背景技术
以往,在衣料用途中提出了在机织物、针织物的坯布的单面利用涂覆或层压的手段层叠树脂膜而成的具有防风性的透湿防水性布帛(例如专利文献1)。
另一方面,透湿防水性布帛中,需要不仅透湿性优异,而且轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异的、穿着舒适性良好的布帛。
然而,目前还没有提出透湿性、轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异的布帛。

发明内容
本发明鉴于上述的背景而完成,其目的在于提供一种透湿性、轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异的、多层结构布帛及其制造方法和纤维制品。
本发明人为了实现上述课题而进行了深入研究,结果发现通过使所使用的纤维的纤度、形状、布帛的结构等优化,从而能够得到透湿性、轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异的多层结构布帛,进而通过反复深入地进行研究,从而完成了本发明。

以下,对本发明的实施方式详细地进行说明。本发明的多层结构布帛含有由单层圆型针织物构成的布帛和层叠于该布帛而成的树脂膜,所述单层圆型针织物含有总纤度44dtex以下的非卷缩合成纤维复丝,并且针织密度为45~130横列/2.54cm且55~120纵行/2.54cm。
其中,树脂膜可以层叠于所述布帛的两面,也可以层叠于单面。优选为后者(即多层结构布帛具有2层结构)。
所述非卷缩合成纤维复丝中,在总纤度大于44dtex的情况下,轻量性、透湿性受损,因而不优选。优选的总纤度为8~40dtex(更优选为8~25dtex,进一步优选为8~19dtex)。上述非卷缩合成纤维复丝中,单纤维纤度没有特别限定,但单纤维纤度优选为0.9~2.8dtex。纤维数优选为15~300根。

另外,所述非卷缩合成纤维复丝中,拉伸强度为4.0cN/dtex以上(更优选为4.2cN/dtex以上,更优选为4.5cN/dtex以上,进一步优选为5.5~10.0cN/dtex)时,多层结构布帛的撕裂强力向上,因而优选。此外,为了得到拉伸强度为4.0cN/dtex以上的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纤维,例如可以通过日本特开2013-119689号公报、日本特开2010-168675号公报中记载的制造方法制造。即,为如下的方法:将特性粘度为0.7~1.5的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯在290~310℃下熔融,从具有圆截面的喷出孔的喷丝头喷出熔融聚合物,用冷风冷却后,采用注油嘴赋予油剂,拉伸后卷曲的方法(或者作为未拉伸丝卷曲后拉伸的方法)。
另外,所述非卷缩合成纤维复丝中,单纤维横截面形状没有特别限定,可以为圆、三角、扁平、中空等公知的截面形状。
作为形成所述非卷缩合成纤维复丝的聚合物的种类,没有特别限定,优选为聚酯、聚酰胺等。也优选材料再生或化学再生的聚酯、聚酰胺等。进而,可以是日本特开2004-270097号公报、日本特开2004-211268号公报中记载的、使用含有特定的磷化合物以及钛化合物的催化剂而得到的聚酯。该聚合物中,在不损害本发明的目的的范围内,可以根据需要含有1种或2种以上的微孔形成剂、阳离子染料可染剂、着色防止剂、热稳定剂、荧光増白剂、消光剂、着色剂、吸湿剂、无机微粒。
所述单层圆型针织物中,可以含有所述非卷缩合成纤维复丝以外的纤维,最优选仅由所述非卷缩合成纤维复丝构成構成。
所述单层圆型针织物中,重要的是具有45~130横列/2.54cm且55~120纵行/2.54cm的针织密度。针织密度大于该范围时,厚度有可能变大。反之,针织密度小于该范围时,布帛的撕裂强力等有可能降低。
另外,所述单层圆型针织物中,从轻量性的观点出发,克重优选为50g/m2以下(更优选为20~41g/m2)。该克重大于50g/m2时,轻量性有可能受损。
所述单层圆型针织物中,所述圆型针织物的组织为纬编组织,为平编(平针)、集圈网眼组织、1×1平针等,没有特别限定,考虑到克重、厚度、抗钩丝性、成本等,优选为平针组织。
作为所述单层圆型针织物的制造方法,使用所述的非卷缩合成纤维复丝,优选使用46隔距以上(优选为46~80隔距)的单面圆型针织机进行编织。
可以对上述单层圆型针织物适当实施通常的染色加工、减量加工、起毛加工、疏水加工、蓄热加工、吸汗加工等后续加工。此时,用于染色的染料为分散染料、阳离子性染料、酸性染料等,没有特别限定,但阳离子性染料需要选择利用阳离子性染料可染色的纤维,因此使用通用性更高的分散染料较为适宜。另外,作为用于疏水加工的疏水剂,可使用石蜡系疏水剂、聚硅氧烷系疏水处理剂、氟系疏水处理剂、无氟疏水剂等公知的处理剂。该处理也可利用一般进行的压染法、喷雾法等公知的方法进行。
本发明的多层结构布帛是树脂膜层叠于所述单层圆型针织物而成的。此时,所述树脂膜优选为氨基甲酸酯膜、聚酯膜、聚碳酸酯膜或氟系膜。作为树脂膜的厚度,从轻量性、透湿性方面出发,优选为15μm以下(更优选为5~15μm)。为了减轻穿着时的摩擦,可以将树脂部分地印至2层结构的膜面。
因此,氨基甲酸酯树脂膜可举出由具有透湿性的氨基甲酸酯树脂构成的膜、氨基甲酸酯树脂涂层等,并没有限定。作为氟系膜,可举出聚四氟乙烯树脂膜(例如Gore-Tex公司制)等,没有限定。另外,可以为丙烯树脂涂层。
作为聚酯膜,适宜使用由聚醚-酯系弹性体、PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)构成的聚酯膜。
