适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备 技术领域
本发明涉及包装机械领域,特别是涉及一种适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备。
背景技术
随着近年来包装技术的迅速发展,人们对包装设备的要求也越来越高,对现代化大规模的生产而言,需要更高的包装速度和稳定性,还需要包装设备具有一定的柔性,即能适应各种各样不同规格包装物的能力。由于炸药包装行业存在危险性和腐蚀性,火腿肠行业存在食品卫生安全性,所以对包装设备的防爆、防腐及自动化程度有着特殊的要求。要满足炸药与火腿肠行业生产的要求,目前市场上普遍使用的装箱设备的装箱速度及稳定性还有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述背景技术的不足,提供一种适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,其包装速度快、性能稳定、占地面积小,能够适应多种不同长度直径规格与物料的包装。
本发明提供的适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,包括顺次相连的皮带输送机、卡座整形机、耙式进料部件、码垛叠层部件、充填部件和翻箱辊道机,相邻部件之间通过机体连接板相连,各部件通过自动控制系统控制协调运行,所述皮带输送机包括H型的第一机架,所述第一机架上面安装有主支撑板,第一机架中部水平布置的支撑架上安装有电机,电机包括电机带轮,所述皮带输送机还包括主皮带、辅助皮带和双面同步带,所述主支撑板两侧设置有主侧板,主侧板两端安装有主滚筒,两个主滚筒的外表面上套有主皮带,其中一个主滚筒上安装有第一主动辊,第一主动辊上安装有被动带轮;主支撑板靠近端部处安装有辅支架,辅支架上安装有横支撑板,横支撑板两侧设置有辅侧板,辅侧板两端安装有辅助滚筒,两个辅助滚筒的外表面上套有辅助皮带,靠近主支撑板中部的一个辅助滚筒上安装有第二主动辊,第二主动辊上安装有小主动带轮;所述辅侧板上安装有轴承支座,轴承支座上固定有带轮支座,带轮支座上安装有张紧带轮,所述双面同步带绕过电机带轮、张紧带轮、被动带轮和小主动带轮,同时带动主皮带和辅助皮带。
在上述技术方案中,所述主侧板的直槽口中设置有第一被动轴,第一被动轴和主滚筒之间安装有深沟球轴承,第一被动轴两端安装有用于限定深沟球轴承轴向位置的轴用弹性挡圈。
在上述技术方案中,所述主侧板和第一主动辊之间安装有深沟球轴承,两个主侧板之间通过连接杆相连,主侧板上固定有调节支架,调节支架上安装有夹块,主皮带两侧设置有可调挡板,可调挡板上的圆杆通过紧钉螺丝固定在夹块的圆孔中。
在上述技术方案中,所述第二主动辊与辅侧板之间安装有推力轴承,第二主动辊与轴承支座之间安装有深沟球轴承。
在上述技术方案中,所述辅侧板的直槽口中设置有第二被动轴,第二被动轴与辅助滚筒之间安装有深沟球轴承,两个辅侧板之间通过连接板相连,每个辅侧板上设置有固定块,两个固定块通过托杆相连,横支撑板上设置有支杆,支杆上加工有外螺纹,托杆与支杆螺纹连接。
在上述技术方案中,所述卡座整形机包括第二机架,所述第二机架上安装有侧板,侧板上设置有主动轴和从动轴,主动轴上安装有卡座主动链轮和驱动从动链轮,从动轴上安装有卡座从动链轮,卡座主动链轮和卡座从动链轮上套有卡座链条,卡座链条上安装有L型卡座板。
在上述技术方案中,所述第二机架上固定有伺服电机,伺服电机上的电机链轮通过传动链条与驱动从动链轮相连。
在上述技术方案中,所述从动轴两端设有螺纹孔,搁置在侧板的直槽口中,从动轴和卡座从动链轮之间安装有深沟球轴承。
