Abstract
Description
サブカバー27とメインカバー28との摺動性を向上させ、摺動に際しての騒音を低減し塗装剥がれの問題を解決するため、以下のような構造としてもよい。なお、以下の図8から図15で説明する実施形態は、上述した実施例と異なる点のみ記載し、その他の構造等は上述した実施例と同様である。
図8及び図9に示すように、サブカバー27の上面に、メインカバー28のスライド方向に延びるゴム板40を貼付けてもよい。なお、ゴム板40の個数は適宜変更してもよい(図8では3枚のゴム板40)。このようにゴム製のゴム板40を設けることで、金属製のメインカバー28とゴム板40とが接触しながらメインカバー28が摺動するので、摺動に際しての騒音を低減し、メインカバー28の塗装剥がれの問題を解決できる。なお、ゴム板40としてはゴム製に限らず、樹脂製のものを用いてもよい。
又は、図10に示すように、メインカバー28の裏側にゴム板40を貼り付けてもよい。この場合、サブカバー27の上面には図8及び図9のようなゴム板40は設けない。メインカバー28が摺動時には、ゴム板40とサブカバー27が接触する。このような構造によっても、摺動に際しての騒音を低減し、メインカバー28の塗装剥がれの問題を解決できる。
一方で、図11及び図12に示すように、サブカバー27の上面に、メインカバー28のスライド方向に延びるレール41を設け、メインカバー28にこのレール41に沿って移動するローラ42を設けてもよい。ローラ42は、メインカバー28に支持台43を介して回転可能に支持される。図12では、一つの支持台43に一つのローラ42が指示された例を示しているが、図13に示すように、支持台43に複数(図13では8個)のローラ42を支持させてもよい。このようにレール41とローラ42を用いれば、メインカバー28の摺動性が向上し、摺動に際しての騒音を低減し、メインカバー28の塗装剥がれの問題を解決できる。なお、レール41及びローラ42は金属製であってもよいが、いずれか一方をゴム又は樹脂で成形すれば、さらなる騒音低減を実現できる。
また、図14及び図15に示すように、サブカバー27側にローラ42を設けてもよい。この場合、サブカバー27の摺動面とは反対側の面に支持台43を設け、ここにローラ42を支持し、サブカバー27を切欠いてこの切欠きからローラ42の一部が露出するようにすればよい。これにより、メインカバー28の摺動に伴って露出した部分のローラ42がメインカバー28に当接しながら回転する。したがって、このような構造によっても、メインカバー28の摺動性が向上し、摺動に際しての騒音を低減し、メインカバー28の塗装剥がれの問題を解決できる。なお、必要に応じてメインカバー28にレール41を設けてもよい。

Claims (4)
- 建設機械の下部走行体の前部及び後部の少なくとも一方に設けられた排土装置であって、
前記下部走行体の幅方向に延びる排土板と、
前記下部走行体に固定されて前記排土板と前記下部走行体との間に介装され、前記排土板を前記下部走行体に対して昇降させる昇降ユニットと、
該昇降ユニットを覆うカバーユニットと
を備え、
前記排土板は、地面に対してほぼ垂直な状態で前記地面に接した状態の接地位置及び前記地面から離れて最も上昇した格納位置との間で前記昇降ユニットを介して移動可能であり、
前記カバーユニットは、前記昇降ユニット上部から前記排土板に向けて延びるサブカバーと、該サブカバーの上面に対してスライド可能なメインカバーとを有し、
該メインカバーは、一方の端部が前記排土板の上面に略接して回動可能に取付けられていて、かつ前記排土板が前記接地位置にあるときに他方の端部が前記サブカバーと重なっていることを特徴とする建設機械の排土装置。 - 前記サブカバーは、前記排土板側である先端側が下向きに湾曲した湾曲部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械の排土装置。
- 前記メインカバーは、幅方向に亘って前記昇降ユニット側に折れ曲がる屈曲部を有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の建設機械の排土装置。
- 前記サブカバー上面からは、前記メインカバーのスライド方向に延びる突条体が突出して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の建設機械の排土装置。
