また、アゾール誘導体(I(-))またはアゾール誘導体(I(+))を有効成分として含む工業用材料保護剤は、アゾール誘導体(I(-))およびアゾール誘導体(I(+))以外にも種々の成分を含んでいてもよい。アゾール誘導体(I(-))またはアゾール誘導体(I(+))を有効成分として含む工業用材料保護剤は、適当な液体担体に溶解あるいは分散させるか、または固体担体と混合して使用することができる。アゾール誘導体(I(-))またはアゾール誘導体(I(+))を有効成分として含む工業用材料保護剤は、必要に応じて、さらに乳化剤、分散剤、展着剤、浸透剤、湿潤剤、および安定剤等を含んでいてもよい。また、アゾール誘導体(I(-))またはアゾール誘導体(I(+))を有効成分として含む工業用材料保護剤の剤型としては、水和剤、粉剤、粒剤、錠剤、ペースト剤、懸濁剤、噴霧材等を挙げることができる。アゾール誘導体(I(-))またはアゾール誘導体(I(+))を有効成分として含む工業用材料保護剤は、他の殺菌剤、殺虫剤、および劣化防止剤等を含んでいてもよい。
(1)(1,2-シス、1,3-シス)-3-(4-クロロベンジル)-2-ヒドロキシ-1-メチル-2-(1H-1,2,4-トリアゾール-1-イルメチル)-1-シクロペンタンカルボン酸(アゾール誘導体(II):R1=メチル、A=N、m=1、Y=4-Cl)の合成
クロム酸6.03gを水11.3mlに溶解し、ここに濃硫酸5.2mlをゆっくり滴下した。ここで生じた塩に水1.8mlを加えて溶解し、ジョーンズ試薬を調製した。既知の方法により合成された(1,2-シス、1,3-シス)-3-(4-クロロベンジル)-2-ヒドロキシ-1-メチル-2-(1H-1,2,4-トリアゾール-1-イルメチル)-1-シクロペンタンメタノール(アゾール誘導体(III):R1=メチル、A=N、m=1、Y=4-Cl)1.44gをアセトン45mlに溶解し、ここへ先に調製したジョーンズ試薬3.3mlを添加し、室温で1.5時間撹拌した。
収量:0.79g、収率:52.6%

(2)(1,2-シス、1,3-シス)-3-(4-クロロベンジル)-2-ヒドロキシ-1-メチル-2-(1H-1,2,4-トリアゾール-1-イルメチル)シクロペンタンカルボン酸メチル(アゾール誘導体(Ib):R1=メチル、R2=メチル、A=N、m=1、Y=4-Cl)の合成
アルゴン雰囲気下、化合物(2)0.102g(0.292mmol)を脱水メタノール1.0mlに懸濁させ、脱水ベンゼン3.6mlを加えて溶解させた後、ここに、2.0Mトリメチルシリルジアゾメタンのヘキサン溶液0.175ml(0.350mmol)を2分間かけて滴下した。発熱および発泡が治まった後、室温で2時間撹拌した。反応終了後、黄色の均一溶液から減圧下で溶媒を留去した。得られた残渣をシリカゲルカラムクロマトグラフィー(Wakogel C-300:5g,ヘキサン/酢酸エチル=1:1)で分離精製し、(1,2-シス、1,3-シス)-3-(4-クロロベンジル)-2-ヒドロキシ-1-メチル-2-(1H-1,2,4-トリアゾール-1-イルメチル)シクロペンタンカルボン酸メチル(以下、化合物(1)とする)を無色油状物として得た。
収量:0.111g、収率:100%

<製造例2:(1,2-シス、1,3-シス)-3-(4-クロロベンジル)-2-ヒドロキシ-1-メチル-2-(1H-1,2,4-トリアゾール-1-イルメチル)シクロペンタンカルボン酸メチル(-)-エナンチオマーおよび(+)-エナンチオマーの調製>
ラセミ体である化合物(1)をエタノールに溶解し、アミローストリス(3,5-ジメチルフェニルカルバメート)がシリカゲル担体に固定化されたセミ分取カラムをつないだ高速液体クロマトグラフィー(HPLC)に供し、分取分離を行った。
高速液体クロマトグラフ:LC-9A(島津製作所社製)
セミ分取カラム:製品名「CHIRALPAK IA」、ダイセル化学工業社製、内径20mm、長さ250mm、粒子径5μm
サンプル濃度:50,000ppm(エタノール液中)
移動相:ヘキサン:エタノール(15:1)
流速:5ml/min
検出波長:254nm
上記条件下で分離したところ、溶出時間が異なる2つのピークが検出された。それぞれのピークに由来する化合物の比旋光度を測定した結果、最初に溶出された化合物は、左旋性エナンチオマー((-)-エナンチオマー)であり、後に溶出された化合物は、右旋性エナンチオマー((+)-エナンチオマー)であった。以下、当該(-)-エナンチオマーを化合物(1(-))と称し、当該(+)-エナンチオマーを化合物(1(+))と称する。
化合物(1(-))の平均比旋光度:

<製剤例>
(水和剤)
化合物(1(-))または化合物(1(+)) 50 部
リグニンスルホン酸塩 5 部
アルキルスルホン酸塩 3 部
珪藻土 42 部
を粉砕混合して水和剤とし、水で希釈して使用した。
化合物(1(-))または化合物(1(+)) 3 部
クレー 40 部
タルク 57 部
を粉砕混合し、散粉として使用した。
化合物(1(-))または化合物(1(+)) 5 部
ベントナイト 43 部
クレー 45 部
リグニンスルホン酸塩 7 部
を均一に混合しさらに水を加えて練り合わせ、押し出し式造粒機で粒状に加工乾燥して粒剤とした。
化合物(1(-))または化合物(1(+)) 20 部
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルアリールエーテル 10 部
ポリオキシエチレンソルビタンモノラウレート 3 部
キシレン 67 部
を均一に混合溶解して乳剤とした。
角型プラスチックポット(6cm×6cm)を用いて栽培した子葉期のキュウリ(品種:SHARP1)に、上述の製剤例に示すような化合物(1(-))または化合物(1(+))の水和剤形態のものを、水で所定濃度(50mg/L)に希釈懸濁し、1,000L/haの割合で散布した。散布葉を風乾した後、灰色かび病菌の胞子液をしみこませたペーパーディスク(直径8mm)を乗せ、20℃高湿度条件下に保った。接種後、4日目にキュウリ灰色かび病の罹病度を表1に示す調査基準により調査して、防除価を下記式により算出した。結果を表2に示す。なお、散布区の平均罹病度が無散布区の平均罹病度を上回った場合には、防除価を0%とした。

角型プラスチックポット(6cm×6cm)を用いて栽培した第2葉期のコムギ(品種:農林61号)に、上述の製剤例に示すような化合物(1(-))または化合物(1(+))の水和剤形態のものを、水で所定濃度に希釈懸濁し、1,000L/haの割合で散布した。散布葉を風乾した後、コムギうどんこ病に感染したコムギ苗から、うどんこ病菌をふりかけ接種した。接種から7日後にコムギうどんこ病の罹病度を表3に示す調査基準により調査して、防除価を下記式により算出した。
防除価(%)=(1-(散布区の平均罹病度/無散布区の平均罹病度))×100
角型プラスチックポット(6cm×6cm)を用いて栽培した第2葉期のコムギ(品種:農林61号)に、上述の製剤例に示すような化合物(1(-))もしくは化合物(1(+))またはメトコナゾールの水和剤形態のものを、水で所定濃度に希釈懸濁し、1,000L/haの割合で散布した。散布葉を風乾した後、コムギ赤さび病菌の胞子(200個/視野に調整、終濃度60ppmとなるようにグラミンSを添加)を噴霧接種し、25℃高湿度条件下に48時間保った。その後は温室内で管理した。接種から12日後にコムギ赤さび病の罹病度を表5に示す調査基準により調査して、防除価を下記式により算出した。結果を表6に示す。
防除価(%)=(1-(散布区の平均罹病度/無散布区の平均罹病度))×100
ポット試験により、種子処理によるコムギ赤さび病の防除効果を評価した。処理量が20g ai/100kg seedsまたは2g ai/100kg seedsとなるようにDMSOに溶解した化合物(1(-))または化合物(1(+))をバイアル内でコムギ種子に塗沫した後、8粒のコムギ種子を80cm2ポットに播種した。温室内で下部給水管理し、播種15日後にコムギ赤さび病菌を接種し、湿箱に2日間保管した。その後、再び温室内で下部給水管理し、接種16日後にコムギ赤さび病の罹病度を試験例3における表5に示す調査基準により調査して、下記式により防除価を算出した。
防除価(%)=(1-(処理区の平均罹病度/無処理区の平均罹病度))×100
結果を表7に示す。
本試験例では、各種植物病原性糸状菌に対する抗菌性を試験した。