在上述技术方案中,所述码垛叠层部件包括第三机架,所述第三机架上安装有支架,支架上设置有左导杆座和右导杆座,左导杆座和右导杆座上各安装有一个导杆和一个气缸,两个导杆上安装有抽板,两个气缸各安装一个拉杆,两个拉杆位于抽板两侧。
在上述技术方案中,所述抽板上下各布置一对夹紧板,四个夹紧板分布在抽板的两端,其中上面的一对夹紧板上各装有一个气缸和一个导杆,气缸通过气缸安装座固定在第三机架上,导杆通过直线轴承装在气缸安装板上,下面的一对夹紧板装在充填部件的机架上。
本发明包括皮带输送机、卡座整形机、耙式进料部件、码垛叠层部件、充填部件、翻箱辊道机,皮带输送部件将包装物(已成型的中包)按控制要求输送到卡座整形机的卡座板上,卡座整形机将包装物翻转排列成预包装姿态,耙式进料部件将包装物从卡座整形机转移到码垛叠层部件。码垛叠层部件将包装物码垛成指定规格的包装形式,并打开纸箱的封页,充填部件将包装物充填进纸箱,翻箱辊道机输送纸箱并将纸箱翻转90°。
本发明卡座整形机的卡座板在圆周处的开口较大,中包容易进入,卡座板在直线部分运行时开口较小,有利于中包成型。当中包在卡座板上排到一定数量时,皮带输送机停止输送中包,卡座整形机停止翻转,此时耙式进料部件的纵向气缸启动,耙板下降,横向气缸动作,将中包拉到码垛叠层部件的托板上,托板气缸动作使托板移动,托板上的中包跌落在叠层板上,叠层板气缸动作使叠层板下降,这样第二层中包也可以按上叙步骤跌落在叠层板上,当叠层板上的中包达到数量时,充填部件的充填气缸动作,将叠层板上码垛好的中包侧推到包装箱里面,当充填完毕时,翻箱气缸动作,翻转后纸箱的开口向上,由辊道输送机将纸箱送到下一工位。码垛叠层部件包括开箱机构,可以打开纸箱的四个折页便于中包推入纸箱。本发明还包括伺服电机、PLC、继电器、显示仪表、电控柜、报警灯等电子仪器,以及安全罩等防护设施,以实现检测位置、控制气缸动作、输出报警信号等控制功能。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点如下:
(1)装箱速度快,可以达到5箱/分的速度或9.6吨/小时。
(2)结构紧凑,占地面积小。
(3)包装效率高,控制可靠,故障率低。
(4)适用范围较大,能包装直径27-35mm、长度150-280mm范围内的民用炸药卷或者火腿肠。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
参见图1所示,本发明实施例提供的适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,包括顺次相连的皮带输送机1、卡座整形机2、耙式进料部件3、码垛叠层部件4、充填部件5和翻箱辊道机6,相邻部件之间通过机体连接板相连,各部件通过自动控制系统控制协调运行。下面分别详细说明各部件的结构。
一、皮带输送机
参见图2所示,本发明实施例中的皮带输送机1包括H型的第一机架1-1,第一机架1-1上面安装有主支撑板1-16,第一机架1-1中部水平布置的支撑架上安装有电机1-20,电机1-20包括电机带轮1-22,皮带输送机还包括主皮带1-8、辅助皮带1-12和双面同步带1-24,主支撑板1-16两侧设置有主侧板1-5,主侧板1-5两端安装有主滚筒1-49,两个主滚筒1-49的外表面上套有主皮带1-8,其中一个主滚筒1-49上安装有第一主动辊1-34,第一主动辊1-34上安装有被动带轮1-36;主支撑板1-16靠近端部处安装有辅支架,辅支架上安装有横支撑板1-13,横支撑板1-13两侧设置有辅侧板,辅侧板两端安装有辅助滚筒1-31,两个辅助滚筒1-31的外表面上套有辅助皮带1-12,靠近主支撑板1-16中部的一个辅助滚筒1-31上安装有第二主动辊1-41,第二主动辊1-41上安装有小主动带轮1-42;辅侧板上安装有轴承支座1-10,轴承支座1-10上固定有带轮支座1-9,带轮支座1-9上安装有张紧带轮1-27,双面同步带1-24绕过电机带轮1-22、张紧带轮1-27、被动带轮1-36和小主动带轮1-42,同时带动主皮带1-8和辅助皮带1-12。
