第2の発明は第1発明の一形態であって、固定スクロールと揺動スクロールを収容する鉄鋼製の圧縮機ケーシングを貫通して、外部配管からの冷媒ガスを吸入する吸入管が接合固定されており、該吸入管の下端部は前記固定スクロールに設けた吸込み口部にOリングを介して嵌合させたスクロール型圧縮機であって、前記吸入管は、前記吸込み口部側が鉄鋼製の鉄管体であり、該鉄管体の上端側に、銅製又は他の金属の表面に銅メッキを施した銅管体を接合して構成し、該吸入管の銅管体を前記圧縮機ケーシングに対して銀ロー付け接合を施しており、前記鉄管体の内部に、前記銅管体の最小内径以下の内径であって、銅管体側に開放している段差部を設けており、冷媒ガスに混入しているゴミを取り除くフィルターの開口縁部は前記最小内径の領域を通過できる外径であって、このフィルターの開口縁部を前記段差部に圧入装着していることを特徴とするスクロール型圧縮機を提供する。
第3の発明は、第1又は第2の発明の前記フィルターは半田付けを用いて形成されている。
第4の発明は、第1又は第2の発明の前記フィルターは金属細線による網であり、前記開口縁部は、フィルターの本体部の開口縁部分を外側に折り返した領域をカシメによって固定して形成している。
第5の発明は第1発明の一形態であって、固定スクロールと揺動スクロールを収容する鉄鋼製の圧縮機ケーシングを貫通して、外部配管からの冷媒ガスを吸入する吸入管が接合固定されており、該吸入管の下端部は前記固定スクロールに設けた吸込み口部にOリングを介して嵌合させたスクロール型圧縮機であって、前記吸入管は、前記吸込み口部側が鉄鋼製の鉄管体であり、該鉄管体の上端側に銅製又は他の金属の表面に銅メッキを施した銅管体を接合して構成し、該吸入管の銅管体を前記圧縮機ケーシングに対して銀ロー付け接合を施しており、冷媒ガスに混入しているゴミを取り除くフィルターの開口縁部を、前記鉄管体と銅管体の接合領域において挟持していることを特徴とするスクロール型圧縮機を提供する。
第2の発明では、吸入管は、その下側を鉄管体とし、上側を銅管体とした構造であって、その銅管体部分を鉄鋼製の圧縮機ケーシングに対して銀ロー接合をしているため、銀ロー付けの際の熱は溶接時の熱よりも温度を低くできるため、吸入管に予めOリングを装着した状態で組立製造している場合でも、Oリングに対する熱損傷を防止できる。また、吸入管が鉄管体と銅管体という2つの部品で構成されるため、部品状態の際に、鉄管体の内部に段差部を設けることができ、この段差部の内径は銅管体の最小内径以下であるため、鉄管体と銅管体とを接合させた後に、フィルターを銅管体の側から(上から)入れて、その開口縁部を段差部に圧入装着できる。従って、2つの部品から吸入管を形成する際、ついでにフィルターを装着できる簡便さ、即ち、設置作業効率の良さがある。
第3の発明では、フィルターを、半田付けを用いて形成しているが、鉄管体と銅管体とを接合させると共に、吸入管の銅管体を圧縮機ケーシングに対して銀ロー付け接合した後にフィルターを圧入装着できるため、このフィルターが各部接合時の熱を受けることを防止できるので、半田が溶けず、フィルターの熱損傷が防止できる。
第4の発明では、フィルターは金属細線の網であるが、鉄管体と銅管体とを接合させると共に、吸入管の銅管体を圧縮機ケーシングに対して銀ロー付け接合した後にフィルターを圧入装着できるため、このフィルターに各接合時の熱を受けることを防止でき、金属細線、即ち、フィルターの熱損傷が防止できる。
第5の発明では、吸入管は、その下側を鉄管体とし、上側を銅管体とした構造であって、その銅管体部分を鉄鋼製の圧縮機ケーシングに対して銀ロー接合をしているため、銀ロー付けの際の熱は溶接時の熱よりも温度を低くできるため、吸入管に予めOリングを装着した状態で組立製造している場合でも、Oリングに対する熱損傷を防止できる。また、吸入管が鉄管体と銅管体という2つの部品で構成されるため、この2つの部品を接合して吸入管を形成する際に、ついでの作業によって、フィルターの開口縁部を鉄管体と銅管体の接合領域において挟持できるので、フィルターの設置作業の効率が良い。

圧縮機ケーシング10の内部には、冷媒ガスを圧縮するスクロール型圧縮機構20と、このスクロール型圧縮機構20の下方に配置される駆動モータ30とが収容されている。このスクロール型圧縮機構20と駆動モータ30とは、圧縮機ケーシング10内を上下方向に延び、この駆動モータ30の出力軸である駆動軸36によって連結されている。そして、スクロール型圧縮機構20と駆動モータ30との間には高圧空間KKが形成されている。
