Description

薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置及自助服^殳备 本申请要求于 2011 年 9 月 21 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201110282086.8、 发明名称为"薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置及自助服务设备" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域 本发明涉及薄片类介质的处理装置, 特别涉及一种纸币、 纸张、 支票 类介质的全自动整叠捆扎装置。
背景技术 随着科技的发展和进步, 一些现金处理量比较大的企业多采用纸币处 理机完成检查、 分百、 捆扎等动作, 其中一个重要环节是将堆叠整齐的多 张纸币捆扎成银行规定扎。 目前, 自动拒员机( ATM )的使用对上述问题 的解决具有着显而易见的优点, 例如, 减少了银行的拥有者的工作量、 拒 员数量、易于布设网点, 同时 ATM24小时值守,方便了客户。但是, ATM 的大量使用使得清机业务工作量巨大。 现在, 一般 ATM的现金运营流程 是: 加钞-客户使用 -清机 -扎把 -入库 -下一工作日加钞。 可以看到, 清机人 员的工作内容主要有打开 ATM-取出钱箱-开钱箱 -取出剩余纸币 -锁钱箱 -复 原 ATM, 接下来清点、 扎把、 入库等, 一系列工作流程的目的就是取出 ATM中的纸币清点扎把后入库。但是,工作过程中必须打开 ATM及钱箱, 涉及到了 ATM本身及现金的安全, 清点、 扎把工作不但劳动强度大、 扎 把速度慢, 还容易在纸带断裂后散把, 而且扎把时纸带容易划破工作人员 的手指。 为了实现对大量现金的整叠扎把, 需要大量的人力劳动, 目前有很多 人工扎把装置在银行系统大量使用。 这种扎把机可参考 ZL02270702.6。 该 纸币扎把机属于金融机械, 包括支架、 以及装在支架上的内外轨道、 电机、 电控装置、 传动装置、 封纸装置和压紧装置等。 该方案中, 纸带反拉抽紧 时需要将内轨道提前与外轨道分离以便于纸带收紧, 捆扎完毕后人工取出 纸币。 这样的扎把设备其中纸带成圏的不良率高, 无法成圏大大影响了打 捆效率, 而且该扎把设备需要银行操作人员将整叠好的整叠纸币手工放入 并打捆, 并且对捆扎的纸币进行人工平整才可以完成, 这样的方式并不能 有效解决银行工作人员的劳动量大的问题。
发明内容 有鉴于此, 本发明的目的在于提供一种薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 有 效解决纸带成圏的不可靠性, 而且通过捆扎过程中的纸币弯曲形变改善扎 把效果, 通过捆扎后的平整机构使纸币捆紧而平整符合银行入库要求, 另 外还提出一种由自助服务设备自动分拣、 整叠和捆扎的解决方案, 该技术 方案可以大大降低银行操作人员的劳动强度, 提高银行的工作效率。 本发明所提供这种薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 包括: 一薄片类介质堆叠机构,用于将单张传输的薄片类介质进行堆叠整理; 一捆扎机构, 用对堆叠整理好的整叠薄片类介质进行捆扎; 以及 一夹送机构, 用于将薄片类介质堆叠机构堆叠整理好的整叠薄片类介 质夹送到捆扎机构进行捆扎, 并将捆扎好的薄片类介质捆夹出捆扎机构; 其中, 所述捆扎机构包括纸带成圏机构、 烫压粘合机构以及纸带切断 机构, 所述纸带成圏机构包括用于纸带导向的导向槽, 所述导向槽首尾相 接形成一输送环路, 该导向槽包括一底部、 与该底部相对的开口以及延伸 在该底部与该开口之间的两相对槽侧壁, 该开口朝向于该输送环路内侧, 所述导向槽底部设有一纸带插入口以及至少一个纸带输送轮, 所述烫压粘 合机构及纸带切断机构位于该纸带插入口附近导向槽的底部, 所述槽侧壁 开口端设置有一具有弹性且平行于所述导向槽底部的导向片。 优选地, 所述导向槽呈环形跑道状分布。 进一步地, 所述纸带输送轮为四个, 并分别分布在环形跑道状导向槽 的四角。 优选地, 所述捆扎机构还包括一压紧机构, 该压紧机构位于导向槽的 与夹送机构相对的另一侧, 该压紧机构包括设置于被捆扎的薄片类介质相 对两侧的压舌和压板组件, 其中该压舌伸入导向槽, 且与烫压粘合机构夹 持成圏纸带的粘结处, 该压板组件由曲柄连杆机构驱动向压舌运动形成压 紧动作或远离压舌形成松开动作。 