Abstract
Description
以下、この発明を具体化した第一の実施形態を図面に従って説明する。この実施形態は、スラットをハンガーレールの一端側から他端側に向かって引き出し、あるいは他端側から一端側に向かって畳み込む片開き型の縦型ブラインドを示す。
図8及び図9は、第二の実施形態を示す。この実施形態は、ハンガーレールの両端部に操作コードを垂下し、各操作コードの操作により、スラットをハンガーレールの右端側及び左端側へのいずれにも引き出し可能とし、かつ畳み込み可能としたものである。第一の実施形態と同一構成部分は同一符号を付して説明する。
図10及び図11は、第三の実施形態を示す。この実施形態は、スラットをハンガーレールの両端部から長手方向中央部に畳み込み、長手方向中央部から両端部に向かって引き出すセパレート型の縦型ブラインドを示す。先頭ランナーをハンガーレールの両端側に設ければ、スラットをハンガーレールの両端部から中央部に向かって移送する仕様とすることもできる。
図14及び図15は、第四の実施形態を示す。この実施形態は、操作コードの操作により、ハンガーレールの両端部から長手方向中央部に向かってスラットを引き出し、ハンガーレールの長手方向中央部から両端部に向かってスラットを畳み込む両開き型の縦型ブラインドにこの発明を具体化したものである。第一の実施形態と同一構成部分は同一符号を付して説明する。
図16~図18は、第五の実施形態を示す。この実施形態は、ハンガーレールの端部で操作コードを周回可能に支持するエンドケースの別例を示す。
図19及び図20は、第六の実施形態を示す。この実施形態は、エンドケース61をキャップ11に保持する手段として磁石62a,62bを使用したものである。
図21~図25は、第七の実施形態を示す。この実施形態は、この出願の発明をカーテンの操作装置に具体化したものである。
図26~図30は、第八の実施形態を示す。この実施形態は、この出願の発明を天窓用カーテンの操作装置に具体化したものである。
Claims (24)
- 日射遮蔽材を移動可能に支持するレールと、
前記レールに沿って周回可能なようにレールに支持される無端状の操作コードであって、レールに沿って互いに並行して延びる一対のコード部と、一対のコード部の第一端部同士の接続部分である第一の無端縁と、一対のコード部の第二端部同士の接続部分である第二の無端縁とを有し、前記レールの一端から前記第一の無端縁が垂下されるとともに、前記第二の無端縁がコード支持部を介して前記レール内に支持される、前記操作コードと、
前記レール内を前記操作コードが周回することに伴い、前記レールに沿って移送される日射遮蔽材と
を備えた日射遮蔽装置において、
前記コード支持部は、
前記第二の無端縁における前記一対のコード部の両方に作用する引っ張り力で前記第二の無端縁の前記レールに対する位置決めを解除する位置決め解除手段と、
前記第二の無端縁の位置決めが解除されたとき、少なくとも前記第一の無端縁が床面に達するまで前記第二の無端縁の移動を許容する案内部材と
を備えたことを特徴とする日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。 - 前記位置決め解除手段には、前記第二の無端縁の前記レールに対する位置決めを弾性的に復帰させる復帰手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記復帰手段は、前記操作コードが掛装されたエンドケースを前記位置決め解除手段に向かって移送可能とした操作棒を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記位置決め解除手段は、
前記レールに取着されて、前記コード支持部に設けられたエンドケースを弾性的に保持する係止手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。 - 前記コード支持部は、
前記レールの端部に取着されるキャップと、
前記操作コードが掛装されるとともに、前記レールに移動可能に支持されるエンドケースと
を備え、
前記位置決め解除手段は、
前記キャップに設けられて、前記エンドケースを弾性的に保持する係止片を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。 - 前記キャップは前記レールの端部を覆う板状部を備え、前記係止片が前記板状部から突出していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記キャップは前記板状部から突出する案内突起を備え、前記エンドケースは前記案内突起を挿入可能な案内孔を備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記コード支持部は、
前記レールの端部に取着した操作部と、
前記操作コードが掛装されるとともに、前記レールに移動可能に支持されるエンドケースと
を備え、
前記位置決め解除手段は、