スクロール型圧縮機構20は、環状のメインフレーム40と、該メインフレーム40の上面に密着して配置される固定スクロール22と、これら固定スクロール22とメインフレーム40の間に配置され、固定スクロール22に揺動係合する揺動スクロール24とを備えている。メインフレーム40はその外周面において全周に亘ってケーシング本体12に固定されている。また、メインフレーム40によって、圧縮機ケーシング10内がメインフレーム40の下側の高圧空間KKと、メインフレーム40の上側の吐出空間TKとに区画され、各空間KK,TKは、メインフレーム40及び固定スクロール22の各外周部に縦に延びて形成された縦溝Mを介して連通している。スクロール型圧縮機20によって高圧に圧縮された冷媒ガスは吐出空間TK、縦溝M、高圧空間KKの順に流れる。
メインフレーム40には、前記駆動軸36をラジアル軸受39を介して回転可能に軸受する軸受部40Tが、下面中央部において下に向かって突出している。また、駆動軸36の上端部には、該駆動軸36の中心軸線から偏心した中心軸線を有する偏心軸部38が一体に設けられている。この偏心軸部38は、揺動スクロール24の鏡板部24Aの下面の中央部において下に向かって突出した円筒状のボス部24Bに挿入されており、偏心軸部38とボス部24Bとは相対回転可能である。メインフレーム40には、この偏心軸部38を受容した揺動スクロール24のボス部24Bが回動できる空間40Hが前記軸受部40Tの孔に連通してその上側に形成されている。駆動モータ30の下方には、駆動軸36の下端部を回転可能に嵌入支持するベアリングプレート41が備えられている。
また、既述したが、圧縮機ケーシング10の上エンドキャップ14の所定位置には、鉄鋼製の管状の台座管14Zがその中心軸線を上下方向に指向させつつ貫通して溶接接続されている。後で詳述するが、この台座管14Zを挿通して、冷媒回路の冷媒ガス配管Pからの冷媒ガスをスクロール型圧縮機構20に導くための吸入管50が接合固定されている。また、ケーシング本体12には、圧縮機ケーシング10内の高圧空間KKの冷媒ガスを圧縮機ケーシング10の外に吐出させる吐出管70が気密状に貫通固定されている。吸入管50は、吐出空間TKを上下方向に延び、その下端部はOリング60を介して固定スクロール22の鏡板部22Aに設けた吸込み口部22Kに嵌入しており、更に、この吸込み口部22Kは鏡板部22Aを貫通した孔部22Hと連通し、固定スクロール22のラップ22Rと揺動スクロール24のラップ24Rとの成す圧縮室26に冷媒ガスを送り込めるように連通している。こうして圧縮室26内に冷媒ガスが吸入される。
この例では、駆動モータ30は交流モータであって、圧縮機ケーシング10の内壁面に固定された環状のステータ32と、このステータ32の内側に回転自在に構成されたロータ34とを備え、該ロータ34には既述の駆動軸36が固定されている。この駆動軸36の回転によって前記偏心軸部38が回転して既述の揺動スクロール24が駆動される。この揺動スクロール24の駆動に際しては、周知のオルダムリング28の作用によって揺動スクロール24は自転を規制されつつ旋回する(揺動する)。その旋回は、駆動軸36に対する偏心軸部38の偏心量を半径とする円となる。
駆動モータ30の下側の下部空間UKは高圧に保たれており、該下部空間UKを区画形成する下エンドキャップ16の内底部には油が貯留されている。駆動軸36の軸中には、高圧油供給手段の一部としての給油路80が形成され、この給油路80は、揺動スクロール24の鏡板部24Aの下面側の油室80KKに連通している。駆動軸36の下端には図示しないピックアップが連結されていて、これが下エンドキャップ16の内底部に貯留している油を掻き上げる。この掻き上げられた油は、駆動軸36の給油路80を通って揺動スクロール24の下側の油室80KKに供給され、この油室80KKから、揺動スクロール24に設けられた連通路24ARを介してスクロール型圧縮機構20の各摺動部分及び圧縮室26へ供給される。
固定スクロール22は、鏡板部22Aと、この鏡板部22Aの下面に形成された渦巻き状、即ち、インボリュートの既述したラップ22Rを有している。一方、揺動スクロール24は、鏡板部24Aと、この鏡板部24Aの上面に形成された渦巻き状、即ち、インボリュートの既述したラップ24Rとを有している。そして、固定スクロール22のラップ22Rと揺動スクロール24のラップ24Rとは互いに対面して揺動係合し、このことにより固定スクロール22と揺動スクロール24との間において、両ラップ22R,24Rによって、3つ或いは適宜数の圧縮室26が形成される。
