Description
なお、上記ポリマー中には、各種安定剤、紫外線吸収剤などが必要に応じて配合されていてもよい。
上記テトラメチレングリコールのモル分率のさらに好ましい範囲は、70モル%未満〜50モル%以上の範囲である。
また、前記透湿防水層の上に、例えば無機微粒子を含む透湿性高分子樹脂が全面にまたは部分的に積層されていてもよい。
その際、布帛Aを積層する方法としては縫製でもよいが、ウレタン系接着剤などの接着剤で接着させることが好ましい。
本発明の繊維製品は前記の透湿防水性布帛を用いているので、結露が発生しにくい。
<溶解速度>海・島ポリマーの各々0.3Φ−0.6L×24Hの口金にて1,000〜2,000m/分の紡糸速度で糸を巻き取りし、さらに残留伸度が30〜60%の範囲になるように延伸して、84dtex/24filのマルチフィラメントを作製した。これを各溶剤にて溶解しようとする温度で浴比100にて溶解時間と溶解量から、減量速度を算出した。
<単繊維径>布帛A表面を電子顕微鏡で写真撮影した後、n数5で単繊維径を測定しその平均値を求めた。
<吸水性>結露防止性の代用特性として布帛A表面の吸水性をJIS L−1907に記載された滴下法により測定した。
<目付>JISL1096 6.4により測定した。
<風合い>試験者3人により布帛A表面の風合いを官能検査し、3級:さらさらとした風合いである、2級:普通である、1級:凹凸が大きくざらざらした風合いである、の3段階に評価した。の
基布として通常のポリエチレンテレフタレートマルチフィラメント仮撚捲縮加工糸84
dtex/72filを経糸および緯糸に用いて公知の緯2重織組織の生機を織成した後、撥水加工を含む通常の染色工程にて分散染料により黒色に染色することにより、基布としてポリエステル織物(目付93gr/m2)を得た。その後、デュポン(株)製無孔質透湿性透明ポリエステルフィルム(商品名:アクティブレイヤー、厚み10μm)をウレタン系接着剤で、前記基布の片面にラミネーションすることにより透湿防水層を形成した。
また、該透湿防水性布帛を、布帛Aが肌側となるよう用いてスポーツウェア(Tシャツ)を縫製したところ、結露が発生せず、また着用時にべとつかないものであった。
布帛A(裏材)として、ポリエチレンテレフタレート仮撚捲縮加工糸33dtex/36fil(帝人ファイバー(株)製)のみを用いてトリコット生機を編成したこと以外は実施例1と同様に行った。
得られた布帛は、肌側(布帛A側)から見てポリエステルフィルム上に積層されたトリコットの柄が見え、大変外観がよいものとなったが、布帛A表面は凹凸が大きくざらざらした風合い(1級)であった。さらに、布帛A表面の吸水性(ウィッキング性)を測定したところ、3秒とよくないものであった。
また、該透湿防水性布帛を、布帛Aが肌側となるよう用いてスポーツウェア(Tシャツ)を縫製したところ、結露が発生した。また着用時にべとつくものであった。
Claims (10)
- 基布の片面に透湿防水層が積層され、該透湿防水層の基布とは反対面に、単繊維径が1.5μm以下の極細繊維を含む布帛Aが積層されてなることを特徴とする透湿防水性布帛。
- 前記極細繊維の単繊維径が10〜1000nmの範囲内である、請求項1に記載の透湿防水性布帛。
- 前記極細繊維がポリエステルからなる、請求項1または2に記載の透湿防水性布帛。
- 前記布帛Aに他の繊維としてポリエステル仮撚捲縮加工糸が含まれる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の透湿防水性布帛。
- 前記布帛Aが織物組織または編物組織を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の透湿防水性布帛。
- 前記基布がポリエステル繊維で構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の透湿防水性布帛。
- 前記基布が織物組織を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の透湿防水性布帛。
- 前記基布に撥水加工が施されてなる、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の透湿防水性布帛。
- 前記透湿防水層が、厚さ2〜30μmの透湿防水性ポリエステルフィルムを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の透湿防水性布帛。
- 布帛A表面における吸水性が、JIS L−1907に記載された滴下法により測定して2秒以下である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の透湿防水性布帛。