进一步地, 所述压板组件包括一由曲柄连杆机构驱动的主动板, 该主 动板上面向压舌的一侧设有一弹性下压板。 进一步地, 所述压舌呈类似三角形, 所述弹性下压板呈类似八字形, 该压舌与弹性下压板对其间的薄片类介质压紧形成形变。 优选地, 所述捆扎机构还包括一平整机构, 该平整机构设置于导向槽 临近夹送机构的一侧, 其包括分别置于被捆扎的薄片类介质相对两侧的承 托机构和拍打机构。 进一步地, 所述承托机构由一剪式机构带动形成高位和低位。 进一步地, 所述拍打机构由一曲柄滑块机构驱动向 7|托机构往复运动 形成对薄片类介质的拍打平整。 本发明还提供一种自助服务设备, 其包括用户操作部、 薄片类介质收 纳部、 薄片类介质搬运部以及薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 该薄片类介质整 叠捆扎装置包括: 一薄片类介质堆叠机构,用于将单张传输的薄片类介质进行堆叠整理; 一捆扎机构, 用对堆叠整理好的整叠薄片类介质进行捆扎; 以及 一夹送机构, 用于将薄片类介质堆叠机构堆叠整理好的整叠薄片类介 质夹送到捆扎机构进行捆扎, 并将捆扎好的薄片类介质捆夹出捆扎机构; 其中, 所述捆扎机构包括纸带成圏机构、 烫压粘合机构以及纸带切断 机构, 所述纸带成圏机构包括用于纸带导向的导向槽, 所述导向槽首尾相 接形成一输送环路, 该导向槽包括一底部、 与该底部相对的开口以及延伸 在该底部与该开口之间的两相对槽侧壁, 该开口朝向于该输送环路内侧, 所述导向槽底部设有一纸带插入口以及至少一个纸带输送轮, 所述烫压粘 合机构及纸带切断机构位于该纸带插入口附近导向槽的底部, 所述槽侧壁 开口端设置有一具有弹性且平行于所述导向槽底部的导向片。 优选地, 所述捆扎机构还包括一压紧机构, 该压紧机构位于导向槽的 与夹送机构相对的另一侧, 该压紧机构包括设置于被捆扎的薄片类介质相 对两侧的压舌和压板组件, 其中该压舌伸入导向槽, 且与烫压粘合机构夹 持成圏纸带的粘结处, 该压板组件由曲柄连杆机构驱动向压舌运动形成压 紧或远离压舌形成松开。 优选地, 所述捆扎机构还包括一平整机构, 该平整机构设置于导向槽 临近夹送机构的一侧, 其包括分别置于被捆扎的薄片类介质相对两侧的承 托机构和拍打机构。 与现有技术相比本发明所提供的技术方案具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明所提供的薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置可以有效解决纸带成圏的 不可靠性, 而且通过捆扎过程中的纸币弯曲形变改善扎把效果, 通过捆扎 后的平整机构使纸币捆紧而平整符合银行入库要求。
2、 本发明所提供的自助服务设备可以实现对薄片类介质的自动分拣、 整叠和捆扎, 不需要人工参与即可完成对薄片类介质的整叠捆扎和收纳。 该设备可以大大降低银行操作人员的劳动强度, 提高银行的工作效率。 附图说明

具体实施方式 为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案, 下面以具有 纸币整叠捆扎功能的自动拒员机 ( ATM ) 为例, 结合附图和具体实施例对 本发明所提供的薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置作进一步的详细说明, 当然除纸 币以外还可以处理支票等介质。 参阅附图 1 ,示出了一种典型的自助服务设备,其包括用户操作部 001、 纸币收纳部 002、纸币般运部 003以及纸币整叠捆扎装置 100, 当然还包括 对纸币识别的识别部 004 , 以及暂时存放纸币的暂存部 005。其中用户操作 部 001 包括纸币存款口 0011和纸币取款口 0012。 该自助服务设备具有存 款和取款功能以及对纸币的捆扎功能, 下面筒单描述一下该设备的操作流 程。 当取款操作时, 纸币从纸币收纳部 002被分离出来, 通过纸币识别部 004后对于符合要求的暂时存放在暂存部 005 内, 当符合操作要求后, 在 将暂存部 005内的纸币由纸币般运部 003送到纸币取款口 0012或送到纸币 整叠捆扎装置 100捆扎后送出。当进行存款操作时,纸币从纸币存款口 0011 被一张一张地分离并通过纸币般运部 003输送至识别部 004识别符合要求 则送进暂存部 005 , 待分离完毕或暂存完毕则再有纸币般运部 003输送至 纸币收纳部 002完成整个存款操作。 下面结合附图 2 至 25 详细说明本发明所提供的纸币整叠捆扎装置

