Definitions
- the technology disclosed in this specification relates to a cord storage device that stores an electrical cord.
- Electric cords are used to connect electric devices (including electric devices driven by secondary batteries) and power supplies. Since the distance between the electric device and the power source changes according to the position of the power source and the position of the electric device, the length of the electric cord is set to the maximum length according to the assumed usage situation. For this reason, the length of the electric cord may be too long depending on the use situation. In such a case, the electric cord may sag between the power source and the electric device, which may cause a problem of contact between the electric cord and another device. Therefore, a cord storage device has been developed that can draw out an electric cord by a required length (for example, JP 2010-52861 A).
- the cord storage device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2010-52861 has a drum rotatably attached to a housing, and an electric cord is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the drum. The electric cord is drawn out from the drum by a length necessary for use, and is wound around the drum after use.
- the cord storage device disclosed in this specification has a housing and a pulley mechanism.
- the pulley mechanism has a plurality of moving pulleys. Each moving pulley is attached to the housing so as to be movable in the vertical direction, and an intermediate portion of the electric cord is wound around the pulley.
- the electrical cord is withdrawn from the storage device, at least one of the plurality of movable pulleys moves upward relative to the housing.
- the movable pulley moved upward moves downward, the electric cord is accommodated in the accommodation device.
- the “vertical direction” in which the moving pulley moves may be a direction in which the moving pulley moved upward can move downward under its own weight. For this reason, not only when the moving pulley moves in the vertical direction but also when the moving pulley moves obliquely with respect to the vertical direction.
- This cord storage device is provided with a plurality of movable pulleys attached to the housing so as to be movable in the vertical direction. Since the force for moving the movable pulley upward is constant regardless of the amount of the electric cord drawn out, the operating force for pulling out the electric cord is constant regardless of the amount of electric cord drawn out. Further, when the electric cord is accommodated, since the movable pulley moves downward under its own weight, the electric cord can be automatically accommodated.
- FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line III-III in FIG. 2.
- FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line IV-IV in FIG. 2. The figure explaining the code
- the cord storage device disclosed in this specification may store an electrical cord that connects a power source and an electric device.
- the cord storage device may have a housing and a pulley mechanism.
- the pulley mechanism may have a plurality of moving pulleys.
- Each movable pulley may be attached to the housing so as to be movable in the vertical direction, and an intermediate portion of the electric cord may be wound around the pulley.
- the electrical cord is withdrawn from the receiving device, at least one of the plurality of movable pulleys may move upward with respect to the housing.
- the movable pulley moved upward moves downward, the electric cord may be accommodated in the accommodation device.
- At least two of the plurality of movable pulleys may be arranged side by side in the axial direction thereof. According to such a structure, it can suppress that the space of a code
- the pulley mechanism includes, for at least two moving pulleys arranged in the axial direction, a third moving pulley arranged in the direction orthogonal to the axial line. You may have. An intermediate portion of the electric cord may be wound around the third movable pulley. According to such a configuration, the moving pulley is two-dimensionally arranged, and the moving pulley can be appropriately arranged according to the installation space.
- At least two movable pulleys arranged side by side in the axial direction are positioned on the same straight line, and are rotatably supported by one shaft member. May be.
- each movable pulley may be rotatably supported by a separate shaft member.
- the shaft member may be guided by a guide provided in the housing. When the shaft member is guided by the guide, the movable pulley can move smoothly in the vertical direction.
- At least one of the plurality of movable pulleys may have the intermediate portion of the electric cord wound around a plurality of times. According to such a configuration, the maximum drawing amount (accommodation length) of the electric cord can be increased while reducing the number of movable pulleys.
- the pulley mechanism may further include a turning pulley that changes a drawing position of the electric cord. According to such a configuration, the electric cord can be pulled out at a desired position.
- the cord accommodating device of the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
- a schematic configuration of a production line on which the cord storage device of the present embodiment is installed will be described.
- the cord storage device 10 of the present embodiment is installed in a production line of an automobile 50 and stores an electric cord 32.
- One end of the electric cord 32 is connected to the power source 30, and the other end of the electric cord 32 is connected to an electric tool 34 (for example, a nut runner).
- the electric tool 34 is operated by electric power supplied from the power supply 30 via the electric cord 32.
- the electric cord 32 is supported by the pulley 36 between the other end of the electric cord 32 (the end to which the electric tool 34 is connected) and the cord housing device 10.
- the pulley 36 is attached to a guide 38 provided above the automobile 50 flowing through the production line.
- a trolley 40 is attached to the guide 38.
- a suspending wire 39 is wound around the trolley 40, and the tip of the suspending wire 39 is attached to the electric tool 34.
- the pulley 36 and the trolley 40 can move while being guided by a guide 38.
- the worker can work using the power tool 34 on both sides of the one side surface and the other side surface of the automobile 50.
- the operator holds the electric tool 34 and moves the electric tool 34 to the work position.
- the operator's operating force tensile force
- acts on the electric cord 32 and the electric cord 32 is pulled out of the cord storage device 10.
- the electric tool 34 returns to the initial height (the height shown in FIG. 1).