メインフレーム40の軸受部40Tの下側位置の駆動軸36には、揺動スクロール24や偏心軸部38等と動的バランスを取るための釣合錘37が設けられており、釣合錘37によりバランスを取りながら、揺動スクロール24を自転させることなく旋回させるようになっている。そして、この揺動スクロール24の旋回に伴い、圧縮室26は、両ラップ22R,24R間の容積が固定スクロール22の中心部に向かって収縮することで、吸入管50を介して吸入された冷媒ガスを圧縮して高圧化するよう構成されている。
固定スクロール22の中心部には吐出孔TPが設けられており、この吐出孔TPから吐出された高圧冷媒ガスは、吐出弁42を通って吐出空間TKに吐出され、既述のように、メインフレーム40及び固定スクロール22の各外周部に設けた既述の縦溝Mを介して、メインフレーム40の下側の高圧空間KKに流出し、この高圧冷媒ガスは、ケーシング本体12に設けた吐出管70を介して圧縮機ケーシング10の外に吐出される。
以上説明したスクロール型圧縮機の上エンドキャップ14と吸入管50の部分を拡大図示した図2と、吸入管50の拡大図である図3とを参照する。まず、吸入管50は、適宜長さの鉄鋼製の鉄管体54と適宜長さの銅製、又は鉄鋼等他の金属に銅をメッキした銅管体52とを準備する。鉄管体54の肉厚よりも銅管体52の肉厚は薄い。この例の銅管体52は鉄管体54の半分以下の肉厚である。この鉄管体54の下方部外周には、Oリング60を装着させる環状の溝54Mを設けており、下端外周部は先細状のガイド部54Gに形成されている。スクロール型圧縮機の本体側の固定スクロール22の鏡板部22Aに設けた吸込み口部22Kは、その入口縁部を先拡がり(上拡がり)のガイド部に形成しており、このガイド部と前記ガイド部54Gによって吸入管50を吸込み口部22Kに挿入し易くしている。
また、鉄管体54の上端部である接合領域54Aの内周部には上側に開放した第1段差部54D’を設けており、ここに銅管体52の下端部の接合領域52Aを嵌めて銀ローY2でロー付け接合している。更に、この第1段差部54D’の直ぐ下側に、銅管体52側(上側)に開放している第2段差部54Dを設けている。この第2段差部54Dの内径D2は、銅管体52の最小内径D1以下である。
一方、冷媒ガスに混入しているゴミを取り除く篭状のフィルターFの入口開口縁部FAの外径(フィルターFの最大外径)は、銅管体52の最小内径D1の領域を通過可能であると共に、前記第2段差部54Dに圧入装着が可能な寸法に形成している。図3はこのフィルターFを圧入装着した図である。この例のフィルターFはステンレス製の細径線材の網状体で形成されており、入口開口縁部FAはその網状体を折り返してカシメによって形成している。
しかし、他の形態のフィルターFでもよい。例えば、入口開口縁部FAとして、ステンレス製の環状板を使用し、これを適宜なフィルター本体部に半田付けしたものでもよい。また、その適宜なフィルター本体部として、円周方向に複数個に分割されたフィルター本体部要素を相互に半田付けによって互いに接合したものであってもよい。
上述したように、フィルターFを圧入装着させる構造の場合では、各部位の接合を終えた後に、吸入管50内にフィルターFを挿入して圧入設置することができるため、半田付けによるフィルターFであっても、半田が溶融する不具合を防止できる。また、細径線材によるフィルターFであっても、線材の熱損傷が防止できる。こうしたフィルターFの設置後に、銅管体52の上端部を冷媒ガス配管Pと銅ロー付けで接合する。
また、図3のフィルターFの最大外径よりも大きな寸法の入口開口縁部FAを有するフィルターFであって、その入口開口縁部FAを第1段差部54D’の下端底面と、銅管体52の下端、即ち、接合領域52Aの下端との間に挟持して装着することもできる。この場合の入口開口縁部FAは、所謂、側方に広がったフランジ状に形成していると、挟持され易くて好ましい。この挟持装着の場合は、銀ローY2でロー付け接合する前に挟持させる必要がある。従って、半田付けを伴わないフィルターFが好ましい。
本願では、こうしたフィルターFを冷媒ガス配管P等、他の配管内にわざわざ配設する手数が省ける。
