Abstract
L'invention porte sur un cuiseur à riz, qui est apte à cuire un riz délicieux de texture gluante sans l'installation d'un mécanisme complexe. Ce cuiseur à riz (100) comporte : un corps (1) ; un corps de couvercle (10) pour ouvrir et fermer le corps ; un pot (5) reçu à l'intérieur du corps ; des moyens de sélection de niveau de gluant (28) pour sélectionner le niveau de gluant du riz ; des moyens de chauffage (3, 28, 29) pour chauffer le pot ; des moyens de détection de température (4, 14) pour détecter la température du pot et/ou du riz ; et des moyens de commande (8), qui, lors de la détermination du fait qu'une information de température venant des moyens de détection de température indique que la température est supérieure ou égale à une température d'ébullition, commandent les moyens de chauffage en fonction du niveau de gluant sélectionné par les moyens de sélection de niveau de gluant.
