상기 영상물제공사 컴퓨터(10)는 클래식 오케스트라나 오페라, 연주회, 콘서트 등과 같은 각종 음악공연이나 연극, 뮤지컬, 미술이나 사진 전시회 등과 같은 각종 공연을 기획하여 관람객에게 제공하는 공연기획사 측에 구비된 상태로 네트워크망(60)에 연결되어 해당 공연에 대한 정보 및 영상데이터를 상기 서비스 시스템(30) 측으로 전송하도록 구성된다.
상기 공연은 상술한 음악회나 전시회 이외에도 각종 강의(자격증, 수능, 신기술 등)나 세미나, 교회 예배, 불교 법회, 성당 미사, 실시간 게임중계나 영화 등으로 확대하여 제공할 수도 있음은 물론이다.
여기에서, 상기 무선이동단말기(50)를 통해 제공되는 공연관람은 직접 공연장을 찾아 오프라인 상에서 공연을 관람하는 관람객을 충분히 유치할 수 있도록 공연기간이 일정 기간 경과한 후 제공되거나, 공연장 공연이 종료된 후 해당 공연이 VoD 형태의 서비스를 위해 동영상 파일로 녹화 및 제작되어 제공될 수 있다.

그리고, 상기 스마트티켓 발송단계(S4)에서는 선택된 공연에 대한 예약 및 결재가 성공적으로 완료된 경우, 해당 공연에 대한 공연 티켓인 '스마트 티켓'이 결재자의 무선이동단말기(50) 측으로 SMS, MMS 또는 이메일을 통해 발송되는 과정이 수행되게 된다.
상기 공연예약 및 결재 결재 과정은 무선이동단말기(50) 뿐만 아니라 일반 PC 또는 노트북 컴퓨터 등을 통해 서비스 시스템(30)의 웹포털 사이트에서 제공하는 홈페이지에 접속한 후, 로그인 단계를 거쳐 수행할 수도 있으며, 공연예약 및 결재과정은 구매를 희망하는 소정 공연을 선택 저장하는 공지의 '장바구니 넣기' 과정을 통해 구현되게 된다.
이때, 무선이동단말기(50)의 소지자는 특정 공연을 한 개 이상 예약 및 결재 할 수가 있으며, 이때 전송받은 다수 개의 공연 스마트 티켓을 선택적으로 특정 지인에게 휴대폰 번호 또는 이메일로 전송(S4-1)하여 선물할 수도 있으며, 해당 스마트 키켓을 수신한 지인은 티켓을 이용하여 해당 공연을 관람할 수 있게 된다.
상기 네트워크 점검단계(S5)에서는 특정 공연을 관람하고자 하는 무선이동단말기(50)가 스마트티켓 발송단계(S4)를 통해 수신한 스마트티켓을 이용하여 상기 서비스 시스템(30)에 접속함에 따라, 상기 서비스 시스템(30)은 접속된 무선이동단말기(50) 측으로 소정 광고데이터를 전송하게 되며 광고전송 중에는 해당 무선이동단말기(30)의 네트워크 상태를 점검하게 된다.
이때, 네트워크 점검단계(S5)에서의 네트워크 점검결과, 해당 무선이동단말기가 공연관람이 원활하지 않은 장소에 위치하고 있는 경우에는 공연관람 장소를 네트워크 성능 및 상태가 안정적인 곳으로 이동할 수 있도록 하거나 공연예약 결재를 취소하도록 진행하게 된다(S6-1).
그리고, 상기 네트워크의 점검 후 상태가 양호한 경우, 해당 공연의 서비스 시간이 도래하게 되면, SMS, MMS 또는 이메일을 통해 공연 시작을 알리는 공연시작알림 단계(S7) 및시스템에 접속하여 공연을 관람하는 공연관람단계(S8)에서는 상기 서비스 시스템(30)의 운용서버(34)가 메시지 관리모듈을 통해 해당 무선이동단말기 (50) 측으로 공연시작에 대한 메시지를 발송하게 되며, 이에 상기 메시지를 수신한 무선이동단말기(50)의 사용자는 상기 스마트티켓 발송단계(S4)에서 수신한 스마트티켓을 이용하여 상기 서비스 시스템(30)에 접속하여 해당 공연을 관람할 수가 있게 되는 것이다.
이때, 상기 이때, 상기 스마트티켓 발송단계(S4)에서 스마트티켓을 타인의 무선이동단말기 측으로 선물한 경우(S4-1)에는 상기 공연을 알리는 SMS, MMS 또는 이메일을 전송하는 공연시작알림 단계(S7)에서는 상기 스마트티켓을 선물받은 타인의 무선이동단말기(50) 측으로 공연시작에 대한 SMS, MMS 또는 이메일을 발송함과 아울러, 상기 네트워크 성능 점검단계(S5)에서 해당 무선이동단말기(50)에 대한 네트워크 점검을 행하게 되는 한편, 상기 공연관람단계(S8)에서 해당 무선이동단말기(50)는 전송된 스마트티켓을 이용하여 서비스 시스템(30)에 접속한 후 무선 네트워크망(60)을 통해 전송되는 실시간 공연 동영상이나 VoD 형태의 서비스로 제공되는 동영상을 무선이동단말기(50)를 통해 관람할 수가 있게 되는 것이다.
