Definitions
- the present invention typically relates to a laminated fabric used for various clothing such as rain gear, mountaineering clothes, sportswear, outdoor work clothes, and the like.
- Patent Document 1 a laminated fabric in which a water-repellent nylon taffeta, a porous polytetrafluoroethylene film treated with a hydrophilic polyurethane resin, and nylon tricot are laminated is disclosed (Patent Document 1).
- the fabric used for the back surface (skin-side surface) of the laminate fabric as described in Patent Document 1 is thin and light so as not to increase the overall thickness and basis weight of the laminate fabric, and is in contact with the skin. Therefore, there is no need to feel sticky, and the sticky feeling of the inner resin film is required to be suppressed.
- a tricot knitted fabric having a concavo-convex structure formed on the surface of the fabric has been conventionally used.
- a moisture permeable and waterproof laminate fabric in which a moisture permeable waterproof layer is laminated on one side of the base fabric, and further a fabric made of processed yarn having a total fineness of 16 dtex or less is laminated thereon ( Patent Document 2).
- the moisture-permeable and waterproof laminate fabric as described in Patent Document 2 is exclusively intended to be excellent in lightness.
- the fabric is a woven fabric, there is a problem in the texture, and in the case of a knitted fabric Has the problem of physical properties that it deteriorates due to catching and friction.
- the object of the present invention is to provide physical properties against catching and abrasion on the back surface of the laminate in the field of laminate fabrics used for apparel applications that require windproof and waterproof moisture permeability. It is an object of the present invention to provide a laminate that solves the problems of skin separation and texture, and can be worn comfortably when made into clothing.
- the laminate fabric of the present invention has the following configuration (1).
- One kind selected from a group of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and nonwoven fabrics is used for the surface layer, a resin film or nonwoven fabric is used for the middle layer, and filament yarns of 60 dtex or less are used for at least a part of the back layer.
- a circular knitted fabric comprising knit stitches and tuck stitches, and having 9 to 72 tuck stitches between 12 wells ⁇ 12 courses, and the surface layer, middle layer and back layer are laminated.
- the laminated fabric of the present invention has any one of the following constitutions (2) to (14).
- the intermediate layer The above (1) is characterized by using a resin film or non-woven fabric having an air permeability measured by Japanese Industrial Standard JIS-L-1096 A method (fragile type) of 50 cc / cm 2 ⁇ sec or less.
- (12) The middle layer has a water resistance (waterproofness) of 100 cm or more according to the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS L 1092 A method, and a moisture permeability measured by the JIS L 1099 B-2 method is 50 g / m 2 ⁇ h.
- the use of a lining having a concavo-convex structure allows skin separation on the back surface (skin surface). Further, since the uneven structure is fine, a fabric having good physical properties such as prevention of catching by a surface fastener or a button on the back surface, wear resistance, etc., and a good texture is realized.
- the laminate fabric of the present invention has the above-described characteristics, and thus a laminate fabric suitable for various clothing such as rain gear, climbing clothes, sportswear, outdoor work clothes, and the like is provided.

- FIG. 7 is a structure diagram showing a single circular knitted fabric used in another example of the laminate fabric of the present invention.
- FIG. 8 is a structural diagram showing a single circular knitted fabric used in another example of the laminate fabric of the present invention.
- FIG. 9 is a structural diagram showing a single circular knitted fabric used in the laminated fabric of the comparative example.
- the laminate fabric of the present invention uses a kind selected from a group of woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and nonwoven fabrics for the surface layer, uses a resin film or nonwoven fabric for the middle layer, and has filament yarns of 60 dtex or less on the back layer.
- a circular knitted fabric which is used for at least a part and is composed of knit stitches and tuck stitches, and has 9 to 72 tuck stitches between 12 wells ⁇ 12 courses, and has a surface layer, a middle layer and a back layer. It is characterized by being laminated, and the configuration will be described in order below.
- circular knitted fabric has a soft texture because the fabric is composed of stitches and the connected yarns can move loosely, but has a drawback of poor physical properties against catching.
- the physical properties with respect to this catching are improved as the knitting density of the fabric is increased.
- the knitting density is increased too much, the basis weight of the fabric is heavy and is not suitable for the lining. Therefore, the most lightweight tengu tissue has been used in circular knitted fabrics.
- problems such as difficulty in handling because a run is likely to occur when the fabric is pulled, and poor skin separation when sweating due to the flat surface.
- the tack stitch is a stitch formed by a yarn that is not actually formed as shown in FIG. 1A but is hooked on the knit stitch.
- the tengu structure is a knitted fabric having a uniform stitch as shown in FIG. 3, and when pulled in the width direction as shown in FIG. 4, a uniform force is applied to each stitch, and the stitch e After the stitches are removed, the stitches f, g, and h are continuously run out.