参见图2所示,电机1-20经蜗杆减速机1-19减速后,通过电机轴1-21驱动电机带轮1-22,压盖1-23轴向定位电机带轮1-22,电机带轮1-22驱动双面同步带1-24,双面同步带1-24驱动被动带轮1-36。右挡板1-6上的圆杆被紧钉螺丝固定在夹块1-38的圆孔中,当松开紧钉螺丝时,可以调整两个挡板之间的距离,以限定中包在皮带1-8两侧上的位置,夹块1-38安装在调节支架1-2上,并可以在上下方向调节其安装位置,调节支架1-2固定在主侧板1-5上,主侧板1-5通过小支板1-17装在机架1-1上,机架1-1上装有蹄脚1-18,可以调整整个皮带输送机部件的高度。当电机1-20运行时,两个皮带机同时运行,可以将中包平稳地输送到卡座整形机中。两个辅侧板1-11之间用连接板1-15连接,每个辅侧板1-11上紧固着固定块1-14,两个固定块1-14用托杆1-30连接。
参见图3所示,支杆1-45上加工有外螺纹,托杆1-30与支杆1-45之间是螺纹连接,用弹簧1-44防松,支杆1-45用螺纹联接在横支撑板1-13上,旋转支杆1-45的同时调整轴承支座1-10在辅侧板1-11上的安装位置,可以调节上皮带机与下皮带机之间的高度位置,以适应输送不同直径的药卷。
参见图4所示,张紧带轮1-27与带轮支座1-9之间装有深沟球轴承1-25,深沟球轴承1-25通过轴用弹性挡圈1-26限定轴向位置,带轮支座1-9固定在轴承支座1-10上,双面同步带1-24经过张紧带轮1-27时方向改变,从而驱动小主动带轮1-42。
参见图5所示,主皮带1-8连接第一主动辊1-34和主滚筒1-49,主滚筒1-49和被动轴1-47之间装有深沟球轴承1-50,轴用弹性挡圈1-48用来限定深沟球轴承1-50的轴向位置。主侧板1-5的直槽口中设置有第一被动轴1-47,第一被动轴1-47和主滚筒1-49之间安装有深沟球轴承,第一被动轴1-47两端安装有用于限定深沟球轴承轴向位置的轴用弹性挡圈。通过旋转丝杆1-4来调节第一被动轴1-47在主侧板1-5直槽口中的位置,从而调节主皮带1-8的张紧程度。
参见图6所示,小主动带轮1-42与主动辊1-41之间用平键1-43连接,主动辊1-41与辅侧板1-11及轴承支座1-10之间分别装有推力轴承1-39和深沟球轴承1-40,第二主动辊1-41与辅助滚筒1-31之间装有辅助皮带1-12。
参见图7所示,被动带轮1-36通过平键带动第一主动辊1-34,第一主动辊1-34和主侧板1-5之间装有深沟球轴承1-35,两个主侧板1-5之间用连接杆1-3连接,加强稳定性。传感器支架1-33用来检测主皮带1-8上的中包通过状况。
参见图8所示,辅助滚筒1-31与第二被动轴1-28之间装有深沟球轴承1-32。第二被动轴1-28被放置在辅侧板1-11的直槽口中,通过旋转丝杆1-51来调节第二被动轴1-28在辅侧板1-11直槽口中的位置,从而调节皮带1-12的张紧程度。
二、卡座整形机
参见图9所示,卡座整形机2包括第二机架2-31,第二机架2-31上安装有左侧板2-33和右侧板2-34,左侧板2-33和右侧板2-34上设置有主动轴2-7和从动轴2-27,主动轴2-7上安装有卡座主动链轮2-9和驱动从动链轮2-16,从动轴2-27上安装有卡座从动链轮2-24,卡座主动链轮2-9和卡座从动链轮2-24上套有卡座链条2-1,卡座链条2-1上安装有L型卡座板2-11。
