Abstract
Description
上記公知のマスクでは、耳掛け部を所定のシート幅を有する不織布シートで構成した場合には、当該耳掛け部をゴム紐で構成した場合に比べて、マスク着用時に耳掛け部の張力がマスク着用者の耳の一部に集中するのが抑えられるため、マスク着用者は耳の痛みを感じにくいという利点がある。その反面、耳掛け部は、所定のシート幅を有する構成上、マスク着用時に着用者の耳に向けて引っ張られたときの引張方向によっては当該耳掛け部に弛みが生じる場合がある。特に、耳掛け部のうちマスク本体部との連接部分においては、当該耳掛け部のシート幅方向の両縁部のいずれか一方に弛みが生じ易く、この耳掛け部の弛みがマスク着用者の頬部との間に隙間を形成させる要因となる。
第1の連接構造は、図8に示すように、マスク本体部10の端部領域21の延在線S1と、耳掛け部30の第1延出部32aの延出線S2とがなす耳掛け空間33側の角度αが所定の設定角度に設定されるように耳掛け部30がマスク本体部20に連接された連接部として構成されている。この第1の連接構造では、端部領域21の延在線S1は、第2の方向12上の直線として構成され、第1延出部32aの延出線S2は、当該第1延出部32aの幅方向(第2の方向12)についての中心線として構成されるのが好ましい。後述の測定結果に基づいた場合、前述の角度αの設定角度は、80°から140°までの間の適正範囲に属するのが好ましい。これにより、マスク装着時において、第1延出部32aをマスク着用者の耳の付け根の上縁へと当該延出部の弛みを抑えた状態で延在させることができる。ここでいう第1の連接構造は、本発明における「弛み抑制機構」及び「連接構造」を構成している。
第2の連接構造は、図8に示すように、マスク本体部10の端部領域21の延在線S1と、耳掛け部30の第2延出部32bの延出線S3とがなす耳掛け空間33側の角度βが所定の設定角度に設定されるように耳掛け部30がマスク本体部20に連接された連接部として構成されている。この第2の連接構造では、端部領域21の延在線S1は、第2の方向12上の直線として構成され、第2延出部32bの延出線S3は、当該第2延出部32bの幅方向(第2の方向12)についての中心線として構成されるのが好ましい。後述の測定結果に基づいた場合、前述の角度βの設定角度は、70°から130°までの間の適正範囲に属するのが好ましい。これにより、マスク装着時において、第2延出部32bをマスク着用者の耳の付け根の下縁へと当該延出部の弛みを抑えた状態で延在させることができる。ここでいう第2の連接構造は、本発明における「弛み抑制機構」及び「連接構造」を構成している。
(実施例1の測定条件)
上記構成のマスク10の具体的な構造として、L1=175[mm]、L2=90[mm]、L3=154[mm]、R=38[mm]、L1/(R・L2)=0.0512の寸法設定を前提条件とし、角度αを50°~160°(10°刻みの12パターン)の範囲内で変化させ、また角度βを40°~150°(10°刻みの12パターン)の範囲内で変化させた複数のマスクサンプルを作成した。この場合、角度αの範囲の中央値α1が105[mm]であり、角度βの範囲の中央値β1が95[mm]であった。そして、各マスクサンプルを実際の人間の顔に装着した場合に、或いはマスク着用者を模した人形(ドール)に装着した場合に、耳掛け部30の弛みに起因する隙間を実際に確認する測定を行った。
角度αが予め50°に設定されたマスクサンプルを装着した場合、図9に示すように、各耳掛け部30の第1延出部32aの幅方向上の両縁部35,36のうち、特に耳掛け空間33側とは反対側の縁部35(「上縁部」ともいう)に弛みが生じ、これにより頬上部領域45に判定基準を上回る隙間が認められた。また、角度αが予め160°に設定されたマスクサンプルを装着した場合、第1延出部32aの両縁部35,36のうち、特に耳掛け空間33側の縁部36(「下縁部」ともいう)に弛みが生じ、これにより頬領域44に判定基準を上回る隙間が認められた。一方で、角度αが予め60°から150°までの範囲に設定されたその他のマスクサンプルを装着した場合、頬領域44及び頬上部領域45のいずれにおいても、各耳掛け部30とマスク着用者の顔面との間の隙間は認められなかった。
(実施例2の測定条件)
上記構成のマスク10の具体的な構造として、L1=175[mm]、L2=80[mm]、L3=144[mm]、R=38[mm]、L1/(R・L2)=0.0576の寸法設定を前提条件とし、角度αを50°~170°(10°刻みの13パターン)の範囲内で変化させ、また角度βを60°~170°(10°刻みの12パターン)の範囲内で変化させた複数のマスクサンプルを作成した。この場合、角度αの上記範囲の中央値α1が115[mm]であり、角度βの上記範囲の中央値β1が115[mm]であった。そして、各マスクサンプルについての隙間測定を実施例1と同様に実施した。
角度αが予め50°及び60°に設定されたマスクサンプルを装着した場合、図9に示すように、第1延出部32aの両縁部35,36のうち、特に耳掛け空間33側とは反対側の縁部35に弛みが生じ、これにより頬上部領域45に判定基準を上回る隙間が認められた。また、角度αが予め170°に設定されたマスクサンプルを装着した場合、第1延出部32aの両縁部35,36のうち、特に耳掛け空間33側の縁部36に弛みが生じ、これにより頬領域44に判定基準を上回る隙間が認められた。一方で、角度αが予め70°から160°までの範囲に設定されたその他のマスクサンプルを装着した場合、頬領域44及び頬上部領域45のいずれにおいても、各耳掛け部30とマスク着用者の顔面との間の隙間は認められなかった。