捆扎机构 999与通道板 11间设置有平整机构 20, 平整机构 20位于捆扎机架 908的左侧,平整机构 20右侧相应位置安装捆扎组件 30, 该平整机构 20包括位于下部的承托机构 600和位于上部且与承托机构 600 相对的拍打机构 500。 承托机构 600由一剪式机构带动形成高位和低位, 当剪式机构打开时形成的高位比推送平台 915和压舌 404顶面稍高, 这样 可确保纸币自左向右的顺利推送。 拍打机构 500由一曲柄滑块机构驱动向 承托机构 600往复运动形成对纸币的拍打平整。 结合附图 4-10说明捆扎模块的主要组成部分。 其中图 4、 5显示了捆扎机架 908左侧的机构, 即纸币 910最先通过的 拍打机构 500和 7 托机构 600。 拍打机构 500位于上部, 由主动曲柄 501、 连杆 502、 导套 504、 平整板 505、 滑动轴 506组成的曲柄滑块机构自上而 下往复滑动, 其初始位置由传感器 503检测。 承托机构 600位于下部, 由 底座 606、 连杆 607、 连杆 608、 顶板 603组成剪式机构, 顶板 603顶部装 有托钞板 605和复位弹簧 604, 偏心轮 609驱动剪式机构左右往复运动被 转换成托钞板 605的上下移动。 承托机构 600的检测组件由传感器 601和 档件 602实现。 优选的, 平整板 505、 托钞板 605与纸带成圏机构 400开 口的中心面对齐, 当托钞板 605位于最高位置,平整板 505向托钞板运动, 拍打托钞板上的纸币几次, 即可实现平整纸币叠的功能。 结合图 6-8显示了捆扎机架 908另一侧机构的布置图。 在与拍打机构 500、 承托机构 600中心面相对应位置安装有纸带成圏机构 400、 烫压粘合 机构 200, 纸带成圏机构 400的右面安装有下压机构 300。 下压机构 300 通过固定板 320与捆扎机架 908固定。 曲柄 301、 连杆 302、 主动板 303、 导套 304、复位弹簧 305、下压板 306及导轴 307组成了下压机构 300的曲 柄滑块机构, 主动板 303可沿导轴 307上下滑动, 由未示出的码盘检测下 压机构 303的位置状态。 下压板 306呈类似八字形, 其正下方是与其形状 相吻合的类三角形压舌 404。 压舌 404固定在捆扎机架 908上, 其上表面 221较托钞板 605在高位时略低, 以方便纸币从托钞板 605上顺利滑动到 压舌 404上。 压舌 404下表面 222与烫压粘合机构 200相对。 烫压粘合机 构 200包括后压头 204、 烫头基体 205、 滚轮 206、 烫头 208、 切刀 211、 前压头 210, 其均安装在烫头底座 202上, 同时被凸轮轴 203驱动, 沿导 轴 201上下滑动, 同时后压头 204、 烫头 208、 切刀 211、 前压头 210均可 沿竖直方向上下运动,弹簧 215提供回复力。弹簧 215—端挂装在机架 908 上, 另一端挂装在烫头底座 202上, 提供烫压粘合机构 200向下滑动的回 复力。 参照图 8-10说明纸带成圏机构 400的主要组成及布置方式。纸带成圏 机构 400包括由环形跑道状导向槽构成的轨道 403 , 该导向槽首尾相接形 成一输送环路, 该导向槽包括一底部 4031、 与该底部相对的开口 4032 以 及延伸在该底部 4031 与该开口 4032之间的两相对槽侧壁 4033 , 该开口 4032朝向于该输送环路内侧, 其四角分别布置第一动力轮 401、 第二动力 轮 402、第三动力轮 410及第四动力轮 411 ,通过同步带 407实现同步运动。 同步带的动力由进纸电机 707通过驱动轴驱动主动轮 705提供。 四个动力 轮表面均包胶以增加对纸带的输送力。 另外, 烫压粘合机构 200及纸带切 断机构位于纸带插入口 4034附近导向槽的底部,且槽侧壁开口端设置有一 具有弹性且平行于所述导向槽底部的导向片 408。 导向片 408与轨道 403 的输送纸带的内表面共同形成了一段半封闭的通道。 优选地, 在纸带最先 进入这段半封闭通道的部分,导向片 408制作有趋向轨道 403内部的折弯, 以使纸带更加容易进入, 在纸带向右前进的方向上有緩慢向上的趋势。 导 向片 408安装在固定板 409上, 固定板 409安装在捆扎机架 908上。 在轨 道的入口装有检测纸带有无的传感器 706。 需要指出的是导向槽的形状不限于环形跑道状, 还可以是圓形、 橢圓 形等可以构成首尾相接的环形状都可以实现本发明的目的。 