前記操作部に設けられて、前記エンドケースを弾性的に保持する係止片を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。 - 前記操作部には、前記操作コードを前記レールの端部から下方へ案内する案内ローラーを設けたことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記レールの両端部に前記操作部を取着し、前記操作部に前記エンドケースをそれぞれ保持し、前記レールの左端部に位置するエンドケースに掛装した操作コードを前記レールの右端から垂下し、前記レールの右端部に位置するエンドケースに掛装した操作コードを前記レールの左端から垂下したことを特徴とする請求項8又は9記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記コード支持部は、
前記レールの長手方向中間部に取着されるセパレートストッパと、
前記レールの右端部から垂下される操作コードが掛装されるとともに、前記レールに移動可能に支持される第一のエンドケースと、
前記レールの左端部から垂下される操作コードが掛装されるとともに、前記レールに移動可能に支持される第二のエンドケースと
を備え、
前記位置決め解除手段は、
前記セパレートストッパに設けられて、前記第一及び第二のエンドケースを弾性的に保持する係止片を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。 - 前記係止片は係止突部を備え、前記エンドケースは前記係止突部に係合可能な保持面を備えることを特徴とする請求項5乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記係止片との係合が解除された前記エンドケースは、前記保持面の高さ位置が前記係止片と同じ高さ位置を維持された状態で、前記レールに沿って移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項12記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記エンドケースには、前記操作コードが掛装される案内ローラーを設けたことを特徴とする請求項3乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記エンドケースを、前記レール内で移動可能に支持したことを特徴とする請求項3乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記エンドケースに、前記日射遮蔽材を回動操作する角度調節軸を挿通可能とした軸受孔を設けたことを特徴とする請求項3乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記位置決め解除手段は、
前記操作コードを掛装したエンドケースに設けられて、該エンドケースを前記レールに弾性的に保持する係止手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。 - 前記前記係止手段は前記エンドケースに設けられた弾性片であり、同弾性片は、前記レールの端部又は前記レールに形成された係止孔に係合することを特徴とする請求項17記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記位置決め解除手段は、
前記操作コードが掛装される案内部を、前記レールに弾性的に保持したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。 - 前記コード支持部を、前記レールに対し移動可能に外嵌したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記案内部材に、前記日射遮蔽材の端部を吊下支持する吊下部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 前記位置決め解除手段は、前記遮蔽材の移送操作時に前記操作コードに作用する引っ張り力を超える引っ張り力で前記第二の無端縁の前記レールに対する位置決めを解除するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至21のいずれか1項に記載の日射遮蔽装置の操作装置。
- 日射遮蔽材を移動可能に支持するレールと、
前記レール内を周回可能なようにレールに支持される無端状の操作コードであって、レールに沿って互いに並行して延びる一対のコード部と、一対のコード部の第一端部同士の接続部分である第一の無端縁と、一対のコード部の第二端部同士の接続部分である第二の無端縁とを有し、前記レールの一端から前記第一の無端縁が垂下されるとともに、前記第二の無端縁がコード支持部を介して前記レール内に支持される、前記操作コードと、
前記レール内を前記操作コードが周回することに伴い、前記レールに沿って移送される日射遮蔽材と
を備えた日射遮蔽装置において、
前記第二の無端縁における前記一対のコード部の双方に同方向の引張り力が作用したとき、前記第二の無端縁の前記レールに対する位置決めを解除する位置決め解除手段を備えたことを特徴とする日射遮蔽装置のコード支持部。 - 日射遮蔽装置のレールの長手方向中間部に取着されるコード支持部であって、
前記レールの右端部から垂下される操作コードが掛装されるとともに、前記レールに移動可能に支持される第一のエンドケースと、
前記レールの左端部から垂下される操作コードが掛装されるとともに、前記レールに移動可能に支持される第二のエンドケースと、
前記レールの長手方向中間部に設けられて、前記第一及び第二のエンドケースを弾性的に保持する係止片と
を備えたことを特徴とする日射遮蔽装置のコード支持部。
