangs down by its own weight.
- the other end 23Y of the bottom plate 23 and the upper surfaces of the plates 31 and 32 (specifically, the sliding plates 311 and 321) abut.
- the base 231 of the bottom plate 23 does not contact the lower surface 22 b at the opening edge of the supply rod 22, so the lower opening is closed. It will not be in the state.
- the bottom plate 23 is supported from below by the support plate 3 and is prevented from being released (see FIG. 7A), and the unsupported state is opened (see FIG. 7B).
- a tablet hopper 4 is provided below the movable plate 31 and the fixed plate 32 (see FIG. 6C), and the dropped tablet M is packaged via the tablet hopper 4 (illustrated). Not).
- the upper surface of the fixed plate 32 is lower than the upper surface of the moving plate 31.
- the bottom plate 23 is supported on the main body 21 in the under tablet cassette 2 at the one end 23X.
- the other end 23Y of the bottom plate 23 hangs downward due to its own weight in the free state.
- the upper surface of the fixed plate 32 is higher than the upper surface of the moving plate 31.
- the other end portion 23Y of the bottom plate 23 may be caught on the left end portion of the fixed plate 32 in the figure, and the movement of the under tablet cassette 2 may be hindered.
- the upper surface of the fixed plate 32 is lower than the upper surface of the moving plate 31.
- a plurality of resin sliding plates 311 and 321 extending in the longitudinal direction are provided in parallel on the upper surfaces of the moving plate 31 and the fixed plate 32, respectively.
- the distance in the depth direction of the sliding plates 311 and 321 in each plate 31 and 32 is the same as the distance in the depth direction of the supply baskets 22.
- the moving plate 31 and the fixed plate 32 are provided with a gap in the longitudinal direction.
- the moving plate 31 is provided with a support arm 312 near the right end in the figure.
- the support arm 312 is made of resin, and as shown in FIG. 5A, the base end portion 312 a is located on the moving plate 31, and the tip end portion 312 b is located in the gap between the moving plate 31 and the fixed plate 32.
- the support arm 312 is urged by a spring, so that the tip 312b protrudes upward.
- the support arm 312 supports the bottom plate 23 located in the gap between the movable plate 31 and the fixed plate 32 from below, so that the bottom plate 23 is opened. To prevent.
- FIG. 5A shows an initial position of each component of the medicine supply device.
- the shutter 13 of the top tablet cassette 1 is closed.
- An operator who operates the medicine packaging machine first hands a required amount of tablets M in accordance with the prescription to each of the dispensing baskets 12... 12 of the top tablet cassette 1.
- the under tablet cassette 2 is placed on the left side of the drawing so that the distribution baskets 12 ... 12 of the top tablet cassette 1 and the supply baskets 22 ... 22 of the under tablet cassette 2 overlap vertically. Moved.
- the shutter 13 of the top tablet cassette 1 is opened in this state, the tablet M falls from the top tablet cassette 1 to the under tablet cassette 2.
- the under tablet cassette 2 moves to the right and enters the state shown in FIG. 6A.
- the under tablet cassette 2 and the moving plate 31 move horizontally to the left.
- the bottom plate 23 from which the support from the lower side by the moving plate 31 is released (in the illustrated example, the bottom plate 23 of the supply rod 22 located on the leftmost side) rotates to be in an open state.
- the tablet M falls from the supply basket 22 in the open state to the tablet hopper 4 provided below the support plate 3.
- the tablet M which fell to the tablet hopper 4 is wrapped by the packaging paper by the packaging mechanism (not shown) provided under the chemical
- the horizontal movement of the moving plate 31 to the left as shown in FIG. 6B is intermittently performed at a moving distance corresponding to the distance in the left-right direction in each of the supply rods 22.
- the right end of the moving plate 31 and the left end of the fixed plate 32 are positioned on the right side toward the back side. That is, the end face shape of the opposing side of each plate 31 and 32 is a “staircase”.
- the protruding portion 233 of the bottom plate 23 is positioned above the lower surface 22b of the peripheral edge in the lower opening of the supply rod 22 as shown in FIGS. 7A and 7C.
- the protrusion height (height H1 shown in FIG. 7A) of the protrusion 233 from the base portion 231 absorbs the vertical displacement due to the gap between the support plate 3 and the under tablet cassette 2.
- the other end 23Y of the bottom plate 23 is allowed to hang down. Therefore, it is difficult to form a gap through which the tablet M unexpectedly passes between the supply basket 22 and the bottom plate 23 in a state where the opening of the protruding portion 233 is prevented.
- the upper surface of the fixed plate 32 is provided at a position lower than the upper surface of the moving plate 31. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, when the under tablet cassette 2 is positioned above the fixed plate 32, compared with the case where the under tablet cassette 2 is positioned above the moving plate 31, The gap between them widens. In this embodiment, even in such a case, it is effective that a gap is formed by the protruding portion 233 of the bottom plate 23 being positioned above the lower surface 22b of the peripheral edge in the lower opening of the supply rod 22. Can be suppressed.
- the thin tablet M even when the thin tablet M is supplied, it is possible to suppress a gap that allows the tablet M to pass between the supply basket 22 and the bottom plate 23. Therefore, there is a possibility that the dropped tablet M may remain in the medicine packaging machine or the like, or a different amount (for example, an amount larger or smaller than the prescription) of the tablet M may be packaged. Can be reduced. And in order to suppress that the gap
- the shape of the bottom plate 23 is not limited to the shape of the present embodiment, and can be variously changed. Hereinafter, other embodiments of the bottom plate 23 will be described.
- the thing shown to FIG. 8A is provided with the protrusion part 233 of fixed height.
- 8B includes a protruding portion 233 having a certain height so as to extend along three sides of the base portion 231 excluding the side on the one end portion 23X side.
- the base 231 may be provided with a protrusion 233 having a certain height so as to be along only one side of the other end 23Y side.
- 8C includes protrusions 233 and 233 having a certain height in parallel so as to extend along two sides of the base 231 along the longitudinal direction of the under tablet cassette 2.
- the 8D has a configuration in which the base portion 231 and the shaft support portion 232 are integrally formed of stainless steel or the like, and a separately formed resin protrusion 233 is attached.
- the lower surface protruding portion 233 a that is a part of the protruding portion 233 also protrudes on the lower surface side of the base portion 231.
- the lower surface protruding portion 233a can reduce friction when the bottom plate 23 moves relative to the support plate 3. For this reason, in the case of this embodiment, the sliding plates 311 and 321 in the support plate 3 can be omitted.
- the bottom plate 23 has a flat plate shape similar to the conventional one, and the shape of the supply rod 22 is different.
- the supply rod 22 of this embodiment includes an inner peripheral edge 221 and an outer peripheral edge 222 at the peripheral edge of the lower opening.
- the lower surface 221 a of the inner peripheral edge 221 is located above the lower surface 222 a of the outer peripheral edge 222.
- the lower surface 22 b at the periphery of the lower opening coincides with the lower surface 222 a of the outer periphery 222.
- the bottom plate 23 can abut against the lower surface 221a of the inner peripheral edge 221. That is, the inner peripheral edge 221 and the outer peripheral edge 222 form a step on the peripheral edge of the lower opening in the supply rod 22.
- the bottom plate 23 in a state where the opening is blocked by the support plate 3 is located at this step.
- the upper surface of the bottom plate 23 is positioned above the lower opening of the supply rod 22 (the opening at the position of the lower surface 222 a of the outer peripheral edge 222) in a state where the opening of the bottom plate 23 is prevented.