上述膜可以为多孔质膜,可以为以具有透湿性的聚酯为主成分的无孔质膜。为了对聚酯赋予透湿性,没有特别限定,但适宜使用使聚乙二醇等的吸湿性材料与聚酯共聚的方法。根据需要,可添加氧化硅、氧化钛、氮化钛、氮化硼、碳化硼、碳化硅、氮化硅、钛酸钾、酸化锌、氧化铝、硼酸铝等无机微粒、丙烯酸系、氨基甲酸酯系、聚酯系、聚酰胺系等有机微粒。另外,可以添加用于赋予颜色的着色用颜料、用于提高被膜强度的交联剂、抗氧化剂、增粘剂等。另外,膜可以通过层压而层叠于基布。优选为粘接剂。
这样得到的多层结构布帛的透湿性、轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异。此时,多层结构布帛的克重优选为79g/m2以下(更优选为20~79g/m2,特别优选为30~68g/m2)。另外,多层结构布帛的厚度优选为0.3mm以下(更优选为0.1~0.3mm,特别优选为0.11~0.21mm)。另外,多层结构布帛的透湿性优选为20000g/m2·24h以上(更优选为20000~150000g/m2·24h,特别优选为30000~100000g/m2·24h)。
接着,根据本发明,可以得到使用所述多层结构布帛而成的纤维制品,该纤维制品是选自运动服、户外服、雨衣、男装、女装、工作服、防护服、人造皮革、鞋、包、窗帘、帐篷、睡袋、防水片材、伞以及汽车座椅中的任一种。
上述纤维制品使用所述多层结构布帛,由此透湿性、轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异。此时,所述纤维制品中,优选重量为150g/1件以下(更优选为10~150g/1件)。
实施例
以下,举出实施例详细说明本发明,但本发明不受这些实施例的任何限定。此外,实施例中的各物性根据下述的方法测定。
<总纤度>
根据JIS L1013(2010) 8.3.1 A法算出总纤度。
<克重>
根据JISL1096(1990) 6.4测定。
<厚度>
根据JISL1096(1990) 6.5测定。
<透湿性>
根据JISL1099(1993) B―1测定。
<纱线强度(拉伸强度)>
使用拉伸试验机,在丝长25cm、拉伸速度200cm/min的条件下,在室温下测定。
[实施例1]
使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复丝非卷缩纱11dtex/10fil,并使用60隔距的针织机而编织平针组织的单面圆型针织物作为圆型针织物后,通过包括疏水加工在内的通常的染色工序,利用分散染料染成蓝色。之后,将聚氨基甲酸酯系树脂制的亲水性无孔质氨基甲酸酯膜(厚度14μm)使用氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂而层压在所述圆型针织物的沉降弧(sinkerloop)面,由此得到多层结构布帛(克重:35.8g/m2)。将评价结果示于表1。
接着,使用该多层结构布帛得到衣料(运动服,重量150g/1件以下)并穿着后,其结果透湿性、轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异。
[实施例2]
使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复丝非卷缩纱11dtex/10fil,并使用60隔距的针织机而编织平针组织的单面圆型针织物作为圆型针织物后,通过包括疏水加工的通常的染色工序,利用分散染料染色成蓝色。之后,将聚氨基甲酸酯系树脂制的亲水性无孔质氨基甲酸酯膜(厚度14μm)使用氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂而层压在所述圆型针织物的沉降弧面,由此得到双层布帛。对该双层层叠布帛的膜面,使用聚氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂,与作为背面层用的7dtex/1fil特里科经编针织物贴合而得到三层层叠体布帛(克重:49.5g/m2)。将评价结果示于表1。
接着,使用该多层结构布帛得到衣料(运动服,重量150g/1件以下)并穿着,其结果透湿性、轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异。
[实施例3]
使用尼龙非卷缩纱11dtex/10fil,并使用60隔距的针织机而编织平针组织的单面圆型针织物作为圆型针织物后,通过包括疏水加工的通常的染色工序,利用酸性染料染色成蓝色。之后,将聚氨基甲酸酯系树脂制的亲水性无孔质氨基甲酸酯膜(厚度14μm)使用氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂而层压在所述圆型针织物的沉降弧面,由此得到多层结构布帛(克重:40.3g/m2)。将评价结果示于表1。
接着,使用该多层结构布帛得到衣料(运动服,重量150g/1件以下)并穿着,其结果透湿性、轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异。
[实施例4]
使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复丝非卷缩纱17dtex/18fil,并使用60隔距的针织机而编织平针组织的单面圆型针织物作为圆型针织物后,通过包括疏水加工的通常的染色工序,利用分散染料染色成蓝色。之后,将聚酯系树脂制的亲水性无孔质聚酯膜(厚度12μm)使用氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂而层压在所述圆型针织物的沉降弧面,由此得到多层结构布帛(克重:40.4g/m2)。将评价结果示于表1。
