Abstract
Description
まず、図1~3に示す車両用バッテリパックを説明する。図1及び2において、符号1は車体、符号2は車室、符号3は走行用電動モータが搭載されたモータルームである。また、符号4は左右前輪、符号5は左右後輪、符号6は前席シート、符号7は後席シート、符号11は車両用バッテリパックである。
次に、バッテリパック11内のヒーターモジュールを、図2及び3に基づき説明する。なお、図2及び3では、説明の便宜上、ヒーターモジュールにハッチングを付している。
上述のように本実施形態のヒーターモジュールにおいて、中央左側のバッテリモジュール13CL用のヒーターモジュール22Lは、平置きされたバッテリモジュール13CLの加温面13CLaに対向する板状ヒーター本体34を備えている。そして、図5に示すように、絶縁ホルダー31は、その一端縁でバッテリモジュール13CLを載置するバッテリモジュール並置面14aに取り付けられる。さらに、絶縁ホルダー31は、バッテリモジュール13CLの加温面13CLaから遠い板状ヒーター本体34の側面(背面)に配置されている。そして、絶縁ホルダー31で、板状ヒーター本体34を加温面13CLaと対向するように取り付けるため、加温面13CLaを板状ヒーター本体34で直接加温することとなる。そして、加温面13CLaと板状ヒーター本体34との間における空気層の存在、及び板状ヒーター本体34の背面と絶縁ホルダー31との間における空気層の存在と相まって、バッテリモジュール13CLに対する加温効率を高めることができる。

Claims (5)
- 加温すべき被加温物体の加温面に沿うように設置するヒーターモジュールにおいて、
前記被加温物体の加温面に対向する板状ヒーター本体と、
前記板状ヒーター本体が設けられるモジュール主面部と、前記モジュール主面部に対し屈曲している屈曲腕部とから成るL字状部材と、
前記屈曲腕部に配置され、前記板状ヒーター本体に接続する電源接続端子と、
を備えることを特徴とするヒーターモジュール。 - 前記板状ヒーター本体は、前記被加温物体の加温面に対し、発生熱を均一に伝熱するための均熱板を備え、
前記均熱板を、前記屈曲腕部に沿って延伸することによりL字状に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒーターモジュール。 - 前記被加温物体はバッテリパック内で並置される複数個のバッテリモジュールであり、前記被加温物体の加温面は平置きされた前記バッテリモジュールの一側面であり、
前記屈曲腕部が前記バッテリパックのバッテリモジュールを並置した領域の外に位置するように、前記L字状部材を、前記バッテリパックのバッテリモジュール並置面に立てて取り付けることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のヒーターモジュール。 - 電源ケーブルに前記電源接続端子を接続するためのヒーターハーネスをさらに備え、
前記バッテリパックは、前記複数個のバッテリモジュールを、前記電源ケーブルの両側に向かい合わせて配置したものであり、
前記ヒーターハーネスを、前記屈曲腕部から前記モジュール主面部に沿って配索し、前記電源ケーブルまで延伸させたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のヒーターモジュール。 - 前記バッテリパックは、前記複数個のバッテリモジュールを、前記電源ケーブルの配索方向に並置したものであり、
前記L字状部材を、前記電源ケーブルの配索方向に隣り合う前記バッテリモジュールの間に前記モジュール主面部が位置し、前記電源ケーブルから遠い側におけるバッテリモジュールの側面に前記屈曲腕部が対向するように配置したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のヒーターモジュール。