得られた結果を、表8に示す基準にしたがって5段階評価した。抗菌性指数が大きいほど、抗菌性に優れていることを示す。結果を表9および表10に示す。

<試験例6:茎葉散布処理によるコムギ葉枯病防除効果試験>
角型プラスチックポット(6cm×6cm)を用いて栽培した第2葉期のコムギ(品種:農林61号)に、上述の製剤例に示すような化合物(1(+))もしくは化合物(1(-))またはメトコナゾールの水和剤形態のものを、水で所定濃度に希釈懸濁し、1,000L/haの割合で散布した。散布葉を風乾した後、コムギ葉枯病菌の胞子液を接種した。接種から30日後にコムギ葉枯病の罹病度を、上記した表3に示す調査基準と同じ基準により調査して、防除価を下記式により算出した。結果を表11に示す。なお、散布区の平均罹病度が無散布区の平均罹病度を上回った場合には、防除価を0%とした。
防除価(%)=(1-(散布区の平均罹病度/無散布区の平均罹病度))×100
ポット試験により、種子処理による生育抑制の薬害を評価した。処理量が2または20g ai/100kg seedsとなるようにDMSOに溶解した化合物(1(+))または化合物(1(-))をバイアル内でコムギ種子に塗沫した後、8粒のコムギ種子を80cm2ポットに播種した。温室内で下部給水管理し、播種15日後にコムギの草丈を調査した。結果を表12に示す。
本試験例では、コムギ葉枯病菌に対する抗菌性を試験した。

得られた結果を、試験例5における表8に示す基準にしたがって5段階評価した。抗菌性指数が大きいほど、抗菌性に優れていることを示す。結果を表13に示す。
本試験例では、コムギ葉枯れ病菌以外の各種植物病原性糸状菌に対する抗菌性を試験した。
Claims (12)
- 下記一般式(I)で示されるアゾール誘導体であって、
Xは、-OR2または-NR2R3を表し、R2およびR3は、水素原子、炭素数1~3のアルキル基、炭素数2~3のアルケニル基または炭素数2~3のアルキニル基を表し、R2とR3とは互いに異なっていてもよく、
Yは、ハロゲン原子、炭素数1~4のアルキル基、炭素数1~4のハロアルキル基、炭素数1~4のアルコキシ基または炭素数1~4のハロアルコキシ基を表し、
mは、0~5の整数を表し、
Aは、窒素原子またはメチン基を表している。)
シクロペンタン環に結合している、-R1基、ヒドロキシ基および置換または無置換のベンジル基同士がシス型であり、
(-)-エナンチオマーであることを特徴とするアゾール誘導体。 - 上記一般式(Ia)中、R1は、炭素数1~4のアルキル基であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアゾール誘導体。
- 上記一般式(Ia)中、Aは、窒素原子であることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のアゾール誘導体。
- 上記一般式(Ia)中、R2は、水素原子または炭素数1~3のアルキル基であることを特徴とする請求項2~4の何れか1項に記載のアゾール誘導体。
- 下記一般式(I)で示されるアゾール誘導体であって、
Xは、-OR2または-NR2R3を表し、R2およびR3は、水素原子、炭素数1~3のアルキル基、炭素数2~3のアルケニル基または炭素数2~3のアルキニル基を表し、R2とR3とは互いに異なっていてもよく、
Yは、ハロゲン原子、炭素数1~4のアルキル基、炭素数1~4のハロアルキル基、炭素数1~4のアルコキシ基または炭素数1~4のハロアルコキシ基を表し、
mは、0~5の整数を表し、
Aは、窒素原子またはメチン基を表している。)
シクロペンタン環に結合している、-R1基、ヒドロキシ基および置換または無置換のベンジル基同士がシス型であり、
(+)-エナンチオマーであることを特徴とするアゾール誘導体。 - 上記一般式(Ia)中、R1は、炭素数1~4のアルキル基であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアゾール誘導体。
- 上記一般式(Ia)中、Aは、窒素原子であることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載のアゾール誘導体。
- 上記一般式(Ia)中、R2は、水素原子または炭素数1~3のアルキル基であることを特徴とする請求項7~9の何れか1項に記載のアゾール誘導体。
- 請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載のアゾール誘導体または請求項6~10の何れか1項に記載のアゾール誘導体を有効成分として含有することを特徴とする農園芸用薬剤または工業用材料保護剤。
- 請求項11に記載の農園芸用薬剤を用いて茎葉処理または非茎葉処理を行う工程を含むことを特徴とする植物病害防除方法。