图 11显示了未安装导向片 408时纸带在轨道内运行时最可能的状态。 如图 11所示,由于纸带头 810撞在轨道 403上的阻力大于纸带 801 自身的 刚性产生的张力, 纸带头无法正常进入压舌 404底面、 前压头 210左侧顶 面的预定位置, 参照图 15 , 以致纸带成圏失败, 无法进行后续动作。 结合图 8说明纸带 801进退的原理。 纸带 801 自纸盘组件 800上引出 纸带头 810, 绕过第一导向轮 802后, 穿过第二、 三导向轮 803、 804形成 的限位通道, 插入由下通道板 703、 轨道 403形成的通道内。 通过旋转手 轮 720, 带动主动轮 705、从动轮 704夹送纸带 801向左输送。 上电初始化 时, 纸带输送电机 707驱动主动轮 705向左输送纸带 801 , 当传感器 706 检测到纸带头 810后, 继续输送固定长度的纸带穿过前压头 210上的孔, 纸带头 810与前压头 210左侧面平齐或稍长都可,如图 8所示。传感器 701 为纸带成圏的结果予以确认。 若在规定时间内 701检测到纸带的通过, 即 认为纸带成圏成功, 否则纸带头须退回到传感器 706处重新尝试成圏。 退 纸带时, 纸带输送电机 707驱动主动轮 705向右输送纸带即可。 通过调节 从动轮 704的压簧 702的扭力达到调节纸带输送力的目的。 结合图 12-25进一步说明纸币整叠捆扎装置的捆扎流程。 图 12-13显示了纸币 910如何进入到捆扎组件 30内部的过程。 首先, 夹送机构 904将纸币 910右端送出通道板 11约 10mm, 接着承托机构 600 升起到最高位置, 以防止纸币 910右端下垂量过大引起输送故障。 然后, 夹送机构 904继续将纸币 910向右输送, 直到预定位置。 此过程中, 除承 托机构动作到工作位置外, 其余机构均处于初始位状态。 如图 13所示, 图 13是图 8中 E向隐去下压机构 300的固定板 320的各机构状态示意图。 结合图 15-25进一步说明纸币整叠捆扎装置的捆扎过程示意图。 图 15示出了纸带 801的成形过程。纸带 801被主动轮 705、从动轮 704 夹送着向左输送, 首先通过前压头 210上的孔, 经由动力轮 402、 410、 411 的输送沿着轨道 403的内壁成圏, 同时纸带输送电机 707计算已输送纸带 的长度,达到指定长度时停止,最终成圏效果如图 15所示。在输送过程中, 若纸带头 810遇到阻力, 则其后的纸带会向轨道方向扩张, 接触到动力轮 402、 410、 411表面时被切向力驱动, 减少了纸带头 810受阻堵塞的可能 性, 提高了纸带成圏的可靠性。 接着, 如图 16所示, 烫压粘合机构 200向上运动到第一位置, 这时首 先接触到压舌 404下表面的前压头 210将纸带 801压紧。 然后, 如图 17所示, 下压机构 300向下运动, 将纸币 910压紧在压舌 404上。 由于下压板 308与压舌 404的形状相似, 中间高两边低, 故纸币 910被挤压成凸字形。 如图 18所示, 主动轮 705反转, 拉动纸带 801向右运动, 由于导向片 408具有弹性, 所以导向片 408的存在并不会阻碍纸带 801从其上向纸币 910的收缩。纸带 801拉紧完成状态如图 19所示,此时,环绕整叠纸币 910 一周的纸带 801长度正好等于纸币整叠平整状态下宽度方向上的周长。 再次, 如图 20所示, 烫压粘合机构 200向上运动到第二位置, 这时后 压头 204也接触到压舌 404的下表面, 将其顶面与压舌 404下表面间的纸 带压紧。 最后, 如图 21所示, 烫压粘合机构 200向上运动到第三位置, 在这个 过程中由于靠近前压头 210侧的纸带比靠近后压头 204侧的纸带更加靠下, 在切刀 211向上运动与前压头 210形成剪切刃时纸带 801被切断。 烫压粘 合机构 200到达第三位置后, 保持一段时间以保证纸带的粘结效果。 电机 707 自纸带拉紧至纸带切断始终保持通电状态以保证纸带的剪切效果。 延 时完成后烫压粘合机构复位, 完成捆扎, 这时纸带头位置如图 8所示。 完成捆扎后, 下压机构 300复位, 这时各机构状态如图 22所示。 将捆 扎后的纸币表示为 911 ,捆扎在纸币 911上的纸带表示为 802, 以与捆扎前 的纸币 910、 纸带 801区别。 接着, 如图 23所示, 夹送机构 904将纸币 911向左拖动, 使纸带 802 与平整板 505近似在同一竖直平面内。 