Claims (17)
- 流体の流量を可変に制御可能な流量制御弁であって、
前記流体が流入する流入口(111a)および前記流体が流出する流出口(112a)が設けられたケーシング(101)と、
前記ケーシング(101)内の空間を前記流体が流動する流動空間(140)と作動媒体が存する作動空間(150)とに区画するダイヤフラム(130)と、
前記流入口(111a)に対向する部分の前記ダイヤフラム(130)に設けられた弁体(160)とを備え、
前記ダイヤフラム(130)が前記作動空間(150)の内圧変化に伴って変位することで前記弁体(160)が移動することにより、前記弁体(160)と前記流入口(111a)との間の距離が変化することで前記流入口(111a)から前記流動空間(140)に流入する前記流体の流量が調節され、これにより前記流出口(112a)から流出する前記流体の流量が可変に制御可能とされた、流量制御弁。 - 前記ダイヤフラム(130)の前記作動空間(150)の内圧変化に伴って変位する部分の面積が、前記流入口(111a)の開口面積よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の流量制御弁。