- the electric cord 32 is composed of a first electric cord 32 a connected to the power supply 30 and a second electric cord 32 b connected to the electric tool 34. By connecting one end of the first electric cord 32a and one end of the second electric cord 32b, the power source 30 and the electric tool 34 are electrically connected.
- the cord storage device 10 includes a housing 12 and a pulley mechanism (14, 18, etc.).
- the housing 12 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape by a plurality of plate materials.
- the shape of the housing 12 is not limited to a rectangular parallelepiped, and can be formed in a columnar shape or a polygonal column shape (for example, a hexagonal column shape).
- through holes 12 a and 12 b are formed in the side plates extending in the yz direction of the housing 12.
- a first electric cord 32a is disposed in the through holes 12a and 12b.
- a stopper 33 is attached to the first electric cord 32a. The stopper 33 is in contact with the housing 12 in the vicinity of the through hole 12a (on the power supply 30 side). The stopper 33 prevents the first electric cord 32a from being excessively wound around the cord housing device 10 side.
- a connector 35 is provided at the other end (on the electric tool 34 side) of the first electric cord 32a. The connector 35 prevents the first electric cord 32a from being excessively wound on the cord housing device 10 side.
- One end of the second electric cord 32b is connected to the connector 35.
- a recess 16 and a guide groove 22 are formed on the inner wall surface of the side plate extending in the xz direction of the housing 12.
- the recess 16 is formed on the upper end plate side of the housing 12.
- One end of a shaft member 24 is attached to the recess 16.
- the guide groove 22 is formed below the recess 16.
- the guide groove 22 extends in the vertical direction (z direction).
- the shaft member 20 is slidably attached to the guide groove 22.
- the sliding amount L of the shaft member 20 is determined by the length of the guide groove 22 in the vertical direction (sliding direction).
- the pulley mechanism is accommodated in the housing 12, and has fixed pulleys 14a to 14c and movable pulleys 18a and 18b.
- the fixed pulleys 14a to 14c are arranged side by side in the axial direction (y direction).
- the axis of each of the fixed pulleys 14a to 14c is located on the same straight line, and each of the fixed pulleys 14a to 14c is rotatably attached to one shaft member 24. Since the fixed pulleys 14 a to 14 c can rotate with respect to the shaft member 24, the fixed pulleys 14 a to 14 c can rotate with respect to the housing 12.
- guide grooves for guiding the first electric cord 32a are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the constant pulleys 14a to 14c.
- the movable pulleys 18a and 18b are also arranged side by side in the axial direction (y direction).
- a spacer 26 is disposed between the movable pulleys 18a and 18b.
- the axes of the respective moving pulleys 18a and 18b are located on the same straight line, and the respective moving pulleys 18a and 18b are rotatably attached to one shaft member 20. Since the shaft member 20 is slidably attached to the guide groove 22, the movable pulleys 18 a and 18 b can rotate with respect to the housing 12 and can slide in the vertical direction (z direction).
- Guide grooves for guiding the first electric cord 32a are also formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the movable pulleys 18a and 18b.
- the first electric cord 32a is wound around the pulley mechanism described above in the following manner. That is, the first electric cord 32a introduced into the housing 12 from the through hole 12a is first wound around the fixed pulley 14c, and then wound around the movable pulley 18b. 14a is wound around. The first electric cord 32a wound around the fixed pulley 14a is led out of the housing 12 through the through hole 12b.
- the fixed pulleys 14a to 14c and the movable pulleys 18a and 18b are arranged side by side in the axial direction (that is, the y direction), but in FIG.
- the fixed pulleys 14a to 14c and the movable pulleys 18a and 18b are illustrated as being arranged side by side in a direction orthogonal to the axis (that is, the x direction).
- the operator holds the electric tool 34 and applies an operating force (tensile force) to the electric cord 32 through the electric tool 34.
- the movable pulleys 18 a and 18 b move upward, and the electric cord 32 is pulled out from the housing 12. Since the movable pulleys 18a and 18b are rotatably attached to one shaft member 20, the movable pulleys 18a and 18b move upward in synchronization. Further, since both ends of the shaft member 20 are guided by the guide grooves 22, the movable pulleys 18a and 18b move smoothly upward.
- the operator only has to loosen the operating force (tensile force) applied to the electric cord 32.
- the movable pulleys 18a and 18b move downward due to their own weight.
- the electric cord 32 is automatically accommodated in the housing 12 accordingly.
- the electric cord 32 is drawn out from the housing 12 by moving the movable pulleys 18a and 18b upward.
- the operating force F that moves the movable pulleys 18a and 18b upward (that is, the force that pulls the electric cord 32) is constant regardless of the amount by which the electric cord 32 is pulled out. That is, the operating force F applied to the electric cord 32 is W / 2n (W: the total weight of the moving pulley, n: the number of the moving pulley (however, the pulley efficiency, the frictional force, and the weight of the electric cord 32 are not considered). )), And is constant regardless of the amount of electrical cord 32 drawn. Therefore, there is no problem that the operating force F has to be increased according to the amount by which the electric cord 32 is pulled out.