(実施例3の測定条件)
上記構成のマスク10の具体的な構造として、L1=175[mm]、L2=100[mm]、L3=164[mm]、R=41[mm]、L1/(R・L2)=0.0427の寸法設定を前提条件とし、角度αを30°~150°(10°刻みの13パターン)の範囲内で変化させ、また角度βを30°~150°(10°刻みの13パターン)の範囲内で変化させた複数のマスクサンプルを作成した。この場合、角度αの上記範囲の中央値α1が90[mm]であり、角度βの上記範囲の中央値β1が85[mm]であった。そして、各マスクサンプルについての隙間測定を実施例1と同様に実施した。
角度αが予め30°に設定されたマスクサンプルを装着した場合、図9に示すように、第1延出部32aの両縁部35,36のうち、特に耳掛け空間33側とは反対側の縁部35に弛みが生じ、これにより頬上部領域45に判定基準を上回る隙間が認められた。また、角度αが予め150°に設定されたマスクサンプルを装着した場合、第1延出部32aの両縁部35,36のうち、特に耳掛け空間33側の縁部36に弛みが生じ、これにより頬領域44に判定基準を上回る隙間が認められた。一方で、角度αが予め40°から140°までの範囲に設定されたその他のマスクサンプルを装着した場合、頬領域44及び頬上部領域45のいずれにおいても、各耳掛け部30とマスク着用者の顔面との間の隙間は認められなかった。
(実施例4の測定条件)
上記構成のマスク10の具体的な構造として、L1=175[mm]、L2=90[mm]、L3=170[mm]、R=32[mm]、L1/(R・L2)=0.0608の寸法設定を前提条件とし、角度αを60°~170°(10°刻みの12パターン)の範囲内で変化させ、また角度βを60°~170°(10°刻みの12パターン)の範囲内で変化させた複数のマスクサンプルを作成した。この場合、角度αの上記範囲の中央値α1が120[mm]であり、角度βの上記範囲の中央値β1が115[mm]であった。そして、各マスクサンプルについての隙間測定を実施例1と同様に実施した。
角度αが予め60°及び70°に設定されたマスクサンプルを装着した場合、図9に示すように、第1延出部32aの両縁部35,36のうち、特に耳掛け空間33側とは反対側の縁部35に弛みが生じ、これにより頬上部領域45に判定基準を上回る隙間が認められた。また、角度αが予め170°に設定されたマスクサンプルを装着した場合、第1延出部32aの両縁部35,36のうち、特に耳掛け空間33側の縁部36に弛みが生じ、これにより頬領域44に判定基準を上回る隙間が認められた。一方で、角度αが予め80°から160°までの範囲に設定されたその他のマスクサンプルを装着した場合、頬領域44及び頬上部領域45のいずれにおいても、各耳掛け部30とマスク着用者の顔面との間の隙間は認められなかった。
なお、本発明は上記の実施の形態のみに限定されるものではなく、種々の応用や変形が考えられる。例えば、上記実施の形態を応用した次の各形態を実施することもできる。

前記環状部は、シート状に形成され、前記接合部と一体状とされて前記接合部と共に耳掛け空間を形成し、また前記接合部の前記第2の方向上の一方の縁部領域から延出する第1延出部と、前記接合部の前記第2の方向上の他方の縁部領域から延出して前記第1延出部に連接される第2延出部とを含み、
更に、前記耳掛け部のうち前記マスク本体部との連接部分に、マスク装着時に前記第1延出部及び前記第2延出部の少なくとも一方をマスク着用者の耳の付け根の上縁又は下縁へと当該延出部の弛みを抑えた状態で延在させるための弛み抑制機構が設けられていることを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト1に記載のマスクであって、
前記弛み抑制機構は、前記マスク本体部の前記端部領域の延在線と、前記耳掛け部の前記第1延出部の延出線とがなす前記耳掛け空間側の角度が80°から140°までの所定の設定角度に設定されるように前記耳掛け部が前記マスク本体部に連接された連接構造を含み、これによりマスク装着時に前記第1延出部がマスク着用者の耳の付け根の上縁へと当該延出部の弛みを抑えた状態で延在することを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト1に記載のマスクであって、
前記弛み抑制機構は、前記マスク本体部の前記端部領域の延在線と、前記耳掛け部の前記第2延出部の延出線とがなす前記耳掛け空間側の角度が70°から130°までの所定の設定角度に設定されるように前記耳掛け部が前記マスク本体部に連接された連接構造の設定角度に設定されるように前記耳掛け部が前記マスク本体部に連接された連接構造を含み、これによりマスク装着時に前記第2延出部がマスク着用者の耳の付け根の下縁へと当該延出部の弛みを抑えた状態で延在することを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト1に記載のマスクであって、
前記マスク本体部は、前記端部領域にて前記襞の前記第2の方向に沿った展開動作が阻止され、且つ前記第1の方向上の両端部領域間の中間領域にて前記襞の前記展開動作が可能とされ、前記中間領域での前記襞の前記展開動作に伴って前記端部領域が湾曲した状態で当該マスクがマスク着用者に装着されるように構成されていることを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト1に記載のマスクであって、