然后, 拍打机构 500动作, 平整板 505向下运动, 拍打纸币 911。 纸 币 911受到平整板 505向下的压力后, 趋向平整, 如图 24-25所示。 拍打 机构 500动作几次后完成平整。 最后, 夹送机构 904将纸币 911拖回工位转换机构 900内, 承托机构 600复位, 纸币 911由工位转换机构 900带到接纳口 920, 捆扎流程完成。 以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出的是, 上述优选实施方式 不应视为对本发明的限制, 本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范 围为准。 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明的精神和 范围内, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的 保护范围。

Claims

1、 一种薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 其包括: 一薄片类介质堆叠机构,用于将单张传输的薄片类介质进行堆叠整理; 一捆扎机构, 用对堆叠整理好的整叠薄片类介质进行捆扎; 以及 一夹送机构, 用于将薄片权类介质堆叠机构堆叠整理好的整叠薄片类介 质夹送到捆扎机构进行捆扎, 并将捆扎好的薄片类介质捆夹出捆扎机构; 利 _

其中, 所述捆扎机构包括纸带成 3圏要机构、 烫压粘合机构以及纸带切断 机构, 所述纸带成圏机构包括用于纸带导向的导向槽, 所述导向槽首尾相 求
接形成一输送环路, 该导向槽包括一底部、 与该底部相对的开口以及延伸 在该底部与该开口之间的两相对槽侧壁, 该开口朝向于该输送环路内侧, 所述导向槽底部设有一纸带插入口以及至少一个纸带输送轮, 所述烫压粘 合机构及纸带切断机构位于该纸带插入口附近导向槽的底部, 所述槽侧壁 开口端设置有一具有弹性且平行于所述导向槽底部的导向片。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 其特征在于, 所述 导向槽呈环形跑道状分布。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 其特征在于, 所述 纸带输送轮为四个, 并分别分布在环形跑道状导向槽的四角。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 其特征在于, 所述 捆扎机构还包括一压紧机构, 该压紧机构位于导向槽的与夹送机构相对的 另一侧, 该压紧机构包括设置于被捆扎的薄片类介质相对两侧的压舌和压 板组件, 其中该压舌伸入导向槽, 且与烫压粘合机构夹持成圏纸带的粘结 处, 该压板组件由曲柄连杆机构驱动向压舌运动形成压紧动作或远离压舌 形成松开动作。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 其特征在于, 所述 压板组件包括一由曲柄连 4干机构驱动的主动板, 该主动板上面向压舌的一 侧设有一弹性下压板。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 其特征在于, 所述 压舌呈类似三角形, 所述弹性下压板呈类似八字形, 该压舌与弹性下压板 对其间的薄片类介质压紧形成形变。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 其特征在于, 所述 捆扎机构还包括一平整机构, 该平整机构设置于导向槽临近夹送机构的一 侧,其包括分别置于被捆扎的薄片类介质相对两侧的承托机构和拍打机构。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 其特征在于, 所述 承托机构由一剪式机构带动形成高位和低位。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 其特征在于, 所述 拍打机构由一曲柄滑块机构驱动向承托机构往复运动形成对薄片类介质的 拍打平整。
10、 一种自助服务设备, 其包括用户操作部、 薄片类介质收纳部、 薄 片类介质搬运部以及薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置, 该薄片类介质整叠捆扎装 置为权利要求 1-9任一所述的薄片类介质整叠捆扎装置。