参见图10所示,第二机架2-31上固定有伺服电机2-20,伺服电机2-20上的电机链轮2-19通过传动链条2-18与驱动从动链轮2-16相连。伺服电机2-20经行星减速机2-21减速后驱动驱动从动链轮2-16,驱动从动链轮2-16用平键和行星减速机2-21连接,驱动从动链轮2-16通过传动链条2-18驱动卡座从动链轮2-24,卡座从动链轮2-24和主动轴2-7用键连接,主动轴2-7上装有卡座主动链轮2-9,并用轴用弹性挡圈2-8作轴向定位,主动轴2-7通过方形带座轴承2-12与侧板2-33、2-34连接。
参见图10所示,卡座主动链轮2-9用卡座链条2-1驱动卡座从动链轮2-24,传动比为1,卡座从动链轮2-24和从动轴2-27之间装有深沟球轴承,从动轴2-27两端有螺纹孔,并搁置在侧板2-33、2-34的直槽口上,张紧螺栓2-4穿过张紧固定块2-3的圆孔,其一端连在从动轴2-27端部的螺纹孔中,当旋转张紧螺栓2-4时,从动轴2-27会在直槽口中移动,这样可以调节卡座链条2-1的张紧程度。
参见图11所示,卡座板2-11较短的一面固定在卡座链条2-1的链板上,当卡座链条2-1转动时,卡座板2-11会随着卡座链条2-1作循环运动。卡座链条2-1在水平部分运行时,需要穿过过塑料导轨2-2中间的导向槽,同时尼龙垫块2-14托着卡座板2-11较短的一面,这样可以消除卡座链条2-1在水平运动部分的重力下垂,保证卡座链条2-1运行时的平稳。尼龙垫块2-14用螺纹连接在连接板2-5上,连接板2-5和连接杆2-6两端用螺纹联在左侧板2-33和右侧板2-34上,以加强左侧板2-33和右侧板2-34的稳定性。
三、耙式进料部件
参见图12所示,耙式进料部件3包括两条XY方向气缸、多个平板板组成的耙板和方形框架。两条XY方向气缸可以同时动作,驱动耙板到达平面内的一点,耙板上的每条平板在气缸的驱动下将卡座板中的中包拉到叠层部件。X方向气缸为装有浮动接头的普通气缸,Y方向气缸为三轴气缸,方形框架作为其它零件安装固定用机架。耙式进料部件3还包括:气缸,气缸横支撑板,安装支架,长支撑板,安装支架,横支架板,横导杆,气缸座板,三轴气缸,耙板,横梁,滑块,直线轴承,孔用弹性挡圈。
其中,三轴气缸的缸体固定在气缸座板上,三轴气缸的活塞端装有横梁,横梁上固定有多个耙板,每个耙板的背后装有加强筋。气缸座板一面固定在气缸的活塞上,另一面固定在滑块上,当气缸动作时气缸座板会随着滑块中的直线轴承在横导杆上向前运动,直线轴承通过孔用弹性挡圈固定在滑块中。气缸固定在气缸横支撑板上,气缸横支撑板通过两个长支撑板与横支架板连接,组成一个矩形框。当中包在卡座整形机上排列到一定数量时,气缸带动三轴气缸向前运动,越过卡座整形机后,三轴气缸驱动耙板向下运动到一定高度时,气缸带动三轴气缸向后运动,通过耙板将中包拉到码垛叠层部件的抽板上,完成一个进料工作周期。
四、码垛叠层部件
码垛叠层部件包括第三机架、落料部件、叠层部件和开箱部件。落料部件的挡板和收拢气缸限制中包三个方向的位置,以适应不同规格的药卷,气缸抽掉下方的托板使中包码垛。叠层部件由三个叠层气缸驱动,上叠层气缸动作码垛一层中包,两个下叠层气缸同时动作码垛第二层中包,同时左右气缸收拢以适应不同规格的药卷。上叠层气缸活塞杆与叠层板底部相连,下叠层气缸尾部通过上叠层气缸安装板与上叠层气缸顶部相连,下叠层气缸顶部通过下叠层气缸固定板与上叠层气缸尾部相连,下叠层气缸活塞杆通过一浮动接头、机架连接板固定在机架上,组成叠层撑箱装置的叠层动作部分;开箱部件由三个气缸驱动,分别开纸箱的左右折页板和下折页板,气缸和折页板的安装位置可以调节,以适应不同规格的纸箱。机架上与翻箱辊道机部件翻箱接触处有尼龙缓冲垫块,以减少翻箱震动。