- the knitted fabric has a non-uniform size as shown in FIG. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, even when the stitch a is pulled out when pulled in the width direction, a uniform force is not applied to the stitches b, c, and d, and the stitches are not easily pulled out and a run is not easily generated. By making the fabric less likely to generate orchids, it becomes easier to handle in dyeing and laminating.
- the knitted fabric including the tuck stitch has a non-uniform size of the knit stitch
- the knit stitch B has a convex structure and the knit stitches C and D have a concave structure as a whole in the fabric as shown in FIG. It becomes a fabric with an uneven structure. Therefore, the contact area between the skin and the knitted fabric is reduced, and the skin separation is good.
- the circular knitted fabric is composed of stitches, there is a gap, and when the gap becomes wide, the portion becomes easy to see through, and when the gap becomes narrow, it becomes difficult to see through. Due to the continuous variation in the gap, there is a drawback of vertical stripes (length-direction stripes) and horizontal steps (width-direction stripes). In a knitted fabric with a uniform stitch such as a tengu structure, even a slight gap difference makes the defect noticeable. On the other hand, knitted fabrics with tuck stitches have regularity, but the stitches are uneven, and there are tuck stitch yarns between the knit stitches, and the gaps are not uniform. It becomes. Also, the defects are more noticeable as the density increases.
- the number of tuck stitches is in the range of 9 to 72 between 12 wells ⁇ 12 courses. If the number of tack stitches is within the above range, the structure is not particularly limited, but a single circular knitted fabric is preferable in view of ease of weight reduction.
- the number of courses refers to the number of yarns supplied, not the number of knit stitches in the length direction that is normally used, and one feeder of the knitted fabric structure is counted as one course. That is, the term “between 12 wells ⁇ 12 courses” means that the width direction (well) is between twelve knit stitches and the length direction (course) is between twelve yarn feeds. For example, as shown in FIG. 6, a single circle that forms one complete knitting structure using four yarns of F1 to F4 and four yarns i, j, k, and l as used. In the case of a knitted fabric, the number of tack stitches A between 12 wells ⁇ 12 courses is 36.
- the number of tack stitches is preferably in the range of 18 to 54, more preferably in the range of 24 to 48.
- the uneven structure can be made more prominent.
- the tuck stitch has a structure hooked on the knit stitch, but if the tuck stitch is continued in the same well, the yarn of the tuck stitch overlaps the same knit stitch, and the convex structure of the overlapped portion is It will be remarkable. However, if the convex structure becomes too conspicuous, the physical properties with respect to the catching are deteriorated. Therefore, the number of tack stitches continuous in the same well is preferably 6 times or less, more preferably 5 times or less.
- the number of knit stitches per 6.45 cm 2 is a value obtained by multiplying the number of wells per 2.54 cm and the number of courses per 2.54 cm. If the number is small, the stitches are wide and rough. However, in the case of double circular knitted fabric, the total value of the knit stitch number of 6.45cm 2 per knit stitch number and dial surface of 6.45cm 2 per cylinder surface, and the knit stitch per 6.45cm 2 To do.
- the circular knitted fabric used in the present invention becomes a knitted fabric having a concavo-convex structure by including a tuck stitch, but by making the fine concavo-convex structure dense, the physical properties against skin separation, texture, and catch Can be further enhanced.
- the number of knit stitches per 6.45 cm 2 is preferably in the range of 1,000 or more and 20,000 or less.
- a more preferable range of the number of knit stitches per 6.45 cm 2 is a range of 1,000 or more and 15,000 or less, and a range of 2,000 or more and 10,000 or less is more preferable.
- the range of 2,500 to 9,000 is more preferable, and the range of 3,000 to 8,000 is most preferable.
- the circular knitted fabric is preferably used at least in part for filament yarns of 60 dtex or less, more preferably 48 dtex or less, and even more preferably 36 dtex or less, Furthermore, it is most preferable that it is 24 decitex or less.
- the ratio of the filament yarns to the fibers constituting the fabric is most preferably 100% by mass, since the larger one can reduce the weight. Moreover, it is preferable that the ratio is 25 mass% or more at least, and it is more preferable that it is 50 mass% or more.
- the number of filaments of the filament yarn is preferably in the range of 1 to 72, more preferably in the range of 3 to 36.
- a laminate fabric with a soft texture can be obtained when the number of filaments is large, but if the amount is too large, the single fiber fineness becomes too thin, resulting in poor physical properties against catching and abrasion.
- the filament yarn is preferably a synthetic fiber from the viewpoint of strength, durability, workability, and cost, and polyester fiber, polyamide fiber or polypropylene fiber is particularly preferable.
- synthetic fibers as long as they are filament yarns.
