본 발명의 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 시스템에서 상기 지점 서버(120)는 상기 본사 서버(310)로부터 상기 고객 개인정보와 참조정보에 대응하는 콘텐츠 정보, 및 상기 콘텐츠 정보의 디스플레이 시간에 관한 시간설정정보를 지점 DB(121)에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 시스템에서 상기 디스플레이 장치(130)는 TV, 벽걸이 TV, 및 스크린 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법은 매장에 구비된 POS 단말기(110)를 통해 방문고객의 개인정보를 입력받아 지점 서버(120)로 전달하여 인식하는 단계; 상기 지점 서버(120)는 유무선 인터넷 망(200)을 거쳐 다수의 방문고객에 관한 콘텐츠 요구정보를 본사 서버(310)로 전송하는 단계; 상기 본사 서버(310)는 참조정보를 이용하여 상기 콘텐츠 요구정보에 대응하는 미디어 콘텐츠를 상기 지점 서버(120)로 전송하는 단계; 및 상기 지점 서버(120)가 상기 미디어 콘텐츠를 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법에서 상기 참조정보는 상기 지점 서버(120)가 존재하는 지역의 일기예보를 포함한 날씨, 계절에 관한 정보, 상기 지역의 문화행사정보, 문화예술 관람정보, 각 연령대별로 인기있는 가수, 음악, 관심 갖는 각종 정보, 및 상기 고객이 상기 콘텐츠를 예전에 시청했는지 여부에 관한 히스토리 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법은 상기 지점 서버(120)로 전송하는 단계에서 상기 미디어 콘텐츠는 콘텐츠 저장 DB(311)에서 선별하여 전송하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법은 상기 지점 서버(120)로 전송하는 단계에서 상기 미디어 콘텐츠는 다수의 미디어 서버(322,323,324)로부터 직접 콘텐츠를 받아 전송하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법에서 상기 디스플레이하는 단계는 실시간으로 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이되거나, 또는 상기 지점 서버(120)에 연동하는 지점 DB(121)에 시간설정정보와 함께 상기 미디어 콘텐츠를 저장하여 상기 시간설정정보에 따라 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예를 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 시스템을 도시한 구성도이다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 시스템은 POS 단말기(110), 지점 DB(121)에 연동하는 지점 서버(120), 디스플레이 장치(130), 인터넷 망(200)을 통해 지점 서버(120)에 연결되고 콘텐츠 저장 DB(311), 참조정보 서버(321) 및 다수의 미디어 서버(322,323,324) 등에 연결된 본사 서버(310)를 포함하여 구성된다.
POS(Point of Sale) 단말기(110)는 예를 들어 좌훈 카페, 찜질방, 모임 편의장소 등과 같은 대중이 모이는 장소에 구비된 단말기로서 금전등록기와 컴퓨터 단말기의 기능을 결합한 단말기로 매상금액을 정산해 줄 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 장소에 고객이 입장하면 각각의 고객이 가진 회원카드 또는 할인을 위한 ID 입력을 통해 개인정보를 입력받고 지점 서버(120)로 전달한다.
지점 서버(120)는 예를 들어 좌훈 카페, 찜질방, 모임 편의장소 각각에 설치된 서버로서 POS 단말기(110)에 연결되어 수신된 다수의 고객 개인정보를 인터넷 망(200)을 통해 본사 서버(310)로 전송하고, 본사 서버(310)로부터 수신된 다수의 콘텐츠를 저장한 지점 DB(121)에 연결되어 지점 DB(121)에 저장된 콘텐츠를 설정된 시간에 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이되도록 처리할 수 있다.
디스플레이 장치(130)는 예를 들어 좌훈 카페, 찜질방, 모임 편의장소 각각에 설치된 TV, 벽걸이 TV, 스크린 장치 등의 디스플레이 장치로서 지점 서버(120)에 연결되어 지점 DB(121)에 저장된 콘텐츠가 설정된 시간에 디스플레이된다.
본사 서버(310)는 인터넷 망(200)을 통해 지점 서버(120)에 연결되고, 콘텐츠 저장 DB(311), 참조정보 서버(321) 및 다수의 미디어 서버(322,323,324)에 연결되되, 다수의 미디어 서버(322,323,324)로부터 수신된 다양한 미디어 콘텐츠를 참조정보 서버(321)로부터 수신된 참조정보와 결합하여 콘텐츠 저장 DB(311)에 저장한다.
특히, 본사 서버(310)는 인터넷 망(200)을 통해 지점 서버(120)로부터 다수의 고객 개인정보를 수신하고, 수신된 다수의 고객 개인정보를 참조정보 서버(321)로부터 수신된 참조정보와 함께 분석하여 다수의 고객을 만족시킬 수 있는 미디어 콘텐츠를 콘텐츠 저장 DB(311)에서 선별할 수 있다. 이렇게 선별한 미디어 콘텐츠는 인터넷 망(200)을 통해 지점 서버(120)로 전송될 수 있다.