具体的,参见图13所示,码垛叠层部件包括第三机架,第三机架上安装有支架,支架上设置有左导杆座4-2和右导杆座4-8,参见图14所示,左导杆座4-2和右导杆座4-8上各安装有一个导杆4-1和一个气缸4-3,两个导杆4-1上安装有抽板4-7,两个气缸4-3各安装一个拉杆,即左拉杆4-5和右拉杆4-4,两个拉杆位于抽板两侧。抽板4-7上下各布置一对夹紧板,四个夹紧板分布在抽板4-7的两端,其中上面的一对夹紧板上各装有一个气缸和一个导杆,气缸通过气缸安装座固定在第三机架上,导杆通过直线轴承装在气缸安装板上,下面的一对夹紧板装在充填部件5的机架上。
一定数量的中包被耙式进料部件3拉到抽板4-7上,固定在横梁上的左挡板、右挡板可以限制中包的后面位置,同时抽板4-7两侧的左夹紧板和右夹紧板在气缸的驱动下向中间移动,这样可以限定中包左右的位置,气缸安装在气缸安装座上,气缸安装座装在支架上,其位置沿气缸运动方向可以调节,以适应不同直径的药卷。
参见图14所示,中包被拉到抽板4-7后,气缸4-3动作,驱动右拉杆4-4和左拉杆4-5,右拉杆44和左拉杆4-5及抽板4-7固定在一起,抽板4-7在直线轴承4-6的引导下沿着导杆4-1移动,当抽板4-7移动到末端时,抽板4-7上的中包由于位置被左挡板和右挡板挡住,不会随抽板4-7一起移动,最终会跌落在叠层板上,此时抽板4-7在气缸4-3的驱动下复位。气缸4-3和导杆4-1都是通过左导杆座4-2和右导杆座4-8连接到支架上的,支架通过螺纹与第三机架连接。
跌落第一层中包之前,气缸动作使叠层板上升到最高位置,此时叠层板的上平面与抽板4-7的下平面距离5mm,当第一层中包跌落到叠层板上后,气缸通过下气缸推板驱动叠层板下降175mm,气缸驱动左夹紧板和右夹紧板向中间移动,限制中包的左右位置后收回。重复上述步骤,气缸4-3驱动抽板4-7,使第二层跌落在第一层中包上面,气缸下降200mm,左夹紧板和右夹紧板在气缸的驱动下限定中包左右的位置后收回,完成一个叠层周期。
左夹紧板和右夹紧板及气缸通过直线轴承、导杆轴与左夹紧气缸座和右夹紧气缸座联接。左夹紧气缸座和右夹紧气缸座在第三机架上的安装位置可以调节,以适应不同直径的药卷气缸与底开箱拐臂联接,底开箱拐臂通过平键与底开箱板联接,当气缸动作时,底开箱板在90°范围内转动,可以打开纸箱的下折页板。底开箱板与底开箱板左座和底开箱板右座之间装有深沟球轴承,底开箱板左座和底开箱板右座固定在第三机架上。
气缸通过连接销与气缸底座联接,当气缸动作时,左开箱板及右开箱板会在90°范围内转动作,可以打开纸箱的左右折页板。左开箱板及右开箱板通过固体润滑轴承套与气缸底座联接,气缸底座安装在左开箱气缸座或右开箱气缸座上,其安装位置可以调节,以适应不同直径的药卷,左开箱气缸座和右开箱气缸座固定在第三机架上,其位置上下可以调节。
五、充填部件
充填部件5包括两条充填气缸,推板,调节板,气缸导杆座,支承轴及安装板,两条充填气缸缸体的尾部连在一起,头部分别固定在机架和推板上,以节省空间。推板上装有气缸导杆座和支承轴,以限制推板的旋转自由度。推板上装有调节板,以改变推包时接触面积的大小,适应不同规格的药卷和纸箱。
具体的,参见图15所示,充填部件5包括:轴承座5-5,左调节板5-6,气缸固定板5-7,气缸5-8,导杆5-9,气缸5-10,右调节板5-11,气缸5-8的活塞端固定在气缸固定板上,气缸固定板安装在安装板上, 气缸5-8的缸体固定在在气缸5-10的缸体上,气缸5-10的活塞端装在推板上,左调节板5-6和右调节板5-11装在推板上,其位置可以左右调节,以适应不同码垛规格的中包。