- recycled fibers such as rayon and cupra
- semi-synthetic fibers such as acetate and triacetate may be used in order to enhance hygroscopicity and color development.
- biodegradable fibers, side-by-side fibers, conductive fibers, fluorine fibers, and the like may be used.
- the filament yarn may be a raw yarn that is a straight yarn that has not been particularly processed after the yarn-making process, a false-twisted yarn, an air-mixed yarn, an air-entangled yarn, or a twisted yarn that has been processed.
- a single fiber having good converging properties.
- raw yarn that is a straight yarn subjected to slight air entanglement to give convergence is preferable.
- the filament yarn by using two or more kinds of different types of fibers as the filament yarn, it is possible to change the textured structure, appearance, and texture.
- the types include fineness, raw material, yarn processing, single fiber fineness, and cross-sectional shape.
- the uneven structure can be adjusted by using fibers having different finenesses.
- the fibers used for F2 and F4 have a large influence on the convex part, thick fibers are used for F2 and F4, and thin fibers are used for F1 and F3.
- the circular knitted fabric may be knitted with the knitting machine and knitting conditions adapted to the desired conditions, etc., and then final adjustment of the number of wells and the number of courses in the dyeing process to finish the target number of knitted stitches. it can.
- the knitting machine is not particularly limited as long as it is a circular knitting machine, but it is preferable to use a single circular knitting machine of 28 gauge or more if it is a single circular knitted fabric in order to obtain the desired number of knit stitches. Furthermore, when it is desired to increase the number of knit stitches, it is preferable to use a single circular knitting machine of 36 gauge or more. If it is a double circular knitted fabric, it is preferable to use a double circular knitted fabric of 22 gauge or more, and more preferably 28 gauge or more.
- the dyeing method can be processed by a conventionally known dyeing method.
- the fabric used for the surface layer of the laminate fabric of the present invention is any one of a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, and a nonwoven fabric.
- the woven fabric may be plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, Nanako weave, steep oblique weave, weft double weave, warp double weave, or the like.
- Types of knitted fabrics include flat knitting fabrics (tengu), 1 ⁇ 1 tengu, kanoko knitting, rib knitting, double-sided knitting (smooth), pearl knitting, ponch roman knitting, milan rib knitting, blister knitting You can use the ground single denbi, single cord, single atlas, half tricot, double denvi, satin, etc.
- nonwoven fabric As a kind of nonwoven fabric, a short fiber nonwoven fabric, a long fiber nonwoven fabric, a nonwoven fabric by flash spinning method, a nonwoven fabric by melt blow method, etc. can be used.
- the material constituting the fabric used for the surface layer is appropriately selected from natural fibers such as cotton and hemp, synthetic fibers such as polyester fibers and polyamide fibers, depending on the use in which the laminate fabric is used. be able to.
- the laminate fabric of the present invention is used for mountaineering where importance is placed on strength, durability, lightness, etc.
- a knitted fabric made of polyester fiber or polyamide fiber.
- the fabric used for the surface layer can be subjected to water repellent treatment or antistatic treatment as necessary.
- the fabric used for the surface layer the same as that used for the back fabric described above, “filament yarns of 60 dtex or less are used for at least a part of the fabric, and the knit stitch and the tack stitch are used.
- a “round knitted fabric having 9 to 72 stitches between 12 wells ⁇ 12 courses” may be used. In that case, it may be of the same specifications as the circular knitted fabric used for the back surface, or satisfies the above-mentioned range of the fineness of the filament yarn and the number of tuck stitches, but the one used for the back layer is specific. What is different may be used.
- the resin film or non-woven fabric used for the middle layer of the laminate fabric of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it has sufficient flexibility for use in clothing. If it is a resin film, for example, polyester resin such as polyurethane resin, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyolefin resin such as acrylic resin, polyethylene, polyolefin, polyamide resin, vinyl chloride resin, synthetic rubber, natural rubber, fluorine-containing resin A film such as can be used.
- resin film refers to a porous structure, as described later, in addition to a general resin thin film that is non-breathable, and therefore has appropriate breathability and moisture permeability. It is a concept including a resin thin film formed as described above. For example, a porous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film known by the brand “GORE-TEX” (registered trademark) may be used.
- PTFE porous polytetrafluoroethylene
- Non-woven fabrics such as polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl alcohol, polyamide, acrylonitrile, acetate, cellulose, polyurethane, etc. It can be used as appropriate. Moreover, what laminated
- the “intermediate layer” means the “intermediate layer” located between the front surface layer and the back surface layer, and the intermediate layer (intermediate layer) is a single layer.
- the present invention is not limited to this case, and the same layer may be a plurality of layers, or a plurality of different layers may constitute one middle layer (intermediate layer) as a whole.
