Claims (4)
- 電解液を含浸させたコンデンサ素子と、前記コンデンサ素子を収容するケースと、前記コンデンサ素子に導通する外部陽極端子および外部陰極端子と、を備えた電気二重層コンデンサであって、
前記コンデンサ素子は、陽極体、セパレータおよび陰極体を積層して巻回したものであり、
前記陽極体は、第1陽極集電体と、前記第1陽極集電体の一面に対して一面側が接触する第2陽極集電体と、前記外部陽極端子に導通する複数の陽極集電タブ対と、を含んでおり、
前記各陽極集電タブ対は、前記第1陽極集電体の前記一面に固定された第1陽極集電タブと、前記陽極体の非巻回状態において前記第1陽極集電タブとは位置ずれし、前記第2陽極集電体の前記一面に固定された第2陽極集電タブと、を有しており、
前記陰極体は、第1陰極集電体と、前記第1陰極集電体の一面に対して一面側が接触する第2陰極集電体と、前記外部陰極端子に導通する複数の陰極集電タブ対と、を含んでおり、
前記各陰極集電タブ対は、前記第1陰極集電体の前記一面に固定された第1陰極集電タブと、前記陰極体の非巻回状態において前記第1陰極集電タブとは位置ずれし、前記第2陰極集電体の前記一面に固定される第2陰極集電タブと、を有していることを特徴とする、電気二重層コンデンサ。 - 電解液を含浸させたコンデンサ素子と、前記コンデンサ素子を収容するケースと、前記コンデンサ素子に導通する外部陽極端子および外部陰極端子と、を備えた電気二重層コンデンサであって、
前記コンデンサ素子は、陽極体、セパレータおよび陰極体を積層して巻回したものであり、
前記陽極体は、第1陽極集電体と、前記第1陽極集電体の一面に対して一面側が接触する第2陽極集電体と、前記外部陽極端子に導通する複数の陽極集電タブ対と、を含んでおり、
前記各陽極集電タブ対は、前記第1陽極集電体の前記一面に固定された第1陽極集電タブと、前記第2陽極集電体の前記一面に固定された第2陽極集電タブと、を有しており、
前記第1陽極集電タブと前記第2陽極集電タブとは、前記第2陽極集電体、前記セパレータ、前記第1陰極集電体、前記第2陰極集電体および前記第1陽極集電体を介した状態で離間しており、
前記陰極体は、第1陰極集電体と、前記第1陰極集電体の一面に対して一面側が接触する第2陰極集電体と、前記外部陰極端子に導通する複数の陰極集電タブ対と、を含んでおり、
前記各陰極集電タブ対は、前記第1陰極集電体の前記一面に固定された第1陰極集電タブと、前記第2陰極集電体の前記一面に固定された第2陰極集電タブと、を有しており、
前記第1陰極集電タブと前記第2陰極集電タブとは、前記第2陰極集電体、前記セパレータ、前記第1陽極集電体、前記第2陽極集電体および前記第1陰極集電体を介した状態で離間していることを特徴とする、電気二重層コンデンサ。 - 前記複数の陽極集電タブ対は、第1陽極集電タブ対および第2陽極集電タブ対を含んでおり、前記陽極体の非巻回状態において、前記第1陽極集電タブ対の第1陽極集電タブと第2陽極集電タブ対の第1陽極集電タブとの間に、前記第1陽極集電タブ対または前記第2陽極集電タブ対の第2陽極集電タブが位置しており、
前記複数の陰極集電タブ対は、第1陰極集電タブ対および第2陰極集電タブ対を含んでおり、前記陰極体の非巻回状態において、前記第1陰極集電タブ対の第1陰極集電タブと第2陰極集電タブ対の第1陰極集電タブとの間に、前記第1陰極集電タブ対または前記第2陰極集電タブ対の第2陰極集電タブが位置している、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電気二重層コンデンサ。 - 前記第1陽極集電タブは、前記第1陽極集電体に固定されている一方で前記第2陽極集電体に接触し、
前記第2陽極集電タブは、前記第2陽極集電体に固定されている一方で前記第1陽極集電体に接触しており、
前記第1陰極集電タブは、前記第1陰極集電体に固定されている一方で前記第2陰極集電体に接触し、
前記第2陰極集電タブは、前記第2陰極集電体に固定されている一方で前記第1陰極集電体に接触している、請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の電気二重層コンデンサ。
