Claims (9)
- 一対のセパレータを溶着する溶着装置であって、
前記一対のセパレータに対して相対的に接近及び離反自在な接合ヘッドと、
前記接合ヘッドに取り付けられ前記セパレータ同士を接合する接合チップと、
前記接合チップの先端を越える前進位置と前記前進位置から退避する後退位置との間で進退自在な、前記セパレータを押さえる押さえ部と、
前記接合ヘッドと前記押さえ部との間に設けられ、前記押さえ部を前記前進位置に向けて移動させる付勢力を前記押さえ部に付勢する付勢部材と、を有する接合部を含み、
前記接合ヘッドが前記セパレータに対して相対的に接近することによって、前記押さえ部が前記セパレータに接触して前記前進位置から前記後退位置まで後退し、前記接合チップの前記先端が前記セパレータに接触して接合するとともに、
前記接合チップの前記先端が前記セパレータに接触した状態から前記接合ヘッドが前記セパレータに対して相対的に離反することによって、前記押さえ部が前記セパレータを押さえたままの状態で、前記接合チップの前記先端が前記セパレータから離反し、前記押さえ部が前記付勢部材の付勢力によって前記後退位置から前記前進位置まで前進して前記セパレータから離反する、セパレータ溶着装置。 - 前記押さえ部は、前記セパレータの搬送方向の上流側に向かって広がるテーパー部分を有する、請求項1に記載のセパレータ溶着装置。
- 一対の前記接合部が、前記一対のセパレータを搬送する搬送路を挟んで向かい合って設けられている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のセパレータ溶着装置。
- 前記接合することは、熱溶着することである、請求項1~請求項3の何れか1つに記載のセパレータ溶着装置。
- 前記押さえ部は、放熱部を有している、請求項1~請求項4の何れか1つに記載のセパレータ溶着装置。
- 前記放熱部は、良熱伝導率材料から形成され、または放熱フィンから構成されている、請求項5に記載のセパレータ溶着装置。
- 前記放熱部の周囲に熱逃がし用の空間が形成されている、請求項5または請求項6に記載のセパレータ溶着装置。
- 前記押さえ部は、前記接合チップを囲むように配置された壁部材であって、前記接合チップを外方に臨ませる開放口を備える前記壁部材から形成されている、請求項1~請求項7の何れか1つに記載のセパレータ溶着装置。
- 一対のセパレータを溶着する溶着方法であって、
前記一対のセパレータ同士を接合する接合チップと、前記一対のセパレータを押さえる押さえ部とを備える接合ヘッドを前記セパレータに対して相対的に接近させ、前記押さえ部によって前記セパレータを押さえた後に、前記接合チップによって前記一対のセパレータ同士を接合し、
前記接合ヘッドを前記セパレータに対して相対的に離反させ、前記接合チップを前記一対のセパレータから離反させた後に、前記押さえ部による前記セパレータの押さえを解除する、セパレータの溶着方法。