참조정보 서버(321)는 본사 서버(310)에 연결되어 날씨정보, 계절정보, 지역정보, 문화정보, 연령대정보, 각 고객의 히스토리 정보 등을 포함한 참조정보를 수집하고 처리하는 서버로서, 본사 서버(310)에 수신된 고객 개인정보 각각에 관련된 참조정보를 전달할 수 있다. 여기서, 참조정보 서버(321)에서 처리하는 참조정보는 해당 날짜의 각 지점 서버(120)가 존재하는 지역의 일기예보를 포함한 날씨, 계절에 관한 정보, 그 지역의 문화행사정보, 해당 날짜에 유망한 문화예술 관람정보, 각 연령대별로 인기있는 가수, 음악, 관심 갖는 각종 정보, 콘텐츠 저장 DB(311)에서 선별되어 전송된 각각의 미디어 콘텐츠에 대해 POS 단말기(110)로부터 수신된 방문고객이 예전에 시청했는지 여부에 관한 고객의 히스토리 정보 등을 포함할 수 있다.
다수의 미디어 서버(322,323,324)는 예를 들어 공용 방송사, 케이블 방송사, 영화사 등의 미디어 매체에 연결되어 다양한 미디어 콘텐츠를 제공받아 본사 서버(310)로 연동하여 전송할 수 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 시스템은 예를 들어 좌훈 카페를 방문한 경우, 좌훈 카페에 구비된 POS 단말기(110)를 통해 방문고객의 개인정보를 수집하고, 수집된 개인정보는 지점 서버(120)와 인터넷 망(200)을 거쳐 본사 서버(310)로 전송하며, 본사 서버(310)는 참조정보를 이용하여 지점 서버(120)로부터 수신된 다수의 방문고객에게 만족할만한 미디어 콘텐츠를 지점 서버(120)로 전송하여 지점 서버(120)에 의해 설정된 시간에 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이하게 된다.
이하, 이와 같은 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 시스템을 이용하는 콘텐츠 이용 방법을 도 2 내지 도 4를 참조하여 구체적으로 설명한다. 도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 콘텐츠 이용 방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도이고, 도 3과 도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 콘텐츠 이용 방법을 설명하기 위한 예시도이다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법은 먼저 고객이 좌훈 카페를 방문한 경우, 방문고객이 가진 회원카드 또는 할인을 위해 ID 카드를 좌훈 카페에 구비된 POS 단말기(110)를 통해 개인정보를 입력받아 지점 서버(120)로 전달하여 인식한다(S101).
여기서, POS 단말기(110)를 통해 입력되는 개인정보에는 방문고객의 성명, 성별, 방문날짜와 시간, 연령 등을 포함할 수 있고, 이러한 개인정보는 지점 서버(120)로 전송되되 다수의 방문고객에 포함되어 인식될 수 있다.
POS 단말기(110)를 통해 방문고객의 개인정보를 입력받은 지점 서버(120)는 인터넷 망(200)을 거쳐 다수의 방문고객에 관한 정보를 본사 서버(310)로 전송하되, 다수의 방문고객을 위한 콘텐츠 요구정보를 본사 서버(310)로 전송한다(S102).
구체적으로, 지점 서버(120)로부터 본사 서버(310)로 전송되는 콘텐츠 요구정보는 연령별, 성별, 날씨 등에 대해 방문고객들, 예컨대 20대 여성들과 50대 주부들, 및 남학생들이 방문고객일 경우 이렇게 다양한 연령대의 방문고객을 만족시킬 수 있는 미디어 콘텐츠를 요구하는 것일 수도 있다.
이러한 콘텐츠 요구정보에 따라 본사 서버(310)는 참조정보를 이용하여 지점 서버(120)로부터 수신된 다수의 방문고객을 만족시킬 미디어 콘텐츠를 콘텐츠 저장 DB(311)에서 선별하거나 다수의 미디어 서버(322,323,324)로부터 직접 콘텐츠를 받아 지점 서버(120)로 전송한다(S103).
여기서, 본사 서버(310)가 참조정보를 이용하여 지점 서버(120)로 미디어 콘텐츠를 전송하는 단계(S103)는 예컨대 본사 서버(310)가 20대 여성들과 50대 주부들, 및 남학생들이 방문고객일 경우, 방문고객의 개인정보를 연령별, 성별, 방문회수, 최종 방문시점 등으로 분석하고 참조정보 서버(321)의 참조정보를 이용하여, 지점 서버(120)가 있는 지역의 현재 날씨, 계절, 그 지역의 문화행사정보, 해당 날짜에 유망한 문화예술 관람정보, 각 연령대별로 인기있는 가수, 음악 등을 연령별, 성별 등으로 분석한 결과에 어울려 적합한 미디어 콘텐츠를 콘텐츠 저장 DB(311)에서 선별하여 전송할 수 있다. 이때, 콘텐츠 저장 DB(311)에서 적합한 미디어 콘텐츠가 존재하지 않으면, 본사 서버(310)는 다수의 미디어 서버(322,323,324)로 콘텐츠 요구정보를 전송하여 다수의 미디어 서버(322,323,324) 중에서 선택적으로 직접 콘텐츠를 받아 지점 서버(120)로 전송할 수도 있다.