接着,使用该多层结构布帛得到衣料(运动服,重量150g/1件以下)并穿着,其结果透湿性、轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异。
[实施例5]
使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复丝非卷缩纱33dtex/36fil,并使用46隔距的针织机而编织平针组织的单面圆型针织物作为圆型针织物后,通过包括疏水加工的通常的染色工序,利用分散染料染色成蓝色。之后,将聚氨基甲酸酯系树脂制的亲水性无孔质氨基甲酸酯膜(厚度14μm)使用氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂而层压在所述圆型针织物的沉降弧面,由此得到多层结构布帛(克重:65.2g/m2)。将评价结果示于表1。
接着,使用该多层结构布帛得到衣料(运动服,重量150g/1件以下)并穿着,其结果透湿性、轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异。
[比较例1]
使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复丝非卷缩纱22dtex/24fil,并使用40隔距的针织机而编织双罗纹组织的双面圆型针织物作为圆型针织物后,通过包括疏水加工的通常的染色工序,利用分散染料染色成绀色。之后,将聚氨基甲酸酯系树脂制的亲水性无孔质氨基甲酸酯膜使用氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂而层压在所述圆型针织物的单面,由此得到多层结构布帛(克重:80.0g/m2)。将评价结果示于表1。
[比较例2]
使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯复丝非卷缩纱22dtex/24fil,并使用40隔距的针织机编织双罗纹组织的双面圆型针织物作为圆型针织物后,通过包括疏水加工的通常的染色工序,利用分散染料染色成绀色。之后,将聚氨基甲酸酯系树脂制的亲水性无孔质氨基甲酸酯膜使用氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂而层压在所述圆型针织物的单面,由此得到双层布帛。对该双层层叠布帛的膜面,使用聚氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂,与作为背面层用的22dtex/24fil圆型针织物贴合而得到三层层叠体布帛(克重:120.0g/m2)。将评价结果示于表1。
产业上的可利用性
根据本发明,提供一种透湿性、轻量性、伸缩性、薄度优异的多层结构布帛及其制造方法和纤维制品,其工业上的价值极大。
Claims (13)
1.一种多层结构布帛,其特征在于,是含有布帛和树脂膜的多层结构布帛,
所述布帛是单层圆型针织物,所述单层圆型针织物含有总纤度44dtex以下的非卷缩合成纤维复丝,并且针织密度为45~130横列/2.54cm且55~120纵行/2.54cm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层结构布帛,其中,所述非卷缩合成纤维复丝由聚酯纤维或聚酰胺纤维构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多层结构布帛,其中,在所述非卷缩合成纤维复丝中,拉伸强度为4.0cN/dtex以上。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的多层结构布帛,其中,所述非卷缩合成纤维复丝为再生纱。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的多层结构布帛,其中,所述单层圆型针织物具有平针组织。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的多层结构布帛,其中,所述树脂膜为氨基甲酸酯膜、聚酯膜、聚碳酸酯膜或氟系膜。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的多层结构布帛,其中,所述树脂膜的厚度为15μm以下。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的多层结构布帛,其中,多层结构布帛的克重为79g/m2以下。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的多层结构布帛,其中,多层结构布帛的厚度为0.3mm以下。
10.根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的多层结构布帛,其中,多层结构布帛的透湿性为20000g/m2·24h以上。
11.根据权利要求1所述的多层结构布帛的制造方法,其中,使用46隔距以上的单面圆型针织机而得到单层圆型针织物后,将树脂膜层叠于该单层圆型针织物。
12.一种纤维制品,是使用权利要求1~10中任一项所述的多层结构布帛而制成的,所述纤维制品是选自运动服、户外服、雨衣、男装、女装、工作服、防护服、人造皮革、鞋、包、窗帘、帐篷、睡袋、防水片材、伞以及汽车座椅中的任一种。
13.根据权利要求12所述的纤维制品,其中,所述纤维制品的重量为150g/1件以下。