推板上还装有两个导杆5-9,导杆5-9分别与直线轴承配合,直线轴承装在轴承座5-5中,并用孔用挡圈和隔套限定轴向位置,隔套有利于直线轴承的装卸。当码垛叠层部件的叠层板上堆积一定数量的中包时,气缸5-8和气缸5-10驱动推板,左调节板5-6及右调节板5-11推动中包进入纸箱。充填部件整体装在码垛叠层部件的第三机架上。
六、翻箱辊道机
翻箱辊道机6包括辊道机、翻箱部件和投标机。翻箱辊道输送部件将封底完毕的箱坯从开箱封底机送出,抵达投标部件处,箱坯被拦翻箱辊道输送部件的摆动杆阻拦停止,待投标动作完成后,箱坯继续前进,进入翻箱部件的翻转框后,纸箱再次被挡停,翻箱辊道输送部件动作将开口向上的立式纸箱转换为开口朝侧的卧式纸箱,当充填动作完成时,翻箱辊道输送部件动作将开口朝侧的卧式纸箱转换为开口向上的立式纸箱。辊道机是有多个带链轮的辊筒组成,它们之间用链条互联,使每个辊筒都可以同速同向转动。
参加图16和图17所示,翻箱辊道机6包括:连接板6-9,机架6-10,拦箱板6-11,气缸6-12,销轴6-13,万向脚蹄6-14,护栏6-33,护栏支架6-34,传感器6-35,翻转轴6-36,传感器6-37,链条6-38。 翻箱辊道机的电机经减速机减速后驱动主动链轮,链条联接主动链轮和辊筒上的从动链轮,每个辊筒的同一端上固定有两个从动链轮,多个链条6-38将多个辊筒上的从动链轮相互连接,使每一个辊筒都能同速同向的转动,以驱动纸箱前进。每一个辊筒都安装在侧板上,防护板用来遮住主动链轮,起安全保护作用。
参见图16所示,当传感器6-35检测到空纸箱时,气缸6-12驱动拦箱板6-11上升,挡住纸箱,使纸箱停止前进,投标机架上的打码机向纸箱里面投入标识后,气缸6-12驱动拦箱板6-11复位,纸箱继续前进。气缸6-12和拦箱板6-11装在两个辊筒中间。当传感器6-37检测到纸箱通过时,气缸驱动转动挡板转动,挡住纸箱,使纸箱停止前进,气缸推动转臂,转臂和翻箱架及翻箱板绕翻转轴6-36转动,使翻箱架上的纸箱脱离辊筒并绕翻转轴6-36转动90°,使纸箱的开口面向充填部件5的推板,翻箱架正好落在码垛叠层部件的第三机架上,翻箱架上的气缸驱动压箱板向下动作,压住翻箱板上的纸箱,以固定纸箱相对于充填部件5的推板的位置。
参见图17所示,翻转轴6-36与机架6-10之间装有带座轴承, 翻箱架与翻箱板之间装有尼龙垫块,以减少震动。当充填部件5将码垛好的中包充填入纸箱后,气缸推动转臂和翻箱架及翻箱板绕翻转轴6-36转动复位,气缸驱动转动挡板复位,纸箱继续前进到下一个工位。气缸和转动挡板都安装在安装座上,转动挡板和安装座之间装有自润滑轴承。辊筒两端上方都装有护栏6-33,用以限制纸箱在两侧上的位置,护栏6-33装在护栏支架6-34上,安装位置可以调节,以适应不同规格的纸箱。机架连接板连接机架6-10和码垛叠层部件的第三机架,以保持各部件之间的相对位置。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

Claims (10)

1、 一种适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,包括顺次相连的皮带输送机、卡座整形机、耙式进料部件、码垛叠层部件、充填部件和翻箱辊道机,相邻部件之间通过机体连接板相连,各部件通过自动控制系统控制协调运行,所述皮带输送机包括H型的第一机架,所述第一机架上面安装有主支撑板,第一机架中部水平布置的支撑架上安装有电机,电机包括电机带轮,其特征在于:所述皮带输送机还包括主皮带、辅助皮带和双面同步带,所述主支撑板两侧设置有主侧板,主侧板两端安装有主滚筒,两个主滚筒的外表面上套有主皮带,其中一个主滚筒上安装有第一主动辊,第一主动辊上安装有被动带轮;主支撑板靠近端部处安装有辅支架,辅支架上安装有横支撑板,横支撑板两侧设置有辅侧板,辅侧板两端安装有辅助滚筒,两个辅助滚筒的外表面上套有辅助皮带,靠近主支撑板中部的一个辅助滚筒上安装有第二主动辊,第二主动辊上安装有小主动带轮;所述辅侧板上安装有轴承支座,轴承支座上固定有带轮支座,带轮支座上安装有张紧带轮,所述双面同步带绕过电机带轮、张紧带轮、被动带轮和小主动带轮,同时带动主皮带和辅助皮带。