상기 실시간 또는 VoD 형태의 서비스로 무선이동단말기(50) 측으로 제공되는 동영상 데이터는 무선이동단말기(50)의 특성에 따라 임의적인 저장이나 재생산이 방지될 수 있으므로, 스마트티켓을 구매한 해당 무선이동단말기(50)를 통해서만 해당 공연을 관람할 수가 있게 된다.
상기 실시간 또는 VoD 형식으로 무선이동단말기(50) 측으로 제공되는 동영상 데이터는 무선이동단말기의 특성에 따라 임의적인 저장이나 재생산이 방지될 수 있으므로, 스마트티켓을 구매한 해당 무선이동단말기를 통해서만 해당 공연을 관람할 수가 있게 된다.
상기 공연관람단계(S8)를 통해 해당 공연의 관람이 완료된 후에는 광고시청단계(S9) 및 공연평가단계(S10)가 추가로 진행될 수가 있다.
즉, 상기 광고시청단계(S9)에서는 해당 무선이동단말기(50)를 통해 광고물 영상을 추가로 수신하여 시청하는 경우 해당 무선이동단말기(50)의 사용자는 그에 따른 포인트 및 쿠폰 등을 제공받게 되며, 상기 공연평가단계(S10)에서 관람한 공연에 대한 감상평 및 평가를 수행한 경우에도 사용자는 그에 따른 포인트 및 쿠폰 등을 제공받게 된다.
또, 특정 가입자에게 제공되는 포인트 및 쿠폰 등의 정보는 상기 서비스 시스템(30)의 데이터베이스 서버(36)에 가입자 별로 저장 관리되게 되며, 상기 공연평가단계(S10)에서의 공연관람에 대한 감상평 및 평가에 대한 정보는 서비스 시스템(30)의 데이터베이스 서버(36)에 저장됨과 아울러 해당 영상물에 대한 종합적인 통계적 평가분석 자료로 활용 및 관리될 수도 있다.
한편, 본 발명에서 기재된 내용과 다른 변형된 실시예들이 돌출 된다고 하더라도 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 전망으로부터 개별적으로 이해되어져서는 안되며, 본 발명에 첨부된 청구범위 내에 속하게 됨은 물론이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 음악회나 연극, 뮤지컬, 전시회를 비롯한 각종 공연을 기획하여 관람객에게 제공하는 영상물제공사 측에 구비되어 해당 공연에 대한 정보를 제공하는 다수의 영상물제공사 컴퓨터와;
    해당 사용자가 소지한 상태에서 무선 네트워크망을 통해 각종 공연에 대한 정보를 검색 및 제공받으며, 특정 공연을 선택하여 공연 티켓의 구매 및 결재를 행한 후, 무선 인터넷망을 통해 제공되는 해당 공연을 관람하도록 구비되는 무선이동단말기 및;
    상기 영상물제공사 컴퓨터 및 무선이동단말기와 유.무선 네트워크망을 매개로 연결된 상태에서, 상기 무선이동단말기 측으로 각종 공연에 대한 정보를 제공함에 따라 무선이동단말기를 통한 해당 공연의 관람을 유도하여 티켓 구매 및 결재과정을 진행하는 한편, 해당 무선이동단말기를 통해 티켓을 구매한 공연을 실시간적으로 관람할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 해당 실시간 공연을 녹화하여 VoD 형태의 공연데이터를 제공하는 서비스 시스템을 포함하여 구성되며;
    상기 서비스 시스템으로부터 해당 무선이동단말기 측으로 제공되는 공연관람을 위한 스마트티켓은 암호화된 시리얼번호가 해당 티켓에 할당된 상태로 발급되어 해당 무선이동단말기를 소지한 한 사람만 공연 관람이 가능하도록 구성됨과 동시에 해당 티켓 자체에 '상세설명', '네트웍검사', '관람/시청', '선물하기', '결재취소'의 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 항목이 설정되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선이동단말기를 이용한 공연관람 서비스 제공 시스템.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 네트워크망에는 다수의 광고물제공사(광고주 및 광고기획사) 컴퓨터가 더 연결되며, 상기 광고물제공사 컴퓨터는 상기 무선이동단말기 측으로 전송하기 위한 소정 광고정보 및 광고데이터를 서비스 시스템 측으로 제공하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무선이동단말기를 이용한 공연관람 서비스 제공 시스템.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 서비스 시스템은;
    영상물제공사 및 광고물제공사로부터 각종 공연 정보를 통합하여 웹 인터페이스를 제공하는 웹서버와, 각종 SNS와 연동을 통해 공연 정보를 제공하는 SNS 연동모듈과, 무선이동단말기 측으로 SMS, MMS 또는 이메일(e-mail)을 발송하는 메세지 관리모듈과, 각 공연에 대한 티켓의 발행 및 판매를 관리하는 티켓 관리모듈과, 티켓판매에 따른 결재를 진행하는 결재모듈과, 공연데이터 전송을 위한 네트워크의 성능을 점검하는 네트워크 점검모듈과, 무선이동단말기 측으로의 광고 및 공연데이터 전송을 관리하는 데이터 전송모듈을 포함하는 운영서버와;
    상기 영상물제공사로부터 제공되는 공연 데이터가 VoD 형태의 서비스로 제공되기 위해 녹화된 동영상파일이 저장되는 VoD영상파일 저장부 및 광고물제공사로부터 제공되는 광고데이터가 저장되는 광고데이터 저장부를 포함하는 파일서버와;
    다수의 영상물제공사가 제공하는 공연 정보와 다수의 광고물제공사가 제공하는 광고 정보 및 데이터와 본 서비스를 제공받기 위해 가입하는 다수의 가입자 정보가 저장되는 데이터베이스 서버 및;
    상기 서비스 시스템의 운용 및 관리를 위해 각 서버를 통합적으로 관리 및 제어하는 관리 및 제어서버를 포함하여 구성된 것;을 특징으로 하는 무선이동단말기를 이용한 공연관람 서비스 제공 시스템.
