Abstract
【解決手段】表面層に織物、編物、不織布の一群の中から選ばれる一種を使用し、中層に樹脂フィルムまたは不織布を使用し、裏面層に、60デシテックス以下のフィラメント糸条が少なくとも一部に使用され、ニット編目およびタック編目からなり、かつ該タック編目数が12ウエル×12コース間に9〜72個である丸編地を使用し、前記表面層、中層および裏面層が積層されてなることを特徴とする積層体布帛。

Description
(1)表面層に織物、編物、不織布の一群の中から選ばれる一種を使用し、中層に樹脂フィルムまたは不織布を使用し、裏面層に、60デシテックス以下のフィラメント糸条が少なくとも一部に使用され、ニット編目およびタック編目からなり、かつ該タック編目数が12ウエル×12コース間に9〜72個である丸編地を使用し、前記表面層、中層および裏面層が積層されてなることを特徴とする積層体布帛。
(2)前記丸編地の、6.45cm2 当たりのニット編目数が1,000個以上、20,000個以下であることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の積層体布帛。
(3)前記丸編地の、6.45cm2 当たりのニット編目数が1,000個以上、15,000個以下であることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の積層体布帛。
(4)前記丸編地の、6.45cm2 当たりのニット編目数が2,000個以上、10,000個以下であることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の積層体布帛。
(5)前記丸編地の、6.45cm2 当たりのニット編目数が2,500個以上、9,000個以下であることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の積層体布帛。
(6)前記丸編地の、6.45cm2 当たりのニット編目数が3,000個以上、8,000個以下であることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の積層体布帛。
(7)前記丸編地が、シングル丸編地であることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の積層体布帛。
(8)前記フィラメント糸条が、36デシテックス以下のものであることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(7)のいずれかに記載の積層体布帛。
(9)前記フィラメント糸条として、2種類以上のフィラメント糸条が使用されていることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(8)のいずれかに記載の積層体布帛。
(10)前記フィラメント糸条として、2種類以上の繊度のフィラメント糸条が使用されていることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(9)のいずれかに記載の積層体布帛
(11)前記中層が、日本工業規格JIS−L−1096 A法(フラジール形)により測定された通気度が50cc/cm2 ・sec以下である樹脂フィルムまたは不織布を使用してなることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(10)のいずれかに記載の積層体布帛。
(12)前記中層が、日本工業規格JIS L 1092 A法による耐水度(防水性)が100cm以上であり、かつ、JIS L 1099 B−2法により測定された透湿度が50g/m2 ・h以上である樹脂フィルムまたは不織布を使用してなることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(11)のいずれかに記載の積層体布帛。
(13)前記丸編地が、目付が50g/m2 以下のものであることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(12)のいずれかに記載の積層体布帛。
(14)前記丸編地が、カバーファクター(CF)が200〜800のものであることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(13)のいずれかに記載の積層体布帛。

ただし、ダブル丸編地の場合は、片面のカバーファクターの値ともう一方の面のカバーファクターの値を算出し、合計した値をカバーファクターの値とする。
(1)ニット編目数
シングル丸編地の場合、まず、編地の巾方向2.54cmあたりの編目の数であるウエル数と編地の長さ方向2.54cmあたりの編目の数であるウエル数を3ヶ所測定し、それぞれの平均値を算出し整数に丸める。測定は、編目100個あたりの長さを測定し、その値から2.54cm当たりの編目の数を換算する。ただし、コース数の測定において図8や図9のように編目の数が違うウエルが存在する組織の場合、それぞれの編目の数を測定し、コース数の平均値を算出する。その算出したウエル数とコース数とを掛け算することにより算出した値を6.45cm2あたりのニット編目数とした。
(2)タック編目数
シングル丸編み地の場合は、1完全編組織の12ウエル間のタック編目数から、下記の式にて12コース間の値に換算し、小数点以下1桁に丸めた値を12ウエル×12コース間のタック編目数とした。

ダブル丸編地の場合は、本文中に記載しているとおりである。
(3)通気度
日本工業規格JIS L 1096 A法(フラジール形)に基づき、試験片の通気度(cc/cm2・sec)を測定した。測定は5回とし、その平均値を算出し、小数点以下1桁に丸めた。
(4)耐水度
日本工業規格JIS L 1092 A法(低水圧法)に基づき、試験片の耐水度(cm)を測定した。ただし、水位の上昇速度は600mm/分±30mm/分で行った。
(5)透湿度
日本工業規格JIS L 1099 B−2法(酢酸カリウム法の別法)に基づき、透湿度(g/m2・h)を測定した。
(6)目付
日本工業規格JIS L 1096に基づき、試験片の単位面積あたりの質量(g/m2)を測定した。
(7)面ファスナーに対する耐久性
日本工業規格JIS L 0849に記載される摩擦試験機II形の摩擦子に、面ファスナーのフック側(クラレファスニング(株)製「ニュー・エコマジック」(登録商標))を試験台側に向けて装着し、試験片台には積層体布帛の裏面層(肌面層)を摩擦子側に向けて装着した。この状態で摩擦子には2Nの荷重をかけ、生地のタテ方向およびヨコ方向で各3枚をそれぞれ100回摩擦した。試験片の摩擦された部位の状態を次の4段階で評価し、タテ方向およびヨコ方向それぞれの平均値を算出し整数に丸めた。ただし、摩擦された部分の面積は1995mm2(105×19mm)として計算した。
≪評価基準≫1級:生地組織が崩れている面積が摩擦された部分の内15%以上のもの
2級:生地組織が崩れている面積が摩擦された部分の内15%未満のもの
3級:生地組織は崩れていないが、多少の毛羽立ちがあるもの
4級:変化がないもの
(8)風合い
風合いの評価は、男女10名が従来品と積層体布帛の裏面の触り心地を比較し、次の4段階で評価した。従来品としては、一般的によく使用されるトリコット裏地を使用した積層体布帛である比較例4のものを使用した。
≪評価基準≫ ◎:従来品より良い
○:従来品より少し良い。
△:従来品程度である。
×:従来品より悪い。
(9)肌離れ
肌離れは、タテ10cm×ヨコ10cmの積層体布帛の裏面に0.3ccの水をサンプル全体に付与した後すぐに手で触って評価した。男女10名が従来品と比較し、肌離れ性を次の4段階で評価した。従来品としては、一般的によく使用されるトリコット裏地を使用した積層体布帛である比較例4のものを使用した。

○:従来品より少し良い。
△:従来品程度である。
×:従来品より悪い。
(10)積層体布帛としての総合評価
≪評価基準≫ ○:積層体布帛として優れている
×:積層体布帛として優れていない
表面層用として、経糸および緯糸ともに33デシテックス、26フィラメントのナイロン生糸で構成された平織組織の織物(目付:40g/m2)にフッ素系撥水剤で撥水処理した生地を準備した。

- 表面層に織物、編物、不織布の一群の中から選ばれる一種を使用し、中層に樹脂フィルムまたは不織布を使用し、裏面層に、60デシテックス以下のフィラメント糸条が少なくとも一部に使用され、ニット編目およびタック編目からなり、かつ該タック編目数が12ウエル×12コース間に9〜72個である丸編地を使用し、前記表面層、中層および裏面層が積層されてなることを特徴とする積層体布帛。
- 前記丸編地の、6.45cm2 当たりのニット編目数が1,000個以上、20,000個以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層体布帛。
- 前記丸編地の、6.45cm2 当たりのニット編目数が1,000個以上、15,000個以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層体布帛。