2、 如权利要求1所述的适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,其特征在于:所述主侧板的直槽口中设置有第一被动轴,第一被动轴和主滚筒之间安装有深沟球轴承,第一被动轴两端安装有用于限定深沟球轴承轴向位置的轴用弹性挡圈。
3、如权利要求1所述的适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,其特征在于:所述主侧板和第一主动辊之间安装有深沟球轴承,两个主侧板之间通过连接杆相连,主侧板上固定有调节支架,调节支架上安装有夹块,主皮带两侧设置有可调挡板,可调挡板上的圆杆通过紧钉螺丝固定在夹块的圆孔中。
4、如权利要求1所述的适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,其特征在于:所述第二主动辊与辅侧板之间安装有推力轴承,第二主动辊与轴承支座之间安装有深沟球轴承。
5、如权利要求1所述的适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,其特征在于:所述辅侧板的直槽口中设置有第二被动轴,第二被动轴与辅助滚筒之间安装有深沟球轴承,两个辅侧板之间通过连接板相连,每个辅侧板上设置有固定块,两个固定块通过托杆相连,横支撑板上设置有支杆,支杆上加工有外螺纹,托杆与支杆螺纹连接。
6、如权利要求1所述的适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,其特征在于:所述卡座整形机包括第二机架,所述第二机架上安装有侧板,侧板上设置有主动轴和从动轴,主动轴上安装有卡座主动链轮和驱动从动链轮,从动轴上安装有卡座从动链轮,卡座主动链轮和卡座从动链轮上套有卡座链条,卡座链条上安装有L型卡座板。
7、如权利要求6所述的适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,其特征在于:所述第二机架上固定有伺服电机,伺服电机上的电机链轮通过传动链条与驱动从动链轮相连。
8、如权利要求6所述的适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,其特征在于:所述从动轴两端设有螺纹孔,搁置在侧板的直槽口中,从动轴和卡座从动链轮之间安装有深沟球轴承。
9、如权利要求1所述的适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,其特征在于:所述码垛叠层部件包括第三机架,所述第三机架上安装有支架,支架上设置有左导杆座和右导杆座,左导杆座和右导杆座上各安装有一个导杆和一个气缸,两个导杆上安装有抽板,两个气缸各安装一个拉杆,两个拉杆位于抽板两侧。
10、如权利要求9所述的适用于圆卷状物体的装箱设备,其特征在于:所述抽板上下各布置一对夹紧板,四个夹紧板分布在抽板的两端,其中上面的一对夹紧板上各装有一个气缸和一个导杆,气缸通过气缸安装座固定在第三机架上,导杆通过直线轴承装在气缸安装板上,下面的一对夹紧板装在充填部件的机架上。