  4. 다수의 영상물제공사 컴퓨터로부터 각종 공연에 대한 정보 및, 광고물제공사 컴퓨터로부터 소정 광고정보가 서비스 시스템 측으로 제공되어 등록되는 공연정보와 광고정보 및 데이터 등록단계와;
    다수의 영상물제공사 컴퓨터를 통해 제공받은 공연정보를 본 서비스 제공을 위한 웹포털 사이트의 홈페이지 및 SNS 연동을 통해 다수의 무선이동단말기 측으로 제공하는 공연정보 제공단계와;
    상기 무선이동단말기 사용자가 각종 공연정보를 검색한 후, 관람하고자 하는 해당 공연을 예약 및 티켓을 구매하는 공연예약 및 결재단계와;
    선택한 공연에 대한 예약 및 결재가 성공적으로 완료된 후, 해당 공연에 대한 공연티켓인 '스마트 티켓'이 결재자에게 SMS, MMS 또는 이메일을 통해 발송되는 스마트티켓 발송단계와;
    특정 공연을 관람하고자 하는 무선이동단말기에서 수신한 스마트티켓을 이용하여 상기 서비스 시스템에 접속하고, 상기 서비스 시스템은 접속된 무선이동단말기 측으로 광고데이터를 전송하면서 이를 통해 해당 무선이동단말기의 네트워크 상태를 점검하는 네트워크 성능 점검단계와;
    상기 네트워크의 성능 점검 후 해당 무선이동단말기가 공연관람이 원활하지 않은 장소에 위치하고 있는 경우에는 공연관람 장소를 네트워크의 성능 및 상태가 안정적인 곳으로 이동하거나 공연 예약 및 결재를 취소하는 단계와;
    상기 네트워크의 성능 점검 후 해당 무선이동단말기가 공연관람이 원활한 장소에 위치하고 있는 경우에는 해당 공연의 서비스 시간이 도래하는 특정 시점에 예약 및 결재된 공연의 시작을 알리는 SMS, MMS 또는 이메일을 전송하는 공연시작알림 단계 및,
    상기 스마트티켓 발송단계에서 해당 무선이동단말기로 전송된 스마트티켓을 이용하여 서비스 시스템에 접속하여 무선이동단말기를 매개로 해당 공연을 디스플레이 함에 따라, 해당 단말기 소지자가 공연을 관람할 수 있도록 하는 공연관람단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것;을 특징으로 하는 무선이동단말기를 이용한 공연관람 서비스 제공 시스템의 운용방법.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 서비스 시스템을 통해 제공되는 공연은 해당 공연장으로부터 실시간으로 중계되어 전송되거나, 상기 서비스 시스템에 VoD 형태의 서비스로 제공되기 위해 녹화된 동영상파일로 저장된 후 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선이동단말기를 이용한 공연관람 서비스 제공 시스템의 운용방법.
  6. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 공연관람단계가 진행된 이후에는,
    해당 무선이동단말기를 통해 광고물 영상을 시청하는 광고시청단계 및, 관람한 공연에 대한 감상평 및 평가를 행하는 공연평가 단계가 추가로 진행될 수 있으며, 상기 서비스 시스템은 이에 따른 포인트 및 쿠폰을 해당 공연 관람자에게 제공하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무선이동단말기를 이용한 공연관람 서비스 제공 시스템의 운용방법.
  7. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 스마트티켓 발송단계에서 상기 무선이동단말기는 한 개 이상의 공연을 예약할 수가 있으며, 해당 공연을 타인의 무선이동단말기를 통해 관람할 수 있도록 스마트티켓을 선물한 경우, 공연 관람을 위한 해당 무선이동단말기의 휴대폰 번호 또는 이메일 주소를 입력하도록 제어가 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선이동단말기를 이용한 공연관람 서비스 제공 시스템의 운용방법.
  8. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 공연예약 및 결재단계에서의 결재진행은 인터넷 결재 및 휴대폰 결재 방식의 과정을 통해 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선이동단말기를 이용한 공연관람 서비스 제공 시스템의 운용방법.