- the operating force F applied to the electric cord 32 when the electric cord 32 is pulled out can be adjusted to a desired value by adjusting the number of movable pulleys.
- the maximum amount of pulling out of the electric cord 32 is determined by the number n of moving pulleys and the sliding amount L (shown in FIG. 2) of the moving pulleys. That is, since the maximum drawing amount of the electric cord 32 is L ⁇ 2n (n: the number of moving pulleys), the maximum drawing amount can be adjusted by adjusting the number of moving pulleys and / or the sliding amount.
- the cord storage device 10 described above, it is only necessary to wind the electric cord 32 around the fixed pulleys 14a to 14c and the movable pulleys 18a and 18b. For this reason, the existing electric cord can be used without being processed. Moreover, since the electric cord 32 is not excessively bent, disconnection of the electric cord 32 can be suppressed. Furthermore, parts such as slip rings that are necessary in the case of a drum-type storage device can be eliminated. For this reason, it is possible to prevent contact failure due to wear of the slip ring and generation of noise due to contact of the slip ring. For these reasons, the reliability of the cord accommodating device 10 of this embodiment is high.
- the excess electrical cord 32 is accommodated in the housing 12 so that the electrical cord 32 does not sag. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the electrical cord 32 and the automobile 50 from coming into contact with each other.
- the fixed pulleys 14a to 14c and the movable pulleys 18a and 18b are arranged side by side in the axial direction (y direction), and thus the volume of the housing 12 is effectively prevented from increasing. ing. That is, as compared with the case where the fixed pulleys 14a to 14c and the movable pulleys 18a and 18b are arranged side by side in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction (x direction), the fixed pulleys 14a to 14c and the movable pulleys 18a and 18b are axially arranged. These pulleys 14a to 14c, 18a and 18b can be accommodated in a smaller space if they are arranged side by side (in the y direction).
- the width and depth of the guide grooves formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the fixed pulleys 14a to 14b and the outer peripheral surfaces of the movable pulleys 18a and 18b can be arbitrarily set according to the size of the electric cord 32. Further, the electric cord accommodated in the cord accommodating device 10 can accommodate not only a round shape but also a deformed cord (for example, a flat shape).
- the fixed pulleys 14a to 14c and the movable pulleys 18a and 18b are arranged side by side in the axial direction (y direction), but the technology disclosed in the present specification is not limited to such a form.
- the pulley mechanism has a plurality of constant pulleys and moving pulleys arranged side by side in the axial direction (y direction), and other constant pulleys and moving pulleys arranged side by side in a direction orthogonal to the axis (x direction). Can have. That is, the fixed pulley and the movable pulley can be two-dimensionally arranged according to the space where the cord storage device is installed.
- the fixed pulley and the moving pulley are moved in the x direction. You may arrange only side by side. That is, the fixed pulley and the moving pulley need not be arranged side by side in the axial direction (y direction).
- the electric cord 32 is wound only once around the fixed pulleys 14a to 14c and the movable pulleys 18a and 18b.
- the technology disclosed in this specification is not limited to such a form.
- the electric cord may be wound around the fixed pulley and / or the movable pulley a plurality of times.
- the cord housing apparatus 10 may include a turning pulley 19 around which the electric cord 32 drawn out from the fixed pulley 14a is wound.
- a turning pulley 19 around which the electric cord 32 drawn out from the fixed pulley 14a is wound.
- the cord storage device 10 described above may include a ratchet mechanism that holds the electric cord 32 drawn out from the housing 12 at a position where it is drawn out, and a release mechanism that releases the holding of the electric cord 32 by the ratchet mechanism.
- a ratchet mechanism that holds the electric cord 32 drawn out from the housing 12 at a position where it is drawn out
- a release mechanism that releases the holding of the electric cord 32 by the ratchet mechanism.
- the shaft member 20 that rotatably supports the movable pulleys 18a and 18b is guided by the guide groove 22 of the housing 12, but the technology disclosed in this specification is limited to such a form. I can't. It is not necessary to form the guide groove in the housing and guide the shaft member supporting the movable pulley with the housing. Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the two moving pulleys 18a and 18b are rotatably supported by one shaft member 20, but a shaft member may be provided for each of the moving pulleys 18a and 18b. When a shaft member is provided for each moving pulley, the position in the height direction of the other moving pulley can be set to a different position with respect to one moving pulley. As a result, fine adjustment of the drawing amount of the electric cord can be performed satisfactorily.
- the cord storage device 10 is applied to the production line of the automobile 50.
- the technology disclosed in this specification can be used for other purposes.
- the present invention can be applied to a charging stand that charges a battery mounted on a plug-in hybrid vehicle (PHEV vehicle), an electric vehicle (EV), or the like.
- PHEV vehicle plug-in hybrid vehicle
- EV electric vehicle
- the movable pulleys 18a and 18b move in the vertical direction (z direction), but the movable pulleys 18a and 18b move obliquely with respect to the vertical direction. Also good. Even in this case, the movable pulleys 18a and 18b are moved upward by the operator's operation force and the electric cord is drawn out, and the movable pulleys 18a and 18b are lowered by its own weight to accommodate the electric cord.
