Claims (6)
- 포도당 및 과당 흡수 저해 성분, 및 당 분해 억제성 당류 또는 당 알코올류를 유효 성분으로 함유하는 비만 예방 및 개선용 감미 소재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포도당 및 과당 흡수 저해 성분은 사이코스를 포함하는 비만 예방 및 개선용 감미 소재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 당류 또는 당 알코올류는 타가토스, 자일로스, 아라비노스, 라이보스, 자일리톨 및 에리스리톨로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 당류 또는 당 알코올류를 포함하는 비만 예방 및 개선용 감미 소재 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 고감미도 감미 소재를 추가로 함유하는 비만 예방 및 개선용 감미 소재 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고감미도 감미 소재는, 스테비올배당체, 수크랄로스, 아스파탐, 나한과 추출물, 감초 추출물 및 쏘마틴으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 고감미도 감미 소재를 포함하는 비만 예방 및 개선용 감미 소재 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 포도당 및 과당 흡수 저해 성분의 중량을 기준으로, 0.01 내지 200배 중량의 당류 또는 당 알코올류, 및 0.001 내지 2배 중량의 고감미도 감미 소재를 함유하는 비만 예방 및 개선용 감미 소재 조성물.