- the thickness of the middle layer is preferably 1 ⁇ m or more and 300 ⁇ m or less, and more preferably 5 ⁇ m or more and 100 ⁇ m or less. If the thickness of the middle layer is less than 1 ⁇ m, there are many problems in handling during production, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if it exceeds 300 ⁇ m, the flexibility of the plastic film tends to be impaired, and it is not suitable for clothing. Measurement of the thickness of the middle layer is based on the thickness measured by a dial thickness gauge (measured using a TE-Clock SM-1201 1/1000 mm dial thickness gauge with no load other than the main body spring load).
- a windproof or waterproof / breathable film or nonwoven fabric for the middle layer.
- wind resistance can be imparted to the laminate fabric obtained by the present invention, or if a waterproof moisture-permeable film or waterproof moisture-permeable nonwoven fabric is used, Waterproof and moisture permeability can be imparted to the laminate fabric obtained by the present invention.
- the film or nonwoven fabric having waterproof and moisture permeability generally has windproof properties.
- the air permeability measured by the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS L 1096 A method is 50 cc / cm 2 ⁇ sec or less in the middle layer. It is preferable to use a resin film or a non-woven fabric.
- the air permeability is more preferably 10 cc / cm 2 ⁇ sec or less, and further preferably 0.1 cc / cm 2 ⁇ sec or less.
- the lower limit of the preferred range is generally 0.00 to 0.02 cc / cm 2 ⁇ sec.
- a resin film or nonwoven fabric having a water resistance (waterproofness) measured by the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS L 1092 A method of 100 cm or more is used as the middle layer. It is preferable to use it.
- the water resistance is more preferably 200 cm or more.
- the upper limit of the preferred range is generally 1000 to 5000 cm.
- the moisture permeability measured by the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS L 1099 B-2 method is preferably 50 g / m 2 ⁇ h or more.
- the waterproof moisture permeability means that it has “waterproofness” that prevents water and “moisture permeability” that allows water vapor to permeate. Moisture permeability can be imparted.
- the moisture permeability is more preferably 100 g / m 2 ⁇ h or more.
- the upper limit value of the moisture permeability is generally 2000 to 5000 g / m 2 ⁇ h because, if the moisture permeability is excessively high, the amount of water that is transmitted increases and the waterproof function is impaired.
- Examples of the resin film that satisfies the waterproof and moisture permeability include hydrophilic resin films such as polyurethane resins, polyester resins, silicone resins, and polyvinyl alcohol resins, polyolefin resins such as polyester resins, polyethylene, and polypropylene, fluorine-containing resins, and water repellent properties.
- a porous film made of a hydrophobic resin such as a polyurethane resin that has been treated (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as a “hydrophobic porous film”) can be used.
- the “hydrophobic resin” means that a smooth flat plate is formed using a resin, and the contact angle of water drops placed on the surface of the plate is 60 ° or more (measurement temperature 25 ° C.), more preferably It means a resin that is 80 degrees or more.
- the hydrophobic porous film maintains moisture permeability by a porous structure having pores (continuous pores) inside, while the hydrophobic resin constituting the film base allows water to enter the pores. Suppresses and exhibits waterproofness as a whole film.
- a porous film made of a fluorine-containing resin is suitable, and the above-described porous polytetrafluoroethylene film (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “porous PTFE film”). More preferred.
- a porous PTFE film is preferable because polytetrafluoroethylene, which is a resin component constituting the film base material, has high hydrophobicity (water repellency), and thus can achieve both excellent waterproofness and moisture permeability.
- nonwoven fabrics such as polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl alcohol, polyamide, and polyurethane can be used.
- the fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric is preferably an ultrafine fiber having a diameter of 1 ⁇ m or less, obtained by an electrospinning method, a melt blowing method, a flash spinning method, a composite spinning method, etc., and by arranging the fibers in a sheet form A non-woven fabric is obtained.
- a melt blow method, an electrospinning method, and the like are preferable in that it is easy to control the production of ultrafine fibers and easily obtain a nonwoven fabric having desired characteristics.
- a solution method or a melting method is used, and a nonwoven fabric can be formed by appropriately selecting from the solution method or the melting method depending on the components forming the fibers.
- a nonwoven fabric using ultrafine fibers using a solution method using dimethylformamide as a polyurethane for water, a solvent method using water as a solvent for polyvinyl alcohol, and a melting method for thermoplastic resins such as polyester, polyamide and thermoplastic polyurethane. can be obtained.
- polyurethane is preferably used because of its stretchability.
- a plurality of these resin films and nonwoven fabrics may be laminated and used as an intermediate layer.
- a method of directly coating the fabric or a coating And can be laminated using a manufacturing technique such as a laminating method in which the fabric is bonded to the fabric with an adhesive or the like.
