And bent portions 42a and 42b formed by bending the lower half to the right. Thereby, the insulating paper 40 becomes a T-shape when viewed from the axial direction. Therefore, the end of the shielding part 41 opposite to the bent parts 42a and 42b is inserted into the groove part 22a, and the bent parts 42a and 42b are inserted into the groove parts 22b, so that the gap between the main body parts 21b of the insulator 21 is increased. The insulating paper 40 can be held.
- the second member 32 is a member that constitutes the insulator 21 in combination with the first member 31 described above, and as shown in FIG. 7, the locking portion 21a, the main body portion 21b, the support portion 21c, and the rib It has a part 21e and a step part 21f.
- the second member 32 is different from the first member 31 in that the second member 32 has a rib portion 21e instead of the wiring guiding portion 21d. Therefore, description of members having the same function as the members included in the first member 31 (the locking portion 21a, the main body portion 21b, the support portion 21c, and the step portion 21f) is omitted.
- the locking portion 21a is opposite to the locking portion 21a on the first member 31 side in the axial direction, as shown in FIG. It arrange
- the rib portion 21 e is erected along the radial direction on the radially outer surface of the support portion 21 c.
- the rib part 21e joins the surface along the radial direction of the support part 21c orthogonal to each other, and the surface along the circumferential direction.
- the support part 21c can be reinforced by the rib part 21e, and the intensity
- the rib 21e is provided not at the back side of the surface of the support portion 21c where the space for inserting the insulating paper 40 is formed, but at the back side of the surface of the support portion 21c where the main body portion 21b is formed. It is preferable.
- the insulator 21 of the present embodiment is wound around the main body portion 21 b on the surface of the locking portion 21 a facing the cooling oil jet port 14 c from which the cooling oil is jetted as the rotor 14 rotates.
- An opening S for exposing the formed coil is provided.
- the cooling oil can be directly supplied to the coil 23.
- the cooling efficiency of the coil 23 wound around the main body 21b can be improved.
- the cooling oil is supplied to the coil 23 from the cooling oil jet port 14 c of the rotor 14 disposed on the inner diameter side of the stator core 20 (insulator 21) via the opening S of the insulator 21. And explained.
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- an opening for exposing the coil may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the insulator. Even in this case, since the cooling oil can be efficiently supplied to the coil, the same effect as described above that the cooling efficiency of the coil can be improved can be obtained.
- an I-shaped member may be used as the locking member.
- a hole part may be sufficient instead of the notch shape mentioned above.
- the insulator 21 including the first and second members 31 and 32 divided vertically in the axial direction is used to cover the three protrusions 20a of the stator core 20 so as to cover them together from above and below. And explained.
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- a single insulator that is mounted from the inside in the radial direction can be used without adopting a split structure.
- the present invention can be applied to other construction machines such as hybrid type wheel loaders, bulldozers, dump trucks, and generator motors mounted on hybrid type automobiles, and insulators included therein.
- a motor used for an electric construction machine driven by a capacitor without having another generator motor or an internal combustion engine, such as a PM (Permanent Magnet) motor, and a motor used therefor can also be applied to an insulator to be used.
- the insulator according to the present invention has the effect of improving the cooling efficiency by the cooling oil supplied to the coil wound around the stator core, so that it is cooled by the cooling oil in the housing of the generator motor or the like.
- the present invention is widely applicable to insulators around which coils are wound.

Abstract