이렇게 전송된 미디어 콘텐츠는 지점 서버(120)에 의해 실시간으로 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이되거나 지점 DB(121)에 설정시간과 함께 저장되어 디스플레이될 설정시간에 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이될 수 있다(S104).
예를 들어, 20대 여성들과 50대 주부들, 및 남학생들의 방문고객에 대해 지점 서버(120)가 있는 지역의 현재 날씨가 흐린 날씨인 경우, 본사 서버(310)로부터 전송된 미디어 콘텐츠가 방문고객 모두를 만족시킬 수 있도록 맑은 호수를 포함한 영상 미디어 콘텐츠이고, 이러한 미디어 콘텐츠는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 실시간으로 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 실시간으로 디스플레이되거나 또는 정규 TV 방송 스케줄에 대해 디스플레이 시간이 설정되어 설정된 시간과 함께 지점 DB(121)에 저장되어 디스플레이될 설정시간에 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이될 수 있다.
또한, 방문고객들의 연령대가 10대 청소년인 경우, 본사 서버(310)로부터 전송된 미디어 콘텐츠가 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 10대 청소년들에게 인기있는 걸 그룹의 뮤직비디오로서 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 실시간으로 디스플레이되거나 또는 정규 TV 방송 스케줄에 대해 디스플레이 시간이 설정되어 설정된 시간과 함께 지점 DB(121)에 저장되어 디스플레이될 설정시간에 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이될 수 있다.
본 발명의 기술사상은 상기 바람직한 실시예에 따라 구체적으로 기술되었으나, 전술한 실시예들은 그 설명을 위한 것이며, 그 제한을 위한 것이 아님을 주의하여야 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 기술분야의 통상의 전문가라면 본 발명의 기술사상의 범위 내에서 다양한 실시가 가능함을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 매장 내에 구비되어 고객 개인정보를 수집하는 POS 단말기(110);
    상기 POS 단말기(110), 지점 DB(121) 및 디스플레이 장치(130)에 연동하고 상기 고객 개인정보를 송수신하는 지점 서버(120); 및
    인터넷 망(200)을 통해 상기 지점 서버(120)에 연결되고 콘텐츠 저장 DB(311), 참조정보 서버(321) 및 다수의 미디어 서버(322,323,324)에 연결되되, 상기 고객 개인정보와 상기 참조정보 서버(321)의 참조정보에 대응하는 콘텐츠 정보를 송수신하는 본사 서버(310)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 개인정보는 성명, 연령, 성별, 방문 회수, 최종 방문시점을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 시스템.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 참조정보는
    상기 지점 서버(120)가 존재하는 지역의 일기예보를 포함한 날씨, 계절에 관한 정보, 상기 지역의 문화행사정보, 문화예술 관람정보, 각 연령대별로 인기있는 가수, 음악, 관심 갖는 각종 정보, 및 상기 고객이 상기 콘텐츠를 예전에 시청했는지 여부에 관한 히스토리 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 시스템.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 지점 서버(120)는 상기 본사 서버(310)로부터 상기 고객 개인정보와 참조정보에 대응하는 콘텐츠 정보, 및 상기 콘텐츠 정보의 디스플레이 시간에 관한 시간설정정보를 지점 DB(121)에 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 시스템.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 디스플레이 장치(130)는 TV, 벽걸이 TV, 및 스크린 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 시스템.
  6. 매장에 구비된 POS 단말기(110)를 통해 방문고객의 개인정보를 입력받아 지점 서버(120)로 전달하여 인식하는 단계;
    상기 지점 서버(120)는 유무선 인터넷 망(200)을 거쳐 다수의 방문고객에 관한 콘텐츠 요구정보를 본사 서버(310)로 전송하는 단계;
    상기 본사 서버(310)는 참조정보를 이용하여 상기 콘텐츠 요구정보에 대응하는 미디어 콘텐츠를 상기 지점 서버(120)로 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 지점 서버(120)가 상기 미디어 콘텐츠를 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 방문고객의 개인정보는
    성명, 연령, 성별, 방문 회수, 최종 방문시점을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법.
  8. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 참조정보는
    상기 지점 서버(120)가 존재하는 지역의 일기예보를 포함한 날씨, 계절에 관한 정보, 상기 지역의 문화행사정보, 문화예술 관람정보, 각 연령대별로 인기있는 가수, 음악, 관심 갖는 각종 정보, 및 상기 고객이 상기 콘텐츠를 예전에 시청했는지 여부에 관한 히스토리 정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법.
  9. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 지점 서버(120)로 전송하는 단계에서 상기 미디어 콘텐츠는 콘텐츠 저장 DB(311)에서 선별하여 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법.
  10. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 지점 서버(120)로 전송하는 단계에서 상기 미디어 콘텐츠는 다수의 미디어 서버(322,323,324)로부터 직접 콘텐츠를 받아 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법.
  11. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 디스플레이하는 단계는 실시간으로 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이되거나, 또는 상기 지점 서버(120)에 연동하는 지점 DB(121)에 시간설정정보와 함께 상기 미디어 콘텐츠를 저장하여 상기 시간설정정보에 따라 디스플레이 장치(130)를 통해 디스플레이되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능형 콘텐츠 이용 방법.