前記接合部及び前記環状部は、単一のシート状不織布で一体状に形成されており、さらに前記接合部が前記マスク本体部の前記端部領域に熱融着によって接合されていることを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト5に記載のマスクであって、
前記接合部及び前記環状部は互いに環状に連接されており、前記耳掛け空間が、前記接合部と前記環状部との間に閉じた状態で形成されていることを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト1に記載のマスクであって、
前記耳掛け部は、前記マスク本体部の前記第1の方向上の両端部領域のそれぞれに接合され、
当該マスクの平面視で前記マスク本体部の外形内に前記両端部領域に接合された両耳掛け部が収まるように構成されていることを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト7に記載のマスクであって、
前記両耳掛け部を、前記マスク本体部の外形内で互いに接続する接続部を有することを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト8に記載のマスクであって、
当該マスクの平面視で前記マスク本体部の外形内に収まるように接合された単一シート状の耳掛けシートを備え、
前記耳掛けシートは、前記両耳掛け部が前記接続部で互いに接続された状態で同一平面上に延在するように構成されており、これにより当該マスクの平面視で前記マスク本体部の外形内に前記両耳掛け部が収まることを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト9に記載のマスクであって、
前記耳掛けシートは、一方の前記耳掛け部の前記環状部と、他方の前記耳掛け部の前記環状部とが互いに連接する構成であり、その連接部分に前記接続部が設けられていることを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト8に記載のマスクであって、
前記接続部は、各耳掛け部を手で引っ張ることによって当該接続部の接続が解除可能となるように構成されていることを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト8に記載のマスクであって、
前記接続部は、1又は複数の接続点によって構成されていることを特徴とするマスク。
アスペクト1に記載のマスクであって、
前記マスク本体部の前記第2の方向上の一方の端部領域に、マスク着用者の鼻上部の形状に適合するように変形可能なノーズフィット部材が設けられていることを特徴とするマスク。

前記マスク本体部に、その表面側から視認可能な表示要素が設けられていることを特徴とするマスク。

Claims (9)
- マスク本体部と、前記マスク本体部に連接される耳掛け部と、を備えるマスクであって、
前記マスク本体部は、所定の第1の方向及び前記第1の方向と交差する第2の方向にそれぞれ延在する平面部と、前記平面部上を前記第1の方向に延在して形成される襞と、前記第1の方向上の端部領域と、を有し、
前記耳掛け部は、接合部と、環状部を有し、
前記接合部は、シート状に形成され、前記第2の方向について前記端部領域のほぼ全体にわたり長尺状に延在しつつ前記端部領域に接合され、
前記環状部は、シート状に形成され、前記接合部と一体状とされて前記接合部と共に耳掛け空間を形成し、また前記接合部の前記第2の方向上の一方の縁部領域から延出する第1延出部と、前記接合部の前記第2の方向上の他方の縁部領域から延出して前記第1延出部に連接される第2延出部とを含み、
更に、前記耳掛け部のうち前記マスク本体部との連接部分に、マスク装着時に前記第1延出部及び前記第2延出部の少なくとも一方をマスク着用者の耳の付け根の上縁又は下縁へと当該延出部の弛みを抑えた状態で延在させるための弛み抑制機構が設けられていることを特徴とするマスク。 - 請求項1に記載のマスクであって、

前記マスク本体部は、前記端部領域にて前記襞の前記第2の方向に沿った展開動作が阻止され、且つ前記第1の方向上の両端部領域間の中間領域にて前記襞の前記展開動作が可能とされ、前記中間領域での前記襞の前記展開動作に伴って前記端部領域が湾曲した状態で当該マスクがマスク着用者に装着されるように構成されていることを特徴とするマスク。 - 請求項1から4のうちのいずれかに記載のマスクであって、
前記接合部及び前記環状部は、単一のシート状不織布で一体状に形成されており、さらに前記接合部が前記マスク本体部の前記端部領域に熱融着によって接合されていることを特徴とするマスク。 - 請求項5に記載のマスクであって、
前記接合部及び前記環状部は互いに環状に連接されており、前記耳掛け空間が、前記接合部と前記環状部との間に閉じた状態で形成されていることを特徴とするマスク。 - 請求項1から6のうちのいずれかに記載のマスクであって、
前記マスク本体部に、その表面側から視認可能な表示要素が設けられていることを特徴とするマスク。 - 請求項7に記載のマスクであって、
前記表示要素は、エンボス加工によって形成されることを特徴とするマスク。 - 請求項7に記載のマスクであって、