フィルターFの開口縁部FAを段差部に圧入装着する形態として、図3の形態と異なる図4の形態もある。即ち、鉄管体54の第1段差部54D’に銅管体52の下端部の接合領域52Aを嵌めて、互いを銀ローY2でロー付け接合するが、この第1段差部54D’の段差の寸法は、接合領域52Aの肉厚よりも適宜寸法大きい。この接合領域52Aの内側に残っている段差面の上に、開口縁部FAを載置する状態でフィルターFを圧入装着させる。この図4の形態では、第2段差部54Dではなくて、第1段差部54D’に圧入装着させること以外は、図3の形態において説明した各種事項は同様である。
一方、ここでの実施形態例では、鉄鋼製の上エンドキャップ14には、既述の如く、鉄鋼製の台座管14Zをアーク溶接によって溶接接合している(参照番号Y1の肉盛部)。前記吸入管50をこの台座管14Zに嵌入させ、その銅管体52の部分を銀ローY3によってロー付け接合する。こうして上エンドキャップ組立体を形成しておく。従って、吸入管50を上エンドキャップ14に対して接合固定させる間、Oリング60を外したままにしておくことができるので、接合時の熱によってOリングが熱損傷することを防止できる。しかし、本願では、上記の製造組み込み順序ではなく、吸入管50は、その下端部をOリング60を介して固定スクロール22の鏡板部22Aに設けた吸込み口部22Kに嵌入した後に、上部を上エンドキャップ14に溶接接合した台座管14Zの中を挿通させ、そして銅管体52の部分を銀ローY3によってロー付け接合してもよい。この場合も、銅管体52を使用しているため、銀ロー付けY3が可能なため、アーク溶接時の温度よりも低く、Oリング60の熱損傷が防止、或いは低減できる。
また、上エンドキャップ14の周囲下端部の外面側に、段差底面14Sを有する段差部14Dを形成し、この段差部14Dをケーシング本体12の上端部に嵌合させてアーク溶接する(図1の参照番号Y4)。

Claims (5)
- 固定スクロールと揺動スクロールを収容する鉄鋼製の圧縮機ケーシングを貫通して、外部配管からの冷媒ガスを吸入する吸入管が接合固定されており、該吸入管の下端部は前記固定スクロールに設けた吸込み口部にOリングを介して嵌合させたスクロール型圧縮機であって、前記吸入管は、前記吸込み口部側が鉄鋼製の鉄管体であり、該鉄管体の上端側に、銅製又は他の金属の表面に銅メッキを施した銅管体を接合して構成し、該吸入管の銅管体を前記圧縮機ケーシングに対して銀ロー付け接合を施しており、冷媒ガスに混入しているゴミを取り除くフィルターを、前記吸入管の中に装着していることを特徴とするスクロール型圧縮機。
- 固定スクロールと揺動スクロールを収容する鉄鋼製の圧縮機ケーシングを貫通して、外部配管からの冷媒ガスを吸入する吸入管が接合固定されており、該吸入管の下端部は前記固定スクロールに設けた吸込み口部にOリングを介して嵌合させたスクロール型圧縮機であって、前記吸入管は、前記吸込み口部側が鉄鋼製の鉄管体であり、該鉄管体の上端側に、銅製又は他の金属の表面に銅メッキを施した銅管体を接合して構成し、該吸入管の銅管体を前記圧縮機ケーシングに対して銀ロー付け接合を施しており、前記鉄管体の内部に、前記銅管体の最小内径以下の内径であって、銅管体側に開放している段差部を設けており、冷媒ガスに混入しているゴミを取り除くフィルターの開口縁部は前記最小内径の領域を通過できる外径であって、このフィルターの開口縁部を前記段差部に圧入装着していることを特徴とするスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記フィルターは半田付けを用いて形成されている請求項1又は2記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 前記フィルターは金属細線による網であり、前記開口縁部は、フィルターの本体部の開口縁部分を外側に折り返した領域をカシメによって固定して形成している請求項1又は2記載のスクロール型圧縮機。
- 固定スクロールと揺動スクロールを収容する鉄鋼製の圧縮機ケーシングを貫通して、外部配管からの冷媒ガスを吸入する吸入管が接合固定されており、該吸入管の下端部は前記固定スクロールに設けた吸込み口部にOリングを介して嵌合させたスクロール型圧縮機であって、前記吸入管は、前記吸込み口部側が鉄鋼製の鉄管体であり、該鉄管体の上端側に銅製又は他の金属の表面に銅メッキを施した銅管体を接合して構成し、該吸入管の銅管体を前記圧縮機ケーシングに対して銀ロー付け接合を施しており、冷媒ガスに混入しているゴミを取り除くフィルターの開口縁部を、前記鉄管体と銅管体の接合領域において挟持していることを特徴とするスクロール型圧縮機。
